Apartment have gone down since new management. The trash and parking lot are gross. They wanna up the rent but we don’t have full access to the gym or pools unless management is in office. Very inconvenient!!! It’s starting to remind me of the building across the way. Still don’t have a key that works the back gate that works. Why are they raising the rent and they barely want to updated appliances and carpet in these apartments. Horrible, just horrible. Do better for the people that have been paying rent here for years.

When I first met the manager Julie she was so nice. I had a family member living there that I was caring for while in the hospital. I told her there were a couple of things I needed done on the apartment like the screen on the window and the bathroom ceiling. These were both handled right away. She was very concerned about his recovery and even went well beyond her duties as office manager. When I told her I needed to get a walker for him, she said oh I can get you one tomorrow I couldnt believe it and then the next day there it was in her office AS PROMISED!! ILL be honest with you ...I have NEVER EVER been treated better in all my 30 yrs in Vegas by an Apartment Manager. It restored my faith in people. Thank you Julie for everything and thanks to your assistant too, I cant remember her name but she follows in your footsteps with kindness ..Sincerely, Mary

The first apartment complex I ever moved into after moving out of my moms house and Im so happy I found them. Great customer service. Jose was very attentive. Maintenance was very quick and efficient. Very quiet complex and Wells Fargo is right behind it. Moved out only cause I needed something closer for my work.

Apartments are redone with new paint etc... Very clean as maintenance is on top of things. Quiet and clean with cleaning crews there every week. Parking lots are good with painted lines and sidewalks visible at night. Front office very good with workout room and indoor pool. Computer available with tv and office area. Bus line right on Boulder and casino directly across from complex. Easy in and out to drive to shop or other casinos. A pleasant surprise as the Boulder area is getting better than previous reputation. There are pigeons but not a problem.

I recently lost my job and was unable to pay rent. The office manager was VERY patient and seemed to want to work something out. I really appreciated it and I will not forget. Go JULIE U ROCK! Just an update since this review was posted when Julie first started working there she was nice. Now not so much. I was evicted and my apartment was robbed security guard was useless as well as the office. Thank God for the renters insurance.

Ive been living here for 6 years and everything was great until the property was sold in August 2017. DO NOT MOVE INTO HERE!!!!! They have 1 maintenance person and so good luck getting anything fixed in your apartment. My lease will be up in a couple months, Im outta here!!! The new people in the office could care less about you, they have big attitude.

Staff is great. Grounds are generally queit. A bit pricey, but apartments in general are. The maintenance are timely and gets the job done. Next to Boulder and down the street from the highway, so quick access to the city. Only flaw is the pigeons, they are everywhere, but its hard to get around that given that its across the street from a casino

The apartments are actually pretty nice but the prices are so ridiculous. Over 1k for Boulder highway where you hear gunshots every night and police every 10 minutes racing by. My lease is up next year and for sure moving back to Henderson for this price lol.

When I moved to the complex someone else was managing but before my first month in they were managed by Compass Rock and these people are terrible. The mail room was broken into and I got a package that was $140 stolen! I have only been here for three months and I have called the police three times. The woman at the office Julie seems to not care for her tenants and has no problem showing she does not. I’ve complained about my neighbor on two separate occasions and nothing has been done.

I love the facilities of the apartment and the locations of the area is close to the establishment of schools, churches, casinos. I do not like about it is that too strict rule, excessive strictness we were expelled by the ruling, because the visitors who come in day and night as well as noise at night .The office employees are rude

Really fortunately we still live here Julia is one of the office managers we currently have a fraud case against her with the police because she snatched my money orders out of my wifes hand and forged my wife signature on all four documents somehow someway she still has a job everybody in the office is extremely rude we always deal with the owner compassrock was the old owner a new one took over July 1st we went into the office and Julie refused to even tell us the name of the new owner would not give us a phone number would not give us anything knowing that she has a fraud case and the police have all of our money orders and pounded she is still trying to evict us with a 3-day and a 5-day were still continuing on fighting this at the moment reaching out to let everybody know just how bad this place is just how bad the management is I have everything I just said in writing for proof

Office staff give you run arround one day I called and they said I was already approved and that we can move in on April 7th... Then when we come in the next day they said we werent yet.The apartment complex is nicw

If i could give 0 stars i would...the new office personnel are a complete joke they lie and out words in your mouth..the maintenance is even worse biggest joke ever...ive been waiting over a week for them to fix my toilet and dryer has no heat...these ladies in the office are damned near slumlords...when the maintenance knocks on door it feels like a doorbell ditch they leave if u dont open door within 30 seconds

The parking system is messed up my car got towed from my parking space they did nothing to help me get it out . Mind you I already had previous parking issues with these ppl . The ASHLEY towing company they work with just wants money . 300$ for having my car for one day but you towed it from my parking space ??? Keep the car !!!!! I’m livid .

In my case I have a complaint with the new manager I put a cleaning request in my folder cdo I renewed the lady made the appointment for 12 pm it was 130pm nobody came cdo I went she told me what she had forgotten what I consider to be tremendous lack I respected her because I explained why I also knew that she was asked about the schedule, she said what all the schedules were updating, the lady left and left the other girl as always to put her face, she didnt finish, she wants to owners change or demand is not measured do not take anything into account she is disrespectful because she does not respect me
