I toured the 2 bedroom model, the master room WOW me. The price is perfect as Im coming from California and Im currently paying $2400 for a 2 bedroom apt half the size. Amy is also very friendly and professional, I will be applying tonight.

I went to go look for a place to rent. I been looking for months and couldn’t find the right one. The moment I walked in the office the agent Amy was super sweet & very helpful. She showed me around and I fell in love with the space of the unit & what the community has to offer. I quickly applied. When you have the right agent makes the process so much easier.

This place was a nightmare. Make sure you inspect your apartment really well before you move in. Also, you will have to be ok with screaming kids out your old thin windows 7 days a week. Horrible for a single person but great for a single parent with five kids. They can just run screaming wild everyday in the complex.

Every single summer the pool is closed half the summer. They always seem to clean it or something happens to it during the summer when they could be doing it during the cooler months to get it ready for all the tenants. I’m so sick and tired of this. My kids always ask for the pool and it brakes my heart to have to tell them no all the dang time 😔

When in for a tour with Jennifer, super sweet friendly and welcoming compared to other apartments. Both me and husband are very pleased with the location and definitely considering when our lease is over . Thanks again Ms. Jennifer .

As i walked in the staff welcomes you & makes you feel right at home. The younger lady Amy was very polite & knowledgable of the property. Unfortunately i did not qualify right now. I Would highly recommend this nice apartment complex.

This is in reference to renting through “landing.” Don’t rent through them. Our apartment was filthy. Walk around and get black feet, bugs all over, cabinets falling apart from water damage, washer had to be replaced, and sliding door was broken. Do not rent through the landing for this place. Better off just looking somewhere else. Front door also was clearly broken into a couple times.

The bad reviews- I would say really look at both sides because “actual” residents love it and my family has never had any issues.

As a resident that has been here for 4 years I recommend this place. Staff is always willing to go out of their way even when they are busy. I’ve never had any issues with my apartment. My patio is comfortable and i enjoy my coffee out there. The living room area is Grat! perfect for a big screen TV. They offer $50 cable, i used to paid $105 just for cable before moving here. It’s hard to find a gas stove but this place has it. I enjoy the Pool and fitness both open 24 hours. There are restrictions due to COVID but that is every where you go now. If you take care of your place you will be happy here. It has really come up long way since I’ve lived here. I will be renewing my lease. Kaleidoscope it’s a great choice in my experience.

Wonderful apartment homes. Toured today with Marisa. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I am not looking to relocate until the upcoming year. But I am considering Kaleidoscope as my new home.The master bedroom was very spacious and it is hard to find an apartment home that offers a great space in the master bedroom.

Hey just want to warn you guys, these people here act like they are the best when you first walk into their office. They pool is Supper cold, gym everything is broken, my house has water coming in from the front door, they dont care, my room door its broken they painted over it, the quality of things is poor everything you tuch brakes. I had my room door disaabled it self you tried opening and it wouldn’t i put an order for them to fix it over 2 weeks i had to call fire fighters to get me out the office took 2 hours to send someone after a 2 week notice and several walk in notice this place its to expensive for what they ofer you

Lived here for 7 years before pinnacle took over. I have no complaints. I had my older apartment renovated and I didnt have to move out. the office made the process easy for me and my dog. will be renewing my lease.

Management must have changed because I read reviews but when I went in the people were kind and knowledgeable! I spoke with multiple people but Marissa was the one who helped me. She was very friendly and cared to place me in a place that was best for my family and my finances. The apartment I am in was very clean and detailed! All in all I would recommend even to just get some estimates!

I recently moved out of kaleidoscope due to a job relocation out of state, I lived there for 2 years and it was amazing! My apartment was great, and every time I had an issue the ladies in the office were always pleasant to speak with. Very thankful for my time there.

Kaleidoscope has been my home for 3 years. There has been a lot of positive changes. Amenities are open 24 hours and I was able to enjoy he pool this summer. Other properties i have lived in always had there pool closed.

I felt completely at home during the tour- office staff was very pleasant, the property was clean, and I love the floor plan! Marisa was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions and give plenty of details about the area and the property. My scheduled move in is in three days!!! Super excited!!! 😃

Hands down the best apartment living complex in Las Vegas. Marisa and emily were really great and also very informative! I have living here since 2017 and they have been able to work with me with my finances.

The fitness center is my favorite part about the property, its always clean. And its 24 hours! I work all day so when I can get a work out in even late at night I am so happy!

Where should I begin? Firstly, they just paint over their blemishes and when I say the word blemishes, I literally mean blemishes. Lets begin with the paint that was used to repair the tub. Ewwwe. Then they try and legitimize everything they do wrong and will outright lie to you about what they have said. Beware of this property

The virtual tour for the property is exactly what you get, I viewed everything and applied online and finally came to Las Vegas to move. And my apartment was exactly what I was showed. So grateful!

Im doing anther review. My previous review already used up the max characters so Im on another account. We just bought our home and moved out of the apartments, #1090! We were told that we would receive our final bill in the mail. We waited, finally got the bill in the mail. It was for $156. Mind you, we paid $400 for non-refundable pet deposit, and $200 for a refundable deposit. Apparently our charges added up for us to owe. The hubby called and had them email us the actual break down of the bill so we could see what we were actually charged. So we paid the charged...... but then were emailed a refund of $115. Soooo that didnt make sense from the other bill. I thought they were taking it from our deposit. Then, tonight we checked our mail, and BOOM, a collection notice saying that we didnt pay our final bill..... We made sure to get a copy for proof that we paid the bill with a money order in person. YOU GUYS, BE SURE TO DOCUMENT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING. They are not managing the money/accounts and such properly. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Vegas prices are going up, but for the quality that you get here it is worth it. I will be renewal in my lease because it is hard to find a place with a good price and good quality.

I am a current resident I moved here March 11th 2020, within two weeks our heat was not working at all so therefore it was freezing in our apartment we talked to the front office they said someone would come fix it the maintenance came but only changed the filter which it wasn’t blowing cold air or hot. Once it started getting hot towards April I’ve put in so many request to have them come fix the air they had to come 4 times in within those days they came the air was going out two days after they come and fix it. During this pandemic of Covid-19 my boyfriend and I are still working and have to come to our first apartment and be hot and can’t even sleep after our 10 hr shifts. I called earlier today to see if someone was coming to fix it and I gave them permission to come in because we couldn’t stay in our apartment with it being 85 degrees in here and almost 95 degrees outside, no one came to fix it so now we are burning up in our apartment I have a child that is 3 yrs old and can’t even stay home because it is very hot and we have work tomorrow and can not sleep. This has been going on for the past month. Every store is closed to go get a fan and this is not right at all.

Overcharge you for the amenities and then can’t provide documentation of what you’re paying for!! They don’t give you a security deposit back due to the damage they caused when they remodeled! Filing a lawsuit is the next step with these jokes for a staff! Oh and their dryer caused holes in a ton of my clothing and shameka had the nerve to tell me I overstuffed it!! Definitely taking action!

Moved in because they allowed large dogs. Marisa and Shamecca always get the job done. My a/c went out during summer and it was fixed the day of after calling the office and speaking to the ladies.

Lived here for almost 2 years (#1020) and had no issues with management or maintenance. This is a great place for people who arent ready to buy a house yet and enjoy a clean community. My wife and I broke our lease due to work relocating and Shemeka helped us throughout the entire process. Shemeka is a true professional and made herself available whenever requested. No place is perfect, but kaleidoscope is far from some of the bad reviews I read before moving in. Any place is what you make of it and we were happy to call this place home for the time we lived there
