This is the first time I have visited this location during my multiple visits over the years to Las Vegas. The nail technician did a fabulous job on my pedicure. I just basically found that the place is small, which is not a problem, however I feel it is too crowded and no social distancing during covid. I was glad that I got there early because as I was leaving it started to get very crowded, and the space is small they have too many chairs too close together and they do not social distance you between the next person. CAB

God awful. Do not come here.Heres why you should never go here...Terrible customer service. (Because I wasnt even greeted)Horrible time management, had an appointment but never got seen, after an hour.Unclean, didnt see anyone wash their hands or the tools they used.Smells like rotten eggs. (So relaxing)I dont understand how such terrible service can stay in business. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, go somewhere else.

No organization !!!. Very unorganized . A guy who making the appointments does it remotely and don’t know what actually going on while booking the appointments. They really don’t go by the waitlist . Made an appointment with Danny for 10AM who never arrived at 10AM .Once again very unorganized, unprofessional even if you make an appointment .

Was looking for something reasonable in Vegas. This salon had long hours and didnt have a long wait. Usually my nail polish comes off within days but not this time. The gel is staying on and I love the flowers. Will visit them again. They were very friendly and professional.

In my honest opinion I would say do pawn walking in I was astonished by the way they had everything set up. Entertainmentwise they have plenty of TVs and I guess a nice little waiting area but when it comes to customer service thats a different story. Cant say it was terrible but me and my girlfriend shouldnt have had to wait three hours for something that was rooting for them. So for now they didnt average rating of three stars.

Rush job. I requested the VIP from the menu so I could walk the strip without ashy scaly feet…they should have done better. Nice lady, okay wine, but subpar pedicure for $60 plus a $30 tip. I’be just noticed…I’m a little tipsy and have been walking a lot and drinking more 😂😂😂

:( was hoping for a good experience but there’s a woman there, a little older than the rest and she made me very sad with her sharp tongue. I don’t go to spas to pay people to yell at me. I asked a simple question about my appointment time and she lost her cool. This place used to be so nice, they used to great you with drinks and smiles and now it’s just not the same. I wonder if it’s under bed ownership. I almost wanted to cry when I left because I was so disrespected.

Made an appointment for my wedding nails at 1230, there were people waiting since 12... no one greets you. Place has a TERRIBLE SMELL. My 7 year old kept asking why no one even said hi.Didnt get my nails done for my wedding because they couldnt tell you how long til they get to you...I would never recommend this place no matter how convenient. Go elsewhere.

I went here for a year and a half. There was a dead roach in the bathroom for the entire time. Their stations are so close that people bump into you when your getting a manicure, zero social distancing. They worry about making money instead of your health. Every time I made an appointment I had to wait 20 minutes to an hour. I love Winnie, she is the best, but I cant go back because of these reasons, it is poor customer service.

I came in asked for rhinestones to be added to my nails.. I then saw 3 people be taken in front of me. So again I asked how long and the guy tells me in 10 minutes only for the girl to come back and laugh as she tells me we don’t add rhinestones here. So now I’ve wasted over an hour for nothing. DO NOT COME HERE

Went for a manicure today. Sunday September 19th, 2021. We arrived on time. I was asked to sit down and then I waited for a few minutes. When the nail lady arrived she sat down, and then decided to deal with a customer who had came, left and returned. Fair enough. So she left me with a cold water bowl to soak my nails in. She did not speak to me about what was happening or if she would be back.I wasn’t interested in soaking in cold water for who knows how long so I didn’t and I went over to visit with my friend wh had her manicure start after me and she was well on her way.Eventually the gal came back. Once I told her the water was cold, she gave me a warm water soak. She didn’t speak to me other than to ask what style of nail treatment I wanted. She did my cuticles but did not clean under my nails. I had gel polish but she kept putting my nails up under the lamp but didn’t turn it on. Then when it wasn’t dry, she would try again. I told her it wasn’t turned on. At one point she stopped my manicure to pull out her phone and put her earbud in. Why? Who knows!?Very unprofessional and one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. I was not treated as a customer but as an inconvenience.She was “finished” and walked away. I proceeded to clean the gel polish from under my nails and finish my manicure. Simply terrible!No one within earshot seemed to care either. Maybe because I am not a regular customer? I have no idea. Super disappointing.

This place is absolutely phenomenal!!! They have amazing pedicure packages. My nails looked amazing. The wine was delicious. I have nothing but good things to say about the excellent experience Posh nails provided. Bravo !!

:,( BLOOD MIX RISK!!!! Be careful! They made me bleed and then I saw them using the same tool on the woman after me and did not clean it! When I spoke up... well THIS PLACE HAS THE RUDEST STAFF go somewhere else where people will be kind to you while you are paying them generously and trusting them with your body. I asked the woman for her name after she yelled at my friend and she refused to give it. I’ve asked around to some of my friends that live at Meridian behind the salon and I haven’t heard a single good experience from anyone.

I HIGHLY enjoyed going to Posh Nails. I am staying in Vegas at the MGM and was looking for a nail salon that could do a dip powder. I found Posh online and made an appointment. I walked there which took me about 15 min and was easy to get to. My girl back home did a horrible job on my nails and she dipped them 8 times. They were so thick. Danny was awesome and took so much time in getting it off and redoing them for me. I was impressed 1. With their customer service. 2. Their knowledge and showing the other employees how to work on my messed up nails. 3. The detail they put into redoing mine. I wish there was more salons like theirs back home!! Im adding before and after pictures. So far this is the best dip I have ever had. They are my real nails and they look fantastic! Thank you Danny! You rock!

You should have someone answer the phone when someone calls to bring you business. I sat in the store while I called and it just rang and no one got up to answer it. So just to let you know stop by and check the wait. You wont be able to get anyone on the phone?. Wifes nails came out perfect for our trip to negril jamaica.

$55 for dip powder on natural nails. They remove cuticles after applying color. Very quick, not talkative, no music, TV on with no noise. Many chairs!

Terrible nail salon. I watched a woman ask her tech politely to fix a crooked fake nail (that the nail tech, herself, glued on) and the nail tech refused to fix it. It was clearly crooked, I wouldve pointed it out also. I dont expect nail techs to be mind readers which is why communicating is important. I asked for simple French tips.. but my tech put white on too much of my nail, I simply asked her to take more off (I love my nailbeds) and she huffed with an attitude. At that point, I paid and left. I will not return nor suggest this raggedy group of nail techs. Go elsewhere.

The owner was very accomodating and squeezed me in within a few hours. Place was packed and you can tell the community loves/appreciates the salon. I was visiting on vacation and sceptical but in need of services. I left completely satisfied and my nails came out better than I expected.

Talk about service, this is it ! Owner welcomed us immediately. When we entered I was allowed to sat with her and the TVs were showing various things, we were offered water. The nails were 100% Perfect, Bling. They have so many styles, colors, designs. Awesome experience, to bad there only in Vegas !

Literally the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. I got a basic acrylic full set, square shape with gel. How do you mess that up so terribly? Extremely disappointed. I’m from out of town and broke a nail while here, so I decided to get a whole new set expecting great quality, what I received is far from that lol. There’s lumpy acrylic around my fingers outside of my cuticle line, uneven paint job, and terrible shape. This is the first nail salon that popped up when I googled, definitely do not recommend.

My friend and I were in town for only a couple days and I can honestly say, getting a pedicure here was one of top highlights. The ladies here were awesome! They were laughing with us while they gave us one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. My feet have never felt softer. They were also so sweet and accommodating, even gave us ice for our drinks that had gone warm. I am definitely coming back the next time I’m in town.

I had been going to this business for the last 2yrs. Today was the last day I will ever go there. The customer service was horrible!!! We were not greeted or spoken to for 15min and that was just the beginning. After an hour of waiting and we had an appointment that was made 5 days prior we left. Horrible experience and it was for my granddaughters Birthday!!!

I was a little nervous at first because I’m a firm believer in reading reviews. And since I’m not from the Las Vegas area. There was a review about bad experience and service. But I had the best service and experience. The wonderful lady that did my pedi was so nice and took her time making sure that my toes looked clean and cute. No one was rude and even the lady next to me enjoy her pedi.

Yen did my pedicure and did a really great job! Place get busy QUICK! I got there at 9am when they opened and there were 2 people ahead of me and 3 coming in with me!

Loved the atmosphere Johnny was fantastic! Pedicure was $65 but for the deluxe, included a mask, sugar scrub it was great and recieved mimosas!!! Couldnt have asked for more!

One nail tech caused infection to my nail, and now I have damaged and fungus in my toe nail. And the owner says they didn’t do it. She yells and is very disrespectful. Very unprofessional. Her name is Kim or Rachel. Would never recommend this place. Very dirty and unsanitary.

We are visiting Vegas for the week. Took my daughter and her friend, both 10 year old, mani/pedis, was charged $100 for their service ($50 each). Nothing special, just a basic kids mani/pedi.I received great service for my shellac mani/pedi with deluxe VIP upgrade. $115. So, $215 for our nail services…quite excessive. So, my suggestion, go elsewhere.

This is the worst nail salon in Vegas do not come here they are extremely unprofessional. They will let you make an appointment then disregard your appointment and tell you they can’t service you. Also they will lie and say you never called please whatever you do think twice about coming here.

They choose their own hours i went to the location 3 days in a row and supposed to be open go 11 or 12 but an hour and a half 3 days in a row the refuses to take me and so my filleven though I paid no less than 120$ each time I went there along with a 20 to 30 dollar tip. They also treated my daughter like she was nothing because she brought her 2 daughters with her even though it was myself n my oldest 2 girls ro watch my quiet grandbabies... the dirty looks and being put as the last customer of the nice was wrong when we had a 6pm appointment we didnt leave until 120 am so unless you are a regular customer and are kidlessss you wont get a quality nail job all of our nails came off within 3 days

Dude just put the nails on without any care or concern about how his work looked. I had acrylic all on My skin. Right hand nails were longer than the left hand nails. SMH..... I was so happy to see My nail lady back in The Town. It was cool they took Me on a holiday but the work couldve been way better.

I asked for one pedicure and was given another with less things included for a higher price...also dont understand how I paid for the same thing for my mother and she had more services put into her...???

Not bad for a hole in the wall place

Made an appointment, still had to wait 40 minutes. In the middle of my full set the tech got up, walked away and started someone else’s pedicure. 5 minutes later I looked around and saw him on the other side of the shop. He told me to wait a minute, which turned into 10. When he finally got to my nails, he was rough and not paying attention, getting up and taking phone calls, sending text messages, etc. My nails were horribly shaped and he left gel polish on my skin. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! Poor service, long wait, and the quality of the nails is not worth it.

Ok customer service, but the nail technician Phi, I believe her name is cut me on my thumb. She didnt apologize or anything. She just wiped the blood away and continued clipping my cuticles. She did an ok job. But, Ill never go back to her.

Absolutely loved my experience here! I came in from out of town & needed a mani/pedi. I saw the reviews & decided to check it out. So glad I did! This has to be one of the best pedicures I’ve gotten. I did the “deluxe” for a little extra and it was definitely deluxe!I opted for the dip nails (first time) and love the result.It’s just off the strip & definitely recommend for anyone looking to get their nails done.

They took way too long even with me having an appointment scheduled.. seems to be more concerned with how many ppl they can fit in rather the quality of their work because my mani/pedi was just okay.. nothing special at all. The place was packed..a few women even left after been told multiple times theyd be seen in a few minutes, yet to still be left sitting for over an hour!

Solid pedicure and a decent manicure. If you need a quick fix I’d highly recommend.

Came from WA state for a wedding my boyfriend and I attended in Vegas. Needed my nails and toes done. Found this place from google as they were opened later. I got a full set on and a gel pedicure. I got the dark pink ombré powder on my hands and they turned out nice. But less than 2 weeks later, they are already starting to lift... my gel pedicure was nice but I was told it was $30 and then was told my cost on the pedicure was $50. Total for my full set and pedicure was $110! Seems like during the pandemic, nail shops are price gouging. Probably just stick to manicures and pedicures depending on the cost.

I came here in the past a few times for a pedicure and I got gel and my toenail cracked everytime from the gel never happened before... i decided to try someone else i called at 6:30 pm they said come after 9:30 better i showed up ando drive over 30 min to get here & they said they are too busy now WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! My girlfriend got her toes done here and now it looks like she has some fungus or something growing under the nail.

I don’t normally give bad reviews but I was disappointed. My girlfriend and I came in from out of town to get our nails done and we’re very displeased. We went for pedicures and full sets. My hands took all the time she got her nails and toes done. The guy doing my hands constantly was doing other things and in the end we left very disappointed in how our nails turned out. We were there for two and half hours. I in the end didn’t get my toes done due to my nails, which were simple, taking to long. We paid $230 bucks. I don’t recommend this place at all.

No one answered the phone I called twice. It says 24/7 however those are not the hours . They close at 10pm tho!

I was coming from New York and can definitely day despite the price service could be better. Ive done manicure here and day after I could still field to work on it.The place looks a bit disorganized and loud. Everybody is running a small chaos.The stuff is super friendly and place looks more-less clean.Paid $25 for a manicure only while in NY I can manicure and pedicure together for $20-$25 with much better quality of service.

Just left after being disappointed and overcharged. I would not suggest going this nail salon or to Vy (the nail technician) at all. She does a horrible job. My nails aren’t straight and she kept trying to charge me for something i didn’t get. Just because they’re open late does not mean anything. Please save you’re money.

Visiting from out of town. The staff at 24/7 took great care of us. Great manicure and pedicure! Everything was very clean. Easy to book an appointment. Lots of parking available. And if you are wondering, yes, their English was great! (Lets be honest, sometimes thats a concern). Highly recommend.

I came in to have my acrylic nails removed and replaced with new ones. The removal was painful, as she just used another acrylic nail to remove the old ones. This had been my first pair, so I was fearful that the future removal was also going to be painful. I decided to get a plain gel manicure instead. I was sent to another person to finish up the manicure. I got there and noticed there were still remnants of acrylic on my nails, so I asked the second girl if we could get it removed. As she was trying to remove it, my nail painfully got split. She told me normally she soaks the nails in acetone when removing the acrylics so that it doesnt hurt, but that the other woman doesnt do it for some reason. I decided to leave without the manicure and settle for the removal. I was still charged $10.

I didnt have time to get my nails done before I left home. After a quick Google search this was the closest salon to my hotel. Great friendly service. And honestly one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. Really good prices. So worth a visit.

Super friendly and great service. I got a pedicure with gel nails and a full set with dipped powder and gel and they turned out so good! Did such an awesome job! My husband also got a manicure(his first one ever) they really cleaned his hands up nice since his job keeps them pretty dirty.Definitely coming here again next time we come back to Vegas!

Walked here from Ballys in about 10 minutes which was convenient. Fit me in relatively quick. Paid more for a pedicure than I would in Canada. Now back home and 3 weeks later the shellac has fallen off of two toes. This doesn’t happen at my salon back home. It stays on for months until it grows out or I go back for another pedicure.

My nails turned out fabulous! And the lady who did them was very sweet. I have been here twice, once for acrylics (45$) and once for gel French tips (40$). The ladies here are very nice and have just about everything. My nails came out wonderful both times. There was no wait. Its a very relaxed atmosphere. They were even willing to work with me when I told them one of my nails had broken off really short.

I paid for a Gel Pedicure it started to chip with in the same night .Never had this happened very disappointed.

Winnie gave me the best pedicure ever. Shes so pretty!
