Wow!!!! What a laundry mat lol! Technology world is truly taking over!!! I mean come on you get a text message when your washer and dryers finish... WHAT!!! incredible! Owners and employees really take care of this business they keep this place squeaky clean (hence why its called clean fresh 😅). Clean fresh is extremely huge with a lot of space to keep a distance! Dont have to waste time waiting for someone to finish a load you just move along!

Yall this place is nuuuuts. Never thought a laundromat could be this nice!? And the way you pay is super cool; I know Im a geek, but it makes doing the laundry fun. AND best of all the place is ACTUALLY clean, which, if youve ever been to laundromats, you know this is a small miracle. About to go sit on clean bar area and use wifi for work! Another bonus, big parking lot so you dont have to worry about finding parking spot. AAAAAAND, the washers and dryers can send you a text when done if you want 🤯

From the minute you walk in, the place smells fresh and clean. Prices are very reasonable. In the area on a 2 week vacation. Didnt want to take dirty clothes home. Manager super helpful and friendly. Machines working great. Would recommend and go back. Free WiFi and music selection really good.

Today was my first time using this laundromat. I must say it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful. I asked if they had an “extractor” and they didn’t know what I was talking about…I guess you have to be of a certain age to know what that is lol…however the young man went above and beyond to help me…it was an alternative for the extractor. I really appreciated it. I’m not going to mention how he helped me because I’m not sure if this is a service offered to everyone but I will say I left there happy.

Clean and fresh! Good drying time. What a laundromat should be. Music, wifi, air conditioning and a nice seating area where you can relax.

I was very satisfied with this laundromat. It is very clean and you can tell they make that a priority. The staff is really nice and prices are fair too.

This facility has an open design and is kept clean. There are dozens of washing machines and dryers of multiple load size. It works of an easy-to-use card that you touch to the machines to start them. Its only 4 stars because I think its a bit pricey. They also have a laundry service for drop-off and pick-up, but I havent used it. The staff all seem friendly and professional.

My friends and I having been coming to this place since it opened and it used to be so clean! Now, lately the place is disgusting, the floors are dirty and so are the machines . The doors to come into the place are as well dirty and the counters to fold your clothes are dirty! I like this place cause it’s convenient but the place is a MESS!!!

Very nice place to do your laundry with free internet.Just one incident that when I drop off my clothes.. the clothes smells like wet clothes packed in a bag...The owner reached out to me... and I’ll give it another try...4/22/21I gave it another try and this time it is very good... our clothes smells good and folded neatly... definitely will come back to this place...Thank you Steve!!!

Nice clean place, everythings brand new, affordable, has a nice lounge area, i think some t.vs would make it even better but its no big deal. The workers are constantly wiping everything down which is reassuring now a days with the covid 19. Updated: 1-4-21 THEY RAISED THE PRICES😵, MIGHT HAVE TO GO BACK TO MY OLD LAUNDROMAT🤷‍♂️.

I am a new customer and used the Wash and Fold drop off service due to my injured wrist. My expectations were hugely exceeded when I got home. The care, service and attention to my clothes were wonderful. This Laundromat is the best looking laundromat that I’ve ever been too. It is clean and modern (Clean & Fresh, like it’s name). There are many washers & dryers, all new high speed equipment, which means you spend less time at the laundromat. The decor is pleasing to the eyes. There is plenty of room to fold clothes and there is a sit down area in the front and also an area for kids to sit and read. There is free WiFi. The bathroom is clean. There is plenty of parking (parking lot). There is drop off service, which I tried and received a text when my laundry was done. Everything about this location is positive, especially the Owners, who were nice, professional and helpful.

I LOVE THIS LAUNDROMAT - its super clean and spacious. The other laundromats nearby are disgusting and I wouldnt even go into them. Its a family owned and operated business and they treat the customers like their own family. There is tons of parking and so many machines you never have to wait. This is the only laundromat I will go to from now on.

Really Nice Laundry Room.

This is the cleanest and friendliest laundromat I have ever been to. I was surprised to be welcomed by the owners who operate the business and maintain the place. This is 24 hours which is perfect since I usually go after work at 3am. The machines are brand new, efficient and fast. The payment system is very intuitive and it even sends you a text message to your phone when the wash and dry is done. Yonkers is full of houses and apartment buildings with laundromat within. My building has a functioning laundromat but the machines are horrible. I am going to try their drop off service next.

Wonderful experience! Right as we entered the place we were greeted and we got a walkthrough of how things worked. The workers are very friendly. The machines work wonders fast and effective and clean. The place is very clean also and there are two roomy restrooms. I liked that they have sinks among the laundry machines equipped with soap and paper towels and well maintained. There is a little lounge area to wait for your clothes like no other. The best part for me was the kids corner, my kids loved it too. It has books and building blocks and it is also well maintained. Let me just say that it did not feel like I was doing laundry, Im very thrilled that we found this place and will definatly come back. Highly recommended.

I just went in to wash clothes a few hours ago and the service today was the worst service i’ve experienced yet. i come here frequently to wash clothes and have never had a problem. when i came in for the first time everyone was helpful in helping me get started but today i ran into an issue with one employee in particular. i needed to buy a bag and she was just extremely rude to me. then i ran into an issue where the machine ate my money and she not only refused to give me my money back, but started to yell at me when i asked for help accusing me of lying while my data showed i put the money in but never showed up in my balance.then while i’m trying to explain the situation to her she just walks away from me while i’m explained myself. i’m sure if there are any security cameras and if they were checked it’ll show me putting my money in the machine. eventually i did end up getting my money back after my friends had to go in again to talk to her. overall it is a nice place but this one person who showed horrible service ruined the place for me.

This is by far the best laundromat I have found since moving to New York seven years ago. It is spotless and so accommodating to adults and children. I use the wash and fold service and they actually sort my clothes by color before washing and bag them when they are done. Usually in one day no matter what time I drop off. The staff knew my name by my second visit. They are friendly and hard-working. I highly recommend this laundromat

I am a laundromat owner in Ohio owning four (4) large stores. You have done an excellent job with your design and layout. Every customer that walks in to your business should feel thankful for what you have done for them and your community. Im sure there are other laundromats in the area that are not as clean and equipment always out of order.For the person who gave you a low Google review because they did not like the music someone was playing or how loud the music was played by this customer should be ashamed of themselves for giving a low review since this is something that you the owner have no control over.For the customer said your prices are high to wash and dry, Im sure they can go to another laundromat near by and see the lack of cleanliness in machines that are not working properly. You get what you pay for.Most people who want to go out and purchase a Nice meal Will not complain of the price because they dont want a McDonalds hamburger, They want something of higher quality which is what you are giving your community.Great job. You will do quite well with your stablishment.

This laundry has all new equipment and its large and clean. I love how there is ample parking available for easy loading and unloading of laundry. The owners and the workers at the laundry are knowledgeable and super friendly. Glad they opened up in the nieghborhood!

Laundromat looks great but customer service is horrible. I was actually very exited to try this Laundromat for the fact that its so new and the great reviews but completely disappointed in the experience and how I was treated. Laundry worker basically harrased and yelled at me because she wanted me to place a face mask on my one year old baby. When I tried to explain to her that only kids over the age of two in the state of New York are required to wear face coverings she said she didnt care because according to her customers are complaining about ppl not wearing masks yet their were adults with no face coverings and not once did she say anything to them. Husband and I were wearing face masks.

The pricing for the items seem reasonable.Cost:Large machines are $10.00Medium machines are $6.00Small are $4.00Dryers are 7 minutes for $0.25This was the first time Ive went to laundromat that does not use quarters but instead uses a card. If its your first time there, you purchase a card for $1 and you can then load it with as much money as you want. At this time, if you preload with $20 you receive a $2 bonus. Also, if you register your card with cellphone number, it will text you when your laundry is finished.I will mostly like go back to this landromat. I had a good experience and it didnt feel like I was there all day.

The place is very nice and the staff is very pleasant and we are pleased with the machines but if you can please have other customers not play their music it really takes away from the businesses people want to hear the music your business provides and not other customers music Wich not to mention is out of context maybe you can post a sign advising them to refrain from playing music in a place of business I have no intention of contacting the franchise because I feel this issue will be resolved
