We really appreciate the responsiveness of the office staff and maintenance staff. They are kind and knowledgeable. Eric just fixed a problem we noticed in our apartment in half the time he estimated and was all smiles under his mask. Good man! Would invite to a cookout. Thanks for everything!

My air conditioner went out, i called the office that night and and Maintenance came out the same night, gave me a portable air conditioner and made repairs in a timely manner.

Our move in has been so amazing thanks to the staff at Parc West. I’d like to give a huge thank you to Benda in the front office, she worked with us for DAYS trying to get our move in paperwork finalized so we could move in when we needed to. The apartment is beautiful and the maintenance team is very on top of everything! The gentleman who did the walk through with my boyfriend was so helpful & made us feel that if anything isn’t up to par it we would be taken care of. Thank you Parc West for helping us find a place to call home.

I moved in recently and the move in process has been easy and quick. I really like the people working at the leasing office, theyre very kind. The maintenance guys have been on top of everything, they came to check the apartment to make sure everything was working. The community is very clean and theres lots of grass areas for my dog. Im very happy with my decision to move here.

I generally don’t write reviews, but in this occasion it was warranted. I have dealt with previous management companies in this complex, but the new company has definitely stepped up in a big way.Our maintenance men Eric and Enrique go above and beyond. Not only do they do the required work needed, but they follow up to make sure that the work done is satisfactory to the tenant. They are pleasant to deal with. I just moved in to the property, I love my apartment & How quick they got it ready for me, with new carpet, fresh paint and new flooring. The location of the property is great too and so convenient to freeways and grocery stores. The office staff is amazing and friendly and Maintanance people are great too, they did such a great job with my new place and they are very polite and attentive to my concerns. Very satisfied so far. Totally recommend this quiet neighborhood!! :)

First of all the place is old and falling apart with old appliances and I can’t tell you how many rainy nights we had to sleep with buckets for their leaky roof that they “fix” but is never fixed it leaks again when it rains our bathroom tub was full of mold on the ceiling from their leaking disgusting roof and they did nothing about it and even told me it was not mold?! For what they charge here for rent ($1500) the living conditions are unacceptable and they should be fined by the city in my opinion.

I couldn’t be happier with this place. Been here for about 3 months, and any problems I’ve had were quickly resolved by the office and maintenance staff. My neighbors are friendly, and I like the location.

An unethical management, make sure when you move out to check whats below the carpet, I have no idea what theyre talkin about I had no kids no pets . too many dogs too much kids too expensive for what it is, its a bad place

We spent hours meticulously cleaning the apartment before we moved out and they kept our entire deposit from us. That combined with the incessantly breaking AC unit makes this a place to avoid. Management also has terrible customer service.

Parc West is lovely, quiet and maintains a park like environment. It is also located near ample public transportation. Maintenance here is great and done in a timely fashion. Erik Santis is one of the maintenance engineers who I love. He always finishes his repairs and educates us on why or how things work. If a problem occurs, he does not stop until resolved. Erik is professional, courteous, caring and always cleans up behind himself. All of the staff here are very professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend this property to others. I have lived here over 2 years.

We have been living at Parc West for almost a year. The ONLY reason for this five star rating is the MAINTENANCE STAFF. They have been so diligent in fixing any issues within hours of a maintenance request. The guys are so friendly and helpful and honest. Thank you Eric and his team!

So far, living here has been a good experience except for one detail. When we had a heavy rainfall back in January, there was a leak in our living room. Maintenance was pretty good in responding. They had a roofer and everything. Second rainfall came along and yet the leak is still there. i hope they will fix it. Other than that, this place is pretty good for my family and I, I would recommend living here esp when you are on a budget. Laura and Janice are very helpful They are there for you to answer any questions. And they treat you not only as a tenant but also as a friend. Thank you to Laura for helping us out. We totally appreciate you for all you have done for us!! You are amazing!! Janice is always around to answer any questions you may have. Thank you!!!

I have only lived in these apartments since May, but I love them. I put in a work order and it is usually fixed the same day. Luckily, there has only been 2. I was out of town for almost a month and when calling MJ in the office and explained to her that I needed someone to go check my residents in case a package was left, she had maintenance/office, go check every several days. I know there are a lot that have not had my same experience, but I have to say.... Im so glad I moved here.

This place is AWFUL. They do not care about the safety of their tenants. The people in the leasing office have a horrible attitude. There are much nicer places to live, you should not waste your money.

Lived at the apartments for a couple years. When we first moved in the apartments were quiet and nice. Apparently they switched over management and I was removed from my lease, but not my girl friend at the time. We went back in to correct the mistake. They told me I was never added to a lease and wanted an additional $500 deposits for me to live there. When I had already been there for a year. My vehicle windshield was shattered, tires slashed and their “Security” was no where to be found. Told me they have no surveillance camera at the gate to see who came in. All they gave me was some lame apology. I moved out about 3 years ago, they never gave us our $650 deposits back. Told us it all went to “cleaning the apartment.” The apartment was clean, no pet stains or broken anything. We even had the carpets cleaned before we left. The apartment was spotless. Now here we are nearly 3 years down the road and I receive a collections notice in the mail saying I owe Parc West Apartments almost $300. Renters BEWARE, I would look else where for a place to rent. You have better options in Vegas, then this complex.

Wonderful, Quiet & Clean Community! Ever since Janice became property manager, the community has really blossomed. The upgrades to the units are beautiful and maintenance requests are attended to quickly. Open covered parking is awesome and most units now have security doors! My only complaint is there isnt a fitness center. Move in soon- they are doing such a good job that rent is going up!

Maintenance has always been Johnny on the spot with any issues that has come up.. Same goes for management at the office! This property is very pet friendly and they keep a cookie jar in the office filled with tiny dog biscuits.. Its a fairly quiet gated community with plenty of grassy areas, trees, doggie stations, two pools, and parking.. Want to have a BBQ? They have BBQ grills installed at three main areas and a volleyball court (sand).. Theres a childrens playground at the center of the property.. Landscaping and trash is always a non-issue..

Problem with our Garbage Disposal unit (leaking water badly) was turned in to the Maintenance work order at the leasing office. We were very happy that the Maintenance team were notified and Eric was dispatched to check and fix the problem. Within 35 minutes the Garbage Disposal Unit was replaced and now in working order, we are very pleased with the quickness of the Maintenance Team to do the work and keep us satisfied as always!!!!! Kudos to the whole Parc West staff for outstanding work!!!!

I would not recommend anyone to move to this place. Every month you will experience some water shut off. It does not make sense. It is very frustrating and inconvenient.

I love it here! The property is very conveniently located just 1 minute from Summerlin Parkway so very easy to get around town. The staff is excellent and responsive every time I have needed anything. Beautiful pool and grounds!

By far the worse customer service! Straight up hypocrite woman that work in there! One of them gets too comfortable and thats annoying they way she actually is, the other one with long black hair shes something else and the manager isnt even aware of what goes on in the property. Corporate NEEDS TO STEP UP and train actual people to run their business cause these woman lack character!!! Maintenance needs actual man that do their job and know what they are doing!!! Dog poop everywhere! Water leaks! Not insulated properly, youll feel the cold in the winter and the hot in the summer. They say they are dog friendly and they dont allow German Shepherds???? By far worse place ever!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND INVEST IN A HOUSE THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

EDITED REVIEW:Summerlin Rent without Summerlin StandardsSadly, this once enjoyable property has been diminished by irresponsible dog owners, who blatantly refuse to pick up after their pets.It is no longer enjoyable to walk our dogs while trying to dodge dog feces.It is even less enjoyable to clean footwear soiled with dog feces.Office management was notified repeatedly about this ongoing problem.The problem still exists and is getting worse.Consequently, Park Wests Grounds pose an unhealthy environment to residents, children, and pets.

The hot tubs never work properly. One is cold and bubbly ( the one with all the bugs in it) and the other has no bubbles, and the water was barely warm (by the office) and I dont see any repairs in the near future especially when the office acts like it is working.

I lived in this property for 2 years and it was the worst decision i ever made....the truth is I was looking for a good deal in a good area and I got the area but the apartment was like making a deal with the devil himself. I reported over 10 different maintenance issues to the management that went unattended for 3 months. The new management staff doesnt hesitate to blame the old one for everything but the truth is they are much worse. They will lie straight to your face about anything you ask them about. I had to finally move because the health department deemed my apartment uninhabitable due to a severe mold infestation in the roof the apartment buildings. after talking with several residents i found out that this was a major issue in every single building. So get this....the management company who runs Parc West makes all the residents stay in the apartments while they cover up the mold issue. I cant tell you how many residents are complaining of mold related health issues. It took me calling in the health department to get them to even notice. The health department was shocked at the condition of my luxury apartment. When confronted with the issue..Parc West claimed they tried to fix the problem. I was never contacted. The new manager (Janice) is a liar and will tell you anything to get you to sign the lease. I have never done one of these posts before but I felt that people really needed to be warned before thinking they were getting a good deal......SO IF YOU WANT ITCHY EYES, TROUBLE BREATHING, CHEST PAINS, AND MORE HEALTH HAZARDS BE MY GUEST MOVE IN TO PARC WEST. My sincere advice is to stay away and look at the other complexes in the area. I hope this message saves someone the stress and headaches that this property has caused me. Good Luck!

The worst place to live its been 3 months since i moved never been late i been looking for my deposit back they came up with you had a dog or cat it was carpet damage i dont own a dog or cat so they didnt return my deposit!! Stay away its a scam...

First time renter... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The management we signed with in June of 2017 was great. Super helpful and friendly. Apartment was under construction for months for various, seemingly ridiculous, reasons. Half of the parking spots in that apartment (which are all first come, first serve anyway) were ripped up for 3 weeks and I had to park a city block away from my own home. Which is terrifying for a 21 year old girl coming home from a 15 hour shift at 12am. When the company changed managment during our lease, the new leasing office sent us a letter saying they wanted to increase our rent by $200 more per month just to renew a lease we already had for a year and half. We renewed our lease with the previous management for only $4 extra per month. As a college student who worked 2 jobs already and could barely afford anything outside of rent, that was too expensive for my 2 roommates and I to afford combined on top of all our other monthly expenses. Especially considering we thought the apartment wasnt worth the extra money they were charging us in the first place, when people pay less for mortgage payments on houses in the same area. Our neighbors took and opened our mail and the leasing office did nothing about it even though we brought it to their attention multiple times. Lets not forget people with mopeds parking spots for weeks that didnt have parking permits, which we also brought to their attention. They tried to tow MY CAR because of expired insurance at 1 in the morning even though it wasnt expired, and it never had a lapse in insurance, but did nothing about the people actually breaking their policies. We were forced to move out and when I called the owner personally to explain the situation, the only excuse was the market is too good right now to lower our rent prices, so we have no choice but to raise it. Keep in mind that we have never been late on our rent payments or caused any previous problems. Now weve been living on a couch for a month with almost all of our belongings in storage and havent heard from them about any forwarded mail or our cleaning deposit. So we call today and they said youre not getting your deposit back because there were too many charges. But we never received a notice of charges owed like it said we would in our lease agreement. A friend of mine stayed in the same complex, and she moved out a few months prior to us and was presented with the same exact issue. They did not give her deposit back because they claimed she had a dog there without permission even though she didnt. Ive been looking at new and BETTER properties in the vegas area for months now, trying to not live on a couch anymore or in an apartment with a troublesome and unsuppportive staff. The only good thing about this place were the maintenance staff, which you can tell from every other review on here.

I Love these apartments, work orders filled same day, quite, friendly neighbors. I love the leasing staff. Shelby is my favorite, she is so sweet and personable, so smart, and very helpful . Shelby was actually interrested into my day to day life with work, it made me fill like a friend was helping and caring for my move. I have lived here for 4 years and have enjoyed every year. I have downsized and now going to upsize, they are working with me and making it an excellent move. For the size of the apartment it is definatly worth the value. I would recommend to anyone. Pools are very nice. Walking through the apartments day or night are always peaceful. Gas station next door, freeway right there, which I never hear the noise of, what more could I ask for. Thank you so much parc west, I am excited to live here another year.

These apartments are good but to an extent, I liked the fact that they are gated community and not Huge apartments. Neighbors mind their business and for the majority they have manners others are rude. Office staff are okay but can honesty learn to keep their WORD! Like water leaks are priority to everyone well they lack commitment see if they wouldnt trip balls if I didnt have the rent on time I wouldve liked them to also be on their toes when it came to something as sensitive as water leaks. Maintenance here sucks! They address the problem and say fixed and guess what thats BS! So why Im I still experiencing water leaks?? Moving on fron that. Theres dog poop everywhere I already complained and its still there and theres more I can even point out whos dogs poop it belongs to. The closets are small the rooms are small and the roof is so high??? Come on now! Oh last but not least they have a pipe thats outside the shower that leaks water they said its connected to the ac. Now thats dumb!!! My tub is always yellow. My recommendation would be look else where its not even worth it!!!!!!

My above neighbor plays loud music and walks like if they have metal in their feet they have no common courtesy for others! People walk their dogs on no leash!!! That irritates me!!! This place is terrible! management is a piece of work and they really need to step it up ! this place is NOT a place to raise kids, only if you have a downstairs . its not insulated you hear everything, you can even hear your own downstairs neighbors . no one is friendly ! they say they arent big dog friendly but the office ladies get to have big dogs in their home, double standard . management is only there to collect rent ( as told to me by head manager herself ) this place is very expensive for the lack of maintenance and outdated appliances . i would never recommend this place to anybody . please do not live here !

As a current tenant I would not recommend Parc West Apartment Homes to anyone. It literally took them over year to replace my AC unit after serval maintenance request and shady patch up jobs. Ive even sent a email to their corporate office with no response!!! They said the problem was coils, the outside contractor had to replace the entire unit, which I requested for them to do in a service request from last year. My daughters and I looked forward to the end of our lease with this ridiculous excuse for a Property Management Company!!!!

As a recent transplant to Las Vegas, my family and I moved into our Parc West Apartment, site unseen. Like many of you, I research my new homes and read all the reviews for this complex and not all of them are 5 stars. What I realized was these unfavorable reviews are from years ago, under a different management. Every time I called and later on met with the current management team, they showed nothing but professionalism and supreme customer service.The move in process was smooth and so far, any maintenance issues have been addressed same day or next. The staff sends out monthly letters, sharing recipes, inviting residences in for hot chocolate or pizza, and informing us of any contests going on. For example, in December there were 4 prize winners for best decorated patio and this month, you could enter in a raffle to win Valentines Day plush or chocolate!!! This complex is extremely pet friendly and if you have a dog, its a sure way to meet your neighbors.What I love most about this complex is the location. You can walk to Tivoli Village or Suncoast Casino (there is a path behind the golf course), it takes you 10 minutes to get downtown, and 15 minutes to Red Rock Canyon or Downtown Summerlin. Easy freeway access and there is a gas station on the corner. It is a gated community and I feel safe living here.Thanks, Parc West!

The current management staff led by Janice is the best! Very friendly, courteous and flexible when needed.The units are kept in okay condition with decent amenities. These arent particularly high end apartments but theyre definitely not bad. Very quiet neighborhood and very little noise from other neighbors.The price of the units is totally worth it when you consider the location cant be beat with Boca Park and Tivoli Village barely 5 minutes away.Convenient access to Summerlin Parkway plus the RTC transit center make transportation a breeze.These apartments are like little gems hidden away. They offer a decent experience for a solid price while having an amazing location when you think about it.
