By far the worst apartments I’ve lived in & on top of that 1,400 for rent when I moved in it is was a very nice remodel unit but once I started getting my things in everything started falling apart to my bath tub pealing off they had just painted over it all my towel holders toilet paper holder fell off right when I put something on them. To my washer in dryer. Wry old made a noise when I washed and let me mind you I told the first manger here and they did nothing about it why you ask because in the first month I was here we had about 3 different mangers and none of the knew what was going on I pay rent on time every month sense I’ve been here and this is what I get a 30 day notice for no reason at all I was planning on moving anyways but fir then to say they will no longer extend my stay is out of line I can not with this apartments no more I’ve had it !
I have lived here for two years and recently a new management company took over the property to include a new manager. Kimberly was the old manager with Avenue 5 company although I feel that she was the best manager ever. I have had to opportunity to be in contact with the current manager on the property “ Kathleen” and she has been very professional and she’s off to good start. Her personality seem to mirror that of my old manager “ Kimberly” very polite and pleasant. I’m happy to see this because I wasn’t sure how the new management, and or manager would work for me. I’m very pleased say that things are going very well.
Stopped by to check out a 1 bedroom and the manager Denise was a delight! From the moment I walked in, her smile made me feel comfortable! She explained all details of the property and showed me a beautiful 1 bedroom. Unfortunately, we’re not looking to move until July but we will definitely be back once we are ready to lease. Thank you, Denise!
I am not looking to move until this upcoming summer, but was in town and wanted to look at some apartments while I was here. Bella Vida was the one that stood out the most to me. I can already say that when Im ready to move, it will definitely be at this community. The floor plan is amazing and exactly what Im looking for, the community is well maintained and beautiful, and the service I received when I visited the property was great. Kimberly in the front office was super friendly and extremely helpful! If you are looking to move to Las Vegas, I really honestly recommend Bella Vida.
I recently toured and leased an apt at Bella Vida. Kimberly in the office was great. She showed me the exact apt I will be moving into (which is great) and provided me with all the info I need to know. The experience overall was great. It is a very small quiet property in a great location. I cant wait till I move in.
Lived here 2 years...its a great and amazing place to live. However after working with the new property manager Anastasia (spelling error) I love it more. It is more expensive than it used to be however after seeing the remodeling I really understand and appreciate it. I love where I live and my neighbors.
Been here almost two months I love it it’s a very small and quiet complex very clean I feel safe the gates work all the time and they a closed when the office is I love that, the apartment manager Anastasia is so very helpful she was a great help with my move in and worked with me every step of the way. The apartments are huge and upgraded I look forward to being here for a while!
Kimberly is the best property manager I have ever known and I been renting for 40 years, All I can say is to avenue5 is do t lose here she is the reason we stayed,
My wife and I lived here just short of a year. We wouldve stayed longer if I didnt get a job offer out of state too. Our experience was great! Its a quite neighborhood that we felt safe in. The staff is very professional and friendly. They even went out of their way to help us multiple times and never made us feel like we were a burden to them. We highly recommend it!
We have been living in Bella Vida apartments now for a bit under a year and absolutely love our little community. Our office manager, Anasthasia, is the absolute best. We were originally in a one bedroom and it was too small so Anasthasia helped us move into our spacious 2 bedroom apartment which we are ecstatic about. Since management has changed hands every detail is up to par. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone in need of a peaceful, quiet place to live!!!
AVENUE 5 are scammers and will nickel and dime you any way they can! If I could give zero stars I would. It was a nightmare from day one. In less that two years they have gone through four property managers. When I first moved in, the apartment I was given was not the same quality as the one I toured. After several complaints and two property managers later, the only fix was to move into a newly renovated apartment for $150 more than what I was currently paying - they would not agree to the same rent after much argument. I put a $200 hold, and after a third property manager shows up, its lost for MONTHS even though I got a notice from my bank that Bella Vida stamped the back and cashed my check. It took 9 months for the new apartment and if I could attach photo you could see it was NOT ready. Dirty countertops, unfinished drawers in bathroom, unfinished tiling in bathroom, baseboards not installed, dirt and dust everywhere, etc. I made several complaints until the apartment was ready. The regional manager was not apologetic at all that it was dirty or things were missing, her response was you can always find somewhere else to go. Still, things were poorly put together (loose baseboards, yellow blinds, loose faucets, etc), but it was better than the first apartment. First months rent comes, and it was $350 more! They expect you to pay for the properties shared utilities which amount to $200 a month?! SCAM! Maintenance is also a JOKE - never fixed the broken/yellow blinds, and loose lights in the ceiling in the RENOVATED unit. I was told if they replace my blinds they wont have any for the new apartments. Upon move out apparently MY DEPOSIT WAS NEVER APPLIED and now are trying to charge $192 in leftover utilities with $15 in fees just to pay the damn place and be rid of them. Only a fraction of what I went through is in this review...
Awesome place to live. We have been here for about a year and super quiet, and clean.Anastasia, the manager has gone out of her way to make sure that everything is always running smoothly. Its definitely one of the nicer properties in the area.
The best in las vegas...
The staff is so friendly and the community is small and clean. I am very happy here!
These ladies love their business, the Hayley Paige dresses in there are so fantastic
Great staff and service!
To start, my wife and I had lived here for over three years, and it hadnt always been so bad. In all actuality, this was one of the better complexes to had rented from when this was owned by Camden Property Trust. The rent was reasonable, if not a bit high, but the service was impeccable, the apartments were spacious, and the amenities, while not lavish, were well above average.Unfortunately, Camden sold the property as they downsized their holdings in Las Vegas. The second property owners were not bad by all means, but things did get a bit more rough around the edges, yet they had just taken it over so some bumps in the road were to be expected. However, when the third property management took over only months afterwards, that being Mission Rock Residential, things spiraled down and out of control. At first we gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were new as well. Yet they had lost our lease, or so they told us, for the first two months when we asked for copies of what we had signed from the previous company. Secondly, they didnt bill us properly for two months, and even the consecutive months afterward the billing statement that were sent in the mail had different due dates than what they had said. Small details, but it does get worse. Heres a synapse of what began to go wrong (but not limited to):- All of the grounds were littered with trash that was not picked up for nearly a month. No exaggeration, we had the SAME editions of Korean news fliers floating around our area for a month, mixed with other trash.- Landscapers blow trash and debris into residents open doorways and patios.- Any and all maintenance request took weeks to fulfill, if they were fulfilled at all.- We had been broken into once, and they still never fixed our front door frame completely as it is still quite splintered. To top it off, it took them nearly three months to fix our inside door which had a hole punched through it by the robbers/vandals, and when they finally fixed it, they left all old/excess screws on the carpet by the door, which I only discovered when I stepped on them. We have pets who might have swallowed these.- The front gate rarely works. Again, no exaggeration. I guarantee if you were able to pull the front camera footage which shows the gates, you would see that the majority of the time they are stuck open OR have been stuck closed. Yes, the exit gate from the property has been stuck closed on multiple occasions, forcing all the residents to exit through the entrance, obviously causing a danger since the property is located right off of Charleston and traffic doesnt have much time (or choose not to) slow down around the corner.- The office staff are horrible. The current lady seems very spacey, in the fact that she never quite understands what seems to be going on. She also becomes defensive and aggravated at any slight, so if you have any issues or complaints, Id say be prepared to have to almost argue with her. The maintenance isnt good either, in the fact we had to argue with them when our drainage to our A/C was leaking into the bathroom that it wasnt fixed, even though they said it was, even though we state that water was still building up all over the floor so something obviously was wrong. My wife and I are the most easy going people ever, always giving the benefit of the doubt, as you never really know the full story of what might be going on. However, we were also the last of our neighbors, as all of our other neighbors have moved out after living here for years, only after Mission Rock Residential had taken over. Some of our elder residents who literally lived there for five years or more, had also moved out in this time. My wife and I are the last of our group to had stuck around, and now are seeing the worst of what was happening. To sum it up: Our worst apartment experience, ever. Even worse than when we had to live in some shady, cheap-o apartments in questionable neighborhoods because we were young and broke. No exaggeration.
As good as it gets
Lived here 5 years, after the takeover the place really spiraled out of control.
