Taylor V was simply awesome with the application process. She’s funny and has a great personality. She made the process a smooth transition into my new home. I love the fact that they have a fitness center, business center, pools and more! It’s less than 5mins from LVAC and healthy foods. About 15min from Red Rock. The summerlin areas is great with plenty of nice people to accommodate you!

After living in multiple various apartment complexes in various parts of the country I can honestly say I’ve never seen a maintenance worker as dedicated and hard working as Ventura. Anytime an issue comes up, having the comfort of knowing that Ventura will be there to fix and help is quite reassuring. He is passionate about the work he does and that reflects in the quality of his work.

Just want to say how much we appreciate Ventura, who is apart of the maintenance team here at Union. He is so very helpful, courteous and always there to lend a hand for us and as you can see in other reviews, the other residents.

UPDATED!!!After move out (due to family emergency) new management stated that our unit was damaged and decided to charge us with those fees. Upon move out inspection the maintenance manager came in and observed the carpet being cleaned and cleaning service there to clean entire apartment. The manager walked through our unit and did not take any pictures nor write anything up stating there was damage to the apartment. He then stated to me on the steps leaving the unit that we were good to go and that was that. We turned in our receipts to the front office and left. That was in July. We spoke to staff later that month to update paperwork and at the time nothing was stated about unit being damaged. It was not until September that we got an email stating we owe on the unit but even then no pictures were sent to state the damage that is being charged to us. They are charging us for blinds alt that they were providing for free during our lease. We even had an open work order for them when we moved out as the apartment complex was out of stock on them. When questioning the new management they cannot provide a logical reason as to why we are being charged after the fact or to why proof has yet to be provided. We never had any issues in the unit and were god tenants. Im not sure what happen to the management that was there but the new management is very sketchy and I will be fighting this until a proper resolution is reached. I have no issue paying what is owed but I will not pay what cannot be explained to me in a logical and reasonable manner. BE WARNED!!!Overall the apartment was nice. Never had an issue with management nor maintenance. The overall issues I had were with the people that lived in the neighborhood. While you cannnot pick you neighbors you shouldn’t have to tolerate their behavior. The neighborhood comes complete with a “Karen” that will verbally threaten your children for playing outside in the area near her house. I think that if they could get rid of that issue that it would be a very good place to live.

Union Apartments has been home to us for 7 months now, we definitely enjoy living here and Sherrie is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Sherrie assisted me long distance with helping me apply for this place and giving me the perfect apartment close to the main pool area. I wasnt even living in Nevada yet but she communicated with me so well, responded to all my emails in a timely matter and was quick to give me a tour and the keys to my new place immediately when I pulled up with my moving truck! Its definitely an adjustment moving from a house to an apartment hearing all the sounds from my neighbors above but hey, it comes with that apartment living lifestyle. The pool area, is stunning. All maintenance request are resolved immediately and the maintenance staff is so awesome! I would highly recommend renting from Union Apartments, ask for Sherrie she is very warm hearted and will make you feel at home before you even sign your lease!!

We just moved into Union Apartments recently and the experience was awesome overall. Chelsea was outstanding and very helpful. The property is beautiful, clean, affordable, and excellent overall. The process was easy and Chelsea was on point. Chelsea made it easy and convenient for us. We are very thankful someone like Chelsea leads up the team at Union. Everyone we interacted with was great and we would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I have been living at Union for over a year and I love it! The location is amazing. Office staff does their best to ensure all residents are happy. Chad has been very helpful resolving any of my issues. Maintenance is fast and efficient.

Chelsea is the greatest leasing agent. From A-Z handling my move from Los Angeles California to Here Union Apartments Las Vegas. It was seamless and she made me feel so welcome. I received a job offer here in Vegas and everything was handled online. Im not that technically savvy but Chelsea made it a breeze. 💕 💕 Love her. And anytime I need anything no matter how big or how small she comes through.

Took longer than expected. First request items sent were wrong items. Three more days received correct items and one is obviously used because the crisper drawer is cracked. Still have not received my water filter from move in for my refrigerator/freezer/ice maker.

Any concern I have, which are few and far between, the leasing office responds promptly. I’ve been here a month and it was the best move I’ve made since coming to Vegas. And a special shout-out to Chelsea who made the leasing process so smooth.

I am relocating from SF Bay Area to Las Vegas, NV to looked at apartments few weeks ago. I have an opportunity to meet with Chelsea, the leasing consultant, she was awesome and very thorough and provide me the complex maps and color coordinated the apartments available.Chelsea listened to my needs and understand what I am looking for, and recommended the 4 complex and upstair apartments and amenities. She has showed me the an open 2 bedroom apartment and explained the upstair has the stairs are enclosed and I will be facing the mountains. Its nice to have that. This complex is 3.5Mi from my parents place at the RedRock, and it was important and I wanted peaceful environment.Chelsea went through all the costs, and the process and answered all my questions. She was able to locked in my rates, as I was looking at apartments for 2 days and can only make a decision on the 3rd day am.Overall, Chelseas service was superb and also answered my questions to the day, I have signed my lease. Her professionalism and customer services have made my finally decision.Taylor was also helpful answering my questions. I am slay to move Sept 26th and uber excited.

We relocated to Las Vegas and needed a short term lease that could be extended if we were unsuccessful in finding permanent housing. Great location, great staff, apartments are safe and quiet. I would recommend to relocation candidates, including those with children.

Moved here from Maryland last yea July 2020 and this has been by far the best place I have lived in. Great people great environment and they are on top of everything!!!

We live in an amazing apartment complex. The view here is awesome and the staff is always very kind. We recently had maintenance come to fix our ceiling fan and Ventura (maintenance man) was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. Ventura even wore shoe covers which was nice especially since we just shampooed our carpet. We love “Union” apartments and are happy to reside here. Thank you Ventura for fixing our fan!

Absolutely Love my Apartment! We moved from California during the pandemic and Taylor made the entire process extremely seamless! She has also been a complete gem since we moved in! I absolutely had a wonderful time finding these apartments! This was by accident and it ended up being our favorite choice! Chelsea was a good help in the beginning and gave us most the information we needed! When I moved in, it was wonderful and easy. I, unfortunately, did not receive certain information when we moved in.Maintenance is very good about getting there tasks done and they are super sweet. This place is good for dogs too!

I have been a resident for 2 years and I absolutely love living here. The maintanence crew is on POINT and responds fast. Glen, the regional, is one of the best examples of customer service I have ever experienced. He responds right away and has provided nothing but top notch service to me. I love this place!

The staff is very helpful and attentive. Especially Taylor. She was great at helping me navigate the move-in and move-out process. The only con I have is all the extra fees that are associated with each monthly rental payment.

I have lived at union Apartments for 3 years now. This place is great and staff is all friendly. I really appreciateVentura he is a awesome maintenance man handles all reapairs timely and with maximum professionalisms. I know this as a construction man for over 15years. It really is nice to have a place with great staff. The complex is newer and well built. The out side and grounds are well taken care of and people are so friendly.Only 2 complaints is in summer if you live by the pool people are out partying until 11pm. People like myself who want to sleep because we get up early it can be hard. So don’t get place by the pool heads up. (with covid it has been peaceful.) how the pool does not have a normal pool closing hr is just surprising.Next would be the price! So expensive!

I recently moved in here, and could not be more pleased with the location, apartments, but mostly the staff. I have moved a lot, and lived in a lot of different apartment complexes, so I have a fair understanding of what the expectations of an apartment complex and its staff should be. Chelsea far exceeded these expectations; she helped me from start to a little beyond finish. Throughout my application and move in process she answered all of my many calls, and was kind and helpful each time. She noticed ways to make my application easier for me without me even asking, on my move in day she was courteous and professional, and even the day after I moved in when I locked myself out she was there to help. Overall I couldn’t be happier with the entire process, and Chelsea was a huge part of that. I highly recommend moving here, and working with Chelsea to do so if you can.

Apartments are very nice, The area is quiet, it’s Literally a block away from the 215 and shopping areas. The staff in the office are very helpful and kind especially Taylor V. she helped me when I went there and made sure I had all the information I needed and made it very convenient for me due to my work schedules being hectic. Thank you Union for an amazing year. We absolutely loved our home and the amenities while we lived here. The maintenance team always completed maintenance requests in a timely manner. We are going to miss living there.

Let me start off by saying this is a great place to live. Everything is convenient and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The maintenance crew is absolutely incredible and I have never had a maintenance issue go unresolved for more than a day. As for the bad... I was debating whether or not to renew my lease and when I got my new rate my rent was raised about $200 a month, I happened to check the company website and my same exact apartment was being rented to a new person for $50 a month less than what I pay now. After seeing that I was disgusted and decided that I was going to take my business elsewhere.My main issues have come more so from the residents in the community then the staff itself. There are multiple residents who believe that opening their front door and letting their dogs go out to do their business unleashed is a good idea. Imagine if you will taking your dog for a walk at 11 o’clock at night and running into individuals who think it’s OK to just open the door and let their dogs come running out to come behind you where you have to grab your dog for protection. On the same topic the lack of common courtesy from a lot of the same pet owners to leave their animals waste on the ground when there are trash containers and bags to clean up the droppings everywhere in the community.Sometimes you have to pay more attention to the ground that you’re walking on than what you’re doing because of the animal droppings, I give the maintenance crew the absolute most credit in the world because they are out there daily cleaning up after other peoples animals but the blatant disrespect that these residents have is ridiculous.The same goes for the dog park, people feel that it’s OK to let their animals do their business and then leave it there so when you go into the park you have to make sure that your animal doesn’t step in anything. Recently Hammock’s were installed in the community near the second pool and the dog washing station. I know kids will be kids but when the children are on the Hammock’s screaming and trying to flip one another over on the hammocks in front of your apartment it would irritate me if I had to deal with it Every day and I feel bad for the residents who live there because this is an every day occurrence. Not to mention the individuals who like to drive through the community like maniacs either on their motorcycle or in their cars. Overall the community is fantastic the amenities are great the location is great the staff is great but the people who live here suck.

Ive been at Union for 4 years. Nice, quiet complex in a really walkable neighborhood. Maintenance requests are filled quickly and the maintenance workers are the friendliest Ive ever met. Sherrie, Taylor, & Brent are a pleasure. They are quick to reply to any questions and have been amazing during COVID with communication. Really hospitable and always smiling. Highly recommend in youre looking for a place near everything without having to live right in Summerlin. The grounds are well maintained, pool is amazing to hang out at, neighbors are respectful of each other.Id like to add that during this pandemic they have been extremely resident friendly. At every turn and change they have worked to ensure that I was able to maintain my home with no fear of eviction and provide payment options that were fair and reasonable. Ive heard so many horror stories about how apartment complexes were sending eviction notices and not providing any assistance.I can honestly say that this team over communicated our options. Answered all questions quickly and thoroughly concerning how they were handling the pandemic. Brent, Brianna and their team exemplified grace and compassion beyond what I expected. I highly recommend Union as during a time when companies showed their true colors Unions proved to be a place where residents are truly put before profit.

Union is a beautiful property! I was looking for a 2 bedroom with a roommate style floor plan and they had just what I was looking for! The staff is so friendly, professional and helpful! Its also in a great location with many shops and dining just walking distance away which I love. I highly recommend Union apartments!

I have been living at Union Since the later part of June 2020. I have a 2 bed 2 bath suite on the 2nd floor with killer view of the sun rise. My apartment is very modern which goes with the entire vibe of The Union. You know how you visit some places and the front office is all nice and the grounds are decent and then you get to the apartment and its old with a half updated refresh. Yeah that is not the case here. This place is a very nice community to live in the neighbors are cool and everyone speaks the pools and other luxury amenities are nice to enjoy. But the kicker for me is the Front office Staff Sherrie the manager is such a joy to speak with in person and over the phone. She greets everyone by name and always makes you feel like no matter what the issue or concern it will be taken care of and addressed ASAP. She says she is here for the residents and she has proven that Ten fold. Chelsea and Taylor are also apart of the awesome team always willing and eager to assist, anytime you enter the club house they greet you which is nice and rare but it sets the tone for our community. The Maintenance Staff is very attentive as well Senior Ventura is an amazing asset to the Union. I would advise anyone who is looking to check out The Union.

I have been living at Union for almost a year now and I love it. It is a clean and relatively quiet complex. All of the maintenance workers are very friendly and any issue is taken care of quickly. I chose to live here because of Chad in the office. I was only able to be in Vegas for a weekend to choose where I wanted to live, so I squeezed in as many places I could. Chad was extremely personable and honest during his tour. He was also able to go above and beyond for me when I had an issue pop up during the lease signing process. Overall, I have had an amazing experience living here at Union.

I love living here. It’s been a great experience from the beginning of my move in. Tiffany the assistant is awesome!! She was sweet and made sure I had everything needed to make my move in smooth. I had a small issue with some paper work I needed to turn in and my dog accidentally running out of the front door without a leash. I was open to correcting it because it’s always my intent to be a good pet owner and be responsible. A staff member was very rude and came across abrasive at first with me accusing me instead of being polite. Tiffany remained calm and was helpful to provide me with as much information to assist me. Her approach was far better and is an example of excellent customer service this office should provide. I’ve never had an experience like that but I’m glad that she and the regional went out of there way to make it a great one. I still give 5 stars because everyone had good and bad days. The property is clean and well kept. Perfect location.

Sherrie (assistant property manager) has been such a blessing!! My boyfriend and I were looking for a community that offered great prices, upgraded amenities, a safe environment, and friendly property managers; and we found that and more here with Sherrie! We can’t wait to start a new chapter of our lives here. Highly recommend these apartments for the cleanliness inside and out at all times. You can’t find this quality and pricing anywhere else in town.

I have loved living at union apartments. The leasing staff is great. The assistant manager Sheri is amazing, she is so sweet and is always going above and beyond to help her residents. The maintenance team is also amazing and always stay on top of work orders. Ventura in particular is so good at what he does. I would like to call out Chad, who is an amazing leasing agent and very attentive to every question I had. I have been looking around the area for a new place and came across Union. I really like the split layout of the two bedroom and LOVE the open kitchen. Chad was super patient as I measured rooms and asked endless questions about the area and apartment complex. First off, the location is amazing. Close to everything for convenience, but far enough away for peace and quiet. I enjoy the amenities from time to time and have been overall happy with my apartment for the last year. Maintenance is the best of any apartment complex Ive ever lived at. Office staff is very professional and friendly. Chad has gone above and beyond for us this last year and has resolved any issues weve had.

Working with Chad was such a great experience. When moving from LA to Vegas, I was not fortunate enough to spend time in Vegas looking for a place to live. Chad was an excellent communicator who was very realistic in setting my expectations as I have never lived somewhere with quite so many planned apartments. He took the time to photograph my unit for me in a virtual tour way. Service aside, the complex has been a very easy place to work and live. The e-lounge is my second home at times and if I ever need something addressed or fixed, it’s done within 24 hours. Honestly, it’s been a pleasant experience and my neighbors aren’t bad either.

Personally, I think the staff is really nice, and they do not discriminate. In my search for housing prior to coming to Vegas, I experienced discrimination, due largely to Disability. Chad, the person who was in charge of my application, and who helped me qualify for the apartment is awesome! Other staff members are courteous and respectful as well. The staff also responds quickly to work orders, and the workers are all super nice. Ventura has always done a great job, and is indeed very professional!!Though the appliances seem top notch, I do think some of the materials used in the apartments’ construction are a bit shoddier than would allow for a luxury apartment. The parking lot lights stay on all night, and these lights make it hard for me to sleep, but I think this may be the case for most apartment complexes in the area. I have tried to reach out to some of the other residents, and they mostly stick to themselves, and some don’t even return greetings; this fact makes me feel quite sad, though a few people have been really nice. I wish more folks would keep their dogs on a leash. My dog likes the dog park, and the pool area and landscaping are nice.

4 years in and still very pleased. The aesthetics are as beautiful as they were when first built. Staff changes regularly, but the attentiveness has been constant. Thank You Union! I am very happy to call you my first and only home here in Las Vegas

We toured Union about a week ago because we are moving to Las Vegas. The staff was very friendly and greeted us immediately. The vacant unit we saw was impeccable. It was nice to see that all second floor units have stairs that are internal as opposed to external. Definitely would recommend Union to anyone new to Vegas!

I’m nearing the end of my year here and have had very few issues. Maintenance has fixed every issue within a few hours of reporting them and every issue was minor. My neighbors have been quiet, especially at night. Chad and the rest of the staff are super friendly and have been helpful. The only reason I’m moving is because of my daily commute but otherwise, I’d definitely sign another lease.

I recently called in to inquire about renting with Union Apartments and spoke with Chad in the front office. He was so knowledgable and professional. I normally do not write reviews, but after all the calls and research I have been doing about moving to Las Vegas, he was the only person to really listen to me and provide valuable information about the property and surrounding area. I love this apartment complex and part of the reason is the friendly staff, from maintenance to the office workers. I always feel taken care of, shout out to Taylor, Sherri, and Ventura!

After having a fire and flood in my apartment, Sherri G. property manager did an amazing job, helping me with every detail. Sherri always has a positive can-do attitude! She goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of with excellent service. E Ventura takes the best care of any maintenance problem asap, he is efficient, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

I love these apartments. The attentiveness from the maintenance team to the staff was amazing. This property is well kept and new. Robert is the best maintenance supervisor I’ve met, I recommend to call him and his team if you have a problem they come the same day to fix it.

My experience received to becoming a potential residence on union apartments was superb. The level of customer service and professionalism of Taylor Vanderhule was welcoming, well informed and attentive to on my tour of the properties. Thank your for your time and service.

Union apartments are absolutely gorgeous! I loved the pool area and how spacious the homes are. The staff is so friendly and welcoming as well!

3/15 - Ventura in maintenance does a professional job and is so friendly. They are quick to take care of any minor issues and even changed out my smoke alarm batteries for me.Taylor in the leasing office is the BEST BEST BEST! She made the move-in process super easy and seamless. Lovely apartments and quiet. Neighbors are actually friendly and say hi. Landscaping is beautiful and kept up nicely. Maintenance issues (when I have them) are addressed quickly and professionally. I appreciate the assigned parking since most places either dont do that or you have to pay for a garage. Fixtures are stylish and gotta love the USB charging ports right in the wall. Two thumbs up! MWAH!

They are very helpful and will make your stay as comfortable as possible.

I love living at the Union! Everyone I have met that lives and works theres has been very nice. The layout of the apartments is very comfortable and the patio area is beautiful. Taylor my leasing agent is awesome and has been very helpful.

Amazing place to live!! I’ve lived here for a couple months now and plan on staying here a few years. The staff is always friendly and the maintenance team is awesome.Robert the maintenance supervisor is great and very knowledgeable. Whenever i’ve had an issue in my apartment the maintenance team is there within 24 hrs or less. Check out Union, definitely will not regret making this complex your new home!!

My new wife and I had the pleasure of touring Union Apartments recently. What an absolute Joy Chad was as we toured the beautiful grounds. Somehow he had an answer to even our most obscure questions. Often I dread having to look at new apartments yet Chad made it not only easy but actually fun. My wife and I were SOLD! I would recommend this property to anyone, sadly due to a change in my work location, the commute is too far.

The photos on the website do this property no justice... it is even better in person. Absolutely beautiful property!!The office staff is above and beyond, especially right now, due to the restrictions in place because of the pandemic. They have really gone above and beyond in order to accommodate prospective tenants, to include self guided tours, and they assured me that the toured units are cleaned and disinfected between visits. Absolutely within the social distancing standards which seem to be common these days, all paperwork is easily done online; and they walk you through every step, which is a welcome relief for someone like myself.I just look forward to the pandemic being a thing of the past, so that I can enjoy the amenities, the amazing fitness area and the gorgeous pool. It really cannot come soon enough, as that pool looks refreshing and is very tempting.

I have lived here for a year so far. Sherrie Guerra, Chad, and Ventura are the three main people have dealt with the majority of the time. I recently transferred to a different unit within the complex and signed another year lease with them. Hoping the three above are here to stay! I appreciate each of them for their above and beyond service they have provided and continue to provide! Thank you so much for making it easy to live at Union!

Well, I can’t speak to the actual apartment or complex (yet!) but I’ve been searching and calling around to a lot of different complexes in the Las Vegas area (currently in Los Angeles) and the management has been very welcoming, through in answering all of my questions and not pushy at all. Chad in their office has been the one I’ve spoken to. Great service so far!

Great place to live, really glad I was able to find it. Great location, amenities, price, and people. Work with Chad whenever I have a question or issue, and its been nothing but a pleasant experience!

Union Apartment Homes provides a clean and peaceful place to call home.

The apartments are decent. Not the most luxurious but they are nice for the price. The location is amazing and close to so much, yet still in a quiet neighborhood. I have had some issues over the year and Chad in the office is always able to resolve the problem. Honestly, Chad is the reason I renewed my lease and the reason for this review. Union has a hard time keeping staff, I cant tell you how many different office employees have been through here since I moved in. Chad is the only consistent person in the office during my residency and has been here about 1.5 years. 5 of 5 stars for Chad.

Maintenance service is incredible, Mr Ventura is an excellent professional, agile and efficient. This community is safe and quiet.
