Horrible experience! Rude employees! Nasty! I took my daughter here so that we could pamper ourselves and was spoken to like I was an inconvenience. I was told they didnt have time to accommodate my daughter and I getting our nails done together. Wouldnt even consider it. After I looked at how nasty the place was and how they had the door propped opened instead of air conditioning for their paying customers I decided it was a blessing in disguise that I decided to walk out. I have had my nails done here in the past but never again! To the owner if youd like your business to thrive hire people that know how to work with the public. I was born raised and worked in Nevada all my life and this is. No one has to give you their business so show respect and appreciation.

Everything started good, until they all had a family argument! Seriously made my nail tech cry and work on me. Kims service was gentle on my hands and feet.. but I believe she could have done a little better with my manicure,she did warn me that the nail polishes there where no good and will last less than a day. I preferred regular nail polish instead of the gel.. guess I should have listened to Kim because my nail polish looks like it will last less than a full day 😒.About the place its self ... It looks dirty, needs plenty deap cleaning and it looks like not all nail techs clean up after every client. 🤢🤢While my nails where drying under the light I noticed how the manager put away only the items that Kim had taken from the sanitized blue baggie to a section where I believe they get sanitized properly, the rest of the items like nail files, buffer, pumice stone, the metal foot scrubber where not even wiped clean. Those items where put into the drawer and the drawer was pushed back into a line of ready to use by next tech for a new client..The pedicure spa bowl was NOT properly clean It wasnt even rinsed.Im not recommending this nail place to anyone, after Ive seen how they treat the employees and the equipment used on customers 😡Everyone loving this place... Pay attention to how clean and sanitized the equipment used on you is. Good luck!.

Been coming here for a couple years. They all do a great job but linh is who i see every time. Place is always clean and i have never had a complaint about my nails.

The Shop is okay, service could be better. They over charged my bank card, I gave a cash tip. Police report filed. This place will rip you off.

I know this place for over 20 years the girls there are nice but over time they got bad they will charge for deluxe pedicure 35 and nothing different then the regular for $25 and Linn she is the faster one but miss a lot of details I like the 2 guys that work there they are very good with massaging your feet.but they charge a lot for 1 nail or toe nail if you need a touch up or refill. I think they need to take care of the customer specially if they are regulars

Today was my first time coming to this salon and Sharon is such an attentive person and I really appreciate how she did my pedicure. It is so hard to find people who care about their customers and she did such a great job.

Customer service is lack luster. When you go in no one asks you what you need. They dont have a lot of staff. The quality of the full sets is terrible they look bad in a matter of days... The best experience I had there was getting my eyebrows done because she is amazing and the pedicures are great

Depending on the day, is the “quality” of service. I’ve had good and bad experiences here, but sadly more bad ones than good ones. For example, like today, I went to get a fill in and was told by the tech that he refused to complete my nails after I had to critique him over 3 times on how to do a proper fill in (meaning: BRING! The powder ALL THE WAY to the cuticle for the fill and that I should NOT still be seeing my real nail, or the old gel polish he didn’t file off all the way). Needless to say, I didn’t pay for that so-called “service”, and walked out with my nails looking horrible, unfinished, and my time WASTED.If you do happen to go here, there are ONLY three good techs in the whole place (Maya, John, and the young girl)! AVOID the rest of them because they are lazy and don’t want to properly do their job, and they get mad at you for pointing it out when your the paying customer!

I went in for a full set. Simple white tip. The girl that did my nails cut into my cuticles making me bleed, then super glued her own finger to the white tip on two of my nails which looked like a black spot on the white tip (I asked her if that would be taken care of she said ues yes dont worry) and then did nothing about it. She then tried to shape them and all 10 nails were different lengths, shapes and she filed into the white tip so only the clear acrylic was showing. I waited patiently while her and her coworker tried to fix my nails but only made them worse. Oh and the cherry on top was when she glued the white tips on they were just about all crooked. They wanted me to stay another hour so someone else could fix them. I said no and they demanded I pay the full amount. I told them I would pay for their materials to which they said we will give you a $10 discount. I paid more than I shouldve for just materials & left there. I now have to find another nail place that can remove them and redo them completely. Im so disappointed and upset. Worst customer service ever!! And very dirty and unsanitary. I had to ask for alcohol multiple times to clean up the blood from my cuticles. They tore a small piece off of a used paper napkin and handed it to me with cuticle oil.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!!!! Lousy work, lumpy, sloppy, ugly results, cut my fingers, terrible customer service, and they overcharge. Refused to refund money or fix the problem. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I wish I could give them a lower rating-they are horrible at nails. You will regret it if you go to this shop!

They do great work on spa pedicures which are relaxing. Their manicures and gel nails designs are great and I receive many compliments. Lynn & Kim who work there are the best!

The elderly woman that did my nails here was extremely rude. I wanted my nails manicured and then, a full set put on. She got very defensive when I explained this to her after she gave me a manicure. Maybe she thought I was trying to pull some scam, but I assured her I would pay for all services and paid in advance plus a tip with my debit.This is where things got unprofessional. During the rest of my visit she was noticeably rough & careless while handling my hands. Her tone became insensitive and angry. I apologized several times while she aggressively ripped through the remainder of my nail visit. I almost left in tears and was hurt from the whole experience.

Ive have gone more than once only because of convenience. Let me just say, I will never go again. I also kept thinking I could give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe just one bad day? No. Horrible customer service and I could accept that maybe if the quality of work matched the attitude. More than once my toe polish came off within (3) days, didnt get what I asked for, was rushed out, didnt clean cuticle on my hands or feet, freezing cold water, boiling hot water and usually I dont say anything because I feel bad; the one time I asked, can you lower the heat on the water? Its too hot, the girl got an attitude and made it freezing cold. Its expensive too!!! Never, never again will I throw away hard earned money. Now Im a stay at home Mom and rarely do anything nice for myself. So I would not waste another opportunity there EVER!!

Horrible work. Paid $85 for a fill and pedicure 3 days later 3 of the uneven bumpy nails popped off. Went to have them repaired because I had a date and wanted my nails to at least match even though raggedy and the nail technician who half did my nails told me I could go somewhere else, after I complained about the service, I was over charged for just 3 days prior. Terrible customer service and work. Will NEVER go there again and suggest you dont either

Horrible place, not a personal client but both my grandmother and uncle got a pedicure here last week, and I am severely concerned knowing they are diabetic. While they gave my grandmother a pedicure, they cut her heel, while my uncles toe is completely infected from the pedicure. Their cleanliness is not up to standards, looking at my uncles toe there is no way they are using sterile instruments, I wouldnt walk into this place even if they were offering free pedicures. I dont even want to rate it one star.

I was very unhappy when I walk in I requested a lining for the hot tub, the water was very durty i ask to change it and put the lining. they said they will charge $3 dollars extra I said why this is part of service and this should included not extra. I geave in to that then when I ask how much for the combo they said $ 40 when on the walls they have it as a $35 dollars service I said and why is that if the sing say $35 they just smile and said okay $38 I dont see how they feel that is okay to raise the price just becouse I question them. Not happy.

I used to go here all the time, but this will be my last. I went and got a full set and a pedicure, they did my set first, but the man doing them was rude he was doing multiple people at the same time and made me wait even though I had an appointment he rushed me and my nails came out terrible he also refused to do any of the designs I wanted. Now to my pedicure, they lady was nice but she didnt clean the tools or anything after my friend had got her pedicure done, my toes came out nice, except for the next day I had to take all my nail polish off my toes because both my big toes got an infection and when I called they refused to let me talk to a manager and wouldnt listen to my problem, she was rude and would not make any compromise, and they would NOT admit they did something wrong. Will NEVER go back!!

The WORST nail salon Ive ever been to. I asked them to remove my acrylics AND do a manicure. The lady yanked my nails off and wouldnt try another method even when i told her it hurt too bad. Then she still left bits of the acrylics on my nail and I guess to them a manicure is ragged, rough, uneven nails because that is how she left mine. And when I had to pay she was towering over me looking to see if Id give her a tip. I had to go home and cut my own nails this place is ridiculous.

You wont go anywhere else after you come here. Amazing!

My wife had to get out of her chair!!!! Ewww they dont sterilize. I gave the girl a chance believing maybe she forgot. But she did was utter something in her native language with a cheap lemon paper napkin. I believe she was claiming she cleaned the clippers. But the foot soaker was ewww and they use no liners. If I could give minus zero star I would. Ok everybody! For those of you that really enjoy mushroom this is the place! For you who wish to grow your toe nails into eagle like fungus plagued talons this is your place with 5 stars. But if nail fungus is not something you want you should heed to my warning. RUN THE OTHER WAY!

OMG. Horrible experience. First off, the way the lady took off my old gel polish was a misery to go through. It was painful the entire time. Then, she sliced two of my finger tips with her file. Even nipped the my nail bed and made it bleed. Lastly, she cut my nails hella jagged. Even after all of this, she still had the nerve to look up and smile at me everytime I made a noise from the pain. Pure evil or something. idk how anyone could mess up a basic gel nail but they did. I ignored the reviews and I shouldnt of.

Horrible service made me pay upfront or no service but made no one else do that and sorry to be frank but no one was African American but me. I’m upset and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Avoid this place! Yesterday I went to TNT for the first time and it will be my last. Asked for a French and a few hrs later the polish started to chip so today I go in and ask if they can fix it. They refuse to fix it unless I get gels. The nail tech tells me thats normal for regular polish and I need gels. This place it awful

Fast work but tip top quality

Very rude customer service. Kept getting skipped over and forced to wait longer because they either forgot I was there or didnt acknowledge it. Very rough on your hands and feet, even though they kept skipping me they barely gave my hands time to dry before rushing me out of their closing store. I couldve been out sooner has they not continued to skip/ignore me.

I wish I could leave a picture. Got my eyelashes done here and hours later they were falling off. When I went back to get my money back they refused. I would not recommend anybody going here.

WORST NAIL PLACE EVER!! so I went to get my nails done the other day and I got the worst service, ever not only did she do a horrible job and all my nails were messed up she put too much paint on them & the worst part she made pay before she was even done! horrible service lets not forget she was trying to do too people at once. They have cock roaches, and are using dirty tool. I had a pedicure and the foot bowl was dirty with someones elses skin. I actually g=had to tell them to drain it and clean it. When she did my nails the tools were dirty and when I told her not to use them she just spraying alcohol on it. Very unsafe practice.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!If I could rate -0 stars I would! I went in 2 days ago to get my nails done and 2 of my fingernails broke off already!! In 2 days!!!! Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 years and never have I had this issue! Im sure they use cheap material! Also, they have old, dry and repeated colors for their nail polishes! Its been 2 times that I have to bring my own polish because I know they dont have anything nice in their shop. This last time that I went in there was a girl to my left and one on my right that complained about the same thing and one of them brought in their own polish also!!!! Ridiculous! How many people need to complain before they do something about it!? They probably dont want to get new nail polishes so that you HAVE TO pay for gel! Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back again.
