Im giving a 4 star because they did jump around alot and take a long time but it seems like its cause only T knows how to actually apply the acrylics and the other woman just help her prep and do pedicures, otherwise I would be giving them a five star. My nails came out wonderful, my my grand daughters nails came out great, my daughters color was a little off and it would have been nice if the lady doing her nails would have explained that there was a yellowish brown tint in the clear she had chosen but over all their work was good. The way I see it is of you want your nails to come out nice they have to take their time if you want them done fast you get what you get.

I went in one day on a Friday and got my nails done a simple coffin shape it only took 2 days for my thumb to break and for my pinky finger to lift from the cuticle then the next day my other finger broke. This honestly has been the worst set of nails I have ever gotten in my life. The girl that was doing mine had been rushing the whole day because she had an appointment if you had something to do that day why did you go to work and do poor jobs. I paid $40 for these for them to break into days that is ridiculous.

Paid over $100 for pain, and awful nails. She kept blaming the nail polish for her awful job. When I said I didn’t like it she said “well I don’t work for free.”

Nails all different shapes and lengths, made a mess of my cuticles kept bringing colors I didnt want. Heard girl next to me say her gel polish started flaking off after a few days. Left before they did the gel polish and just paid for the horrible maincure they did. Very disappointed.

Competent staff. The music is definitely designed for women.

They somewhat listen to you but overall not good. The pedicure your better off going with a solid color and not tips my toes look weird, I feel like I could of done them myself better for a quarter of the cost. Also the gels here werent very good and one of my nails are even cut crooked. Sadly Im very disappointed.

Bad! Bad customer service, bad work, dirty as they go from working on someones feet to your hands no washing whatsoever...this place is bad I spend 4 hour one day to get a hack job done and another hour the next day for a so called fix they came out worse! Had to go spend additions money fix their screw upbecause they refused to refund or correct their horrible work.

They have no respect for your time appointment or not expect to be there for at least an hour or two. Maybe one person knows how to do nails... always burn my nails and cut me. Do not go here I’ve given them 4 chances. I’d rather go to sante fe
