The location is good. The rent prices are fair. The two bedroom units are relatively large and for the year and a half I loved there I had zero issues with pests (i.e. bugs, rodents). I was not a fan of the parking situation as it seemed like you could never park all that close to your unit. I did not like the on site laundry as I would have preferred laundry in the units and I feel like the laundry cards were wasteful. The gym was nice but it had limited hours and not everyone got a key (you had to trade your ID for a key during office hours). The change in management was not very ideal either. All in all it was an average place to stay. Im not sure is recommend it but I wouldnt go so far as to condemn it either. Remember, ultimately you get what you pay for.

I’ve been working with Kia since I moved in and she is AMAZING! She’s consistent, honest and she actually cares about the residents in the community. I applied and 3 days later, I was moving into my unit. It wasn’t upgraded because I requested an immediate move in.Maintenance could have done a lot better with cleaning the apartment, painting, changing the countertops and keeping the appliances up to date, however I still love it. No roaches in my unit! No bed bugs. No mice. I honestly believe it’s how you live.The community is very quiet. Mostly young people and couples. I love that I’m right down the street from everything I need. 14 mins from my job and 7 mins from the strip. I can seen the Palm hotel on my balcony. Over an amazing community. Looking forward to spending a few years here.

My family and I moved here in Sept 2020. We are now under new management and an entire new team of staff from secretary to maintenance. They give you customer service to the T and they are super friendly and the atmosphere feels really nice. I like the new modifications that have been made, especially how they added lighting to the entire property inside and out.

So far it isnt bad. The area around the complex is pretty good in terms of convenience. The studio is very nice and clean. So far everything is good and the staff is nice too.

I will say this, this apartment is actually a very beautiful place to live, quiet and the new management which started about a month or so ago has really been an 180 from the previous management. Moving in things were not complete (including my tub not being resurfaced) and was told to wait for the new management to start. Frustrating as that was, once the new management start and told them, they were very professional and apologetic and willing to correct and making my living situation better. Let me tell you they got my tub resurfaced and helping me correct the other items. Matt, is very professional and understanding and welcoming as is the remainder of the team. If you are looking for a place to call home. Accent on decatur is the place.

I just moved in. Everything works in the apartment, the community is very nice, the laundry room is nice, the work out room is excellent all the equipment works beautiful, the pool is super nice with nice patio furniture. At night its real quiet, havent heard of anything bad happening. Keep up the great work Accent on Decatur.

I was originally going to give a lower rating because of a mixup between the old and new management during the transition, but Matt was able to straighten everything out with my rent. I even have a credit toward next months rent. There are little things here and there that could be improved, but other than that I plan to stay for another year. The only reason I would move is because I miss my old Green Valley neighborhood so much. Its just too expensive to live there.My studio apartment is very nice and the rent Im paying is reasonable, although it has gone up $42.00 in only two years. It would be difficult to leave because everything is so convenient where I live. For now I plan to stay after turning around a negative experience. Thank you! 😀

1st of all I sure would like to be able to barbecue out front of my apt. yall do not let people have barbecue grills.Secondly the water it turned off in the middle of the day at least every 2 weeks although that has been improving. Thirdly Its nonsense to have the pool shut down on the hottest part of the year so far.

I requested for service on the clogged sink, and balcony cleaning but nobody has showed up since July 22, 2021. I called them back last week but nobody has show up until today which is 8/9 /2021. But never late to take rent 🙄🙄🙄🙄

My apartment leak was handled with compassion and care.. The property manager personally made sure it was taken care of and I really appreciate that.

They hardly answer the phone or call back really, but if you take the time to just walk up there and talk to them face to face you actually have a better experience. They are prompt with request for maintenance. Most of the staff is pleasant and funny.Property is always clean, and plenty of dogs around.Id recommend.

Just moved to Vegas and found this place. Matt (i think thats his name) and his staff were very professional and pleasant. The apartment tour was awesome. Our unit was close to the pool and very clean. Thanks for everything Matt s.

Air conditioning doesn’t work in my unit hasn’t been working since I’ve moved here two years ago right now it’s after 12 o’clock it’s 81 in my apartment I have my air conditioner set on 71 I have to use my fans to pull the air to keep it somewhat cool in here I have diabetes and I’m always calling my doctor because I’m always sweaty and burning up in here although they’ve been on top of the roof several times it’s still not working and I think it’s unfair to me with my underlying medical condition

I received my apartment very clean and with no damages, everyone at the office is very nice and I am very happy.

As always they are swift to get the job doneI never had any problems since I’ve been hereMaintenance people are nice and very helpful

I’ve had no problems with new management,But I do see that our community has gotten dirty there is trash everywhere and the parking area I’ve seen people fixing car spaces and people parking in handicap without a plaque, I need that when my handicap vehicle picks me up, for my doctor appointments. And people leaving their fast food trash in the parking spaces the place is just dirty.

Your team took great care of fixing my air conditioning on Sunday and Monday. Really appreciate the fast service.

This place is the wrost the apartments have changed hands like 5 times they do not fix anything . for 3 months there was a pipe leek next to a walking path that would spew out tolit paper and &%@! water it took 3 months to fix this.

Do not apply here. These guys will rip off and tell you things last minute.First of all, these people rip you off with an overpriced $300 application fee.. they will tell you that your application fee will get refunded if you get denied. One week later I was given a notice that I cant get a refund after 48 hours has past. Fortunately I was able to dispute this with my bank and got my refund back.But do not apply here, these guys will rip you off on purpose for the sake of their business. The apartments look decent which is why Im giving them two stars but if you do rent here, be very careful with the staff members and pay attention to the guarantees they tell you beforehand.

Recent move in and nothing but positive experiences. Complex is older, but has best location and extremely clean. My unit has been remodeled, and I love it. Very quiet at night. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No maintenance issues at all.

I toured this site again for a family member and the team there was very informative. Price was great but a little further out than wanting. I was impressed with the how nice and knowledgeable the staff was about the area and apartments. Would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Was told that my dog wouldn’t be denied right away if we didn’t have any vaccination records as we just got him and if anything the pet deposit would be doubled along with the pet rent so we applied of course paying their 50$ Application fee along with a $20 pet screening fee just for their pet screening to not be able to be processed without records and when we called the office they told us that no one should have ever told me that information because they can’t and won’t do that at their complex but there’s only one worker for the office so this was obviously a scam and just don’t waste your time if you have a pet that you just received because they will lie to you and deny it

The remodeled units are some what decent. although the paint was done poorly and the insulation is horrible.This place has horrible water!! I even bought a shower filter attachment and it barely helps. I’ve never had any issues with dry flakey skin until i started living here. Nothing helps!! and the water scales all of my dishes . Disgusting!

Roaches. Exterminator came and sprayed twice already and still see the roaches on a consistent basis. You can definitely tell when your neighbors move out. I have communicated this issue with the manager of the apartments his statement was they come from outside. Also they would like for me to catch the roaches and take them to the office (yuck). My son can not even live here because they make his asthma so bad. My husband was laying in bed and I seen a big one on the way and smashed it right away... that’s when my recent neighbor moved out about a week ago. While the bank came and inspected my apartment less then 2 months ago the lady was surprised how poor quality and not up to date my unit was. Can not wait until my lease is up.

Definitely I will not live in this community ! I was supposed to have a virtual tour today at 5:30 pm . I had to call and aRude associate answered me blaming the customer service department for not having an updated list of their listings . They wasted my time all weekend for a listing that has gone . After I have been upset to what happened she hanged up the phone onMe and told me I need to go home now we don’t do showings after 5:30 pm . This community is definitely a zero star . If they don’t show respect from the beginning then it is not worth it …what a shame !

My buddy is the cleanest guy I know. These apartments are roach infested. Literally open a cabinet and your gauranteed to see a few. Also they are in the sink. I dont live here but my freind does and its absolutely disgusting. Please get rid of the roaches. They dont pay rent.

I have to say I been staying here for about 3 years now and this new company Pinnacle Management has been the best one that has to over. They are changing the property painting building adding new items to the property that Im SUPER!! excited to find out how everything turns out to be at the end.They can count on my renewal of lease this year.

Apartment Management dont give a crap about anyone. my apartment is roach infested and i told my apt about it 4 times. problem was here when i moved in. 90% of neighbors are rude as hell. The apartments are way over priced for the quality of the stay. Ive found better places for way cheaper. And all apartments are connected by sewer line and water heaters. I highly recommend you keep searching.

Honestly my first aparment.they have frendly staff and frendly maintenance workers.but this place has to many apartments for the amount of workers they have. Theirsalot of roaches outside and some may get into the apartments but thats mostly duringthe summer. pools ok it could be cleaner, gym if you vould call it that is just athreadmil and like 4 weights. but for the cost and location what should you expect?,the schools near by witch is good but not when you sleep during the day. other then a few detailsthis place is Ok for a person just starting out in this town. I will not be Re-Leasing my current apartmentIm looking for a new place of recidence.

Dont rent here, the price are high and they doesnt care about the residents health, We have a hole from the sewer system and they dont repair it, they paitpthe new apartments with paint with a lot chemicals and it spread around the apartment and my wife is getting sick because of that.
