I lived in Milan for 2 years, in two different apartments. I paid my rent on time every month and never caused issues. I only submitted maintenance requests when absolutely necessary and tried to be a model tenant. They sent my renewal, and my rent was going up $262 a month. Obviously, I called the office to find out if this was for real and was told, The owner feels like we are getting enough foot traffic coming in off the street, that we can afford to lose a few tenants. I was floored and decided to move out. I paid almost $275 and had the apartment professionally cleaned, but decided to let them clean the carpets with the pet fee of over $200 I paid upon moving in. When I called to find out where my refund was, I was told I was charged for carpet cleaning. I asked why they didnt use the pet fee to cover the carpet cleaning, I was told that the pet fee was for cleaning the unit. Ummm, I already had that done and they knew it because they released the key to the cleaning company. Are you so desperate for money, Milan, that you want to hold money for something you should be responsible for, and by the way did pay for with the pet fee after I moved out of the 1 bedroom I lived in the first year. Nice try. Do the right thing, or I will see you in court with the photos taken by me, and the cleaning company, after they were finished and the receipt for the professional cleaning. This place isnt the same complex it was when I moved in and now that I live in Trend, I am so much happier. FYI, I give it 2 stars because the maintenance staff was truly amazing, but that was all Milan had going for it honestly.

This community is clean, organized with friendly people. The staff, including the maintenance workers is very efficient, helpful, and prompt. Been working timp.for this property for 6 weeks and Im happy with everyone that I have work with.

I made an appointment at 11:40am on 6/6/21, but none of the agent was in the leasing office. We arrived there 30 mins earlier, so didn’t mind waiting until the appointment time. However, even after 30 mins passed from the appointment time, zero person showed up in the office. What is the point of making an appointment then? I was able to see how unprofessional and unresponsive the management team of this property. I will never consider this place as my future residence or recommend this place to anybody. What an AWFUL experience. Thank you for making me wait under the VEGAS SUN IN JUNE, WASTING MY FREAKING TIME. The management team should learn how to work professionally.

Probably one of the worst apartments to stay at. Management/office workers make it impossible to get a lease/contract done in time. They need to clean house At the front desk and hire someone that knows how to do agreements promptly. Apartments are old and dated till this day they are improving on what to remodel and it’s mostly small things to keep the public happy in saying they are renovating. If it was not for management not knowing what they are doing this would be a cheap alternative to neighboring apartments.

Worstnplace to live ever! dog poop all.over the place all the time, gates always broken, everyone parks in the fire zones and in front of garages. the people.moving in these days are questionable at best. the office is a total joke. Polly & jamie seem to think the tenants problems are funny. and nothing ever gets rectified from the office. since R Selby took over and it became Milan it has turned I to a dump. I cant count the amount of times I have seen metro in here. last time was for a shooting. they can slap all the paint on these walls they want. it is horiably ran and there is no accountability for anything. They just discard old appliances in the back of the complex, never even bothering to take the doors off the old refrigerators, which is in violation of a federal law for safty. There are many children in this area. So obviosly the safty of their residents is not a thing at all. The gates are always broken, and one if not both pools are almost always closed. The big pool has even been shut down by the health dept. Makes you wonder about the overall safety of this place. dont even waist your time looking. there are a lot of.beautiful places in this area. save your time and money and stay far away from here.oh yeah and when you leave a bad yelp review they will reply and ask you I to discuss the issue. when you get I the office they just find it all amusing and still nothing is done!

We stayed here during our relocation time for corporate housing. Over all the facilities were nice everything was clean it could use some work around the pool and spot area but outside of that it was good. The front office staff was friendly and professional and took care of whatever we needed.

We moved to Milan in July 2020 and so far it has been a wonderful experience. The office staff and maintenance personnel have been professional and friendly. The community is very quiet and well maintained. My wife and I hope to be residents of this exceptional community for years to come.

My experience at Milan from start to finish was excellent. I lived here for almost 1.5 years and really enjoyed it... in fact, I almost wish I hadn’t left!The front office staff was always very quick to get back to you with any questions you have, the grounds were in decent condition, during non-COVID times the amenities were great, maintenance was always very quick... most requests were done within the same day! Even big ones.The gym leaves some to be desired but frankly I would say that was my only complaint while living here.Overall I enjoyed Milan and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Wow... I was considering moving here. But after reading google reviews .... I will stay FAR FAR away from this place. It seems a lot of complaints are with staff and that’s the worst to deal with. You want the place that you call “home” to be comfortable, safe and easy. This place and their staff sounds like a dump.

The pool deck and garbage cans are filthy. Garbage some times does not get collected for a week at a time and the pool deck has grease and water stains all around. Birds pull food trash from the cans and leave fecal matter on the gas grills, decking, tables and the counters for the grills. The hot tub turns green and yellow on a regular basis. There were two grills that caught on fire last week due to grease not being cleaned out. There are under-aged kids drinking and smoking pot at the pool almost every evening. The deck has trash rarely gets swept, if every. Glass bottles get broken regularly around pool area and the gates are left open virtually every evening so non-residents show up to use the facilities regularly. The lights in the pool have been out for months and the safety light run during the day and are off in the evening and nights. The General Manager gets rude when you ask for the trash to be cleaned up so the birds do not poop all over the eating area. We have some of the highest rent in the area and some of the worst services available. But, but, the sales staff is very friendly and polite.

She went over above and beyond to make that she met all of my expectations! The property was very clean! Unit Model was Immaculate! Overall a Great experience! Definitely looking forward to moving in after My lease is over at my old place!

Do not care for tenants wants or needs. Will just give you a note telling you that they will be entering your home to changing things with out care for your input and concerns. I have my kids at home due to the school doing distance learning and now I have to deal with the works coming and going in and out of my home. Shoes on and not waiting for me to even open the door. Yes Im just a tenant but I live here and this is my home. So I should have a little more say on what I want and when things can happen.

I have lived at Milan for almost 2 years now, and I actually love it here. The office and maintenance staff are very nice to me. Anytime I have had a maintenance request, no matter the priority of it, the maintenance guys are at my door to fix my issue promptly! Great service, and them getting it right the first time, is just a couple of reasons as to why I love it here at Milan. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I absolutely love living at Milan. Its in the perfect area of Las Vegas Valley. The front office leasing staff is so accommodating and friendly. Even their maintenance staff is amazing! They get my work orders done the same exact day I put them in! They treat me like family here. Out of all the places Ive ever lived this is by far the best, this is my forever home. I lived at Milan for the last 3 years (and an RW Selby property around the corner for 3 prior to that). I had many issues with what I felt was lack of concern from corporate. Facilities are fine, but the value for the money isnt there. Maintenance staff was friendly and very responsive, best thing about the place. 2 years ago, corporate installed aerators in the sinks/showers to lower the water pressure to just above a dribble. It was a joke. I called and emailed corporate over 5x, got a receptionist one time who said shed relay the message and mark it as urgent. Never got a call back. Rate raised significantly each year, so doesnt make sense to stay. Then the kicker - I get the remainder of my deposit back in a check, cash it, and it bounces. They tell me they reached out and tried to tell me not to cash it, there was an error with the batch. They did not email me, and told me they tried calling but had the wrong number (even though theyve had my correct number on file for years and weve communicated via phone and email many times). They are re-issuing the check, but because they tried, they will not be compensating me for the bounced check fee my bank charged. Typical response. Ive worked in customer service for much of my life - while I have had some generally positive interactions during my time here, I got the corporate feeling from them and would recommend against staying at an RW Selby property.

If you like noise this is the place for you…SUPER loud motorcycles blasting music almost everyday!People driving through the property in the early morning playing music with the volume cranked up!It’s like living at an auto/cycle raceway 24/7!CAN’T WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS UP!!!

I just got everything together to move in and am beyond excited!! The entire staff has been extremely kind, courteous, and helpful! I do not understand the bad reviews as I have taken a tour of the grounds spoke with most of the office staff and have zero complaints. Pollyanna helped me initially and is extremely sweet and professional. I have spoken with a few other ladies in the office as well and have never been greeted with anything less then a smile and positive attitude. The professionalism these ladies show on a daily basis is outstanding! I highly recommend this property as they will bend over backwards to make sure that you feel comfortable and at ease at all times. Well done ladies and look forward to seeing you very soon! :-)

I have loved living here!! The apartment is beautiful and location is perfect. Love the vaulted ceilings and attached garage. Leasing office personnel is usually attentive, with some exceptions. Maintenance crew the same. Some cons are; filthy neighbors that doesnt pick up after their dogs. Gates are broken and left open for too long. Sprinkler system is often malfunctioning and water is waisted for hours. Pool can be closed for long periods without any information on why and for how long.

The actual apartments arent bad, but the management, their systems and staff in the leasing office leave a lot to be desired. There are no outgoing mailboxes available outside the leasing office. They took away the outside boxes and force you to go into the office to mail anything. They refuse to take a paper check, and force you into an auto-pay scenario that when it goes bad and they take out a double payment, do not refund the extra rent. Instead they hold it in your account and you have to go into the system and turn off the following months payment and then once that clears itself you have to go back and turn it on again.The front access gates are broken more than they work and they have a sign denying their responsibility of maintaining them which is absurd to say the least. Its the only way to get a car inside the lot, and you hand out controllers for it, but arent responsible to maintain it?Parking lot lighting is abysmal and there are frequent noise complaints.I was told that the phone system that visitors and delivery services use for access is unable to be programmed for any phone number other than a 702 area code even though no one has a physical land line anymore and the VoIP phone numbers provided by COX have a 725 area code because the 702 area code is saturated with cell phones.

Beware...the staff here apparently will enter you apartment WITHOUT PERMISSION! I specifically said DO NOT enter and made an appointment!I NEVER NEVER NEVER give permission to enter.....this truly horrifies me to no end!!!!!!I think this sums it up for Milan!PEACE OF MIND......GONE!!!!!!!

There are far better choices, the apartments are bad for the money however it all comes back down to the management. Something is ever in need of repair it goes days and days without any answers back. Parking overall is one of the biggest challenges here they do not enforce their own parking standard so people will park in fire lanes block garages. Of the two pools one or the other is never in working order including the Jets in the jacuzzi tubs. Many of the office staff has very poor attitudes Polly in particular is one such person.

Beautiful community. I have lived here for over a two years and i love it here. They just re-did the pool, gym, etc and it’s enjoyable to be able to use them instead of going to the gym.

Would like to warn everyone to never move in Milan Apartments. it is the worst place to live in. The front office does not care, they do not return any phone calls and completely ignore any request. Here is a small list of issues we had:**SAFETY : where do i start. In the first few months i was working out at the gym and a random guy was knocking on the door to let him in, i said no because he should have a key. He stood in front of the gym and i called security. Security came in and told me the guy was STAYING HERE i was like i am not sure what that means and security said that his friend lived at Milan and he will NOT ask him to leave but to make me feel save he will wait outside until i am done with my workout. Now i have two creeps staring from the outside while working out, well guest what i made it a very short workout and left. NEVER WENT TO THE GYM AGAIN.I FELT VERY UNSAFE.**Another UNSAFE issue is security : cars are getting broken into right in front of my apartment. This has happened two times in the last few months. Also my neighbor said they called the police because they saw a guy jumping into balconies**THE POOL - it is always closed without no notification to the tenants. What is the point of having a pool** GATES - they are always broken. One of the gate hit my car due to malfunction, i filed a report and i have not heard back in over a month event though i called the front desk every day and the corporate number. COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. i cannot believe a business can be so negligent and rude to someone paying to live there.** The walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbor 3 apartments down absolutely ridiculous.I can barely wait for my lease to be over, we cannot wait to move out . PLEASE DO NOT MOVE THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Nice quiet place, Overpriced for the location.safety is pretty questionable, a lot of cops either chasing bunch of high school hooligans who stage fights in the complex or an ENTIRE UNIT OF SWAT TEAM breaking down an apt. Today there were over 50 cops, Swat team, FBI you name it, I was not allowed to access my apt for over 30 minutes. Feels like living in North Las Vegas. Lucky, my lease is coming up soon

When I moved here way back in 2008 I thought it was a relatively good property, and it was. Great pool, nice amenities for the price, lots of parking for friends etc. However over time I noticed that the caliber of tenants started to go down a bit and the community was getting to be more shady at night. I cant confirm it but it seems like the property was renting to section 8 tenants sporadically, I cant really surmise how many ghetto people made their way into a once nice community.Then it happened back in 2010, I was taking a nap in the afternoon and some random guy got my kitchen window open and tried to climb in. I was able to see what was going on from my bedroom because of how the mirrors in the living room allowed me to see the kitchen. I originally thought it was maintenance drilling something but then I saw someones head poke through my blinds in the kitchen. Yup, looked like I was about to be robbed. I got up and met the guy in the kitchen, he saw me and immediately took off (and actually ran off with the screen from my window). Three days later I got a dog and three months later I moved out. This is what happens when these companies that own these communities dont take the well being and the types of tenants they rent to seriously. I had to go through a background check to live here, as time went on I found that many others had not. Or the primary renter would, and whoever lived with them did not. Either way, I had a great experience here the first few years, met some cool people, but like with anything, it never lasts forever. If youre a single woman looking for a place to live, I would HIGHLY recommend finding a safer community elsewhere. Silverado Ranch has begun to decline around the 2012 mark. Lower income apartments and housing have taken much of the beauty out of this community and the crime of course has gone up. Crime tends to be everywhere in Vegas but if youre willing to pay a little more, you should be able to find a safer community.Something to think about.

A place where I would not recommend that it be any of my friends.From the beginning they put excuses and do not help you with the contracts you need to enter the apartment with the gas and electricity company, they tell you that it is easy.Being from Spain, I spent 5 months and in the end they did not clarify how to close all the paperwork and today they do not give me a solution so that they owe me the deposit money.A very bad attention towards the client.A very big disappointment

What a joke, most incompetent and inept staff ever encountered in my entire life, My lease was expiring on the 14th of June, I had signed a notice on intent to vacate 60 days prior to my lease expiration. I got a beautiful place in Henderson, 2017 newly built 2 bedroom 2car garage but upon touring I noticed the previous occupant had pets and being highly allergic to pets, and leasing office not having another townhouse available I decided to forgo the place and renew my lease for another 11 month at Milan. I signed the lease on the 14th, paid the difference in rent for the month of June, and went to the office and cancelled the notice to vacate. Next day I get a call from the office telling me I have to move out of the apartment, although having a legally bidding contract signed until June 14 2020. I walked to the leasing office and one of the leasing lady is raising her voice at me, saying You have move out or move to another apartment, I have already rented that unit to some people in Malaysia, I tried to remind her I had just signed a new lease and paid for the full month of June, her respond was, I dont care you have to move out REALLY? I love to leave asap as long you pay my moving expenses and all other expenses I incurre, otherwise I will be happy to fight it legally in a court of law.I Called to speak to the manager and he refused to speak to me. Please Dont RENT AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE, The location is high crime area, Smelly Dumpster with overflow garbage and extremely unprofessional staff. I cant imagine what they do to the rest if they did this to me with perfect payment history and most likely the cleanest well kept apartment in the entire property, The leasing office need consider buying the staff Leasing for dummies might be great help

I moved in June 26 2015 they made me get insurance just in case someone get injured in my apartment. I was walking to my apartment I tripped on a big crack in the sidewalk I was with my daughter and grandson. I went to the office and told them I fell she said ok Ill send someone to fix it they never did. I hurt my knee and toe a few days later I was in a lot of pain and my toe was swollen I asked them what doctor do they use they didnt know they would let me know they never did my toe healed crooked. One day I finally got some one to give me a number to their office in California I spoke to lady there she told me to write what happened in email I did that never heard anything. ALMOST a year later when I put in my 60 day notice a guy Called me saying he was working for them needed information. I LEFT work to talk to him he harassed me for 2 hours. He said he would give to insurance company and they would get back to me I never heard from them so I called him he gave me insurance company number.I spoke to a lady she said I was lying I even had pictures of the cracks they knew about they were numbered the shaved the cracks erase the numbers and act like it never ha2I have bad knee pain and a crooked toe. But you can bet they got their money up front they took out for broken blinds but I got nothing not even a doctor visit for my broken toe. They are heartless greedy people but when you go to apply they kill you with kindness once you there they treat you like a virus.

Horrible place! Staff in the office are rude and don’t follow through with promises. Maintenance requests go unanswered or unfulfilled and the property has gone downhill each month. Noisy neighbors are not dealt with and police are constantly on property dealings my with some sort of crime. STAY AWAY!!!

These people are the absolute worst. We live in a gated community but there is constantly theft. The weights in the gym have been taken within a week of arriving. Ive had my car broken into and no one in the front office could spare a minute to talk to me. They dont want to deal with anything or do any work. Laziest bunch of workers Ive ever had to deal with. One lease is enough with these people I wouldnt let my pet live here.

READ THIS TO GET AN HONEST EXPLANATION OF WHY NOT TO LIVE HEREMy wife and I moved to Vegas for the summer (May 3rd - August 31st) and decided to live at the Savannah Apartments. Because we were only going to be there for 4 months, they had to create a special lease for us. Their usual lease is at least 6 months. This 4 month lease was at a higher rate than the 6 month because of the special circumstances. It was unfortunate, but we were ok with it. However, at the end of the summer, when we were a couple weeks from leaving, we were informed that we would have to pay for the month of September as well because we didnt give a written 60 day notice of us moving out. If we wanted to be there for September as well, we would have told them in the beginning that we wanted a 5 month lease. They knew that we would be leaving at the end of August, but they failed to inform us that we needed to write them a separate letter notifying them that we would be leaving at the end of the lease. Quite ridiculous. So we ended up paying for the apartment for September even though we arent living there. It is empty and has been since August 11th (we left early because they were such a hassle). We tried numerous times to work something out, but to no avail.This has by far been the worst living experience we have dealt with, and I would recommend a four month hotel stay before recommending Savannah Apartments.Oh, by the way, our friend and his wife that moved there this summer with us got into an interesting situation. They wanted to move in quickly when they arrived, so they tried to contact the apartments to set a time to pick up their keys and sign the lease. When they got to the office, they were given the keys and told that the lease had already been signed. By who? Our friends never signed anything. The complex had forged his signature. A month later, they decided they didnt want to live there anymore. Savannah tried to charge them fees for getting out of the lease, but because they never signed one themselves, they were let off the hook. One of the employees admitted that they may have signed the lease for them. Therefore, they were able to walk away without paying. Good for them, but quite shady from the complex. Also, that employee was not terminated. My advice would be to explore other options of living. Good luck.

Ever since the new management came in everything is absolute disappoinment. Beyond disappoinment. DONT MOVE HERE! The staff is extremely rude, your service order doesnt get completed for days and then apart from that the maintanance people are half ass because whatever they fix is broken within hours or broken beyond repair to the point of replacement or them having to come back after they leave. We had this happen with a leak to our toilet. The maintanace supervisor came in to fix it within hours my husband got up to use the toilet and the toilet was leaking AGAIN! So we had to call the emergency maintanance line and HE showed up again with a bad attitude and grunting he actually got it fixed this time. Luckily I didnt have to work the next day because I had to wait for him to show up an hour in the middle of the night. My husband had to work early in the morning. Secondly, no security. As of today its been over a week that both gates on either side of the complex to come in with a car are broken! What security is this for your car and apartment. Why pay so much if anyone can come in and out. They have kept the gates propped open for days and days now and all you see is cars entering in through the exit to the complex because it is wide open. Another is if the leasing people dont like you they wont put in your service order. You have to call back days later after it hasnt been done to find out that no such order was placed when you know you did. Its so expensive with nothing really to offer. My husband and I are being pushed out. We wanted to lease again. However the management company wouldnt work with us to live a fourth year with them. The reason was because they want to push people out so they can renovate the apartments. They put the price for renewal so high so that we wouldnt lease another year and apart from that wouldnt work with us on the pricing. Our neighbors downstairs had been living in their apartment for 10 years they are older and were forced to move to a different apartment if they wanted to stay here in Milan. NOT THE KIND OF PROPERTY YOU WANT TO LIVE IN. DONT MOVE HERE!!!

Don’t be fooled by their responses. Just for show. Nothing is ever resolved.Youll hate this place. Assistant Manager Tammy is the best. Personalable and cares about her tenants. Everything else to this place is a nightmare.Well that was short lived. Grounds continue to be a mess. The first of every month is full of grocery carts. Kids destroy the grounds with trash. Ground keepers are useless and only clean around rental office and model apartments. I’ve lived here 3 years.I WILL NOT BE HERE FOR 4.

The second pool dore is locked with chains, they cant even afford to fix the lack. The main management are complete birches with attitude. The garages are not painted which looks like a homeless shelter. DONT BE FULLED WITH THE WORDS REMODELED.KITCHEN CABINETS ARE PINTED WITH HUMAN AND DOG HAIR ATTACHED WITH IT. IT LOOKS SO DISCUSTING. You cant even remov it, its painted right in to it.Maintaining people are nice but extremely dirty. If they fix something in your apt. they make everything so dirty. Everything is overpriced here. They charge for teash, water, and etc wich every mont youll end up paying extra $100. Its not quite place to live. Also thwy dont have building for special none smokers or none dog owners. Starting 6am the whole place smells sigaret and neighbors dogs barking non-stop which almost each and every person here has 2 or 3 dogs. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER TO LIVE.

This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever dealt with. It takes at least 3 requests to get anything fixed, while wasting everyones time sending people who do nothing to fix things. The management is absolutely terrible. If you have any other option on a place to live go there. The rent is outrageous, oh and get this your lease automatically renews and you must give 60 day notice, even if it is a 1 month lease. This is a terrible complex and an awful company.

Maintainance is slow and inconsistent their are roches and bugs and they did not give me a clean apartment as they should have e but do charge a cleaning fee

Clean well kept office staff friendly

Way too expensive for what you get... front sales staff sales you ... but apartments dont deliver ... dont waste your time ... look somewhere else.. you pay for a gated community but outside people are allowed to come in because security doesnt check to see if they have a pool pass that you have to pay 50 dollars for ... definitely not worth the money...

I love. It is a cozy place .. It has excellent facilities. A comfortable gym, pool and parking.

Very nice residence, quality services (swimming pools, gym). We just regretted that the semi private pool next to our apartment is not well maintained.(Location found via AirBnB)
