You need to start taking true appointments. people are way to busy to wait an hour or more to see their stylist. i am not the only one that feels this way.

I go past other locations to come see Alexa at this one! She’s great and gives an amazing cut every time… definitely worth the MVP!

Stylist had 0 personality, but the cut was correct. Probably just a person having a rough day.

I was there in March and have always liked haircuts there, but they didnt do beards due to covid, and thats the main thing that i would like done, do you guys currently do beard work or not yet?? 🙂🙂

Ive had a good experience everytime I go here. Mera and Summer are the best, but honestly youre in good hands with any of the stylists.

I took my boys here for wedding haircuts. They were treated well and liked great afterwards.

WARNING: Mera(barber) doesn’t even know how to make a straight line and she doesn’t even have a barber license too. Spoiled my haircut and have a very bad attitude. I don’t know how sports clip have hired her. She escalated the issue to the next level.I was hoping to give her negative billion stars.Never going back to sports clip. Totally disappointed with their service.

The employees here are stellar when it comes to customer service. I stopped in to get a couple inches off my hair. I received a wash and dry with some nice products. A quick on the go style and I was out of the door in 35 minutes. My hair still looks wonderful as I am due for another cut soon. I do suggest trying to schedule with a stylist ahead of time. Sports Clips is taking extra caution during this time so wait time without an appointment could be up to 15 minutes.

My go to for a quality snip. Gals are always nice and efficient.

Sport Clips always gives me a fantastic haircut, with a shampoo, face towel, and massage as part of the MVP package. With the current situation, theyre being safe with distanced seating, requiring (and providing) masks, and various procedural tweaks that show theyre taking the situation seriously. As a result of lockdown, my hair is longer than a buzz for the first time in 20 years, and theyve helped show me how I can style and care for it, and Im very pleased with the reactions Ive received since. Always a pleasant visit.

Alexa cut my hair and it is the best cut Ive had in years. Usually Ill put my hat back on but I loved not doing it. I paid for the MVP and she gave an amazing massage on my scalp and we had a great conversation, even during these Covid-19 times. Pretty sure Im in love! Lol

As I travel so much I use Sport Clips for my haircuts due to the consistency. This particular location had some awesome stylists (Ive never used that word before....can I call them hair cutters?!). They all had great personalities, did a great job with the cut, and were friendly enough to make everyone feel comfortable. Brittni rocks!

Summer is the best. Great cleaning and safety. I saw at least two extra people (not working as stylists) taking care of cleaning and checking in customers. Prices have risen but not too much.

A little pricey, but well worth it. Nothing was on the TV like all the commercials say, but I did get a thorough cut, beard trim, and eye brow cleanup. Ladies here made me look sexy.

As far as haircut chains go this is one of the best, try and support a local barbershop instead if you can though.

Honestly I never do reviews, but I have been seeing Brittany for about a year now... and she gets it right every single time. Honestly best experience I’ve had with any hair cut in my life. That’s is why I keep going back. I’ve had one experience when she was off and was not satisfied with the cut. But since, I refuse to go to anyone but her and have no problems. Go see her!

Excellent haircuts for men. A bit pricey for basic maintenance. Hair and beard trim with shampoo, scalp massage, and neck/ shoulder massage w/ vibrator, $29. They lost one star due to not taking appointments.

Can be hit or miss depending on your stylist. I get a good haircut 9 out of 10 times.

The fact your business makes millions of dollars per year and thousands of dollars each month while paying your employees minimal and you fail to uphild your businesses philosophy by not replacing a tv in the main waiting area is disgraceful.Simple fact of the money you choose to not pay employees would literally be able to afford a tv from the walmart store directly behind the facility and pay a technician to install in less time it takes for a haircut. Your business subjects its stylist to the scrutiny of the public people walking in to get hair cuts is saddening. This will be our last visit to the store

My staple to get a haircut. The hair wash/scale massage is the best.

I just had a terrible experience at this place and Ive been going there for months. Most of my haircuts done there are at least in line with what Im asking for but this last one couldnt have been further off. I asked for a medium length parted professional look (I even had a picture to eliminate any confusion). I walked out of there with a borderline flat top/buzz. She even cut out the part in my hair that I had and asked her to keep in. Pro tip for this place: if you arent comfortable cutting someones hair based on their requests, just tell them you cant do it. Theyll appreciate your honesty as opposed to hating what youve done to their head.

I have been to a few Sports Clips in KC and this place is not the best. I am not sure if the stylest was new or bad but it was not my best hair cut.

The weight with a very long and the person that cut my hair was very professional and did a great job they always do.

Good shampoo and hot towel experience, but I have had a much better haircut.

Getting your haircut here is like playing Russian roulette. One or two of the girls do a good job, but the rest of them will wreck you. Twice now, (why I gave this place a second chance, Ill never know), TWICE, Ive left this place looking like I got my hair stuck in a blender. They obviously hire people who have never done this before... Run.

Decent haircut place for men, but it always seems to be at least a 20 minute wait for walk ins. Often the wait is 30 minutes or more, especially on weekends.
