We paid $11 for the underbody wash too. Car wash seemed powerful but dryers are weak. It was pretty wet when we pulled out but of course they want you to buy the dry towel for another $5. Vacuums worked good. This place was ok but overpriced IMHO.

I used to be very pleased with this car wash but not so much lately. I am a member of the monthly car wash club but am thinking of cancelling. Your company wants to raise the monthly price but the service isn’t as good it used to be. No one guides you in anymore, they are sitting in the office. The driers don’t dry the cars very well, I definitely have to pull around and dry it by hand. Very disappointing.

The price is right and I like the fact that its so bright inside due to all the natural light. It just gives such a different vibe not being in a dark tunnel.

Spent $15 on the best car wash and my car looks exactly the same. The backend of my car is still dirty. It didnt take any of the bird mess off. Will not be coming back

Great value for the money. We bought the unlimited and it has paid for itself already. Car wash does a very good job. We have a DRW pick up and this is the only automatic car wash that we know of that we can use. Very happy with the service. The employees have always been professional even earlier this week when they broke down. Keep up the good work

Wash the car pretty good during all the snow and ice we just had. Was a little upset that it did not remove the ice from my wheel wells. Pretty much the whole point of going there. I paid $12. Was looking to purchase a monthly subscription m, but not sure.

I own a ram 2500 it is very hard to find any place to wash my truck. The people here are friendly and very good to me .they let me know that the limit is 72 inches my truck is 65 inches worked out greT for me .

Great car wash! Customer service is unbeaten! I usually hit it after my days in the field of Detroit working as a mental health therapist. I enjoy leaving all my client trauma in your car wash bay as I would equate the car wash to your washing my brain from all the trauma I carried that day for my clients. I would go to your car wash and clean my brain and Jeep for the next day of more clients. The colors help me realize that tomorrow is a new day and all the darkness I carried was washed away with colors. Always makes my Jeep look fantastic. I know this sounds crazy but, as a mental health professional in the inner city of Detroit, days are DARK and my soul struggles to find color after the stories of people being beyond cruel to each other. I would get a smile as I was led into the wash, another reassurance that things are going to be okay. So, when your employees think its JUST a carwash, show them the impact they had on one person with the smile and pushing my brain and Jeep through for cleaning. Thank you for being that cleaner in my brain I didnt know I needed.

Great place to get your car washed. Like the fact no metal rails touch your tire or wheel. Great Staff very friendly and always around for help if needed. From a person that is very meticulous about his vehicles highly recommend.

Vacuums always seem to be clogged or under powered. The wash itself is OK..... When theyre open. I started the unlimited wash a couple months ago but it seems half the time I make the trip over there, the place is closed.

Awesome job cleaning my truck. But it has brushes and I jus wheeled out my truck from previous owners use of car washes made major swirl Marks. I dont like brushes but this carwash didnt make a scratch.

First off I think the actual service of the car wash is very good. Cleans my car well. My problem was with the customer service on the corporate level.Went in with a link for a monthly wash for $24.99 went through the wash and noticed I had been overcharged, or at least I thought I had been. Went back into the office where I was told it would be $29.99 and that none of their advertisement was for that price. I showed the young man there step by step that I had googled their car wash and went to their official site and had a link for $2499. (See Below) He said there was some kind of mistake and didnt give me the price as quoted.Understanding he had limits to his ability to what he could approve I told him I would take it up with an email to the site. I emailed them directly and have never received any response. A simple were sorry and your next month is free or something similar would have been sufficient. Im staying with them because they are convenient to where I live. Not happy at all with the customer service aspect.

This place is amazing! The vacuums are very powerful! The customer service is great, and the guys working there keep the place running great always recommend this wash to everyone!

I went here for the first time because they mailed me a Free $15 The Works coupon. Well Im glad that it was Free because I wouldnt have paid a penny more. What I want to know is how could anyone pay $15 for a wash that leaves spots all over your vehicle. Even the Employees dont seem Friendly.I would like say thank you for the Free Spot Wash so now I know not to return.

All I can say is WOW! The truck in front of me had nails and glass in the bed it blew everywhere and the employee was out there in seconds cleaning it up before I reached the end! I can certainly say I love this place!

Not worth the $15 wash. There is still dirt in all different crevices all around the car. I really didn’t have time to go back and run back through. I didn’t notice it until I stopped at the gas station right afterward.Vacuums have poor suction too. I’m sure this is to save power and who can complain about free, right? I would appreciate it if they met us in the middle and just gave us a discounted rate and more power instead of next to no power and free.

Never seen a car wash like this before. Cleaned my car very well they have very good deals on the membership the building is well maintained. Vacuums are free and they work very well other like other places in taylor. Very fast and car came out really dry the blow dryers at the end are very powerful.

Paid $15 for a car wash to really clean my car really well the tendon doesnt even Retreat your tires or anyting and my car didnt even get cleaned at all as a matter of fact it looked worse send it did go in yet they told me to come back for a free wash and it is rather far away from me I just want them a carwash and I was down that way Id rather than just send me my $15

You could unlimited car washes for 1 month for only $19.99 I usually go here several times a weekits very clean looking and the soap brushes and water are very effective they havent left any dirt so far the vacuums in the back are powerful and do not disappoint like other vacuums that Ive used outside of Taylor.

Unlimited washes for $30 a month cant beat it. Can get it cheaper if you just get the basic wash and the free vacuums are great. Love this place. Had a membership since February.

Been good but i see alot of nozzles not spraying and they run the line a little too fast I do believe but some good kids that work there they no who i am when i come there and thats what i love the most

I like this place for my winter washes. This is the second year Ive gotten the top unlimited wash package and do I like it but I dont like that it always seems to be a part of the wash that doesnt work. The drying towels at the end never work. Sometimes the side and wheel wash dont work. If I pay full price I want full service. What Ive noticed is prices down river are much higher than up town. For $30 a month JAX will do inside and out. Downriver is starting to have more urban development so I hope that means more competition and better prices.

I have one ton GMC van and they get every inch of it clean!

For the money, you cant beat the service, and they get out and spray the equipment down periodically to keep from scratching your vehicle, no complaints here!

Ive been to a few car washes. And when I say a few, Id say about 6-7 in my whole life. I rarely look around because I know that a car wash or touchless car wash will leave a lot of dirt on my car. Which is why I prefer to hand wash and wax. This place cleaned my car to almost perfection. This could be a result to my previous hand wash but the cleaning I had was quite impressive nevertheless. Someone mentioned it couldnt clean off bugs, Ive yet to find out but Im curious to know because I do travels that leave bug splatters. Ill be coming back.

This place is pretty new. The way this car wash is set up is pretty cool. The belt on the car wash are different and the way it cleans your car is more up to date. They also have a monthly membership that pays for itself after the 4th wash so if you wash at least that a month buy it.

Danny went above and beyond today, and he was super nice. This will definitely be my new favorite car wash! The quality wash even got the stuck on dirt from my wheel wells that was still on from multiple previous washes from other places!

I like this place because it is bright and shiny and new and not at all dingey like so many other carwashes in the area. I feel like it gets my cars cleaner because it looks so nice. I know that sounds silly but there is something about seeing the sunshine as the car is propelled through the wash that really makes a difference in my perception.
