Wonderful customer service Melissa went above and beyond helping me. Thank you so much

As soon as I walked up, the lady working slammed back the window and rudely asked me what I wanted. I told her I was returning a 26 foot van. She was too lazy to get up and inspect the equipment upon return and rudely told me and my husband to “park it wherever” and “we are good to go” . She proceeded to tell the car wash guy to take a picture of the mileage and fuel ( we put more fuel in it then when we signed for it) When we returned home, they charged us an additional 320 dollars to the 200 we already played saying that we were charged for an additional day, and that we did not return the appliance and utility dollies- they were both in the back of the truck. This is by far the WORST experience I’ve had at any uhaul. The lady who was on shift the day of the 28th of December absolutely needs to be fired . A claim has been sent to corporate To get my money back and I hope to never rent from another Uhaul again, especially at this shady location.
