Sport Clips is convenient, entertaining, relaxing, pleasant socially, and they provide a great haircut and massage at bargain prices. Just right for me!

They stop taking clients at 530... I arrived 538.So they didnt take me.Even though I had an appointment. So get there on time. Especially on a Friday during rush hour. I wish they could have been more eager to bring back customers and earn more. Especially, since I drove a ways for the higher rated shop on google. But unfortunately not. Ill continue cutting my own hair and save my little money like before.

Took my son for a hair cut and Rosario did an excellent job.

The stylist gave a nice cut, but a haircut shouldnt be a painful experience, however my son was bothered and asked we use his regular barber as this stylist was rough and burned my son with the clippers and irritated him by forcefully pushes the clippers in to his head. I would recommend you have a stylist thats been recommended, dont just accept the next available stylist as you might get this person I did. ******* if you do go here and leave a review be prepared for the owner to email you and ask you for pictures and offer excuses and explanations for poor customer service in her salon,

Great experience. We were seen quickly and Allison was great with my 8 year old. He hates haircuts and he was actually really happy this time. She really listened to what he (& I) wanted. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. A very painless process (which is not always the case!). I am not a big sports fan and all the TVs were showing sports but it wasnt obnoxiously loud so I could just catch up on some emails on my phone and the chairs were comfy in the waiting area. My only negative feedback is the price. $20 plus tip for a kids haircut seems high to me. She did wash his hair after though, which was nice since we had other errands to run and I was afraid he would be itchy. I would have tipped more if the price was lower. Overall, very good service and we will be back.

Really like the attention to detail and the high level of service I receive from Sports Clips. Theres nothing magic to cutting my hair, but I always get a 5 star cut whenever I see Allison. Im glad shes back after all this COVID crises!

Very efficient (as far using as a reservation system due to COVID-19), and the barber was very nice, quick, and most importantly—did a great job! The haircut was comped from American Red Cross since I donated platelets this month—so that was sweet!

The people that where working where so awesome they greeted me at the door and showed me where I was going to get my haircut at the lady that cut my hair was really nice and sweet

Had a great hair cut experience here.Its been two years since Ive had a hair cut due to a bad experience somewhere else. So I was admittedly nervous.Getting in was easy after checking-in online. I brought a picture of what kind of cut I was looking for. Allison (stylist) listened to my concerns and goals for the cut. I felt very heard, and she consistently checked with my thoughts as the cut progressed. As I have somewhat curly hair, Allison tested and dried parts so I could see what the cut would look like later in the day.Im happy with my cut and will likely be back for my next.

I came in on Monday morning, and I was quickly greeted by one of the staff members, Julie. She was very courteous, and I had a great conversation with her. She gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. I will certainly come back due to the friendly staff and excellent haircut. Great location.

I haven’t been to a barbershop in over six years. Walked in, had less then a ten minute wait. Jessica was the one who took care of me and she did a great job. Will definitely be going back again.

Daniella was an excellent hairdresser! Sport Clips is primarily known for cutting mens hair. However, Daniella was super nice in trimming my long hair and cutting my bangs. She did a really nice job. Plus, it was so easy to sign in online. When I went in for my cut I was already scheduled On Deck and only waited for about 5 minutes. This place is great! I will definitely go back.

I have been coming to this shop for years. I have never left this place with a bad cut. The stylists all know me and know how to cut my hair.

It was my first time there as i only recently moved to the area and my experience was great. Beside getting a haircut i love, my hair cutter Angel, was a particularly pleasant person with a completely pro vibe. I will be coming back to have my hair cut by Angel for sure.

Great experience coming here for my 18 year old son. He has thick coarse hair and is ways reluctant to let anyone cut his hair. He loved his haircut and the face massage was am added bonus. He will be coming back

I think the 2 people were not morning people, I was there right when it open and smiles were hard to come by, granted I was not their to be happy I was there for a hair cut, and they cut my hair. So they did do their job, but I will do my business transaction where it feels good to pay. Maybe next year I will give it another shot, every one deserves a second chance

I live in Chino Hills, was looking for a close place to cut my hair as I don’t want to drive to my hairdresser at City of Industry. I read good reviews of Sport Clips mostly men but I called & I asked if they cut women’s hair & hairdresser said “yes”. So I walked in then checked in & waited to be called in. I noticed while waiting, one by one men comes in to check in, no women. I got a little bit uncomfortable then but when I got called in, I told the hairdresser how I feel but she said we do cut ladies hair also, we just don’t do hair colors, makeup etc...So the hairdresser really did a good job, I’m content & happy with my pixie hair, she did cut my hair exactly the same hair style as the picture I showed of Elizabeth T. pixie haircut.

First time at this location; 0 min wait time! Stylist greeted me warmly & proceeded to cut my hair per my instructions. She did a magnificent job, I’m very happy with my haircut!

Went to sport clips for the first time, chino hills location, perfect for sports fanatics or everyone, place was clean, hair stylist were nice, outgoing, and respectful.. the haircut I wanted was a high and tight fade which isn’t easy to do for a lot of hairstylist but the hair stylist I had asked halfway through if she went high enough to make sure it was what I wanted and she did a perfect job!!!

Great experience. Coming from a customer service driven industry, its always a pleasure when a brand gets it. I would say this was 60% overall business model and 40% employee/staff related. Overall, the whole experience was well received. From the moment I walked in to the scalp massage, the back massage, hot towel and the chat with Julie. It was my first visit to Sport Clips. The staff was extremely patient with me. I was having trouble with the computer. Mainly because my grandson whom I was taking there was being a real pain, and I was ready to . . . never mind if I tell you, youll have to report me.But kidding aside, other than being alitte pricy (Im on a tiny fixed income) the place was wonderful.

My son and I had a great experience here. Will definitely go back.

I’ve been going here lately, and I have enjoyed the staff and results of my hair.

I went there four days ago, and was surprised by the price increase from just a few years ago with the full package. It would help if the store listed the prices so that the customers dont feel like theyre being lured into cash traps.

They were very friendly and helpful. They both did amaing jobs with cutting hair. I will come back to this store to get my haircut again.

Came in for a haircut today and asked for a pompadour style haircut (short in the back and sides and long in the front) she showed me how much hair she was going to take off in the front (half inch) which turned to several inches. My hair now is way too short to even try to style it. On top of all of it, she seemed like she was rushing which is funny since I was the only one in there. She cared more about eating gas station pizza (what she wanted to eat) than doing the job right. Very disappointed.

First time at this location, but certainly not the last. One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had...great job to my stylist, Angel!

There was no wait. My only complaint was that the Thai place a few doors down was not the best.

Total waste of time and disrespectful of your time. Saturday and only 2 stylists working! There was an hour wait! After a while a third stylist came only to tell me that someone was going on lunch!
