Great place. They dont rush through your service and are pleasant and sweet to talk to. High volume salons forget that those leg massages are supposed to be relaxing. I definitely got 5 star service in this quiet litte gem. My nails look really good. Not like I did them myself at home (yes this has actually happened to me).

Very comfortable environment, when most places are slammed and leave you waiting; this is the place to go. Low-key, great value, and great quality. Had an enjoyable pedicure with my wife just the other day and I was left very satisfied with the results as well as they overall experience

Worst experience ever me and my friends came here for her bachelorette/girls day My ingrown toe nail is super red and infected she cut my fingers going crazy with the cuticle cuter I asked for a full set she gave me shellac.My friend got the wrong color and I never seen nails more crooked in my life!!!Never again

Hands down best place for manicures and pedicures! My daughters and I have found their services to be top notch! My nails always look fabulous, as do my teens. Most places do an ok job on me and maybe even great, but on the teens, they rush and it never lasts or looks as good as mine. This place however is awesome through and through! Mine and the girls look just the same! So happy with the finished look!

I love Jason & Jen! The whole staff is professional and does exceptional work. The quality if their service is top notch. Very clean facility. Loyalty points are a great incentive here!

So disappointed.. they usually do a great job and are friendly. Took my cousin today to get her nails done. The guy who helped her was super rude. He was rough and didn’t even finish her nails. He literally slapped at her with the nail file. When we talked to him about it, he didn’t want to finish them. He left the whole sides unfinished! Been going there for a year... will not go back. You don’t pay to get treated terribly and for what I paid he should have completed her nails... when you pay for a service you should get what you pay for!!!

Absolutely love getting pampered at The Nail Studio. Such a classy, clean and professional establishment. Mike and his staff put their clients satisfaction as their top priority. They are great with Shellac nails. Polish stays on 3 weeks. They are very nice and pamper their customers. Some salons rush when other patrons walk in but I havent experienced that here. I will continue to patronize with them when in the Lake Charles area.

This was my first time coming here and it was my worst experience with the technician, I went in for a pedicure and had to tell her to remove my callus several times because she wasnt scrubbing hard and wasnt putting enough of the callus remover gel and had me hold my own foot,she did the job sloppy and in a hurry.My feet still feel hard front the bottom and I still have some skin around my toes.The rest of the nail techs seem very nice and took their time doing thier job except her. She had short hair colored brownish red. I will come again but not with her .

Ive been searching for that nail place whose gel nail polish keeps for 2-3 weeks consistently, and THIS IS IT!!! Unless my actual nail breaks, the shellac prevails. Its magic.

They know you when you walk in if youve been there a couple times. I like that. They have a variety of Manicures and pedicures to choose from with a whole bunch of colors or just clear. You wont be disappointed. My favorite techs are Tina and Laun (not spelled correctly, Im sure).

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!! Im mortified at the moment and in so much pain and agony! I asked the lady if I could soak off my old acrylics and get a new set. While looking at shellac, she snuck a fake tip under my fake nail to pop them off and she nearly ripped half of my real nail off! Omg!! I kept my cool, and just walked out. I was beyond upset with the service I received, all she could say was sorry. She even tried to cut it off with clippers even though it was bleeding! Im not making this up. I just walked out around 5:20pm. I will make sure everyone I know never goes there! Doesnt deserve any stars but I had to select one to post.

This Nail Shop was voted the best Nail Shop inSW La. For 2018....And I definitely understand why...every time I visit the service is excellent. The owners are Christians and a very beautiful loving famiy oriented couple. All workers are outstanding, but my favorite nail tech is Loan...she has me spoiled with her deatiled work, she strive for perfection every time with my hands and feet. I absolutely love The Nail Studio and you will too!!!

Couldnt understand the young lady doing my nails. Asked for the tips to be painted and she did the whole nail. But did a good job even though

After reading the reviews, I was excited to try this place out! It wasn’t anything extraordinary. I opted for the spa pedicure which was nothing more than a normal pedi, except it cost a little more than I normally pay. I was told that they had the same color in gel as the normal polish. They did a pedi with normal polish and then did not have the same color for gel for my mani. That was disappointing. I could not understand my nail tech at all. The other emplyees had to keep interpreting for us. The work itself wasn’t bad, but nothing special enough to have me return.

I love this place. Its clean and the employees are so nice.

First of all things were a little rough but Jane and Jason came to the rescue!!! I will definitely come back here but I will definitely ask for Jane or Jason!!!!
