Erika was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. My brother passed away unexpectedly and we were left to scramble last minute to find a place for him since the hospital he was at did not have a morgue. After searching long and hard, we came across Inspired Life Memorials and Cremations. Me and my cousin visited and sat down with at least 4-5 different funeral homes and spoke to more than 15 funeral homes on the phone before we found Inspired.Erika from the beginning was very helpful, compassionate and maintained constant communication. She honored all of our requests and answered each and every question with kindness.The day of the funeral, the entire Inspired team treated everyone with respect and compassion while complying with all the religious requests my family made.Their main office is also very inviting. It does not feel like you’re walking into a funeral home, it’s very modern and relaxing. Kind, warm, compassionate, efficient, and honest. They delivered above and beyond what we expected during such a difficult time. Erika immediately reached out to me after I frantically called 5-10 funeral homes after hours. She kept in touch throughout the week leading up to the services as well. She made prayer cards to our liking and went over every detail with patience and empathy. I never knew the funeral industry could be so for-profit and sales-esque until I had to go through this process. They never made us feel that way and for that I am forever thankful.

This place is amazing! Erika took great care of me and my needs when my dad passed away. She was very sympathetic and straight forward about everything. This place is not out to get your money, they actually care about you and your loved ones. She took care of everything, explained it and gave me plenty of time to decide on how I wanted to proceed.

Everything about my process was amazing. Javon and Erika were nothing sort of amazing. Javon was so very kind and understanding thru my whole process. I called Sunday to make arrangements as my father had just gone in to hospice. I had a meeting scheduled for Monday to set up his arrangements. My father passed Sunday I called Javon and he took care of everything. The process was done with compassion, understanding, and so much kindness.
