We are so thankful to Neptune Society. When my brother died unexpectedly, we were shocked and devastated. The Neptune Society was there to help with planning and arrangements. Kaylin handled everything beautifully and made it as stress free as possible for us. She took amazing care of my brother and my family. We flew to Nevada to handle his affairs and everything was prepared and waiting for us when we arrived. We were so impressed and grateful that several of us are planning to sign up with Neptune Society now, before we actually need it and we have already recommended them to our friends.

The Neptune society in las Vegas was nothing short of amazing. every single person I dealt with was compassionate and kind. They treated us with care after my dads passing. I felt confident and happy that they were dealing with my father.

Cheryl Jones was extremely helpful in coordinating and helping me navigate through this difficult time. Frankly, I dont know how other people can manage funeral preparation within a 4-5 day timeframe. So much to do and organize during a stressful and extremely emotional time. The comfort you feel with the process and the provider is so important. For me, it meant everything, along with what I could afford at the time.

The death of my husband has been a earth shattering experience. One comfort was that we had both decided to use Neptune Society when the end of life happened. There was no worry about how things would be handled after the hospital. It was easy to just sign papers and Neptune Society took care of everything. I made an appointment and received a time to come immediately. Kaylin Nixon was my arranger and things were easy after meeting with her. She offered condolence, compassion, and was patient with me. I was nervous and crying. I wasnt rushed, made to feel comfortable as she explained in detail what would occur, discussed options, family assistance available etc. When I returned to collect the remains, she expressed compassion again and I was most impressed with the assistance provided upon leaving. She carried the urn to my car and I chuckled as she secured my husband in the car seat.Everyone I encountered at the facility were respectful and courteous. Calls or text messages to check on me and offers of any assistance that I might need during these first weeks or months and encouraging words, and prayers were offered. After losing my sister who had no pre-arranged needs, I saw firsthand the experience my niece went through trying to raise funds to cremate her mother. I did not want my children to have to go through that. Neptune Society makes it possible to make very low payments so you do not have to pay the full amount upfront. We travel across the US and into Canada and Mexico so knowing that we would be returned home if we passed while traveling was a big plus for us. The cost is very comparable and I highly recommend the Neptune Society

With my moms passing, it was so nice to not have to deal with all the other arrangements. Mom had pre-purchased her plan with Neptune Society. They have been wonderful in coordinating the process from accepting mom after death, communicating the status of cremation and transporting the remains to be buried with her husband at the Riverside National Cemetery in California. Thanks to all that they do.

Neptune Society, without prior arrangements, was used for my mother and grandmother at their deaths. I was satisfied with the ease of the service and price. I was shocked that the price had doubled over the past 12 years. That made me hesitate, but I trust your service and products and felt I could find no better. I had priced cremation services when I bought a vault earlier this year at a local cemetery. Not only was the price higher, but they insisted on pricey extras that I did not want.

Having arrangements made prior to a loved ones passing enabled me to get through the necessary steps moving forward.

Robyn was first class all the way, when given a question that she wasnt sure about she went back to her bosss office and spoke to her to get the proper response to my wifes question. Really enjoyed the time it took to set up my wife and mine final arrangements......would do it again and would most definitely recommend talking to Robyn Kelley.

I started communicating with Barbara via email as far back as November. She provided me with all the information I needed but since I lost my job and was waiting for my retirement pension, I was not yet ready to commit. But Barbara was patient, following up with me with emails and phonecalls. When I finally got notice of my pension, it was timely that she emailed me that same day. When I told my sister about it, my sister also got interested and bought for herself as well.

Having not made prearrangements, I called at night and was contacted locally immediately at which point I did not worry any more. Everything was handled perfectly. THANK YOU.

Tisha, Elizabeth and all the staff at Neptune Society Las Vegas were very helpful during this time of hardship, loss and grief. They showed tenderness and sympathy while handling all the important details like notifying Social Security, transporting, death certificates and other legal necessities that arent easy to do when your mind is cloudy with grief. I am so glad that my wife and I chose Neptune a few years ago. They are complete professionals in every way. The package price we paid was a bargain considering the services rendered.

Natisha and Elizabeth at the lake mead blvd office were so caring and compassionate though-out the whole process when my mom passed away. They made a difficult time a little bit easier for us with having everything taken care of for her cremation. Everyone in the office was so kind. My mom passed away in late November and they are still checking up on me to make sure I am ok and don’t need anything. I’m so happy we decided to choose Neptune Society.

The Neptune Society is a very professional place they are up front about how they handle your loved ones and they have kept us posted across the entire time. He passed away on January 23,2021 and we had decided to change mortuaries from Hites and they said we only had 2 weeks to decide then he would be moved to the county morgue, we then decided to call the Neptune Society who understood what we were dealing with and took charge and he was being transferred to their care which went smoothly we had until February 6th at which time we decided to have Neptune Society for our Cremation and he had to just wait a short time for us to have this done and she sent me a text and he Joseph R Anzalone will be back home by March 6th if I was Ready to go I would have them to take care of me as well !!!!

This is a very difficult time and the people at the Neptune Society helped me handle everything from start to finish. I felt very conformable with the everyone I talked with there. They reached out to me to check up on my emotional status, very nice to have people who care.

Natisha did a great job in explaining everything more than once to me.She was very easy to work with and I would use Neptune Society again without any hesitation.

I have had a few concerns, but they are kind people.Will we truly be taken care of upon our passing, or will they find an obligation for my family to complete for us.

After one week of my beloved best friend Bill passed, my mind cleared of the Schock of his passing and the fact that no one other than the hospital case clerk had contacted me, God (or Bill) inspired, The Neptune Society came to mind as we had spoken months earlier about Life, and HOW it was only one day at time! I googled Neptune, called them and the sound of a compassionate person said yes, Bill is here and so is your name. Were very sorry for your loss and will help you. Bill was the embodiment of the Budddha. His Bodchitta heart, mind and actions were always for the benefit of all sentient beings he served in over 42 years of AA service around the country. From Brooklyn to Beverly Hills and back and finally to Las Vegas for the last 5 years were he knew he live out his last days as he once told me. Bill once told me, to have a friend you first must be friend. Now with Neptune Societys help and support I fell when all complete and I receive his remains that i will be able to Honor him for the unconditional love he was given me, my family and all his friends back here in Brooklyn, N.Y. for our Beloved Brooklyn Bill A. I have recieved 3 surveys in the mail, addressed to my mom who left this life on October 16, 2018. My mom had no affiliation with them but now that shes gone they send surveys. I called and was told that there was no one person in charge for me to speak with but my moms name and address would be removed from the mailing list.Its Extremely insensitive for them to send this mail when my moms death is still heavy on my heart ! When I suggested they check death records before addressing an envelope I was informed that they have no way of doing that search - thats very hard to believe.I am very unimpressed !

Recently, I unexpectedly lost my brother and wasnt sure where to start with arrangements. My best friend referred me to Neptune Society and specifically Natisha DeGourville. It is nearly a year to the day since my mothers passing and who calls me today? A representative from the Neptune society asking since I needed services a year ago have I thought about my own mortality and would I care to make advance planning with them...all left on my voicemail.....are YOU KIDDING ME??? Nevermind I didnt even use your overpriced (IMO) service...now you call me one day from the day my mother died asking me that?? WOW is this even a marketing strategy that works? ..I am still speechless ... your callous and unfeeling attitude a year later make me so thankful I didnt end up using you... shame on you... Ambulance chasers have nothing on you guys...pity is I have heard good things in other parts of the country about your organization...so I will strive to give the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to Vegas..
