Tanager is astounding. I feel like I live at a resort. My apartment is a short 2 min walk to downtown Summerlin, and I rarely have to use my car to go anywhere but to work! The property is brand new, and each unit is a smart home! I can maneuver everything from my phone (lights, locks, air conditioning, etc.), and all of the appliances in my apartment are brand spanking new. Each unit has a fresh, clean/white, and modern look, my favorite things are my giant sleek white stone kitchen island, my contemporary light fixtures, and wall tiles. My kitchen and living rooms are very spacious and have a lot of natural light. I rarely have to turn my lights on! My bathrooms are large, and I have both a walk-in closet and shower. They werent penurious like most complexes are on interior design. They put the time and money into wanting their residents to be proud of their homes.The best part about living at Tanager is the people we are surrounded by every day, not just our neighbors but also the managers and staff. The moment we met Shelby on our first scheduled tour, we knew we were home. She has taken such incredible care of us, and we are so fortunate to have her. Having had moved from the east coast, my boyfriend and I were worried about making friends. The first time we made an appearance outside of our apartment while moving in, everyone was excited to get to know us and welcome us home. We were invited to barbecues, hangouts by the pool, wine nights, etc. The best part is, there is zero social exclusion. There is one family here, and everyone is welcome- different cultures, age groups, careers, worldviews. We have made the best friends here. Thank you, Tanager! You were the best decision we made.

I’m sad to be leaving this review, but it really doesn’t matter since the community is already full because all the transplants drove up the rent! I’ve been a resident for nearly a year and love this place. It’s effin awesome. The location is perfect if you like the whole clean and pristine thing. I forget that I live in Vegas. Everything you need is within 2 miles.Special shoutout to the management team. They’re the ones who really make this community the best to live. It starts with the property manager Nikole and trickles down to her team. Not only are they professional and attentive, they are extremely kind, above and beyond what you would expect from a business. Oh and resident events are super fun (mindful of the pandemic of course) and I’ve met some great neighbors.So yea, if you can, live here because it’s well worth it! I’ll probably move out to the streets or to my mom’s basement.

On the hunt for a new apartment. I toured the property. Absolutely fabulous! The property is a bit more expensive than some of others but the location is incredible, right in the heart of Summerlin! Cant beat the location!

Janelle, the assistant general manager, helped us move here from Thailand. The process was smooth, our questions were answered and we were not disappointed. My only complaint is the attitude of the maintenance team and the dog park isn’t always clean.

My experience with the Tanager has been 2nd to NONE! I wish I could give it 6 stars. 👍💪✅As with any Brand New Elite property built from scratch, there will always be bumps and hiccups.But where the Tanager really shines is with its staff! One particular (well deserved) shout has to be to: Shelby Houston! This girl goes the extra mile and brings her “A” game.Let me start by saying I moved back to Las Vegas from 3,000 miles away.From day one of applications and fees, Shelby worked with myself and my immediate (local) family on the telephone, email and in-person.She secured the unit of my choice and garage. I reserved my unit the first week in May when the Tanager Luxury Apartments open their doors.I was not able to see my unit until move in day on July 29th. I didn’t need to see the unit because Shelby delivered on every promise and essentially showed me the colors and flooring which were spot on....It was the easiest move-in I ever experienced while being the farthest move geographically.Once I moved in... Shelby made sure I was aware of all the apps for property access, package deliveries, and walk through inspection. This property is 110% concierge with your cell phone and has the management staff to fill in the rest.I have observed Shelby during her touring appointments in the club house while I would be using the community amenities. Even with the most difficult/ high maintenance potential residents, Shelby’s was always smiling with a professional and courtesy delivery.Her knowledge and confidence of the property is impressive and if doesn’t have the answer she always responded back in a timely manner with the answer. Her leadership qualities definitely came out when the problems arose. She made sure every issue was addressed in a timely when formally placed (ie.via email).Now for other staff members that have also made me feel that me being happy in my new home was their top priority.The maintenance team: Jesus and Kevin handled all the minor bumps and bruises immediately!I had one major issue with the tanager construction team and Cox communications. It was affecting my corporations ability to bill (high speed gigablast was necessary). The high speed fiber wire was cut too short (during construction) and wasn’t accessible to connect the necessary internet speed.Shelby made sure I rose the major issue properly via email.And Jesus, Kevin and maintenance did something I never have experienced ever in my last 20 years of renting.They were “proactive”.After 2 days of going back a forth with Cox, Jesus and the maintenance team took it into their own hands to make everything right and corrected the problem and got Cox out there with in 3 days, not the 3 weeks Cox had told me they needed to fix the problem.Just to recap. The obvious is: the tanager is new sturdy construction and location location location. But what u didn’t know is the management and maintenance staff is superb and is what takes The Tanager to a whole other level of Luxury living.Nothing is perfect )if that’s what ur expecting but the Tanager comes pretty damn close.
