Our gel manicures and pedicures were all done in a perfect manner and everyone working here was so sweet and professional. They even opened the store an hr earlier than their normal hours in order to accommodate our schedule! Also this place is beyond cute - there is an entire wall decorated with flowers where customers can hang out and take pictures too. highly recommend!!

Great experience from this location. They did a very professional job. They had no problem sharing responsibility when it came to my nails. If I wanted it a certain way and the tech felt that his associate(wife) could do it better he had no problem letting her do that part and he finishing the rest. Teamwork at its best. They do your nails exactly how you’re taught in school and there registration is posted at the desk. Couldn’t ask for a better nail salon.

Im getting a pedicure right now and it is absolutely delightful. The technician is very kind and the inexpensive package I purchased included champagne! I love that the technician has been very focused on my specific needs and isnt afraid to exfoliate all the dead skin properly. Shes doing a wonderful job and Im very happy with my first experience here. I will DEFINITELY be coming back in the future. Thank you very much.

The person doing my pedicure was more interested in the conversation of the guy next to me than doing his job. They looked nice for two days and the polish started to chip.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. My manicure looks disgusting! The lady that helped me did a horrible job. The pedicure was done by another lady and that was okay. Please whatever you do, take your business elsewhere. Do not waste ur money! Im livid now. The manicure lasted less than 1 week.

I love that place its really nice and clean.the employees are nice and helpfulNot all of them know how to do perfect nails, based on my experience there.The only person i let them do my nails is KEVIN is the one with the glasses that always welcomes you as soon as you walk in, he takes his time and the way he does the nails are perfect, i dont let anyone else do my nails except for him, if hes not available at the moment i wait for him or i go back later on but hes the best and he is also the owner.so if you ever go to that nail salon go with KEVIN trust me im picky with my nails but i never have complains about his work.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to for this nail salon! This was my first and last visit. I was unhappy with the service I received. The manager was beyond disrespectful and so was the lady who did my nails. She ignored me everytime i asked her a question and the manager tried charging me twice after i showed him that the transaction already went through. The service here sucks! i don’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your money here. They are just plain rude!

Friendly people. I got a beautiful pedicure. The lady did a wonderful job with the foot massage part I didnt feel like it was rushed. Place was clean and the chair worked. Price is reasonable. I will be back.

This nail and hair salon is a wreck! The people were rude and very unprofessional. The place looked very dirty. My husband asked the lady (her name is Lisa) to cut a little bit of his hair. The woman took the razor and basically shaved all the sides of his head and left the whole top part without being cut. He has hair on his neck and he usually shaves it. The woman left it itchy and horrible. When he asked if she could cut the top part she refused to do it. It was worse than how hed come! Will never return! You will regret coming here!

Sorry excuse for a nail salon. I sat at seat #8 and this guy from Ohio did my nails... nice guy, terrible work. He couldn’t even do a simple French ombré. Unevenly filed nails and had no clue what he was doing. Don’t even consider going to the fat Asian man that usually sits in the front of the nail salon (the boss I suppose). He rushes everything and does sloppy work. I wish I can rate this 0 stars. I would NEVER recommend

This spa/salon was good but could have been soooo much better. Even though they mainly do nails here they do offer other services like facials, massage, waxing and hair. The staff was definitely friendly and courteous and the prices are great if you decide to get one of their packages (pedicure, manicure, facial and 30 min massage for $97). I received the package above and everything was great with the nails but the facial and massage were just ok. The massage room was also the facial and waxing room and was way too small for all these services. It was also cluttered and not very clean. They did not perform the massage on a proper massage table but a facial table which was ridiculously uncomfortable and made me wish I did not get the massage to begin with. The facial was done properly and well but there was no ambiance and overall not very relaxing. If the salon just changed this one thing and had a separate room with a massage table to do their massages my experience would have been so much better. Hopefully they will think of making some little changes in the future to help make these additional services more relaxing for their clients.

Terrible customer service. When I arrived at the facility I told the man at the front I wanted a manicure with the SNS “dip” polish. He proceeded to give me samples of the colors that were available. After choosing a light gray color, a woman came back and began to remove the polish color I had on my nails. Once she began putting on the color, I could tell that it looked much darker than the color I had chosen. I asked the woman if that was the correct color and to please check the color wheel I had given her. She insisted multiple times that it was. I stopped her and asked her to please give me the color wheel to compare it to the color that she was dipping my nails in. As it turns out, she had given me the wrong color, which was a dark, chocolately brown. She admitted it was her mistake because she had given me the gel color wheel instead of the SNS color wheel and had tried to match the color without asking me. An hour and a half into this process, she came back to remove the SNS and put another color on. Worst experience ever. For the second time that night, she had my hands submerged in pure acetone, I kept telling her it burned but she paid no mind to it. She had polish and superglue (from the tip I asked to be put on) all over my hands. Three different people ended up helping out with my nails. After the fact, my nails looked AWFUL. They weren’t fully painted and I had glue and paint all over my hands. Around 10:17 at night, an hour and seventeen minutes after close, they finally finished my nails. The rude owner did not apologize and ended up charging me the full price. I asked for a discount, given that I had spent 3 hours in his facility and was inconvenienced by his mistake and he would not agree to give me more than 5 dollars off. Any other place with good customer service would have given the services for free given the circumstances. Tip: unless you want to end up with super glue all over your hands, and acetone dry skin, avoid this facility at all costs!! Horrible, horrible place.

They’re really nice but my nails only lasted 4-5 days. I’m already missing four nails which really sucks. Currently looking for a new nail salon in the area :(

This is the worst nail salon i’ve been to. From the moment I came in to get a full set the lady ‘rose’ made one of my naila crooked & she had the nerve to say ‘it was my finger’???? Okay? No it wasnt lol? So that same day I broke my nail but couldnt return until today to get them fixed because it was too late yesterday. I waited an hour & a half just to fix a broken nail that happened the day after I had just got them done. Horrible service and cheap products.

Love this salon ~ Rose has done my manis/pedis for several years, always with great results. And the prices for the services cant be beat. I get compliments on my pink and white manicure often. All of the staff are friendly and provide courteous, professional services. I always make an appointment, as I want to be sure Rose is available.

Had my nails done by John. Very nice and friendly guy but he needs to either find another day job or get some more training. My gel polish was uneven and started chipping the next day. Every single one of my nails has dips and lumps. You get what you pay for I guess :/

Had the worst experience I asked for round nails and ended up with the most pointed French tip in the history nails look all deformed and the lady charged me full price. I kept telling her that’s not what I wanted and she kept saying she would fix them, and to top it off it was ma wedding date.

By far the worst manicure/ acrylic/ nail painting Ive ever experienced. For some reason my nail job kept getting ruined and the lady wouldnt fix it unless I said something, My daughter got acrylic nails and that was a total mess, the paint job was terrible, she got her nails painted white and yet there was black marks on her nails. Never going there again.

My family and I love to come to this salon for our nails, pedicure and manicure. I always have excellent experiences at this place. I definitely be back.

There were around 8 of us visited the night before my sisters wedding. The special we all chose should have had a glass of prosseco but we werent even offered this and it turns out they dont yet have a licence. Then they didnt have the colour the mother of the groom wanted, my nieces acrylic wasnt straight and was sharp at the edges. Finally they smeared some gel onto the mother of the grooms hand which she didnt notice and now she has a blouse that has been ruined. Apparently it was her fault as, if shed spilt ketchup in MacDonalds they couldnt be held responsible so how was this different!!!! Obviously if shed seen this glaring mistake she wouldnt have put her hand near her top but they werent interested, verging on rude. It was expensive and definitely not the best so go elsewhere. It was also quite a manic atmosphere so not at all relaxing for a night before a wedding.

I have been coming here for 3 years and I have always been serviced by Tina. She is great! I have moved 45 mins away so I no longer go to her! :( but if you are in the area, ask for Tina !!

The owner, who seems like a nice man, gave me a gel manicure that was not enjoyable or attractive. He was way too rough in all his movements. He tried removing the gel polish after just one or two minutes with the acetone wraps; this is ridiculous; it was as if he was in a big hurry altho the shop was empty. He filed roughly and hurt me several times. Then he never trimmed the cuticles so of course the polish grabbed onto them and left an unsightly residue. He didnt bother to clean all edges of the nails after applying the polish either so my nails look worse than when I entered the shop. I dont feel he allowed me enough time under the light for each hand either as every other gel manicure Ive gotten required two cycles for each coat. I will never return there again.

Apparently the name has changed (its called AYDON) but thats about it. My experience was HORRIBLE!! Sorry excuse for a nail salon!! First guy filed and took off my nails, didnt even try to conversate then I got pushed off to another lady who was the epitome of RUDE!! What color you want? Oh, that color not work for French! I do pink and white. Ok.. I do ONE nail you like I do rest! . She spent more time crabbing about my request than actually doing it. I was ready to WAK OUT! I told her to stop Im going somewhere else and she said oh whats wrong?. REALLY!!?! ! Ummm.. obviously a customers PREFERENCE and OPINION is a problem for her!! I was so angry I was ready to cry!! I was charged 10.00 more than advertised menu price and she had the NERVE to ask for a TIP!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! Public service advice/announcement... DO NOT GO HERE unless you want shoddy, generic and rude service!!

I have been to this place numerous time and have paid a good amount of money for my nails and feet to the place of business. However, today when I went to get a full set and polish change I was given an unwelcoming response from a nail tech named Tina and the manager did not correct the issue at all. Tina questioned the fact if I wanted to manager to compete the full set. I advised Tina it did not matter who was to do the full set as long as it is done correctly since I always getting a difficult shape (coffin). Anywho, between the manager and Tina there were words exchanged that I could not understand and they both had a fit about who was going to compete the full-set. Lisa is the only nail tech that I believe is extremely nice and treats customers with the upmost respect. John is also a great tech. Warning: use this place as you own risk! I thought I found a great nail place but I was mistakenly wrong!

My experience at this salon has been aweful. I walked in and saw a rack of nail polish is that has been sitting for at least two years on the shelf. I checked all of them and they were crusty and old. I picked a color that was decent sat down and started my manicure everything was fine until she opened the bottle of nail polish started applying it on on a nail that still had the cuticle attached to it and continued to paint over my it. I stopped her politely And said Im sorry can you remove that please? And she did.. huffing and puffing with an attitude. Strike one. She ignored the fact that the nail polish was sticky and old which I have brought to her attention she took acetone and put it inside the bottle of polish when I explained to her that isnt going to work its just going to make it chip faster. She then began to argue the fact that it is a Thinner not a nail polish remover. Strike two. The manager who was sitting behind me who was doing absulutely nothing but texting on his phone the whole time onoverheard the nail tech arguing with me and did nothing about it. So I decided to pick another color, I was trying to just pick anything just so I could get out of there I couldnt stand being there. I let them know that they need to get new polishes because all of them are bad they have gone bad and have been sitting on that shelf for at least a year or two. So the lady started painting again. She said that its bad and tells me to pick another color so this is the third time Ive got to choose another color and so I picked one that I wasnt happy with just so I could be out of there. She started getting frustrated with me arguing with me and switch seats with somebody else if they can finish thats very unprofessional. Strike three. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!! please avoid this nail salon at all costs.

Had the worst experience after being a regular customer for over a year will not be returning. Took 4 hours to do a pedi and a fill. Kept waiting in pedi chair for 20 mins before starting then did my nails and made so many mistakes had to re do them 3 times at which point I was so fed up I got gel so they would dry quickly and I could finally go. They are really bad at doing infills, my nails were the worst Ive ever had them. No part of it was good. Then to be kept waiting while he did another girls nails even though it was his mistake and everyone in there agreed they looked awful and told in 5 minutes constantly for an hour just not acceptable! Then had the cheek to charge me extra. Awful! Avoid and go somewhere else where they can actually do acrylics

Get comfortable. This is without a doubt the WORST salon Ive ever been to for nail services. The technician that did my services lacked basic techniques that resulted in discomfort several times throughout my appointment, including filing the nails AFTER gel had been applied (ruining the tips and filing down to the nail bed until I jerked my hand away), sloppy brush strokes that left streaks in the color, dropping the brush ON THE FLOOR and then dipping it back in the bottle and putting it on my nails (left specks in the polish) and spilling acetone twice without cleaning it up (even after I was done and before the next customer sat down). The worst part had to be when she took to picking out hang nails with her bare, unwashed hands by jerking the hang nails out until they ripped (also after the polish had been applied...ruining it more). LOOK ELSEWHERE- you will be disappointed in this place!!!
