This equipment truck frame alignment place knows their stuff!I brought my RV trailer there to get the axles trued and a soft ride suspension installed.

Very professional and the alignment repair was successful. My RV no longer pulls. Dont expect much conversation from the mechanics, though.

I had concern about the Ford F53 chassis on my 2016 motorhome. I coordinated an appointment for a review and the work started on time. I was invited to stand next to the technician as things were explained and shown to me. The result was that there were no issues at all. No one invented work that was not required like another shop did to raise my concern in the first place. Josam will be the shop I will use for any frame or alignment work on my RV. Trustworthy, honest and communicative is what Josam provides. I experienced it first hand.

We had bent shackles and a leaf spring missing some pieces on a grapple truck. Josam handled it extremely quickly. Barry and his team are the most professional company I have dealt with regarding truck repair. They did what they said they would do and did so at a FAIR price. I hope to never need this type of emergency repair work done again but if I do there is no doubt where I will go to get it handled. Thank you Barry!

I took my 88 Ford E350 van to Josam for alignment (130 mls from my home)when 3 local shops couldnt get it right.Within 45 minutes they had it aligned and showed me a bent part that caused the problem and down the road I went good as new.Three years of agravation behind me... Should have gone there to begin with,they did the same with my 40 motorhome several years ago.. I figured anybody near home could align of Ford van, but I was wrong. 130 mi trip was well worth the investment. Thanks guys nice job...

If you want a place that knows their stuff, and can get your truck, trailer, or RV in and out quickly then this is the place. If you are looking for a luxury service experience with a BS service advisor that blows smoke but has no real clue what is going on, this is not the place for you.

The whole crew at Josams appeared very competent and completed my coach on time. I had valve and adjuster issues with the air ride/ leveling system. They were honest and reasonable. They will be my goto frame and alignment ship from now on.

Amazing service

I took my RV in for a rear alignment problem. Josam was able to fix the problem with the rear axle and found and corrected a problem with the front axle as well. They repaired the tilt wheel mechanism and added motion control devices to the rear suspension. About a week later Barry called to check on me to see how the rig was performing, excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

I wish i could give them -10 star, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I came with kingpin problem and I needed to replace it. They told me it is 1 day job so i left the truck. However, next morning Berry called me and told me all i need is just new tires and shock absorbers for my cab, I said ok i trust you, and lets do it. They took whole day just to put 2 new tires. And i paid $1500 and left. And guess what nothing changed at all my truck shaking as hell and now i stopped at different shop to replace my kingpins. Very very bad experience. Pls stay away from this place. I just paid $1500 for nothing plus i lost my day. And they are not answering the phone.

Not a bad place. But I arrived to make an alignment on my truck and trailer. On the truck it was done, but they didnt even touch my trailer and charged me for the alignment on the trailer, and this is horrible specially at this hard time

They got me right in with my super class c rv for an alignment. Very professional and helpful...even gave me a dry t-shirt when I got soaked hooking up the toad. Fairly priced. I will be bringing my Tunra in too.

I took my travel trailer in thinking I may need a realignment of my axles. They found other issues that were creating my unusual tire wear. The parts were replaced and found the axles to be okay. Barry was easy to work with.

Expert repair to my RV ball joints and tie rod ends. Highly recommend this place.

Great and fast service for my F250

Description of work done:We are full time travelers and had (2) new front Michelin tires put on awhile back but did not whether I needed a front end alignment without any current wear data. So after 3,300 miles I started to see both tires wearing more to the outside edges so I knew I did indeed need a front end alignment. I also run with a Safe-T-Plus Stabilizer so I knew once aligned that would have to be adjusted again too. I am NOT one of those persons that always looks for the cheaper place. I do all the maintenance & upgrades on our coach and am VERY picky who I allow to work on it concerning things I cant do. After reading reviews here, Google, visiting their website and then calling and speaking with Angel at the shop I knew this was a very qualified shop and decided to go with them. Angel told me upfront it was going to be between $250 - $340 depending on whether or not they had to add shims to correct caster or not.I spoke with Angel on a Monday morning and made an appointment for Wednesday at 7:00am. I was there at 6:50am and they promptly got me in the service bay at 7:00am and was done at 8:15am.BTW…this company also has the ability to bend axles with their huge 100 ton press if the camber needed it. Most shops today are not able to perform this service but they have expertise and personal to do it. They are also a training facility for new and upcoming alignment folks in the industry.Evaluation of work done:Laser & camera guided alignment.Toe & Caster was out. Corrected bothHad to add one shim to correct casterTook the coach out twice to adjust the Safe-T-PlusTotal time to service 1.25hrs.The name of the fella that worked on the coach was Mike. BIG guy. Native from Florida, has done these alignments on F53 chassiss for 24 tears and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He even let me go down under in the pit and he showed me what he did and then explained everything in detail while looking at his computer screen.When done, the coach steers and handles beautifully and I know this alignment was done right.The price break down was:• $190 for alignment which included inspection and checking all front ends components to be sure nothing is wrong there first...before they even would start alignment• $48 labor per side if caster was needed• $38 for the shim• $13 to readjust the Safe-T-Plus+ taxMy total out the door was $ 307.79I highly recommend this company.

Barry is a person with an attitude, his attitude is, whatever it takes to get the job done. We were there last month with our motorhome and no car he gave us the keys to his personal pickup and said be careful, to go pickup new tires for our rig. Couldnt ask for a nicer person.
