I just got out of there, pictures says it all. I know a color it’s hard to cover when getting a refill, but this has never happened to me before.

I love meagan. She does perfect eyebrows every-time I go but the other nail techs she works with are rude. I went in the nail shop to get my eyebrows done and they yelled at me to get out the shop. I went at 5:10 and online it says they close at 7. When I asked what time they close for future reference he yelled at me again to get out. I don’t know if I will return.

I had 3 nails crack on the sides within one day and one of the 3 broke in half. I went on a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to get em fixed and he charged me 15$.. Even after, it is within one week and 2 days of them being done and I have lost 2 more. Im going for a new full set and it will not be with them. Poor acrylic.. one refill in total since I had to GO BACK done cost me 65$

I dont know where all the negative reviews come from. I have been trying to find a nail salon that does my nails almost perfect and I found it. Daniel did my nails and for the first time in 3 yrs, I love my nails.

Very unfortunate that it was full of kids talking loud nobody is working all games and play time my toes were messed over as well as my nails

I have been a client of Ms Megan for 6yrs now Andy daughter Jenny 12y. The family is very professional and very caring about all of their clients. There is no finer place to walk out looking beautiful than Perfect Nails.

Always nice people. The pedicures are relaxing. These people are the ones that everyon needs to use. I promise you will never be disappointed!

If I could give a zero I would! Took my daughter and her friend get their nails done. The guy with the earring was very rude! He talked to everyone like he knows them. The polish was all messed up, they had glue and polish all over their hands. He didnt shape them right and even missed one to shape. He got up to go smoke a few time. When asked to fix it he put lil remover on it and said bye.Megan is great alot of people go for her but they need to rethink some of their workers cause theyll lose business. We will never go back!

When I went in for my spa pedicure I asked them to not use the jets. After putting water in the tub and my feet he turned the jets on. The massage was nothing by slapping my legs the entire time. The tools didnt come out of a sterile bag. Oh, and on top of everything I ask for a French manicure and the man does white tops and pink nail beds. That is NOT a French manicure! Been to many places and never one this bad! Will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!

Young girl was great a little slow.What should have taken an hour took 2 hours.The hot rocks made it worth it.

I always get my lashes done here but this time I sat waiting 2 hrs to get my eyelashes and eyebrows done. I asked the lady how much longer and she got a nasty attitude. The whole time I set there she made smart remarks to me and other customers. I will not be spending my money there anymore their customer service is horrible.

I love coming here to get my nails done. Meg does a great job and creative! No one else in LC touches mine.

Great customer service. But the price for the work itself, not so great. Work could’ve been better. Nails and eyebrows. Just basically gave up and was like whatever, I tried.

DO NOT GO you’ve been warned I went there of course it took over an hour for them to start on my feet. But that was no big deal for me then one of the Asian guys started on me feet he seemed nice. After he was done I was like okay it looks like he didn’t do a good job I will not be back. But after I looked at my feet it looked as if my little 10 year old did them so I was like can you please fix this he was very upset that I was not satisfied. So I thought okay he will fix it and then I just won’t go back but NO he was doing it the exact same way I was like no sir this is unacceptable can you please just take it off he said yes but it will cost you $10 I was like wth are you serious you mess up and now I have to pay for it he just kept saying $10 I said okay and then he gave me some dirty bowls to put soak me feet in I was like you are the worst I’m just going to go. So if you want your feet done right and like a professional DO NOT GO there

I got a pedicure that was unbelievable for $25.Nails are on fleek. Powder nails $35. And my eyebrows $8. Let me tell you honey the girl that does the eyebrows slays them! I paid $68 total and it was well worth it. They have a returning customer!

The name says it all.Every single time I go there, my nails are perfect. Theyve been around for years and they know exactly what they are doing. My favorite nail shop in Lake Charles, by far.

Rate them a HUGE ZERO. Worst experience ever in life. Paid $41 for a pedicure and a manicure. Man that serviced me never asked me about clipping my nails or my needs. He didnt massage my feet until someone prompted him to. The french polish was deceit. He never massaged my hands or arms. My fingers are jacked up, my cuticles are horrible - he butchered my poor cuticles. What kind of medi/pedi was this? Then to top it off, I wanted my eyebrows done and it never happened. I was so frustrated with the level of service I recieved, I decided not to wait any longer. I usually dont tip bad service but I did....I so regret that too. So, I wasted money because I could have done a better job. Treating yourself isnt the same when you get service like this! Cheryl R.

Best Nail Shop in town I have been going here for over 5 yrs they rock cant be beat.

I went there last Thursday and the very next day my nails were coming off. I will never go there again. And I pay separate, they would not get out my face about paying. So like I said, they sucked and I don’t believe I’ll be going back over there.

If you can, get the older gentleman... Hes the only one Ive used and he does a great job, and very quick.

I won’t go back!The male nail technician was so rough with the cuticle trimmers I made him stop!It was hot in there with a box fan there was no tv or ambience at all.

Prices vary, they use same utensils on everybodys feet ... Meagan is the only one who does nails the wait is very long if waiting on Meagan youll be waiting for hours!

They are so lazy so I wanted my nails pink and my toes white so the lady was doing them she painted my toes white so the lady and the men switch and the men painted my first two toes pink so I told him then he want to paint over them with white like that’s going to do something so don’t go over there 🙅🏽‍♀️
