Contacted Brittany regarding a property listed on the website and I never received a response back,, instead the property was removed from the site right after I contacted her, not very professional a simple reply stating the property was no longer available would have been nice. Also no information on the website regarding rental requirements and how to apply. A little to unprofessional for me.

I was inquiring on looking to buy a high-rise in Las Vegas. I did some research and I found the expert which was Brittany 22 group. I needed to find the expert of high-rise living and I found it with Brittany. One thing Brittany definitely knows is everything about every building that is a high-rise in Las Vegas.She lets you know all the pros and cons of every building. I truly believe she has the clients best interest at hand. I Will be referring all my friends and family to her.

Cannot be more pleased with Britney, handles everything in amazing fashion. More properties will be handled solely by her. It’s great to be taken care of the right way.

Would recommend not to deal with this company or Brittany Morse owner. Unresponsive from the beginning, lost rent payments, no communication, stole partial deposit for misc. cleaning fees. If I could I would give zero stars.

Brittany has managed the property I have rented for years now. She has made it easy to pay rent the entire time. Either just dropping it off at her office anytime or online. Aslo very easy to get ahold of by texting AND very responsive to my questions, problems and needs. The unit has had AC issues, but brittany was a text away and quickly had someone get it back up and running. ALSO the unit has had multiple plumbing issues with water backing up. AGAIN brittany was a text or call away AND quickly had someone in to fix it. I would definitely reccomend her.

The TwentyTwo Group was extremely accommodating in assisting me with finding a new condo to lease. Ryan M was my realtor and he asked pertinent questions to help me narrow down my search. He used the information to create a list of units that I might be interested in viewing and he took me to see 7 different units across three properties. He was knowledgeable about each building and very patient throughout the process. He guided me through the negotiations by offering helpful information about the market and he didnt press me to make a decision that was uncomfortable. He kept in the loop throughout the process and communicated all of the steps of the process.I appreciated his help so much that I will call him when I buy my condo next year! His professionalism was outstanding and he represented The TwentyTwo Group very well.

We rented a condo in the Allure from 3/2020 - 4/2021, After reviewing and selecting our condo with a realtor we were referred to Brittney at Group22 LV. Brittney was in immediate contact with us & we met with her that same day. She was very knowledgeable of the property & assisted us in completion of all paperwork. After move-in she was very responsive in scheduling maintenance, etc. During the course of our lease Brittney remained very responsive to us via text & email. At the conclusion of our lease Brittney made the exit process smooth & easy. We would highly recommend Brittney!
