Pretty small but big because my apartment is good.

I have never had a problem until Yesterday. No hot water. I called them they came and thought it was fixed, to my surprise it wasnt . I call again we need a new water valve. However they dont have any on hand. They remove one from a vacant unit. Guy comes back to install it. We now have hot water in kitchen and bathroom sink but not in the shower. We have warm water. Guy says they will have to get a new one in the morning. I notice the valve is leaking, I tell him, he says its ok it will stop. I knew it wouldnt because my husband is a plumber. By the way I am just visiting my mom. Anyhow I put a bucket under the slow leak. Well to my surprise I wake up to an over filled bucket and flooded floor. I call them at 6:45am, Its now 8:30am and still no phone call. Im not very happy. I have and in the bathroom so dry out water behind the washer and dryer!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. It may have some pretty landscaping but it is not worth the view of this place. They absolutely have no security in this complex. No guard, no cameras and anyone can easily come in and out.It has just as much squatters as residents, with the Weekly Motels as neighbors and the tunnels right beneath your feet. My mother has been verbally harassed, chased, stolen from, stalked and followed home numerous of times with the years she’s lived here. Management is no help, it’s a revolving door of managers. I would never recommend anyone to bring their family or loved ones here until they begin to regard ANY real security.

I moved in last month and I am enjoying my new apartment. The staff was very helpful with everything. It was a lot of work to get me all approved but they kept me informed the whole time. There are events going on all the time. Today I went to the Birthday Bash and it was so much fun. Sarah does a really good job at putting together events. So far I have made a couple new friends and people seem very nice. Thank you Ensemble Staff for all your help!!

I have lived at Ensemble since last year and it is a very nice place to live. The maintenance and office crew are very nice and keep the buildings clean. My wife loves the kitchen we have because lots of cabinets. We just signed our new lease and plan on being here for a long time!

I just wanted to give credit to the maintenance staff, mainly Walter. He is a very hard worker and Id like to thank him for doing such a nice job cleaning the carpeted areas in the hallways before Thanksgiving making it smell so fresh and clean!!

Office staff not very friendly, or helpful and seems to constantly change. It is supposed to be a safe complex with key card only access. A young adult (known in the complex as stealing) was able to enter by code. When it was brought up to the staff, the individual said not my problem. Would not recommend this place.

The property is beautiful, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Walter who keeps the common area is always busy and keeps the common area clean and is pleasant to be around .

Great place could Not ask for more.They have every amenity a person could ask for. Beautiful well kept grounds .Shuttles to stores and back.Once a month Market in lobby with Free Foods. Also free produce day.

Great value. Good and cheapest around. All utilities are included except for cable. Good location. Well kept. Love this place. Accurate pics on the web.

YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE. IT IS DANGEROUS AND MOST EVERYTHING IS BROKEN NEVER TO BE FIXED. YOU CAN ASK ANY TENANT AND THEY WOULD CONCUR.ENSEMBLE 1 & 2 ARE SENIOR PROPERTIES. THE MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN UNABLE TO RETAIN ANY STAFF AT THIS PROPERTY TO INCLUDE; MANAGER AND MAINTENANCE. THIS PROPERTY HAS BEENDECLINING SINCE INCEPTION 3 YEARS AGO. JUST LAST WEEK THERE WAS A FLOOD ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND THEN ANOTHER FLOOD ON THE SECOND FLOOR. WE HAVE SENIORS HERE WHO LIVE ALONE AND ARE IN SCOOTERS OR WALKERS. THERE WAS NO HEAT OR HOT WATER FOR 3 DAYS. THIS IS JUST ONE EXAMPLE. SINCE THIS IS A LOW-INCOME SENIOR PROPERTY, WE PAY LESS BECAUSE OF HUD. THEREFORE, IT ONLY MAKES SENSE THAT OVATION PROPERTIES WILL NOT HIRE MORE STAFF TO BRING THESE PROPERTIES TO THE CONDITION THEY SHOULD BE IN. TREMENDOUS THEFT ISSUES DUE TO PREVIOUS MAINTANCE STAFF RETURNING TO THE PROPERTIES TO ONLY STEAL. THIS IS A GATED PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT WILL NOT FIX THE GATE. WE ARE FULFILLING OUR PART OF THE LEASE, HOWEVER, OVATION PROPERTIES IS NOT.

Am very happy to be living here. The office staff and maintenance crew do everything they can to help make things as easy as possible for you.

My mother lives here. Was built and she moved in brand new. The hot water does not work and hasnt for over a month. Management just says it will be fixed and still nothing. They havent even given them a cut on their rent. Now they have space heaters Incase it gets cold. Absolutely ridiculous.

I do alot of work here it is a nice place to live everyday they have activities going on there is never a dull moment

Looking to move here soon, we love this place, everyone here so friendly!
