After going to this nail salon for more than four months, a young new tech worked on my nails. She made one of my nails noticeably crooked. It wasn’t a big deal until I requested that it be fixed. The nail tech was defended and with no resolve to fix the nail. I was then told to find another nail shop that could do a better job. This was a tough experience since I had seen multiple women complain about their nails and it was fixed immediately. I believe that people have bad days and grace should be extended, however, it was clear to me from the intensity of this experience that my presence was not welcomed in this establishment. I hope that one day, all people will be treated fairly and provided quality service wherever they go. If you choose to receive services at this establishment, proceed with caution and know that comments regarding errors are not received well. 😔

Paid over $100 for full set and pedicure… it was horrible. barely even rubbed my feet. i pick glitter and a color for my nails, they didn’t even USE the glitter i picked!!! why is my thumb nail so long??

Very sweet staff but I just had these done Saturday and I also went back Tuesday and had them touched up. Its schlac but i have never had them chip this fast. Definitely not worth my money...

There wasn’t a wait when I went so I got to go straight to a pedicure chair. The employees at the salon were nice and the salon felt clean. I took one star off because the lady filed around my cuticles too hard and I got a small cut from it. There is no reason to be filing that hard especially around the skin area. I got a regular spa pedicure and gel nails and my total was $60 minus the tip.

They do okay work, Im just very critical apparently. I want ALL dead skin removed, hate having to get home and trim off more dead skin... Maybe i have alot of skin growth???

Be warned ask a English-speaking person about prices they purposely put a non-english speaking person so that they can rack up charges. I went in there for a simple manicure pedicure came out paying almost $200 and I was being charged for stuff I never asked for and had no idea what it was even for some of it usually is included with a manicure and I had called before I went out there and got prices and I came out paying over double what they had advertised.their excuse was she didnt speak English she didnt know what I wanted when I have made it very clear when I came in what I wanted so they were just trying to rack up and believe me the job they did was not a $200 job?!!!

Absolutely love the job they do on my nails. They fixed a train wreck another nail salon made of my nails. I have a new nail salon and I travel from another town just for their service.

First and last time going to this place. Went in for pedicure and manicure. Lee performed my pedicure. She was horrible. Didn’t do a good job at all. She was rude from the time I walk in the door. The services was horrible. I thought because of the reviews and the images online they would be good. Lee (if that’s her real name that the co-worker gave me because she wouldn’t give me her name) polished all over my cuticles and skin. She had to clean every toe. Then one toe the polish was lumped at my cuticle due to too much polish at the cuticle.When I showed her she tried to put more polish over it instead of just doing the one toe over. The polish was thick and lumpy because she tried to fix it by layering it with more polish. I had to tell her to take it off and start over. She said you don’t like? I said look at that it’s your work tell me do you like it? I said take it off and start over. I mean really lady, take pride in your work. Ridiculous!! Not only were they not an “Art Nail” place, they can’t even polish. Big disappointment.

A bit pricey. They try to up sell a lot and offer the more expensive services up front, so listen to their questions carefully.However, I got a mani/pedi and they both turned out great. They have amazing attention to detail and care to do the job thoroughly. My feet turned out very soft and my nails look nice!

Been coming here for a while now. Nice selection of colors for both dip nails and gel polishes for acrylic nails. The pedicures are good too. I go about every three weeks.

T was super nice! Treated me very well! He took his time with my nails and made sure they were perfect! My nails look like they belong on Pinterest! Give them a try! They’re so much better to their customers than Milanie nail bar! I will be coming here again!!!!

This was an excellent place. Right when my grandmother and I walked in we were taken care of with friendly service. They were very polite and the ladies getting their toes and nails done next to me were so friendly. They can match any design to any picture you have! Would definitely recommend this place if you were looking for a good salon in Lake Charles.

One of the best nail places you will ever visit. Sam is one of the friendliest and most professional people you will meet. He takes great pride in what he does and always does an amazing job. He delivers every time. If you go ask for Sam. Ill never go to another place for my nails.

This place is AMAZING! Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. I literally havent had a full set done this well in years. Sam did a powder french ombre for me and his work is fantastic! He doesnt rush and pays very close attention to detail. My nails came out better than the picture I showed him! Pedicures are awesome as well. Needless to say, i found my new favorite nail spot

I have tried several places around town for my nails and this place is by far the best. The people a friendly and gentle and really take time to make sure all of your nails look professional and uniform. I will never go anywhere else.

I have been there twice now and have gone to Kim both times. She really takes her time while completing the actual manicure portion of the service and does absolutely gorgeous work on the polish. She is extremely sweet and seems to always be singing under her breath which is really relaxing for some reason. The salon is clean and they sanitize their tools. Would definitely recommend trying this place out.

This place gives grear waxing, only eyebrows though, due to coronavirus.

I’ve been going here for over 6 years and love it. Highly recommended. Plenty of shellac/gel colors. Clean salon and so friendly.

Moved here from Austin, TX three years ago and this was the first Nail Salon that actually cleaned up my cuticles unlike the others who did not. Very friendly and actually listened to what I wanted. Very gently with their work as well.

My manicure and pedicure always come out perfect. Have yet to try their acrylic. Just be ready for a wait time if you go late in the day after 4. Call ahead if you can.
