The apartment is BEAUTIFUL! I moved here from out of state yesterday and the process was so easy Jeff and Sydney made the transition stress free and accommodated to my needs for the move and the apartment maintenance team came the exact same day for my fixer uppers ! it’s quiet which is my plus there’s little tiny things but that’s because it’s an apartment complex not my house that I built from the ground up. Thank you 😊

OMG Jeff was so amazingly helpful when it came time for me to decide to move from a place Ive lived for the better part of a decade. He made me feel like Collage could be my new home and the community is more than just a community, its a family. I’ve been here for almost 6 years and i don’t want to move! lol The community is clean, quiet, and their response times to any issue/work order is quick! They do little things for the residents which is always sweet. I love Jeff he’s always such a great help.

The office Manager Jeff is the absolute best, He is always there to help me when I need it.The complex is beautiful and clean. I have never had any issues with getting my work orders done in a timely manner, Overall the staff and community are amazing. Moved out recently, I typically don’t leave reviews until I move out and I mine is still 5 stars. I’m moving back to Seattle for work and while I stayed at Collage it was great. Turning in my keys was easy and simple Sydney really helped me confirming everything including my forwarding address. Work orders were always processed timely and the team always helped even though I never needed much with maintenance or questions, everything was pretty simple and easy. Definitely a place to check out if you need a solid apartment with efficient and nice staff

I was driving by and saw this hitten little proeperty. The floor plans are so cute and spacious. But the best quality is their customer service. Kathy the leasing agent that helped us was so sweet and very professional. We will definitely come back next year when our lease is up. T

I have been a resident here at Collage for almost 2 years now, and I LOVE it! Every time I have had a question, or problem the staff here is AMAZING!!! I was having some issues with people parking in my assigned parking spot all of the time (which is incredibly frustrating!), however the team in the office was always willing to help me out! They have gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and all my maintenance needs are handled in a timely fashion. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff that work here!!! Yes, I think there is still room for improvement in the overall apartment complex itself but I know for a fact that the staff and Property Manager are doing everything they can to make these improvements!If you are in the need for an apartment in Las Vegas- this is the place to be!

I would like to give HUGE kudos to Jeff Gray-Brooks the Property Manager @ Collage Apartments 6100 Carmen Blvd. Las Vegas. Jeff has worked with me so much during this pandemic regarding my rent payments and recently assisted me in applying for additional aide. I have been in his office pretty much everyday this past week. Jeff has gone above and beyond from being available to answer any questions that I have had and he even scanned all of my documents for me since I cannot afford a printer during this time :-) .... My family has lived here for 2 1/2 years now. We enjoy how quiet the community is and how well maintained the grounds are. The management team and maintenance personnel have always been professional and responsive to the very few issues we have had.Pre-pandemic times, there were community sponsored events all the time and we look forward to being able to enjoy them again in the future.The kids enjoy the family friendly environment and being able to play and enjoy the outdoors.

I have only had great experience with Collage Apartments. Upon my first visit in August 2019, I was greeted by Mario who was extremely helpful and professional. He made time to show me all the floor models, answered my numerous questions, and kept me up to date on all changes. Upon my move-in in October 2019, I was met with such kind service. The apartment is beautiful for the price, quiet neighbors, friendly environment.

Love living here! Maintenance is quick to fix your work orders. Not to mention the office staff. Kathy the assistant manager is very helpful and is always ready tp help you. Thanks Kathy!

My mother lives here and I help her with her groceries and cleaning because she is getting a little older and she asked me to help her with this review. She has had a couple work requests recently and the office has really been on top of things. She said Cathy is super friendly and the newer manager that she hasnt met yet (Jeff she thinks) she spoke to him once thus far and he was very concerned when she needed things fixed. The maintenance men came once while I was there cleaning her apartment and they were super respectful and left me finish in the kitchen before unclogging her sink. If I didnt own my own home, this would definitely be a spot Id look at. Its gated which I like too because she does live alone.

Jeff and his team are really AMAZING we moved in December of last year and honestly Jeff and his team have turned this place around in a short amount of time we are really considering renewing our lease! Property is clean, the gate works, staff in the front office are very proffesional and kind. This places turned around for the better and I wanna thank Jeff and his team for making our family feel safe and truly at home! We have family moving here from Colorado and the collage is definitely a place I will be refering them to!

When I called to asked about this community Mario answered the phone and answered all the questions I had then made an appointment for a self tour and let me tell you their model is top notch well worth their price I love the fact that they were getting ready to open the pool and gym and those 2 amenities were Amazing. I toured this not to long ago and I am looking for a 2bedroom apartment, now when I first walked in to do a self tour Mario took the time to guide me and show me how to do it. I toured the property with Kathy and she was fantastic. She knew the answers to all my questions and Had lots of knowledge about the surrounding area. I needed one for immediate move in but they didn’t have any available, super bummed but I would totally recommend keeping an eye on this property, their management team is super hard working and really seems to take pride in the property and the feedback they receive.

Honestly liked this place a lot until I realized the Gate is never getting fixed as promised when Moved in 3 months ago and they maintenance people aren’t properly trained. No hot water or heat for over a week and a half. For the price they charge I can move to a nicer surrounding area that’s actually gated and maintained

As soon as I walked in I was greeted promptly and felt comfortable since I was a little nervous due to bad experiences at other apartments complex that I had that same day. Kathy was so nice and very professional. She guided me through the whole process and explain every single detail. Neitherless to say I had no questions by the time she was done. Let me start with when I very first moved out to Nevada from California so you all get the full aspect of how great Mario is here at Collage Aparntments. So I moved to Nevada June 28th 2019 I had moved in to a not so great apartment complex that was not at (Collage) and I had to get out of the other place quickly. So I started looking online and founded Collage Aparntments the pictures looked very nice and the area too so I called Mario was the one who answered the phone and I asked him if a can take a Tour of the property and look at a couple units he had let me know on the phone that they were going to close in about 20 minutes and if I was able to make it so I had made it down here in time and he greeted me at the door and showed me around. I feel in love with this place. New the unit that I got was not ready to move in right away due to them renovating It which is fine. So I asked when will it be done and Mario had given me a date and it was done on the date he said it will be. So I moved in my unit beginning of August 2019. Everything looked amazing. Since I have been here I have had NO problems (10 Months all ready now) so I don’t know about you it is hard to come across an Apartment complexes that from start to finish that you don’t have No problems easily moving in and very friendly staff. If you want all those things this is the place for you. Mario has been there for me since day one and He was and is very respectful, helpful, understanding to my needs and very friendly he is your guy to go to you will not regret it. Now let me just add in here all the staff at College are very nice and friendly and will help you. A very big Thank You to Mario for helping me and making thing a lot less stressful for me cause let me just be honest trying to find a place and pack and move and get settled in To a place where you don’t know anybody it’s very stressful. Again Thank You Mario.

Been living here for a couple months now and its not that bad. Its a quiet spot. My car did get broken into and i wish they had security there everyday instead of twice a week. The apartments are super modern and clean. In the warm time i do have ants in our kitchen but never any roaches. If i put an work order in, its usually taken care of the next day. It is kind of pricey but i feel like its worth it because of how new the unit appliances are and how well kept the place is.Edited: I moved out and they charged me for things that were already ruined when i moved in, $1,800. I was a great tenant and kept everything clean. Im currently disputing but this situation is ridiculous. I know they have been renovating and i feel targeted to help pay.

We submitted and paid all the administrative fees to rent a unit @1150 monthly rate..now on move in day I contact them to check the status of my app and they informed me that the unit i have documentation for is now at 1355 monthly rate..so the advertisement is false or its a bait and switch...either way ..very disappointing

I have officially lived here a year, it isn’t perfect but it’s nice for the area and the community is small. We don’t have any issues with bugs or noisy neighbors but traffic is loud if you live near the street and there’s no lighting in between building at night which is not safe. Maintenance responds quickly most of the time and most issues are resolved immediately. Pigeons are a major issue but I assume that’s an issue with most apartments. The apartment itself is nice, spacious the appliances don’t look cheap and there are hard wood floors both up and down stairs. Compared to other apartments close by Collage is definitely leagues above the rest.

So after reading the reviews i was really nervous about visiting these apartments, however i cant think of anything bad to say about my visit here. Mo was VERY helpful she answered questions before i could ask, answered questions i couldnt even think of. the apartments look exactly like the pictures online. she prices match the prices online, so going in there wasnt any surprises. these homes are beautiful, a little on the costly side but for this area and the style of the apartments it is well worth it.

This place used to be good but in the last few months it has gone downhill AND FAST! The straw that broke the camels back happened TODAY. I get home from work and I see a piece of paper on the door and it was a notice from the office asking all the tenants to empty their storage/closet that is in the balcony area because they are going to be changing the locks and the storage will no longer be available to use! And they want this done by MONDAY. When the apartment was showed to me prior to moving THE EXTRA storage was part ofThe amenities they offered and on top of that you give everyone 2 days notice to take everything that we’ve been storing out and do what with it? Pay an outside storage facility to keep our belongings because we can no longer use the storage that is In our apartment? What’s next? Your going to also lock the closet in my bedroom?They state that it’s because of a safety concern????Also, the pool got re-done last summer and it WAS beautiful. Now it’s constantly dirty, flies and garbage everywhere. The gate to our side of the apartments is ALWAYS opened and/or broken and security is only around from Thursday trough Sunday.There is also little kids running around unattended in the pool area consistently (I understand this kids are not their responsabilidad and they can’t police what parents do but if security was around EVERY night this wouldn’t be such a big issue) Throwing chairs and tables IN THE JACUZZI but because security is here only certain days no one can do anything about during weekday nights. I have literally not been able to use the pool once this summer.I’ve been here a few years now but after my lease is done I am out of here.The only positive thing I can point out is that maintenance is pretty reliable and the guys are really nice and friendly.

Ever since Camden sold this complex its gone downhill fast!!! We loved living here at first but lately things are falling apart. We moved here because the pool was beautiful but this year, weve had to go to other places to enjoy our pool time! Maintenance used to be great as well, but now theres only 2 guys. Were moving as soon as our lease is up.

MY NEXT STOP CHANNEL 13. That is how messed up this place is. The people as far as the neighbors are great, they dont bother me and I dont bother them. But the management if this place is crazy. New management same BS. I should have listen to my daughter who moved out but I love the look.

I dont know why all the bad press. I am a single mom. Have been living here for almost 3 years. They always come when I need a repair. I have had no problems with the people around me. I do keep to myself. The only thing yes there are people taking cans out of the trash I dont like. and the gates only sometimes work. but for the most part it is quit and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Theyre cleaning it up for sure. They got rid of the tweakers that lived across from me and seem to be getting rid of anyone else who cause issues, answer the phones, and when you walk in to the lobby they stop what theyre doing to help you. Our apartment is not remodeled, but still nice. The countertops are fake granite, but still look nice, no chipping paint, or anything like it. Our washing machine/dryer never had any issues, and we got a same day replacement when our fridge stopped working. The bathrooms are nice with plenty of space, same for the kitchen.Moving here was an emergency decision since our last apartment flooded and the people here made the transition simple and quick.My bf has allergies so they made sure to switch out the air/AC filters before we got here and let us have the ozone machine for a week straight to get rid of the cigarette smell coming from downstairs. They also shampooed our carpets and resealed the pipes to make sure the smoke smell wouldnt come back. Theyre also really good about getting rid of the cars that have parked in our spot or neighbors who parked in a way that prevented us from parking.They definitely have a pigeon problem that leaves poop all over the sidewalks, but it seems theyre trying to fix that issue too and even pressure wash the sidewalks every few days.All in all its worth what we pay and we just renewed our lease for another year, which they notified us we could get out of by simply giving them 60 day notice.4/5 stars only because of the pigeons.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Believe me this place sucks!! Management changed and it actually got worst! Paying rent here is like paying for an actual house! Everything they offer is a lie, they let anyone move here now, loud people, drug dealers, thieves. The Pool they have would be very nice to enjoy if it wasnt dirty all the time.

DO NOT move here, lived here for 2 years . They PROFIT and allow the TOW COMPANIES to patrol and SIEZE residents vehicles for any discrepancies with the car . The units are POORLY “renovated” and then they CHARGE YOU for damages upon move out to pay for their contractors HALF ASKED work . Not to mention the GATE NEVER works and the PIPES ALWAYS CLOG.

I found Oasis Vinings through a google search. I lived in north Las Vegas for almost 5 yrs and was looking for a change of scenery. The staff here was able to help me make a smooth transition. From applying online to deposit to signing my lease. They are very friendly and are willing to work with you. Mila is the property manager. Yasenia and Karen are the leasing agents. My sons love going in the front office after school to say hi and get a snack and drink. When ever there is a maintenance issue it is resolved within in 1 to 2 days. If it needs to be longer maintenance will come let you know. The property is well kept and their is security on property. The school is right across the street and so is the grocery store. You are also close to the 95 freeway.there are 3 different floor plans to choose from. I have the most popular floor plan which is located near the pool. My husband and kids loves the Jacuzzi size bathtub. Very spacious and easy to decorate and rearrange furniture. Been here almost a year now and i am resigning my lease for another year.

First off I never write reviews like ever ... but i have never lived in a place were there is a charge for a common electric fee.. but here’s the thing they say it’s for 24 hr amenities That we have access to however that is definitely not true since I have signed my lease the pool office and gym etc has been closed the dates of opening have been inconsistent also the management here dose very well of notifying us via email when the tents are doing wrong or your parked in the wrong spot or there’s trash on property, but things we actually pay for they shut down in the middle of the dam summer without notice.. I tried calling they are very hard to get a hold of you have to leave home just to go in there and wait for one free leasing agent (one person for a huge complex) I can’t wait for me lease to end poor poor way of doing things and the renovations are nice but it was done fast, sloppy and unsafe my ceiling lights fell my sink peels everything is just starting to annoy me Who knew apartment living could be so difficult due to poor management.If you are thinking about staying here I suggest you put $1200 a month into renting a home or a townhome where you can have A better chance at things being done right .you’re better off dealing with a private owner I’m sure they care far more about their rented home or townhome more than this property cares about anything

Pretty nice place. Each apartment comes with a complimentary stabbing first-aid kit. Only got stabbed 3 times so thats good. Would recommend.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. Apartment burglaries happening for months now by underage residents that live in the complex, yet nothing has been done and management has continued to say its none of their business.Maintenance does not fix anything in a timely manner, or at all.Broken locks on the pool and gym, issued a key to the walk in gate that doesnt even work.Rude staff who couldnt care less about the residents.For $1000 a month you can go almost anywhere else in this town. Do it. Dont give this corrupt company ant of your business.

Office staff is rude and half ass their job speaking with them is like dealing with a 2 years old staff has been replaced 4x in the year I lived her and it seems to be the biggest mistake they made the pool has been getting remodeled for the past 3 months and they send out emails saying it will be open in a week but never is I have yet to see anybody even work on the pool the gym is ok most of the equipment works its just very small and uncomfortable when other people are in there working out .... maintenance is very good on the other hand they do come out in a timely manner and fix whatever is wrong usually fix it the same day or the next day the only good part of living here is the bathtub in the master bathroom even tho mine has been repainted 2x due to paint pealing in bath water

WARNING: Dont move in here you would regret it after. This place sucks...if you are looking for quality apartments with upgrades, get repairs done in reasonable time, THEN DONT MOVE HERE look else where! The apartments are dark because there is only 1 or 2 windows TOTAL and inside is DARK DARK and hot as hell. The add says ceiling fanS BUT THAT IS A LIE because they are only 1 ceiling fan in the entire apartment and you have to use Air condition everyday because the apartment is HOT AS HELL. The management and team lie to you to get you in here and once you paid and moved in everything begins to fall apart...doors drop off, the washers and dryers are old, old, kitchen and bathroom cabinets are old as hell, need paint everywhere in kitchen and bathroom to affect your health, bathroom and kitchen sinks old old with rust, cracks and all kind of old dirt from years of previous tenants...stoves, refrigerator, washer and dryer OLD and outdated and burn large amounts of energy and your power bill is high, high, high. When something is broken, it takes MONTHS of promises to get it fix. They add say gated community and that is a LIE because the south side gate NEVER works and all kind of people who dont live here walk in all hours or the night and there is always dumpster diving going on day and night....carts and bags from bag people/ homeless people all over the complex. WARNING. If you are seeking a healthy environment for your family like me with nice apartments to live where repairs get done on timely manner with clean cabinets, sinks, washers and dryers, stove and refrigerator, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE. Oh and the water pressure are ALWAYS low. There are other apartments in Vegas much cheaper with clean upgrades and timely repairs.

Tweakers everywhere.... tweaker neighbors called the cops for a DV complain when it wasnt even true... i was taken to jail and when my bf went to bail me out, they broke in and robbed me. Security sucks... do not rent here unless you want your stuff stolen, or killed. Also they rob cars and sell it every night after midnight.

Dont expect to be treated like a human being. Theyll fake it for a while but eventually they stick it to you the best they can. Vampires.

There are many reasons as to why we are moving out of these apartments just after a month of living here, but the biggest impact we encountered was how dirty everything was after paying the Admin Fee to have the apartment cleaned prior to our move in. Nothing was clean. The floors required 3 mopping sessions before it didn’t come up black, vents were filled with dust with the big fan in the hallway unhealthily packed with an immense amount of dust, bathtubs dirty, toilets yellow, windowsills with insects & dirt, & a balcony which inhabits plentiful pigeons who love to leave their behinds on your balcony floor... the washer/dryer didn’t work properly as well & we had to start doing multiple cycles (cost more energy), or wash it by hand in the sink, they refuse to replace it after complaining multiple times, and were told the washer & dryer are new & have no issues. We then deep cleaned the entire apartment to find a pile a dog hair from the previous occupants, dust & insects behind the refrigerator & pile of insects/dust underneath the washer/dryer & only now have gotten rid of the smoke-smell when you walk into the building. On top of everything, the neighborhood itself isn’t safe, & cops have been in here 5 times since moving in, we were told also it’s not common, but see cops a lot nonetheless. Twice my boyfriend & I have encountered homeless people rummaging through the dumpster, & the front office is extremely difficult to get ahold of at times.After our deep clean, I hope the new occupants are thankful that we left this apartment better than it was when we first moved into it.This is a long review, but one to consider before leasing an apartment here.

I live in the corner apartment & I got robbed & nobody seen anything. Called for a security officer & nobody never came. I would never live in these again.

My wife and I went to see the property on Sunday and Mario was very kind to us and he was very attentive he showed us the property and the model and we fell in love with the apartment hopefully soon they will have availability to apply but they are one of the top 3 we have in mind thanks Mario for your help and kindness
