Amazing place to live. One of the few non smoking apartment complexes in Las Vegas. Lots of amenities. Beautifully maintained apartments. Great community. The pictures online do not do the units or the amenities justice. This place is beautiful. Feels like I am living in a resort. Management is very responsive and maintenance is quick and friendly. All the apartments have a built in smart home/alarm system and are behind a private security gate. When I came out to find an apartment I must have looked at 20+ complexes. This place checked all the boxes and then some.

Staff is great, but the property itself is a serious problem.1) Cars get broken into on a regular basis. 2) Bugs during the summer are a nightmare (Bi-weekly pest control only helps for a few days) 3) In the winter you can’t take a warm shower for more than 15-17 minutes in a 1 bedroom apt. (fun fact: 2 bedroom/bath has the same size water tank as a 1 bedroom/bath #Cheap). 4) Bathroom sink is hard to use without water splashing everywhere. 5) Walls can’t be thicker than paper: my phone can literally recognize the song with the Shazam app. God forbid your neighbor decides to watch a movie. Biggest surprise is that the neighbors are usually nice, caring people. They’re not loud, it’s simply shoddy/cheap construction #CheapAgain. 6) In the past, there have been major internet outages (best of luck getting any kind of rebate). 7) Units are COMICALLY overpriced for the area.Pictures/Tour may look great, but as the saying goes…judging books by their cover... Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

I have lived at Trend for over 2 years now. It has been the best apartment complex that I have lived in. All the amenities are new and very clean and up to date. I have a spacious one bedroom and have been very happy with all the utilities and appliances. The management team is responsive when we do have to call in. I would highly recommend Trend if your looking for a new apartment.

It was a pleasure living here and everything was always maintained. Landscaping came weekly and if I ever need something fixed, it was done in a couple days. It was my first time living in a apartment community and it was quite enjoyable. If I ever need to live somewhere short term I would definitely come back here.

Unbelievably over priced and bad all around. Didn’t give any notice before entering and tried say it was my fault when I freaked out because of my alarm going off while I’m at work. They lied and said they put a notice on my door and emailed me. I have a doorbell camera and it never showed anyone at my door.l for over a week. Then they said they emailed me a notice and there isn’t one in my email.

I toured the community a few days ago, I must say the property was absolutely beautiful!! I am in the process of selling my home. Once done, I will definitely be filing an application for an apartment here.Not only is it beautiful but the amenities are top notch, it includes services I would have had to subscribe to separately, this is a bonusThe staff were accommodating and answered all of my questions. They exude professionalism and are very courteous. I can not wait to lease here. Thank you.

I left work early and drove way from the other side of town because I had a 2pm tour appointment just to be told that I cant have a tour and that they dont have a 3 bd apartment to show me but they have 2 available 3 bedrooms. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME AND GAS AND MAKING ME LOSE MONEY..I would advise you not to schedule people for tours if your not actually going to succeed in doing so.

Ex-resident. We originally signed a one year lease, but found we could not push through to fulfill a year.Constant cockroach and insect issues despite community pest control and our own methods of pest control. The look of the apartments are luxurious but the actual structural aspects were evidently cheap. Quickly yellowing baseboards, nails sticking through where the carpet meets the wooden floors, unsealed corners of the walls where earwigs, ants, and spiders were coming through. We even had red ants in the toilet at one point. Cockroaches bigger than your thumbs ON our bed.Instant parking issue within the first day of move-in. Our neighbor had taken our assigned spot because his had been turned into a handicap. We were told this would be repainted and resolved, but months later, I was threatened with a towing sticker on my car within a few hours of the time of tow. I went to the office to discuss this with Aaron, who told me “I wanted put that on your car so you would come in and see me.” Then he proceeded to wipe off the sticker on my car while saying, “I’m not really supposed to be doing this so keep this between us.” Not sure what that meant.Trend apartment doors can be opened with numeric codes. They did announce that Vivint maintenance would come, but no specific hour. Maintenance had come in without an announcement when I just got out of the shower.. The code they used was registered on Vivint with a female name but it was two men. As they left, we heard them make inappropriate comments about me through the video recording as they left.Our microwave stopped working about a month or so before we left, and we contacted the office and put in a service request. Never received a response. We never had hot water in the sinks. Our shower could only provide one hot shower per hour, so a secondary person could not shower right after. (The water tank isn’t adjustable.) Our lights and the fixtures would turn on by themselves and run all night, running up the electric bill.Security made me feel more unsafe than safe. I would get our mail at night and one specific security man would come in trying to make compliments on my legs. Never got the mail at night again.Trash constantly overflowing. There was broken glass all over the road at one point. The trash is a common complaint by our neighbors as well. Several bikes being stolen in the community, every week we got a notification for people trying to break into cars and checking to see if we’ve even locked our apartment doors.We recognized that there were many difficulties from the pandemic, but we felt that nothing was acknowledged, especially after Lindsey left. No assistance was given, amenities that we pay heftily for were closed, and there was no help on that end. We felt that the COVID “raffle” for a hopeful discount on rent was a representative of our ability to afford the high cost of living being a silly game or a gamble. Cross our fingers and hope we can afford our rent this month with this game. Several of our neighbors felt the same way. Again, we recognize that these are difficult times but the way things were “played” out showed us that this was not the community for us.Marketed luxury, false sense of security, cheap structure. The cost of living here was high, but I told myself it would be worth it with all of these things I thought I would be provided with. It wasn’t.Went into the office to discuss these issues and neither front desk persons were open to discussion. Manager would not come out from the back room both times we came in.We were told we would be able to pay the remaining charges for breaking the lease on the Active Building, but they removed the option, said nothing to us, and sent us a letter from a third party Collections with an interest charge. Ex resident. Reason for 2 stars. When I signed the lease they promised 24hr pool access, a heated pool, rental cars onsite along with other things. The pool hours were quickly changed, the pool was never warm. Ants were always an issue even after exterminator came by every 2 weeks. On site security was a joke.

WOW! I JUST FOUND THIS PLACE ON THURSDAY. IT IS SO PRETTY AND I LOVED THE STAFF. THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE. I WATCHED THEM AS THEY SPOKE WITH A POTENTIAL NEW TENANT. THEY WERE VERY CLEAR AND CONCISE. WOW IF I DIDNT OWN A HOUSE I WOULD CONSIDER LIVING HERE!

For the past year I have been living at Trend and in the process of moving out at the end of the month. The property is such a great location with easy access to freeway. The complex is fairly brand new and I was lucky enough to be the first tenant in my unit. My leasing agent is no longer here but she was amazing and great to get everything approved for me quickly. It was a stress-free move in process. The amenities are awesome such as trash valet and they do offer great various fitness programs. The units are upgraded with quartz countertops and also come with a tv which they let me chose if I wanted it in my living room or bedroom. It was very rare that I had any issues with my unit. If I did have something come up I would put in a ticket and the maintenance team was always on top of it. They were great!I have lived in a variety of apartments in the Silverado Ranch area and Trend by far has been one of the biggest disappointments. Once you put the amenities and upgrades aside you realize that the property has poor management/leadership. Two major issues have been noise and the smell of marijuana in my unit. If you complain to the leasing office for any reason they place notice to entire building regardless if you are positive you know the issue is coming for the unit right next door. (If you’re the individual that complained you also get served a notice.) As you can see with other reviews smoking marijuana it is prohibited. However, at least two or three times a week the smell of it comes into my unit. At least two leasing agents have been to my apartment and verified the smell and also acknowledge that it is excessive. I don’t mind if people smoke it but it comes into my unit and gives me bad headaches. Again, the whole building was notified but no further follow up was ever taken. I think this shows how incompetent and ineffective the management is; they can’t or won’t take the time to figure out the air duct system in their own buildings.When I first moved into the complex there were several issues with internet that is provided by Cox Communications. The leasing office response was always contact Cox directly and they were never of any assistance. This was very discouraging as we pay the cost of the internet and cable directly to Trend. You can’t tell me that there isn’t something in it for Trend, no one would arrange payment for utilities for over a hundred tenants for nothing.Just as it could be anywhere in Las Vegas the complex does have issues with theft. During the past year residents received notice at least twice that individuals would walk around and see if cars were left unlocked. Other residents had bikes stolen from in front of their units, this was caught on the door bell cameras we have on each unit. The property management is completely aware of these issues. There is security overnight however, only 5 nights a week. You would think the safety of their residents would come first and they would add security nightly as they know they have an issue. It seems that every weekend there is some type of issue and the police is called and it was recently shared that individuals within the community list their apartments on Airbnb.I had high hopes for living at Trend. I would have renewed my lease if there was some accountability or follow up/through from the management team. As you read through reviews you can see that they cut and paste the same response. This clearly shows their lack of attention to their residents and complaints. The living experience here has been less than desirable. As a community there is a website Active Building that all residents have access to post to. I would highly recommend that you ask the leasing office to see the site. It will show you the challenges that residents face. On this site you will see that the office team only responds to compliments of the community and rarely responds to issues that the residents have.

I love my apartment. It is so cozy and I feel safe which is so important to me. Our cameras, with Live doorbell are very convenient, along as the trash service! I love Audrey in the front office & Lindsey is extremely caring and quick to address your concerns.

I usually dont do reviews but my Girlfriend Michelle and I toured Trend last week. We are moving from Chicago to Las Vegas. This place is great.We toured 4 other facilities and Trend was by far the best! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Lindsey,who is the manager, toured us and she was fantastic! Very helpful and answered all our questions. We cant wait to move in August!!!

I smoke on my balcony not in my apartment and received this. I recommend not living here if you have any of these odors. I do not live in the none smoke building. So Im confused why I received this.

Stopped by today not really looking to rent but I fell in love. This would be a place worth selling your home for!! Had a tour with Britney who was just the sweetest. Also meet the manager Lindsey who was just the most fun loving and ambitious person I have meet in a long time. What a treat, I will definitely have to stop by again after I have put my home up for sale!!

Nice, new, chic living ..in town. Residents have secured entrances..nice color scheme access to mailboxes as well as Package lockers for delivered items. Friendly staff.

The apartments are all new. The place has up to date appliances, a very nice common area, and parking that is easily accessible. The prices are comparable to other area apartments but other apartments are not as nicely appointed with well kept grounds and offerings. Moving in has been very easy and the application process was very simplistic.

I love it here, the Staff is absolutely terrific, very helpful, polite and friendly, I live in a garden home and I couldnt be happier. The Maintenance Crew is great, polite and friendly. I cant say enough about Trend, Great Place To Live!

Went for a tour and absolutely loved it!! What an amazing place, it was like a palace of wonders. The management was amazing and I Loved them!! Cant wait to rent here!!

In the 6 months I was a resident here, my apartment had two attempted break ins, thankfully interrupted by my dog and neighbor. Though security is advertised, the front wall can and is easily jumped over and the gates themselves are either broken or often don’t get closed. Either way, security is lacking, to say the least. Many of the amenities advertised don’t come to fruition, are too often down for repair, or are such an inconvenience that it’s easier to simply not bother with them. The apartment itself is cheaply built, overpriced, and some of my maintenance issues literally never got resolved. The girls at the front office seem nice, but any time I had issues, my leasing agent (the male) was either uninformed or unhelpful. The internet, which is included in the apartment rent and lease, went out for several days during finals week, really bad for a college student. The office simply shrugged and blamed the issue on the internet provider and the rain, saying the internet would come back on whenever Cox got around to fixing it. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this complex and have moved to another location I am much happier with.

Great Tour today, This place is BRAND NEW and beautiful!! State of the Art everything and the management is killer!! I will def be renting here!!

Called to make an appointment for a tour and was told they dont do tours on weekends or have any vacant units to show. But on their website, they have a list of vacant units available to lease? 🤔

Staffs are fake and phony. They dont want people of color or international people living there😳🥺🤔
