They were nice but the tow truck driver left without me the day of my accident.

Owner did not disclose there is a $25 processing fee for using a card when quoting service earlier in the morning. It was only after the driver had driven off with my vehicle that afternoon and I was finalizing the transaction was this disclosed. I had to go get cash and take it to the facility so that I would not incur the $25 processing fee.

Id like to share my side aa the female driver that was accused of stealing by Ms Wells. I have been towing for almost 2 decades and have not ever even considered stealing from anyone much less a customer. I was never informed of the accusation but I can assure anyone that I make every effort to treat my customers as Id like my own family treated in similar situations. Stealing is never acceptable! I work my behind off to make my money, Id never stoop so low as to steal from anyone!

I called to have a tow and the young lady was extremely nice and prompt. However Im giving them a 2 star rating because I was in an accident that nearly killed me and my daughter back in Sept 2019 and Sloans Towing was called to the scene. The female that arrived, entered my car and stole nearly $200 out of my wallet. When my husband asked the cop about it, he told him to ask her. She denied having it. So they have a thief on their staff. I was too out of it to get her name. No integrity.

Broke down on south sycamore street in Petersburg, VA. Called triple A for service. Sloans towing was dispatched for a jump start. 2017 Kia sportage. After car wouldnt star after a minute or less with the cablea. Display was indicating no key phob detected. Told the 2 drivers we would change out the battery on the key phob. Was told they had another call and couldnt wait. After researching the key phob on the internet, with a dead vehicle battery, the car battery needed to be charged up before electronics would detect the key phob to start2 hours later, still stranded in Petersburg waiting on another triple A provided. Owner was not concerned ABOUT our SITUATION still being stranded and there drivers leaving and NOT reporting BACK to AAA. Would not recommend sloans service at ALL. Young driver was arrogant, uncaring and unprofessional. Filed formal complaint WITH AAA.

I had a flat tire in the early afternoon of 10/02 - I called AAA and my call was dispatched to this tow facility and I have to say my truck driver was amazing! I received a ETA of 30 mins, but my driver made it in 15! My driver by the name of Jimmy was more than helpful and very respectful! He even let me follow him to the nearest tire shop, being that I am not familiar with the Petersburg area. Jimmy was more than helpful and I believe we need more drivers like him! Awesome service from a awesome person!

Absolutely sterling service! As a newcomer to this area, I was unfamiliar with repair options. Wilson suggested a reputable repair shop within walking distance of my new home. Cant recommend more highly! If your cars in a jam, Wilsons your man.

Unprofessional, placing Warning stickers on a vehicle window which was extremely hard to get off. Stop touching peoples property if your not gonna tow it, be a towing company not sticker bandits.

This is a very unprofessional towing company. They are a member of the AAA network but I would bet not for long. My vehicle blew a radiator a couple nights ago and I had to park at a motel and get a cab because it was late. I called triple A they got Sloans Towing in Petersburg to agree to tow my vehicle 4 miles. I went to the vehicle and called the driver who said it was ok to leave my keys under the mat. He gets to the car, calls me and tells me I had to be at the car. So irritated I agreed to drive back to the car to find him gone. When I called him he told me he doesnt wait for customers and not to ever call Sloans towing again. AAA is going to get an earful. What a jackass...
