Really great experience. Got a mani pedi and my guy was so sweet. Everything was clean and they definitely took their time and did a good through job. My nails look like gel yet they’re normal polish! I’ll definitely be coming back again. (Also please ignore the tan lines on my feet) lol

My first experience was great, fast and professional. Unfortunately one of my nails broke the same day while opening my truck door. I called and told them what happened and that I would like to come have it repaired. Fast forward to today when I went to get my nail fixed. When he came to fix my nail he asked what happened I told him then his began fixing it but as if he was upset. I didnt go demanding a free service just wanted to get my nail fixed. He started talking to the female tech across from us and says Im not going to pay, she responds by repeating not once not twice but four times Elaines is to expensive they chuckle a few times then continues working. I stand and proceed to pay him and he says no, so I went to the manager and paid her. I work very hard for my money and I dont need to spend it with a company with that doesnt appreciate it. I thought I found my new nail spot but I see I need to keep looking.

Its so nice and big inside. Were able to socially distance easily and the manicure side is on the right while pedicures are on the left. I made an appointment for 8pm. while my feet are generally difficult (think cheese grater) I left feeling great after the massage and I loved my toes. Ive been here a few times now and havent been disappointed.

I’m sorry, the lady was nice, but this was terrible. I paid $85 total for a mani & pedi. Time to redo all of it myself!

I came for a pedicure and at first it was good, but Tiffany did not listen was aggressively doing my feet and kept getting up to do anything but my nails. Then Elaine had to come FIX my hard gel nail. Not even 6 hours later, my hard gel nail was completely fallen off when I came back, I said I would not like Tiffany and they proceeded to tell me that they would charge me to have someone else fix my nail. They used to have the best service but I don’t know what happened to this shop.

I wish I could share a picture of how horrible my pedicure looked and at $40 for a basic pedicure I will never return! Glad I didn’t get my nails done as well. Guy giving me a pedicure was talking on the phone most of the time. I could have done a better polish job myself. He did only one layer of polish!!! What a joke I will never ever return to this place even if I got free pedicures for life.

This is an awesome nail salon!!! I went there today because I checked out a jewelry store right next door. The set up is nice and they have a full staff. I saw 8 people working on a Wednesday. My technician was an older man with glasses and he was great. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name, however, when Im on that side of town again, I will stop in for a pedicure.

They just moved locations and it is amazing! The new layout allows for easy social distancing and they are as professional as ever. Everytime I get my nails done here I leave happy. I usually stick with French tips or a plain color, so Im not sure how the designs are, but I love Elaines. I got a deluxe pedicure with the green tea scent. After the warm towel and hot stone leg and foot massage, my legs felt good as new. I run frequently so I needed it. The service was excellent and the color options always make getting my nails done a lot of fun. I come here with my family and my friends whenever I can.

Booked an appointment for me and my friend they sat us across the building from each other which totally defeated us going together. I Asked for a fill and a color change and she charged me for a full set. The salon might be nice but the prices don’t justify the mediocre salon experience.

This place is hidden off the side of the road in a shopping complex. When you open the door you are transported to a different place entirely. The interior is rustic chic with large up to date modern pedicure chairs lining each side wall. Youre personally greeted by the manager who also does nails off to the side of the door. The manager personally did my acrylics and I have never had a better set done before anywhere. The pedicure is fantastic and very relaxing they dont rush it and I have sensitive feet but not once did I feel any pain. Great selection of gel and regular polish. The place is very busy but they fit me and my friend in within 20 minutes. The waxing is second to none they did a fantastic job shaping my friends sparse eyebrows. Overall it has a great upbeat atmosphere to enjoy pampering yourself with great prices.

This so far has been the only place I have been to out here in Las Vegas and have been twice.Due to covid-19 and restrictions you do have to wear a mask. They check your temperature and make you wash your hands before entering. It is a very clean, open establishment and they follow the restrictions we all have to follow that are in place. The people who work there are nice and friendly. Great services, a little on the pricey side. They do a nice job, my only issue is for the price you pay here for a full set I expect my cuticles to be clean. You dont want a nice looking full set and messed up cuticles. But overall its a great establishment to get the spa services.

Always nice getting my nails done!

I am beyond picky with my nails and let me tell you, Kim just delivered. I get stiletto and she took her time getting everything just right. You have no idea how much I appreciate that attention to detail. I will absolutely be back!Edit*after going back to Kim maybe 4 times and making an appointment every time, she would make me wait a minimum of ten minutes. If i make an appointment, i should be taken back at my appointment time. After waiting 20 minutes last time, i found a different shop that has never once made me wait longer than a couple minutes.

Perfect Spot!!!! Open Late, Beautiful and Unique Salon-super spacious and clean, Safety Compliant and Above the standard practices. I’m really impressed by this place and soooo grateful I found it! My nails are perfect btw and they work efficiently. Price may be slightly higher than elsewhere but the service, experience and quality all more than make up for it

Ive had a good experience overall, but the staff noticeably speaks about you. I wouldnt recommend Cuc Thi, I had asked her nicely if she could redo my design and she completely stormed off. Noticeably speaking about me, you could tell from the other staffs reaction. Shes low tempered and not patient. Which I didnt find fair, because at the end of the day im not paying for something I dont like. Dont work there if you dont enjoy it. I would recommend long though! Hes extremely nice, makes you feel comfortable, and very patient.

I when Friday 09/4/2021 i pay $70 + $5 tip for my regular pedi and mani I ask for French tip Sunday morning all those French tip wash away what waste...I never have this problem before in Utah this second nail salon I went to they do the same thing friendly but come to mail they don’t do good job that’s my first experience sorry

Elaine is amazing. I wish I could have her do my nails every time. My family and I come here often. The only main complaint I have for them is that not all the nail techs know how to do a basic ombre pink and white or anything from a picture you show them of what you want. I understand that they arent going to look just like the picture most the time but can we at least get it to look similar and not completely different than what you asked for.

Their new location is absolutely beautiful! They are very professional and I have never had any issues with services done. I have been coming here for almost a year now. on time and courteous! love it here!

I absolutely love this place. Chloe did my pedi and fill, and she did an amazing job. The place is very clean, they sanitize in between customers, they have installed plexiglass screen partitions at all manicure and pedicure stations, and they are all wearing masks. Overall a great experience and will come back again.

They’re very clean, efficient with appointments, even as a walk in so you won’t wait too long. They have a new building near the old location and it reminds me of a spa-like salon. Prices have gone up which is why I’m giving it 4 stars since I was told every salon went up due to pricing on products. Lies, and I know a couple of people who go to other salons and are being charged the same prior to pandemic. I don’t appreciate being lied to even though I know it’s business. My nail tech is really good to me but I may have to start going to another salon that’s less expensive.

They are open late for your convenience.Professional they are also pretty efficient with time.They follow the new safety guidelines and take it serious. I appreciate that in these unpredictable times. They also have plenty of room so you don’t feel cramped in a tight space. This salon is super clean and super spacious. I recommend this place try it once especially if you have a last minute engagement or nail emergency. They are great and fix you up fast. The owner I believe is onsite or she runs the place you can tell they value their work and customers. They got all my list down for most important value as a repeat customer. Clean, efficient and customer satisfaction. The prices are fair and the service is not time consuming.If you do a walk in service I recommend you call just to make sure they can take you and are not to busy. Late nights they only seem to have 3-4 people available so do call also you might have to be guided to the store once you enter the parking lot. Please update your business info online. I got lost the first time because I think they had the old address suite # online. FYI for those who like variety of music do bring some head phones and your phones cuz you might get stuck listening in on love line radio talk show and song request. Not really my jam but I forgot my head phones twice and they seem to have a specific station on at this place. Other than the music choice this place is pretty great service is great.

Went there quite a few times to get my nails put on and filled. Last time the girl did them way to thing, and two broke with in 2 days. I went back and the manager fixed them, but blamed me for them breaking. A week later the only two left are the ones the manager fixed. Now I don’t even feel comfortable going back there anymore, do to the services provided.

The best pedicure ever!! Hanna is the best! She was so thorough and also gave a great massage. Im coming back and thats for sure. Also had my nails done by Danny, a full acrylic set, and I loved the way he massage each finger to make sure he didnt miss anything. That felt great! Yep, Im coming back!

Myself and My friend got our nails done at Elaines nail salon. The experience was unpleasant. Our nails was done by two different nail Tech. My nail Tech cause my finger to bleed with the drill and my friend hands was cut up. They dont clean the foot spa. I can see how some people stated they got foot fungus and two other people came in and stated some of their nails fell off within 3 days. Some of the staff argues with you and get an attitude when you want the issues corrected. We ended up going to Red Persimmon Nails next to Madhouse coffee up the street from Elaines the next day on Desert Inn and Durango.Red Persimmon Nails are very professional and gives excellent customer service. Great prices and they use bags in their foot spa and clean the spa tub. Not catching any fungus there. Great business ethics and highly professional. Big difference in nails. You dont leave their shop like you need a fill. They even cleaned my friend cuts and apologize to her for what she went through. Thats goodbusiness ethics and caring about your customers. They offer 3 types of pedicures. Great quality work at this establishment.

Was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, and got a normal manicure with Elaine.She is super thorough and really took care of my nails.There could be a bigger variety of nail polish colors, but other than that, I highly recommend Elaine’s!

Elaines is by far the BEST nail shop in town! Before they were good and now they have moved and WOW I am impressed! Nice, clean, open and sanitary shop! My husband and I both got service. My husband is very picky but CINDY did an absolute fantastic pedi for him. He is so happy! As for me! I usually see PINK but she isn’t back yet so I got the pleasure of getting VAN. When I say she is probably my favorite nail tech ever I’m not lying. My pedi was done with such care. My feet feel amazing! My full set was also done by VAN and I tried a different color and shape than usual and she did such a perfect job that I’m now obsessed! I love this place. The service is always good and consistent. They open late from 9am to 11pm 7 days a week, which is hard to find in this town. I was doing a french tip and my technician today - mrs. Hannah was constantly asking as she was working on my set to ensure that I will be satisfied with my nails. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends.

BEWARE!!!I got a dip manicure and the nail tech cut my cuticles until they bled. I told her it hurt and to please be careful. She snapped at me to Sit still! The tech filed my nails crookedly and didnt use any type of cuticle oil. I told her I was unhappy and she made me pay before it was done, telling me if would be fine when it was completed. My cuticles are burning and bleeding. When I told the owner, Elaine, she kept interrupting me as I was trying to tell her the issues. She told me for the burning and bleeding cuticles I just needed to run my hands under cold water. She didnt offer any resolution. I told her I wanted a refund and she told me she would give me half off next time. I told her I didnt think there would be a next time and she didnt respond. My friend, who got a manicure at the same time and was a regular customer, tried talking to Elaine and she was very rude to her, too. I got home and washed my hands and noticed the tears and cuts in my cuticles and fingers. I tried putting hand lotion on and winced in pain because of the cuts. This all happened less than an hour ago, so I dont know if I will need to see a doctor, but I am concerned about an infection.I would warn customers about this business and recommend they find another location because of the poor quality of work and abysmal customer service from both the nail tech and owner.

This is my go to place. I love going to Sunny. He is very particular with his work and it comes out great. I wouldnt go to anyone else. The atmosphere is cozy, they offer beverages, and the staff is friendly. The place is pretty big with tons of workers, but they fill up quick, so booking an appointment is highly recommended. Enjoy!

When I’m in Vegas this is my go to nail spot. Elaine is so personable and you can tell that she really cares about her business I’m amazed by how much it’s transformed over the years. Also the hours are great especially in Vegas. Ive been meaning to write a review for Elaines. If you enjoy a good massage and the quality time that someone can take when taking care of your tips and toes this is the place to go. The service is attentive, theres always a great vibe, and it feels top of the notch luxurious. I have been going here for years. The deluxe pedicure with the treatment is amazing although I prefer a massage over the hot stones it’s really nice. The cool peppermint is amazing after a warm summer day. They have amazing art skills and has always been the best nail spot I’ve ever gone to. Everyone is the sweetest and kindest. This is the best nail place in town!

Ive been coming here for over 5 years now and Im never disappointed. Elaine is very nice and accomodating(as is everyone else). They have complementary coffee, sodas, and water. The place is always clean and presentable. Their prices are very reasonable especially with what you get. My grandma and I always ask for Mimi. Shes really sweet and the quality of her work is stellar. Very detail oriented. My nails always come out clean, smooth, and uniform. Mimi is also great with designs, if youre feeling adventurous. They will take really good care of you here!

Be Careful. This place just renovated and raised the prices. A regular mani and pedi $65. So $40 for a regular pedicure and $25 for a mani. No gel. Loved this place before. But they just lost a repeat customer.

I just had moved here in November from California and first try I found this wonderful now salon my first experience was not the best with my lady but I brought two other family members and both of them thought it was the greatest nail shop ever and theyve been here seven years so I said I will give it another try with someone else since the place is huge and his open from early till 10 - 11 at night which which suits everyone in our house able to make it here at all different hours and I just some tried it again and now I have my forever girl I call her and Im probably no matter where I move to in the state I will be coming here as long as she is here Ive never gone to anyone and not felt like my fingers are bruised or sore the next day after getting a full set put on or even just you know maybe a couple fixed and I know everyone knows that feeling thats I had my nails done with this gal and nothing didnt even realize I had my nails done because my fingers werent sore. So now Ive been coming here since November is now February and like I said I wont go anywhere else and I tell everyone that compliments me on my nails that they should come as well.. I love you Rose youre the best ever....

You dont need an apt to come here. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted immediately and within 5min usually attended to. The last who did my pedicure was patient and did a great foot massage and took her time on painting my nails. Definitely will come back again.

We’re not Vegas locals, Had a little accident with one of my nails and I had no idea where to go, i went in to a couple of places before going to Elaine’s Nails. I just gotta say first impressions are important! Immediately saw how clean it was. Got greeted as soon as we walk-in and we did not wait more than 5 min! Got my nail repaired and a pedicure and left very happy!

I been customer here from 2 years . Amber always take care of my nails . She is very polite and sweet girl .Salon is always neat & clean . Im here visiting so this is my first impression of this place. I received a pedicure along with my friend who lives her. She was soaking her feet before me and was still soaking after me. I LITERALLY only had my feet in the water for a total of 3 mins. 40 dollars when it should have been 20. Im kinda mad that I left a 3 dollar tip

Very interesting layout. I dont know why no one takes pride in doing a proper manicure anymore. Literally starr to finish in less than 20 minutes. Nail polish uneven, nails not properly filed, and excess skin around the actual nail.Wont be coming back.

Pricey in my opinion since its a spa and they dont always massage u with the lotion or oil that they should. Plus they dont put liners in the tub they just dont clean out out and they use the same tools on you they never dispose them. So not sure why they have spa prices but I have been twice and like my nails

Update (may 2020): I used to love elaines, but I wont be returning. They almost doubled their prices and didnt let me know until half way through my pedicure. I have found other great salons that are almost half the price. They lost a loyal customer.I always have a great experience at Elaines! I never have to wait long to get a seat and they do a fantastic job!

Gel and designs are awesome. I worked outside and am hard on my nails. They never lift or pop off. The entire staff works hard to keep appointments running on time while servicing walk-ins. They are just the best!!!

I have been to a variety of nail salons and this is by far the best salon!!! The service is very friendly and they spoiled my little girl with hot chocolate and sweets. They have a great selection of gel colors...and my favorite... a variety of gel glitter!!! I get gel manicures and when I got them done here they were very strong and lasted no breaks or chips or peeling polish. My daughter and I will definitely be back. We have found our salon!!!

Got a gel pedicure on Wednesday 2/13 it is Tuesday 2/19 not even a week later and 6 of my 10 toe nails have peeled off the gel polish. Hasn’t even been a week. 2 days after getting it done, I wear heels to work, I took my heels off and 2 toes colors came off in my heels, the very next day 1 got caught in my fuzzy blanket and started lifting, took a shower and looked down I had a few more missing.. Love the salon, it’s so big, open late just really disappointed and upset that my $55 gel pedicure doesn’t even last a week. I spent $65 total with tip and it hasn’t even been a week and I have 4 toes with color remaining.

Elaines nails is pretty nice. There are lots of staff even at night. They close at 11, we came in at about 9. There was a little bit of a wait it was a busy Tuesday night. I planned for a full set and pedicure, but because the full set took so long and costumers continued to come in I decided Id get a pedicure at a different time. My only complaint is that their prices are a little higher than most nail shops and I was charged $5 extra for long nails

Always treated well. Cindy does a great job. Prices are very reasonable, but they tend to try to upsell you. Not pushy about it at all, but everything extra has a price. Overall would recommend this place.
