A little late on my review, but haven’t forgot the great service from Truck Doctor!! We were traveling through OKC in our RV, and we experienced a busted airbag. Thanks Bobby for all of your help, and we appreciate you checking on us after the fact. We made it after all on our long awaited trip. Alisha was also very nice and helpful in dealing with our warranty company. Wish we could remember the technician’s name that is a big OU fan; so kind also. Thank you folks; we really appreciate your kindness and prompt service!

Quoted me $13,500 to replace my turbo and nox sensor. They told me the dealer quoted them $8,500 alone for the turbo but I called the dealer myself and they said $4,500. Idk if they made a mistake or what but seems like they just rip people off.

I contacted them to get work done a week ago. I was told theyd be out the next day to pick up my truck but no one ever called or came by. I called again and they said they didnt realize they forgot and would be by before noon the next day. Again no one ever called or came by so I called another shop and it was already fixed. They never even bothered ever calling me back at all. If theyre that flaky with even beginning the work I can only imagine what would have happened at their shop.

WARNING!! This company is a joke. Dont take your trucks here. THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE... I LEARNED THAT THE HARD WAY!! The quotes they give you are not accurate at all, not even close. I was towed in last month due to a problem with the engine. Turned out I needed a whole engine swapped. First, Rey Hernandez quoted me between $3,500-$5,000 for labor and liquids to get it done. Then, after I told them that I had ordered the engine from LKQ, they changed it to $6,000. I ended up paying $10,676.14 MORE THAN DOUBLE OF WHAT THEY INITIALLY QUOTED ME! The first invoice they sent me after the repair was for $11,023.93. They were nice even to give me almost $350 discount... WHAT A JOKE!! Apparently there is only 1 person in the shop that knows how to get the job done. They said it would take about 2-3 days to do the swap, and it ended up taking 10 days once they had the engine. Everything was done fine, except for the fact that they put the wrong dip stick in it and it wouldnt mark the oil???? Something that they forgot to tell me. We figured it out next day when my driver was trying to check the fluids. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!

Sent in truck to replace injector. They put the wrong injector in and the truck went 425 miles and burnt the piston. I do not recommend using this company.

I went to several shops in the area trying to get a valve on my fuel lines fixed and they all said they couldnt do it or couldnt get to it until the next day. Walked into this shop at 4:55 when everyone else was closing and they were happy to help me. Got me in and out within an hour. Tech had a very can do attitude, which I appreciate. Great experience. If I ever need work done again while in the area this will be the first place I go.

They did a big job on my truck and they did superb work at a fair price. 8500 worth of work and only 800 dollars for labor. Plus a tow of truck and trailer was only 250 bucks! Call them.

On a recent vacation we encountered a failed transmission North of Oklahoma City. After a failed attempt by AAA to recommend a repair facility, I reached out to Ray and his team at Truck Doctor. He arranged to come and get my motor home and promptly put it in his shop for repair. They had our transmission out that same day and off to overhaul. Incredibly, it was overhauled that same day and reinstalled the very next day. Working in service myself, I was impressed at how they pulled together to do everything possible. In addition to their work, they provided a recommended hotel that had a Truck Doctor rate with a shuttle back and forth between the hotel and the repair shop. If you are ever in Oklahoma City and happen to have a little bad luck as we had, do yourself a favor and give Ray a call.

I needed road side assistance. This company was willing to come outside and check me out on the road. I was exactly 30 miles away. They came and they told me that I need to be towed to the shop. I told them No Thanks and called different company. In the mean time I received a phone call from their office asking me to pay 920$ for absolutely nothing. The guy just came and went under the truck for one minute and told me he cannot help me. Btw the truck is now driving, the transmission computer had to be reset, the other company did it for $420 and in less than 30min. So I guess it is possible to have good service out there sometimes. And IF the Owner of the shop is reading this, I am not running away from payment. I know exactly well that you still came to me in the cold, so YES I will pay any amount that is fair. But 920$ for nothing is unfair, especially if you did not do anything else but drive 60 miles. And it just brings bad business back to you, because your reviews speak for your company better than anything else. I hope you reconsider the large amount asking me and give me a call to clear things out. You know who I am and you have my number. And I gave you 2 stars because you still came out to me in the bad weather.

While on vacation, we were on our way out of OKC in our RV when the AC Compressor froze on our RV causing the engine to overheat. Big problem and even bigger problem finding someone who could fix it in a timely manner. Truck Doctor handled the tow and was able to get our issue fixed so we could continue on with our vacation. While we had to make a few changes to our plans, we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip and vacation worry free with no problems.Hats off to Ray, Mike, and Albert for the hard work to get it fixed so our vacation wasnt totally ruined.

The media is the key for a business now a days so here it goes.My husband truck transmission broke down on a Friday night, we were able to get to the shop Saturday morning, (1-3 gears) long weekend ahead (MLK) and those instances that you believe and assure to your self, that you will be late for you appointment in CA, but guess what! We received the help from each team member, they were helpful and show empathy for our problem, Timothy got in charge for our transmission from the beginning to the end, making sure everything was done and working properly. Of course the transmission need to be change, yes $$$, but for now the rebuilt transmission is shifting the way it suppose to, we left same Saturday almost at midnight, got to our delivery on time in CA. (team driver). This repair was a team effort, but Timothy did and work on my new transmission, so far so good, I am glad that Truck Doctor has a competent employee like Tim. Thanks to all of you for your professionalism. Wishing you the best for 2019.

9-22-19 my coolant lines gave out so I called truck doctor of a tow and possibly the repairs. The tow truck got to really fast the driver was down to earth and cool. He took me to the hotel and made sure it was a room available before he left. The next morning when I woke up to call the shop to see if they started on my truck, the guy at the shop said we already started it should be ready really soon. My mind was blown I call that fast in and out service !!! Most importantly the bill didnt kill my pockets !!! Awesome dudes if I ever need some help in the okc area Im calling those guys !

Worst choice you could ever make for your business. This truck could have been easily repaired for $1500 at the dealership . They greedily charged this young owner operator $8600. All of the parts they claimed they purchased prices were super inflated. The driver is a young driver that took his truck there. He had dreams of being a successful owner operator. Truck Doctor helped steal his dreams. NEVER HAVE A WRECKER DO ANY WORK ON YOUR TRUCK!! They think in terms of fast money! The only reason why youd allow them to work on it anyway is convenience! They Prey on that type of thinking. I have no grudge against these people. They didnt cheat me personally they did it to innocence right in front of my eyes. Im merely doing my civil responsibility & thats exposing their deed. Believe the fake positive comments on here if you want to but youll be on here next sharing your horror story. Also notice that the positive reviews only have 1 like on them cause they are fake. The negative reviews have multiple likes cause they are sincere. I drove by there the other day & saw all of the trucks on their lot of victims that were up for sale. Your truck could be on their lot for sale too!! GO THERE & YOUR TRUCK WILL BE ON THERE FOR SALE!! Good fast work

Our trailer had catastrophic wheel bearing failure and we were broke down on the side of the highway. Clinton came right out and chained up the axel to get us to their shop. Unfortunately, being a Saturday we couldn’t get parts to fix it until Monday. First thing Monday morning they jumped right on it and had us back on the road that afternoon. They were very professional and polite as well as very knowledgeable. Don and his team are great and prices are fair.

I never leave any kind of reviews, but this place deserved a couple minutes out of my time to write this. Do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY from this shop!! Dont let any bit of their kindness fool you, especially Ray. He promised me a 6 month/100,000 mile warranty on my differential that they replaced..About 10k miles later when my truck got back to CA, my mechanic noticed a big gear oil leak which was coming from one of the seals that they had messed up when installing the differential. When I told Ray about this, he tried to blame it on Freightliner for sending a defective differential, when in reality that seal does not even come on the differential itself. He kept telling me he would call me back after talking to the owner, but constantly ignores my phone calls and refuses to honor the warranty. $8500 later my truck was still not fixed thanks to Truck Doctor..better off taking your truck to Gill Truck Repair

Poor business ethics. This company should be rated 0 stars. On September 4, 2019 Truck Doctor provided my business with a quote to repair a company truck.  ReyHernandez provided estimate #130264 in the amount of $10,142.42.  Most of the cost was going to covered by ourwarranty.  Rey Hernandez asked us toprovide a good faith payment of $5000 to start the work while the warrantyclaim was being processed.  A few dayslater Rey Hernandez contacted us to inform us the cost was increasing.  We contacted our warranty company andrequested the claim be stopped and informed Mr. Hernandez that we didn’t wantthem to perform any work on the truck.Prior to releasing our tuck the owner required us to pay for administrative and inspection cost which totaled $2112.00.  When we asked if the $2112.00 could bededucted from the $5000 we paid upfront we were told no.  The owner assumed we paid with a credit cardand would dispute the charges so he required a cash payment.  When we tried to explain that we paid the$5000 directly from our company bank account, we were still told to pay thebalance and informed that we would receive the $5000 refund within 30 days.  We paid the required $212.00 on September 13, 2019. We are well past 30 days and Truck doctor still has not refunded our $5000, which they rightfully owe us. The owner hung up in our face and stopped taking our phone calls.  It’s poor business ethics to ask for upfront payments for work not done and then not refund us our $5000 owed.  Refund us our $5000.  We continue to contact your company with no results.

Probably the worst possible place you can go to repair your truck. They charged me 20,000 dollars for repair, which was reasonable for the amount of work they were going to be doing. After about a month there was literally nothing done to the truck, they said they took all the parts out and put it back in the truck. It would be 18,000 to get our truck back. Their charging me for DOING NOTHING!!! They are straight up scammers. DONT GO HERE TO GET YOUR TRUCK REPAIRED.You will regret it.

One of my race haulers lost a turbo on I40 east of Oklahoma City on a Sunday night. Don came out, diagnosed the problem, got the tractor towed to his shop. He started the work on Monday morning, got the parts needed, got them changed out, and had us back on the road Monday afternoon. We still made it to the racetrack in California on time! Don and his crew were great to work with! Breaking down on the road is always a nightmare, but they turned it into a not so bad experience!! I just want to thank Don, Ashley, and all the guys involved. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs. Very professional!!

Dont take your chances! We broke down on highway! Was towed there.us and our Rv were held hostage for a week! Paid thousands of dollars to get out of there.Got out of parking lit...it was not fixed!!! Horrible ppl! Not family orientated like they want you to think! They are weasels!! CON ARTISTS!!!!

BEWARE! All of the negative reviews are 100% true! I own a shop in Texas and was absolutely appalled by the way they operate. I cant express how corrupt this operation is and their lack of customer support. Lies, hyper-inflated repairs and NO communication. They will do everything to get your money and nothing in the way of repairs. Read all the reviews its a reoccurring theme.

They were great i called them the night before with a busted PTO shaft they told me they could not get parts until morning to just come to the shop in the morning I got to shop and they got right to work on my truck I told them to fix all the rest of the problems that they can possibly find PTO shaft came in early so it took me about 5 hours to get everything done bill was very reasonable I would recommend I left back out to the oilfield at with my truck at 100%

These people are unprofessional crooks. They will tear your truck apart to diagnose the problem and leave it in a hundred pieces. They will demand their money for diagnosing the problem and wont put it back together. We paid them $3000 to diagnose the problem and was then charged over $1300 for a 28 day storage fee. Our truck was driven to their shop but was left in a million pieces. And yet, they held the truck hostage for storage fees and charged a ridiculous amount for diagnosing. So basically we paid over $4300 for nothing. We had a running truck when we dropped it off and now have a truck that is in pieces. We called a wrecker and had it towed from their shop to another shop for repair.

Told me they would be there in an hour. Never showed up. Tried to call them back wouldnt answer the phone. Definitely not recommended.

We were stranded at Camping world in Oklahoma City. We called this business and an hour later they sent Albert out and 6 hours later the problem is resolved in order for us to continue our vacation.

They were very upfront about their extremely expensive fees. The problem came when they misdiagnosed my truck and sold me an $1800 air compressor. A day or two later with the same problem another mechanic fixed it and found it was my dryer. Also my new air compressor now leaks oil from the gasket mounted to the block.

One star is too much! This place will take you to the cleaners! Their advice is EXPENSIVE and they are arrogant! I have never posted reviews about any of the truck shops we have used in our 10 years as truck owners - this is the first! They mark up the parts they acquire for the customer. They change what they have said - for instance: they said they would take a card over the phone... when it came time to pay they wouldnt. They advised us to buy parts that we found out cost almost half what they charged if purchased elsewhere. They charged for diagnoses and then would not credit it on the repair bill. They withheld parts when we took it to a mechanic we trusted. They made derogatory comments to my husband about me - to be fair, the young man apologized but that doesnt change the fact that there was talk about me/us behind our backs - and it wasnt nice! When questioned on the high cost of the parts, after comparing pricing we could get on our own, the owner exclaimed, How dare you challenge me on my pricing and threatened not to complete the job (the reason we took the truck to a different shop). He threatened my husband with charging you for everything I can think of... It was a nightmare and I would highly recommend NEVER using this shop for any repairs whatsoever!

This shop will not take responsibility for the repairs. We lost our transmission on the road while driving after their job . Bolts where never tightened down to the engine. Sucks i cant attach pictures to this post for everybody to see how it looked like after we lost it. Owner of the shop is a complete jerk. He wouldnt even answer the phone again after we told him what happened. Don, if you read this, grow some balls and be the man ! Take responsibility for your so called mechanics ! You cost me over 15k for this! Im just glad nobody got injured or killed. Seriously, be aware !!!!

Had voltage issues at the Petro in OKC in the fuel isle. Petro shop behind 5 hours called Truck Doctor and they sent out a service truck quickly. The tech figured out my problem and fixed me up! Tech knew what he was talking about and was very friendly.Thanks again!

Broke down under a hot load. Regen issues, called and they sent me a service truck. Had me on my way in less than 3 hours, from the phone call to the bill. Better than waiting 2 to. 3 days at a dealership. Will use again.

Had the truck towed in for a PTO Driveline replacement. Charged $4,100 for the job with tow. Extremely high compared to everyone in the area. However, I did one job and the new rebuilt driveline and it was back in their shop. Tim said it was something in the driveline BUT OL Albert told me it was my Transmission and asked if I wanted a quote on a new Transmission haha... I said fcuk no. So now I have the truck in a way better shop and we probably have to pay them to get the same job done right. I gave it 2 stars for the nice customer service from the young lady and the main bald headed man. Very respectful and courteous guys working there. Shout out to Mike the Tow man. Cool cat for sure. If your a large fleet and your company is paying for the job...this is the place to go. If youre small time find where my secret location is for quality service you can trust.

I had front wheel seal put on my semi truck. The Charges are very fair.... I like their customer service. Employees are kind. Espcially little Mikie who worked on my truck. Mikie, keep up good work. I would really recommend this place for repairs over other shops in the area especiallt for OTR.

The transmission on my 1995 motor home went bad. They gave me a price to fix it and held to that price even with a surprise. They let the wife and I stay in the motor home while they fixed it. Tim did everything possible to, make sure it was done right. Don did all he could to help us with this trauma. If your motor home breaks down in Oklahoma City, this is the place to take it.

Don is a gentleman and runs a great operation. Highly recommended!

Was told they could get me in for a diagnosis but once there sat while they pulled trucks in around me. The mechanic I was waiting for took 3 hours to service a Dodge pickup up. Plus he was looking at fuses under hood to find out why trailer pigtail not working when all lights on truck worked. Mechanics would rather talk on there phone. Poor customer service

I was very hesitant when I saw the reviews. I called truck doctor today because my truck wouldn’t start. They had a truck out within an hour for a repair. The diagnosis and repair was not simple but they got me back on the road!

Good people
