My brother died unexpectedly and Im from out of state so it was important that I would be able to arrange things quickly and maintain long-distance Communications.Kraft-Sussman was able to do this while being polite and sympathetic. They made helpful suggestions and guided me through every step of the cremation and service Arrangements. They have also remained helpful and supportive through the process of grieving and taking care of the estate. I think I can say that they have help me to maintain a higher State of Mind through a difficult and confusing time.

It was an extremely difficult time, but since the very first phone call soliciting some information until the final stages of cremation, Kraft-Sussman has been truly great. The selection of memory cards, flowers and even Zoom participation was discussed. Including traveling the body to NY for the burial after the funeral service in Las Vegas which she coordinated with our Rabbi. She arranged everything with the NY funeral home so that we truly had no worries. From beginning to end she has been there for us, and a month later still checking in on us to see how were doing.I dont wish needing this kind of service on anyone, but if you do, this is the place to go to.

Laura Sussman was great to work with. They squeezed us in as we lived 2 hours away and had family that had to go back home before the funeral. She handled issues caused by the hospital with the death certificate. They also made arrangements for my mom to be transported to California. Even with the hiccup everything was smooth on our end. We cannot express how grateful we are for the level of professionalism and compassion that Kraft-Sussman provided with my fathers arrangements. I did not get the names of the gentlemen who picked his body up from our home, but they were very respectful and discreet. Lakeshia (Im so sorry if the spelling is not correct) was so helpful and kind when we picked up his ashes, and Zoe (again, sorry if the spelling is off!) took the time after her shift ended to hand deliver his death certificates to our home. While I fortunately cannot compare our experience to any other funeral home, I doubt that we would have come close to receiving such a high level of care anywhere else. When my husband died they took care of everything I have no worrieswhen i pass away they will take care of my funeral also

I chose Kraft-Sussman as the mortuary to handle my moms passing. Everyone with whom I spoke both before and after her death were responsive and considerate. When she passed around midnight, I made one call and within 90 minutes, the folks were at my home to transport my moms body. All in all, not a fun time but the people who came to the house were respectful, understanding and knew what they were doing.Kraft-Sussman also did a very good job of guiding us through the funeral/burial proceedings. They did this in a thoughtful and competent way especially given the Covid-19 issues of social distancing, wearing masks, etc.I would highly recommend using Kraft-Sussman for any mortuary needs.

I recently lost two family members in the span of about two and a half months and Kraft-Sussman could not have treated my family with more compassion. Obviously, losing loved ones is about the toughest thing you can go through. They made this difficult process as seemless as possible and not only walked us through every option, but checked in on our family in the following weeks after.

My family and I can’t thank Wendy, Laura and the entire staff at Kraft-Sussman enough for the compassion and genuine care extended to us as we made arrangements for our mother’s service and burial. We were not rushed or forced into making choices that weren’t necessary or right for us. Aaron was wonderful as he gently lead us through the process and helped with all the details. The professionalism and the compassion we received from everyone at Kraft-Sussman made a very difficult situation much easier.

Laura Sussman, of Kraft-Sussman Funeral & Cremation Services, handled everything for the passing of my father. She was always on call via phone or by e-mail. Her responsiveness and knowledge was so very helpful - especially coming up with the idea of having my dad buried at the VA Cemetery, and helping arrange that when we could not find his paperwork! I would never have thought about leaving a review about a funeral/cremation business . You would think that after losing a loved one that the last thing on your mind would be to rate how your experience with Kraft-Sussman Funeral service was. Let me tell you first hand how incredible the staff was with my family, the sincere care they took with talking to us, explaining what they do, the respect they gave my Dad before, during and after cremation was unbelievable. They called me and my Mom several times to check up on us to see how we where doing, sent texts of condolences and gave you a sense of uplifting during our time of grieving. I was truly impressed with not just the service they gave us but the kindness and sincerity was truly felt. That is very rare these days. Thank you Kraft-Sussman staff for all the support and heart felt wishes you gave me and my family.

The woman who took care of our case (Bianca I believe was her name) was extremely sweet, and seemed like she genuinely cared about our situation and our baby. The man who took care of our baby during aquamation let us keep the blanket she was wrapped in after we asked, which I was very greatful for. They are very accommodating, mindful and kind.

A huge thank you Laura Sussman and her team. From the moment we walked in we knew we came to the right place. The gentleman who greeted us was very kind and professional. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable in a not so comfortable situation. My wife and I met with Laura this afternoon to discuss our plans for when the time comes. Laura was very thorough as we discussed our options. We are very confident that when our time comes, we will be in good hands.

I must say during one of my most difficult experiences. My fathers passing away and not being financial stable. The director Aaron F. I am grateful for his honest assistance. He made it very comfortable and reasonable. I was working with a very small budget. And Aaron helped with all my Fathers final details. Even worked with transportation to have my dad shipped to Chicago. He kept me informed about the whole process. I highly recommend their services. And will continue to keep them in my family. Aaron took into consideration all of my fathers wishes and fullfilled them. I am grateful.

I didnt want to deal with a Funeral Service company that was old, stuffy, & uncomfortable like the ones from the past. Thats why I was so pleased with the new, comfortable, unstuffy building I arrived at. Laura made us feel so comfortable & went through everything thoroughly, with attentiveness to detail, which was what I needed. They also encouraged me to call back whenever any questions pop up & I have. They are truly there for me. Thank you for everything.

Excellent service and empathy while making arrangements. The owners, and Aaron and Adam were all wonderful in helping plan a service for our family member. An extra shout out to Adam who managed our actual service...he is knowledgeable, caring and will always find an answer to a need. His presence and caring were rare gifts for us during a stressful time. Highly recommend this service for your funeral needs.

Laura and and her staff are an amazing group of people who handled my families needs professionally. They balanced our request for privacy with tact and sensitivity when it came time to have our relatives pay their respects. The whole process went smoothly.
