This should be a negative star rating. My local rep here is so bad. The guys they had in place a year ago were awesome. They went to bat for us when we had issues. Also they have some manager that is out of CA. His name is David. How does this guy have a job with CoStar??? He is a hack.

Get everything in writing. Wolves in sheeps clothing. They lie about everything, and based on searching MY OWN properties their data is 90-100% inaccurate and outdated. Stay away at all costs and Costar BRING BACK THE OLD LOOPNET FORMAT !!!!!
