The whole entire staff at Lofts at 7100 was so helpful, informative and patient. Aubrey helped my sister and I out and she was so nice and gave us all the information we needed that’ll help us proceed with the application process. Thank you so much Aubrey! We really appreciate it and look forward to seeing you again!
This is a really great, luxury apartment community. My Leasing Agent, Pedro, was the best. He really accommodated me during the pandemic to find the right floor plan and really went the extra mile from start to finish to make this a great experience. The coolest part of my unit has to be the sun room and the high end flooring. Pedro sent me updated photos on the unit with details, as well as a map to help me find the location. The apartment has updated appliances and high ceilings. It is very spacious and has an awesome view of the baseball field. There are great amenities for the residents with fur babies too. There is a nice dog walk and a doggy play area. The pool however is for human residents and they enforce this rule to keep the property sanitary and comfortable for people. I like the gym because you can people watch through the huge picture windows while you work out. I cant say enough about this property and each person I have interacted with. If you do not believe me, just see for yourself and schedule a tour.
I am so happy yo have found The Lofts’s at 7100! Jason helped me out to get into my place and he was so great! All the other staff have been wonderful to work with as well. The property is very well kept and I enjoy the amenities it offers. I would highly recommend this property to anyone :)
I was just approved for an apartment here and I cannot begin to explain how easy the employees at the Lofts made it for me, especially Jason! I was so nervous due to this being my first time EVER applying for an apartment and i had so so many questions and he was very polite, patient and informative on everything i wanted to know! I am so excited to move-in and i cannot wait to be a tenant at the Lofts at 7100! If youre looking for a new place, go no further because you have definitely found the one!!!
Location is great, very close to Highway 95 and near many grocery stores and food options. If you get a southish facing apartment, youll have the potential for an amazing view. We had great view of the mountains, baseball park, and the strip from the balcony. It made up for some of the issues of living in the apartment. The gym is not the best, the package room is a nightmare (hard to find our packages, often dont get notified of packages, lost a few) and parking can be tricky sometimes unless you pay for a spot (but at least its indoors). I did have my car broken in once but the staff was very helpful with the process, and Ive noticed the new company that purchased the property have increased security presence.Overall good experience.
Pros:Easy approval & accommodating move-in process.Friendly and attentive security, custodians, management, etc.Secure package room.Thick walls/Quiet neighbors (for me personally)Spacious apartments.Responsive maintenance.Close to shopping center, highways.NO PESTS! And a great pest control service, if one needs it.Cons:Streets can be noisy if your apartment is facing Elkhorn/Grand Montecito.Far from the Strip.Trash rooms are sparse on each floor & sometimes bags are left there.Coming and going can be a pain due to the size of the building.
Not worth the price. Went downhill since new management staff. They dont care about anything--especially complaints.Cost of living here as increased, while everything has decreased.Parking garage is supposed to require residents to have parking stickers and those that dont have them will be towed or have to park on the 5th floor, doesnt happen anymore. Good luck finding a spot.Security and security response time is a joke. Same with management response time and how they respond.Been here for 3yrs now.
Greetings form 3012,Thank you all for everything and making my move in experience nice easy and painless, I’m glad to be here and also help make someone else’s move in experience even better; team work!
I recently experienced a devastating situation, which put me in the real estate market searching for a new home for an immediate move in. I started by searching online and then made a list of places that I felt might work for me. Some of the places where quickly crossed off my list, because they looked nothing like their online representation. Some of the places would not even show me an apartment, because they said that they only offered virtual tours. This was very discouraging for me, because I had already completed the virtual tours online, which is what made me interested to come and visit in person. Some of the places informed me that I could register for a self guided tour, but that they were completely booked for about two weeks out. Once again, I was left very discouraged and extremely frustrated. This all quickly changed when I went to visit The Lofts at 7100 in Centennial Hills. When I arrived at the community, I was very pleased to see that the community looked exactly like their online representation. (This was a plus on my checklist!) When I arrived at the front door of the community office, I called the telephone number listed on their sign and spoke with a representative named Alisa. She asked me some questions about my apartment search and when she found out that I was in need of an immediate move in, she quickly looked into their touring schedule for a possible cancellation. (This was another plus on my checklist, because some of the other places didn’t even seemed to care!) She found me a same day appointment for a self-guided tour...and emailed me registration information. When I conducted my self-guided tour, I was very happy to discover that the apartment interiors and finishes looked just like the pictures and virtual tours that I had completed online. (This was a huge plus on my checklist!) During my self-guided tour, I got a little bit lost and one of the maintenance technicians actually climbed down from his ladder and helped me with directions! (Another good gesture of customer service from an employee put another plus on my checklist!) I called the office back and explained to Alisa that I really liked the community and apartments, but that both apartments looked into the community courtyard and swimming pool. I explained that I would really like an apartment that faces out with a view of the neighborhood. She quickly found an apartment that she felt would meet my needs and let me know that she could go unlock the door, if I would like to see it. (This was another huge plus on my checklist, a representative going above and beyond with customer service!)After leaving the community and looking at a few different communities, I kept finding myself thinking of The Lofts! I even called the office back, because I wanted to ask some additional questions about applying. I was greeted by Pedro who let me know that Alisa was busy, but that he could assist me. Pedro was so nice, patient, and detailed with answering my questions over the phone, I immediately knew that The Lofts was going to be my new home! (My checklist was filling up with pluses...I had now received excellent customer service from 3 separate employees!)Well, needless to say, I found my perfect new home! As I am writing this review, I am sitting on my huge balcony drinking a glass of wine and enjoying my amazing view of Las Vegas with the glimmering lights of the strip in the background! My apartment has beautiful wood inspired flooring, modern finishes, and extremely high ceilings with exposed air ducts! It’s like one of the lofts I would only dream about while watching movies on TV...and now I’m living in one as my new home!During my first week living at The Lofts, I have only become more pleased with my rental decision! Each time I contact the office with a question, I’m addressed with the best customer service from Alisa, Pedro, & Jason! I have also been impressed with the building maintenance team...they are friendly and get their work completed quickly and efficiently! The Property Manager is obviously a good team leader!
I rather not review the community but the staff especially Jason Reyes. One of the most professional and helpful people I’ve ever interacted with, he’s gone above and beyond to make my stay hear very easy and enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a new place I would recommend him being your leasing agent
Checked out The Lofts, applied, got approval less than 24 hours later, and then got all of my questions answered on another visit. Jason is just about the nicest person Ive run into in Las Vegas, looking forward to that being generally true in the community there...
It has been stated before on here and cannot be overstated. The walls are PAPER THIN. You will hear absolutely anything and everything coming from a neighbor upstairs or beside you. Rent a house, looks are cool and all until you have to go in for a shift at work and have been up for the past 12 hours due to inconsiderate neighbors. It’s not worth it, you could afford a mortgage with the rent you’ll be paying here. Do yourself a favor and rent a stand alone or a town home if you can afford to pay rent here if you’re not in the market for a house. Staff is really awesome I won’t take away from that, but the place they’re managing isn’t worth it.
The staff made it so easy to get everything going we got to work with Lisa, Pedro and Jason who were nothing but help and did everything so quickly. Very much enjoyed this process and so far loving my new home.
The worst apartment experience EVER. Extremely Rude staff, and misleading paperwork at the lease signing. A pipe burst in our unit after maintenance didn’t properly prepare a leak, and destroyed over 6 other units. Drama and more drama ensued after that a complete Snowball effect, causing our family to lose many materialistic items. But on the bright side this happened 6 weeks into our lease, thank God! Of course our attorneys helped us. I laughed so hard when I rode past and saw a sign that said Newly Renovated Models😂🙄I hope they disclose all the Mold…smh…just a bad experience but hey it didn’t last long but I would recommend EVERYONE to just stay on top of their private renters insurance bc the renters policy you sign with the leasing agent only protects the building and after my attorneys did research the insurance company on the lease was BOGUS. I don’t know if this place has the same owners/managers so hopefully 🙏🏽 it’s better. Just sharing my experience!
I LOVE the Lofts. Have been a resident for 5 years. They do so much for the community. They give free goodies, chances to spin the wheel to get money off the rent, free food, everything! They really love their residents!
I have lived here for 1.5 years and these are definitely the best apartments I have lived in since moving to Las Vegas 7 years ago. The staff made moving in very easy and are always very polite and timely.I have used the maintenance staff several times and each time they have done and outstanding job fixing what was broken in my apartment. The only time I had an issue was when the towel rack needed to be replaced. My wife and I don’t use the towel rack because we know how fickle they can be but we bumped it one day and it fell. Maintenance came in within just a couple days and fixed it except they just hung a new towel rack and left part of the old one and a half-dollar sized hole where the 2nd bracket used to be located.I used to love the parking garage situation because the tow truck would come around often and basically kick out the people who didn’t have a parking pass. Recently I’ve been noticing an influx of cars without parking permits so when I get home late from work I’m having to park on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floor. Also there are now more reserved parking spots in the left parking garage, first floor than there are standard parking spots making it even harder to find a parking spot at the end of the day. It seems like we are being pushed to pay the extra $25 a month just to park on the same floor we live on.Overall this is a great, quiet place to live with just exception of parking. Definitely worth moving in to the Lofts!
Great apartment complex with an essay move in process and very nice staff. One of the more affordable options with the increase in rents across the Las Vegas Valley, Parking isnt horrible, there is a parking garage, the trash is inside an air condition building and no bugs.
Great apartments and location. If youre looking for an apartment with character and not a run of the mill apartment, youll find it here.
The management is great.
The location is nice, management is pleasant, but maintenance is always an issue. Beware if youre moving into an apartment that has not been renovated. So far nothing has been fixed the first time and this has been a consistent problem. Also try to avoid the apartments facing the main roads unless you like roaring engines throughout the day and night. Then again that might be because of the window that doesnt close properly because the previous tenant broke it. Who knows! Its not terrible here but definitely think about what youre willing to deal with. With apartment rentals it comes down to luck.
I called and left 2 messages inquiring about the availability of a 2 bedroom w/loft only to never receive a call back. As someone who is looking to move 2400+ miles across the country, no response is very concerning, and after reading the reviews perhaps Im lucky I did not receive a return phone call. I elected to not look back and will be renting at another property.
Moving to Las Vegas? Move into the Lofts at 7100 if available but only if you insist on the best to be in harmony with your fabulous modern lifestyle. Exceptional everything! Every morning I sit on my patio drinking espresso that over looks paradise in a desert. Lush palms and gardens around the pools attract many species of migrating birds that sing song all day. Great area to walk around and explore, wild flowers to pick and shops across the street so you need not take your car every time. When youre ready for a road trip drive only a few hours to California and stock up on fresh citrus (freeze fresh juice in your large freezer) or header up to the mountains to ski, everything is so close. If you are a chef at heart, the kitchen is well designed and wait for it...............the bbqs are the real mccoy, briquettes! Had so much fun entertaining out of town guests over the winter, we bbq and dined in club house, after we played crud with pool table and balls. Great game if you have not enough pool sticks, so much fun! High ceilings at the Lofts at 7100 give the feeling of grandeur, feels luxurious to have sufficient space to hang ones art. The bathrooms are deluxe with soaker tubs, nice light fixtures and built in storage. The walk in closet is perfect. The whole team who runs this complex is what makes it so special. Everyone that contributes to running and maintaining the Lofts @ 7100 is 5 star. To the concierge, groundskeeping team and security thank you for your service!
I am planning on moving back to Las Vegas and this was the first complex I looked at and honestly it will be my last. Right from the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm friendly faces. Jennifer made the whole experience easy and stress free. The complex is very well maintained and beautiful. I love everything about the location and staff. I cant wait to move in
Although the staff in the office are nice, when you move out, expect to receive a bill. My ex and I disputed the charges, but management would only remove a portion. After we paid the majority of the charges, the Lofts at 7100 has now put the debt on our credit reports. Beware. Keep copies of all of your payments to these guys. They remove your access to the payment portal, preventing research of past payments as soon as you move out.
Love this place. Great location. The management here is awesome. Maintenance issues are resolved very quickly.
I narrowed my choices down to two places - here and another further south. The two most important things to me were location and customer service and I want to thank Jenna and Taryn for being so helpful! I bugged them for days getting quotes for park views, pool views, mountain views and the list goes on and on and on. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable especially when it came to questions about security (there is a gate to the parking garages and the garages are monitored for those who feel uneasy about a casino type parking structure). They also went into great detail about how secure the mail delivery system(which I think is also very important). They have a locked mailroom which you need a password for to keep your mail safe. They are also very dog friendly with not one...but two dog parks! I wanted so badly to live here, especially being a single female in the military, however personal preference led me to split a house further south instead! For you military types, this complex is walking distance from the park and ride (lot 3) and is right next to a beautiful park, not to mention the gorgeous mountain view. Ill be sure to contact Jenna and Taryn next year when my lease is up! Thank you two for being so helpful and thank you for making apartment hunting a whole lot less stressful.
Upon finding these apartments I was obsessed with how beautiful they were inside! We opted to get everything granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, nice floor. You are pretty much hypnotized by how the model units look! However, once you move there you start to notice that it’s not as nice as you initially thought. There is constant trash/dog waste in the hallway floors, ROACHES the walls are so dirty. Let me bring up my biggest issue here... the walls are paper thin... you can hear absolutely everything!!! Don’t get me started on the neighbor above me... it was like they never slept or had any courtesy. We constantly had metro telling the people above me to be quiet. We had courtesy patrol do the same... we complained to the office and for a year straight... they did absolutely nothing!!!! They didn’t care that we had jobs and all we wanted to do was sleep during sleeping hours. It is unfortunate that we got no resolution after even having a leasing office employee inside the apartment while the noise was going on... we have many emails and videos of the noise. It wasn’t until we were moving out that the neighbor across from us told us that she’s having the same problem and how the office doesn’t care about her not being able to sleep. Please if you enjoy your sleep do NOT move here. You will hate it!!! Only move to the 4th floor if you really want to live there. Also it is significantly overpriced for it being so dirty! I paid 1260 a month for a 1 bed loft. Don’t be fooled by pictures! This place is so not worth it honestly and your water is ridiculously high for no reason! I was paying $90 for water. They charge you cleaning fees for what? I have no idea because this whole complex is so dirty! I do want to give credit to the older gentleman that tries to keep everything clean... imagine having to clean a whole apartment complex by yourself? That’s horrible! It really sucks that we had such a bad experience I really wanted to like this place but honestly don’t waste your money...it’s not worth the headache.
Went in to inquire about a two bedroom because my lease was coming to an end elsewhere. I was fortunate enough to come across a leasing agent by the name of Whitney. She was very polite and made me feel important and at home without even going over details and pricing. She was very energetic and knowledgeable. The place is beautiful and well kept. Whitney had kept in touch throughout the process to make sure everything went smooth. The Lofts at 7100 is very lucky to have a agent like her, Ive never dealt with someone with the same attitude and efficiency. I feel welcomed and very happy to be here. Thank you!
Loft like style apartment homes. almost like a condominium.I have lived here for a little over TWO YEARS. Its great to have the maintenance team in-house, they change the lightbulbs for me as the ceilings are very high, and the light fixtures are out of the ordinary. Love the lighting, ceiling fans, pool area is great and relaxing. I throw about every party at the clubhouse which has two separate rooms, no need for extra tables or chairs. Fit 50 people at my last party. There is also a billiards table. The pool area is much like a resort, with a relaxing ambiance. The parking is gated, and this is the only apartment where you dont have to worry about stairs, you park on the floor you live on.The managers the past years have been less than superior, but the newest manager, Cathy is awesome. She does the work, and there have been a lot of noticeable changes in the level of customer service as well as the upkeep of the very large building. Hallways are indoors and are kept at a reasonable temperature which is very convenient for the hotter and colder months. All the parking is covered since it is a parking garage.I moved 25 miles from where I previously lived, just to live here. That should sum it up.
DIRTY OVERPRICED, CHARGE CLEANING FEE BUT NO CLEANING; NO HAND SANITIZER IN THE DISPENSER EVER! WASHER & DRYER LEAKS, DOG POOP EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE THE GROUNDS & DOG PARK AREA IS POORLY KEPT.
This place uses Conservice, google it. Their current Yelp review sits at an impeccable 1 star with over 350 reviews. Its literally called CON service. They charge you money to tell you how much your bill is. Your bill also isnt your bill. Its the total complex bill divided unequally by your square footage. There is no assigned parking and half of it is reserved. But noone pays, so parking fills up and all thats left is reserved parking. The staff leaves at 6pm but security comes at 10pm. Security leaves at 5am and staff shows up at 10am. In between people do whatever they want and blast their music, then security never does anything when they are here.
Ciara in the office has been AMAZING! We had a terrible experience trying to apply with a different apartment complex that took two weeks of me calling and going in to their office numerous times - Ciara helped us complete the ENTIRE application process with lofts at 7100 and let us know we were approved in under 24 hours and responded to my emails quickly and kindly. We are so thankful for how easy she made this process after the rough experience we had previously.
The apartment is great, I got an amazing move In special. I read the past reviews, I personally have not experienced the anything bad here. There are no carts left around, dog droppings or graffiti. Everything has been good.
Finally they have a manager making a difference; she is really good and has turned this place around. Im really glad because I love the apartments, I love the pool and the clubhouse, I love the garage parking... its just been an awful environment managed by people who just dont care. Thats all changed and its great.
We moved in about 2 months ago and we are very happy. We have a nice apartment. Maintenance has been prompt when called on. The common areas are clean. You feel safe.I see some other reviews complaining of noise or bugs - havent seen any bugs & well it is an apartment, so we all create a little extra noise once in a while. All seems within a reasonable range. Some of the so so reviews seem to me like they are fake, as I have found the approach of the management people to be reasonable. It seems like the other renters are decent people - havent come across any dubious types yet. They require credit and background checks to be approved so that might tend to wall off the creeps.
Best place to live EVER!Front office is very nice and helpful! Ciara is the best to work with! It was my first time looking at apartments and she took her time to answer all my questions I had. I did go look at some different places after I left here but, 1. Ciara made me feel super welcome! And 2. She didnt rush through the tour and act like she hated her life like other places. So other than the apartments selling themselves she definitely was the icing on the cake! When you call maintenance they are on top of it.Quiet place to live. I really love how safe the parking garage/the apartments are, is my boyfriend works nights, and I never felt uneasy getting home late at night from work. The location is killer close to pretty much anything! I suggest my apartments to anyone!
Only good things come to mind when I think about the Lofts. Ive lived in the Las Vegas valley since 2001. Ive lived in various complexes, houses, and condominiums during that time, and now Im retired. This place has all the amenities you could ask for and then some. Great staff, always ready to lend a helping hand. Polite neighbors and well-mannered pets. My ten year-old boy loves this place, and so do I. His school is in walking distance. Excellent pools, best Jacuzzi this side of the Pecos, and a gym that makes the commercial gyms around here look like a joke. A park next door. with batting cages. If youre lucky enough to get in here, youre sure to be pleased. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Travelling? Leave your car in the secured parking and hop the bus direct to McCarran for $2! Grocery, restaurants and bars within walking distance. I was thinking of relocating to Colorado...not any more! Im not sure if Im ever gonna leave. See ya around the pools!
I 100% agree with Doug. Great place to live very little noise, always clean, havent seen anyone around here that is questionable. Some reviews just do not make any since at all compared to what I see here day in and day out. I recommend you come by and see for yourself if you are shopping naroundnfor an apartment.
I have been very happy living here while on temporary assessment. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. The parking garage kind of creeps me out but I dont spend much time there. All and all I like everything about it.
A newer management company has taken over the complex, and has removed a lot of functionality that the old management company once had. Its unfortunate, because thats what really made this place stand out. You used to be able to submit tickets for maintenance requests online, get package notifications, pay your rent and utilities online, and there was even a community forum to post want ads and such. All of this has now been removed, and the online rent-pay system has very basic functionality at best via 3rd party sites which require some very outdated technical specs to be enabled, with an inability to effectively schedule rent payments. Once the lease renewal comes around, if rent prices raise, well be leaving. Its unfortunate to see an awesome community degrade because of property management, but such is life in vegas.
Office staff was great and very helpful! 100% recommend!
This is one place I would never recommend to anyone. We have been here for a little over two months and words cannot even describe how unhappy I am with this establishment. When you tour the apartments the leasing agents make it seem that the complex is safe with all of their security measures taken such as the garage gate, the key cards to get into the building, and so on. As a previous poster said the garage is a joke. Anyone can follow another car in and gain access. The key cards are also a joke. At the end of the building in which I currently reside our wonderful weed smoking neighbors love to prop the door open which completely defeats the purpose of even having the security key cards. If you want to buy groceries you better come up with a plan to get them from the garage to your apartment LOL. It is a very very long walk and so unbelievably inconvenient. Skate boarders get into the building and go up and down the hallways which is not only annoying but very loud.In addition to safety, the front office staff is lacking to say the least. I spoke with someone from the front office regarding loud upstairs neighbors and asked if there was anything that they could do, even if it was just to ask them to quiet down a bit. The leasing agent assured me she would speak to them and so far the noise level has actually gotten WORSE. I emailed this leasing agent to ask once again if the neighbors above me had been confronted, and if so could she please reiterate to them that it is disrupting my life (I have a newborn that has been woken up from her sleep due to our neighbors elephant feet). It has been almost two weeks since the original email was sent and so far I have no received a response. I also called a week later to follow up with her to make sure she received my email and to my surprise... no response, AGAIN. It is now 12 days later since I originally sent an email and I STILL have not heard anything from them regarding my issue. That is pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I am 26, a parent, and work full time. I do not have major expectations, just to be able to enjoy my nights with my husband and my daughter. Unfortunately because of our neighbors who are up at all hours of the night that is not possible because they are constantly stomping around.Make sure you read the lease agreement thoroughly because if you sign it and decide you want to break your lease TOO BAD. This is the first apartment I have ever lived in that does not allow you to break your lease unless you want to pay the rent in full for the remainder of your lease. Lets be realistic, no one has that kind of money and as a consumer I am very disappointed that because THEY have been unable to deliver the type of apartment living I was hoping for I am forced to suffer here for another ten months. I understand that there should be a penalty, and I would gladly pay it, were it not a ridiculous amount. Now I have no choice but to stay in an apartment that I quiet frankly dont even feel safe living in.Had I known all of these things before moving in I would not have signed the lease. This place is good for people that are single and dont have a family. If you are looking for a frat house, this is the place to be. If you are looking for a family oriented place to live that is quiet and safe, please go else where. This is far from family friendly.
You’re demonizing the wrong black children and this looks very bad on your end.If you’re a person of color, expect unfair treatment over whites! You and the “racist” caucasian man who recorded my children have broken Nevada State Law. You also told me and another tenant that my children “damaged” the club house and that they were “banned”. Where’s the damages? The other tenant is very concerned about why the black children in the group of children were banned, but her asian daughter wasn’t banned. Her daughter is now one of our eye witnesses in this case and her mother strongly believes this racial discrimination too.You stated that you have camera footage of my children damaging the club house? Where is the footage?I spoke to your office staff in person. She stated that she “warned” my 15 year old son ONE TIME. She also stated that she did not find it necessary to contact me about the children because she gives a warning first and described the child as very respectful. She stated that she found no need to contact me prior to this incident (I have a witness to this conversation). Proper protocols is to contact the parent with concern about their child. These children were PLAYING, they didn’t damage anything. Children are unable to read the lease, therefore it is Illegal to threaten removal or to remove a child from the common areas for acting like a child! The club house rules were stuck on my front door and I read it thoroughly. It clearly states that a person over 12 years old “is allowed” in the club house without a parent. Your office staff confirmed that my 15 year old is old enough to supervise, up until this issue came up.The most you should have done is simply asked me to supervise my children in the club house. I would have been completely ok with that, instead of you continuing this harassment and discrimination. All of my children hold straight A’s and B’s. My children have never had behavioral issues or concerns in their entire life. They grew up in this neighborhood and this school district, this information is documented. You sided with, harassed and discriminated against my black children to keep your older white tenants happy, you’re in breach of our lease agreement and this environment is unsafe for children.I want to speak with the district and regional mangers over you. Please contact me as soon as possible. If I do not hear back from you via email, I will be down to your leasing office at 9:30am to acquire this information myself.
Love it here. Mgt is great and so many amenities. Close to everything. Quiet and safe community. Going on 3 yrs.
We lived here for a year and the old management company was much better!! After they left things went downhill. I used to enjoy living here and felt safe. Lately there have been a lot of issues with the building, the occupants and theft in the garage. Im not sure how some of the people who live here get approved because they are really making the apartment nasty. There is dog poop and pee EVERYDAY in the hallways, there are loud people, and they dont get on people for smoking in the hallway. I definitely dont recommend living here.
Diggin it. Chill place. Nice neighbors. My mail gets stolen but whatever. Id recommend it to friends.Security, meh. But they are there at least.
Ive been living here for 2 years and just signed another lease for my 3rd year here.Ive had a couple not so quiet neighbors but that is apartment life.Ive never had a real issue here. Maintenance is quick when you need it.The office staff is very responsive. Ill probably be here a LONG TIME.Come check it out for yourself before you listen to disgruntled former tenants.I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place to live.
This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. The hallways are so filthy filled with cigarette buds, dog poop, graffiti on walls. The indoor hallways are painted an awful puke orange color that make the place look like a jail and they are always dirty looking. The one bedroom units are rediculously small $900 per month and theres not even a bedroom door- didnt realize how much that would bother me after about a month. If youre facing the back end youre constantly woken up by drunk teens doing donuts in the parking lot behind the units, and the gates slamming at all hours of the morning/night. The place always reeks of sewage. The management here is a joke and this GB guy has such an off-putting dont like it then we dont want you here attitude. Forget actual grocery shopping- what a hassle to go back and forth down the cement hallways filled with sharp turns with your shopping cart. The carts are always left in the hallways- so ghetto! The place is filled with a bunch of sketchy looking kids who never introduce themselves and there is always yelling matches in the hallway. There is always police parked in front of the leasing office, glass broken in the streets, and the gates are often broken. This place looks straight like section 8. Way over priced. This place needs a serious make over. My partner and I are seriously considering breaking our lease early to escape. Will not recommend to anyone- stay away!!!
I dont understand why people say bad things about this place. . . Its an apartment, you cannot think that it would be dead silent. . .The people below me saying you hear everything. . . I dont know what they are talking about I hear people walking around with carts in the day time (perfectly fine). . but at night I hardly hear nothing and I sleep great. Gina & the staff are very nice and cool! I love this place! It looks awesome and very peaceful. My back view of the huge 2 pools & big hot spa is really neat at night how it is lit up. A 24 hour gym that is great and has all you need to stay fit. The only thing I would say is I wish the trash shoot you throw your garbage was a little bit cleaner, but all in all THIS PLACE ROCKS! I would recommend this place to anyone. . every one who I brought to my place LOVES the look and feel of it. Honestly . . . The negative crap I hear below. . about you can hear everything . . . your going to hear noise, its indoor (Apartment). .But its not like a bulldozer is out in the hall in front of your door crashing the place. The staff are not mean, they are very polite, helpful and they do have maintenance to help you out when you need it. . Indoor parking is great too I dont know what people are talking about when they say they cant find a spot either. . . . I find a spot all the time. . . . The doors are all around the parking garage. . People are getting lazy I guess.
Hate hate hate hate hate hate living here. Management is incompetent at best and downright crooked at worst. And dont even bother writing to corporate since they wont respond. Maintenance requests have gone unanswered for months. The neighbors suck and love to crank their subwoofers at 3am. Youd be better off homeless.
This Place is awesome !!!!! i love it . Gabby is the absolute best so helpful and caring 5 star customer service !!! We just moved here and i already cant wait to renew our lease. Lofts at 7100 is everything weve been looking for.
The secretaries are nice, sweet and helpful. I moved in to a 1 bed 1 bath and loved it at first when it was cold outside. If you get a apartment facing the pool expect a lot of noise through the whole night and day. If someone is out there you will hear them. And I cant stand the heat if it is above 100 out your A/C will keep going and going but the temp goes upto 76-84 degrees and all the staff says is its hot out and nothing is wrong with the A/C and turn it up during the day to 74 (because we like it at 70) well what does that do for us? Well I cant cook in doors because it will go up even hotter in the apartment. We are paying $805 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath and we dont even get good A/C. Its rediculous
Nice new Apartments kind of cheesy the way they made them look like Lofts that you would see in a big city
Great place to live. Lots of amminuties
My sisters air conditioning went out today and the apartment was 100 degrees when she came home from work. As a result, her dog, who was in his kennel, is dead from overheating. Maitenance said theyve never seen this before.UPDATE: The company opened an insurance claim so my sister asked to be reimbursed for the pet deposit and the cremation. She was told that management would have to make that decision. So she asked the manager was told that the company will not reimburse her for anything. They also found that the thermostats battery died, which cause the furnace-like conditions. They have since added that as an item of inspection and have begun replacing them in other apartments.
Im moving to Vegas in September. Every time I see a place I might like on craigslist, I look on google or yelp and see that so many negatives are exposed. crime, dog poo, smoking, bad maintenance, rude staff...IS THERE ANY PLACE half way decent to rent there? SMH.
Horrible place to live, over priced, constant complaints about minor “issues” that are irrelevant, **parking sucks especially for guest.DO NOT Live here save your money and move elsewhere.
Super luxurious!
I am a vendor for the Lofts at 7100. Good place to live, the office team and managers are nice and the maintenance team does a good job taking care of the apartments and making them ready for move in.
