Pleasant service, the women were all kind and accommodating. I originally was going to just get gel polish and she suggested I try dip powder. This was much appreciated and they turned out really beautiful. I walked in and didnt wait long at all.Minus one star...Ive never been to a nail salon where you arent asked to wash your hands before receiving services, especially as of lately. I took it upon myself to do so however, no customers that came in after me were asked to do so. Additionally, one tech dropped a nail file on the floor right by my feet as she was going to start another customer, picked it up and continued to the other customer, maybe not a concern for some folks but I didnt appreciate this.As others mention, they try to accommodate everyone who walks in, regardless of appointments that have been made. I personally happen to walk in and they were able to help me right away however, several people came in and they never said no even if another customer was coming in shortly after with an appointment, making them wait. Lastly, I was not impressed by the esthetic-felt cramped (although I was only in the front), no prices posted (it was rather $) and not alot of ventilation but great music, and friendly staff.

This place always gets me feeling on point! Their attention to detail adds to the professionalism of this place. Personally I will not go to any salon for nail care unless I know the cleanliness standards! CD nails goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable... even before covid they really stood out in my book. Also, Ive taken a few 1st time pedicure friends here to show them how amazing it can be if done right.... now they come regularly too.... men included!

Scheduling difficulties today. Our appointments were for 4pm but work didnt start until 4:45pm. Other than that appointments were great.

Absolutely do not care if you have an appointment or not. They just cram people in and you wait & wait. Disrespectful of their customer’s time. Not safe during Covid due to severe overcrowding. Don’t go here

I am very self conscious about my nails and feet, I hate them! I came in here on my Birthday to treat myself to a pedicure, I was greeted right away and the gal that helped me did a great job and did not make me feel embarrassed about my nails at all. She listened when I told her I had two toes that are very sensitive and she used caution when clipping them.

I have gone in here twice. The first time I stood there for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us so we left. The second time I went they were very rude and told me I would have to come back that they had no time for me. There are no prices posted either. I go to California nails and Lo does an excellent job.

Best pedicure Ive had in a LONG time. Staff was friendly and the pedicure was very relaxing. This will become my regular spot. Prices are a tad higher than other places but I think its worth it!

I got a pedicure here and they did a horrible job and then gave me an infection. They didnt sanitize their tools and just moved the bucket of supplies from person to person. It was disgusting. Not to mention it was the most expensive pedicure ive ever had. Would not recommend.

Have never had a bad experience here and i feel like al the ladies do a great job to get the nail shape and length you want. Highly recommend doing gel nail polish. They have a great color selection and it seems to last longer then other salons!

7/18/2017the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. EVER! I started going this salon 2 months ago. Kim was working on my nails. And she make a great impression about the salon as a whole. I LOVED it. I paid tips and I came back into 2 weeks. I was lucky having KIM again to provide me service. The 3rd time there was other girl, I didnt mind. She did a pedicure (I didnt like at all, I needed to re do it at home on my own) and filling. She did the filling perfect. I was satisfied. Every time I was there I was watching Jasmine. She is SO detailed and does a great job. I wanted to try her so much. This time I decided to schedule an appoint with her, because she is very popular and busy because of it. Today I stopped by to schedule and Jasmine got SO ANGRY with a scheduling woman. They spoke their language in front for me. Jasmine has not even tried to cover her anger. Even I could not understand exactly what they were talking about I got the message - Jasmine didnt want to do my nails. I dont know why. I thought maybe she has no time on the day I was scheduling? I asked - If she could not do it tomorrow, I was more than happy to come any other day when she would be available, it was how much I wanted to try her service. The girls spoke their language again in front of me. Looks like they could not to came to agreement. Jasmine JUST DIDNT WANT me to be her customer. I was shocked to be honest. I said OK, would you please to schedule me with Kim again? I wanted to be scheduled with a person I like because if they are getting very busy they move customers around from one person to another and I dont like it. The scheduling girl didnt want to schedule me with Kim ether because Kim is not always there. I asked - when is she going to be there? She answered she doesnt know. She asked me to come the next day and find out I Kim works or not.... I was shocked again. The woman-customer who was observing the whole situation felt sorry for me told me - go to the pedicure room, there is a girl over there her name is Lynn (but I dont remember for sure now at the time I am writing this review.) She does a good job, ask her when she is open and schedule with her. I did. Lynn told me she does not do nails. I was confused again because the woman-customer has just recommended her to me and said that she does an excellent job with nails. I left... These people who work there are very very bizarre and rude. .

Best Pedicure in Washington!!! So relaxing, took their time and did a beautiful job!!! Very clean, all tools were new and sterile. Loved it!!!

I went to this salon today with my mom. I wish there was a 0 star rating. My mom and I both got pedicures and acrylics. During the pedicure they yelled at my mom and said don’t touch the lotion on your legs! It was very odd...I wanted natural looking acrylic nails. I showed the lady (a manager) a picture. Through the nail session I asked her to make them shorter very kindly. She said my fingers were too “chubby” and it would look bad. I assured her I wanted them short. She shortened them but not by much. My thumb nails looked like clubs. I asked if she could file them to make them look more natural. She dropped my hand down and yelled at me. My jaw dropped to the floor. She said she wasn’t done yet and screamed at me. She said I can’t expect movie star nails and that I was LUCKY to have her doing them for me! I was so shocked I told her that I was paying money and wanted a certain style. She kept yelling at me. I was so upset and embarrassed and I told her how unkind and rude she was. It was uncomfortable after that, obviously! The lady who did my moms nails cut her nails after my mom specifically asked her to not cut them. Even though my mom didn’t like her nails she thanked the lady and was very kind. The lady looked at her and did not say anything.I have never had an experience like this ever and I don’t get my nails done but maybe a few times a year. It was so clean and pretty inside and that’s why I chose to go here. It was $70 for my service and I literally was yelled. My nails look absolutely horrible. They are crooked and bumpy and look like fans. So gross. I hope they learn to just treat people kindly..

I went in for a new set because I wanted to change the shape of my nails and after way to much back and forth the employee convinced me that she could make my current ones look the way I wanted. It really threw me off because she was so rude for no reason the whole time. She made me bleed from the nail file because she was so rough she also cut me two times after that, she was just so careless. My nails were MESSED UP after she was done and none of them were even or shaped correctly. My cuticles were red, irritated and sore. I ended up going somewhere else and had to get a new set anyways.. I wanted to talk to the manager but she was “not available” so we were told to call the next day. No way will I ever return here.

Really kind persons here. Im disabled and cant manage to clip my toe nails, so I went to CD for help. It wasnt a full pedicure, just a clipping. She forbid me from paying anything though.. I really appreciate it.

Always friendly and they take the time for you. They dont rush you when other people come in. Love that about them.

I went into this salon to just get my toes painted. When I walked in there was no other clients there. The lady that painted my toes stayed on her phone almost the entire time and didnt even try to talk to me. I felt so uncomfortable. Once she was done she funally spoke to me, but to only tell me to wait a few minutes while they dried. I felt like all the workers in there just thought they were so much better than me. Customer service is horrible

Always friendly, the service is great and VERY clean! The cleanest nail shop Ive been to. Everything is sterilized and in sterile bags when they bring them out, they have liners for the pedicure bowls as well (unless they run out) If you go in, see July! She does the best pedicures and amazing at designs. She takes her time and is very detailed when it comes to her pedicures. They have brand new chairs as well so its very comfortable and relaxing. They get busy though because its the best one in lacey! Make sure you are patient while waiting or scheudle an appt ahead of time.

They wont talk to you, sometimes they will give you a direction or just aggressivly move your hand or foot. They constantly are speaking to each other and making it pretty obvious they are talking about you. While cleaning around your nails they will pull off the dead skin... then continue pulling off live skin (I started bleeding on my finger and toes) and the end result wasnt good. And after pulling off live skin, both ladies would very aggresivly dig their nails into the already irritated areas to get nail polish that Was on skin or to make you hold still. When they did it to me I flinched and after obviously noticing I was not comfortable (I know because the lady stopped and watched me while the other lady did my nails) she proceeds to start talking to the other women around her in a different language, gesturing to my nails and they all start laughing. I left there with red around all my nails, a stinging sensation, and barely decent nails.

Went to get my nails done yesterday and spend a total of $80. The girl that did my nails had an attitude most of my session. She accidentally touched my nail while my polish was drying and she blame it on me that I moved my hand. Bla bla well she started handeling me roughly and with even more attitude. I also had them do my daughter nails. ( first time pedi and her 2nd time getting a manicure) she was just rude and I think if they arent going to make it special for a kid then they shouldnt offer kids manicures and pedicures. The first time I visit this place was a few weeks ago the the lady the help me my first time def left me wanting to go back but this time around I wont EVER GO BACK! My full set looks crappy its so bad it looks like it its in need of a fill already and I just got them done yesterday. My pedicure is okay and lady was nice. But the one that did my full set and my daughter mani and pedi. Just left me with. Not ever wanting to go back! Waste of $80. Save ur money and go else where! All they do is speak there language witch I find very rude! I think to have a successful bussiness they should speak English so they dont make customers uncomfortable! I hope the $6 tip I did leave for the lady that did my pedi got the full tip because I specially told her the tip was forOnly her! I wasnt gonna punished her because the other girl did a horrible job!

This was my fav place in Lacey; the gals did amazing pedicures and Kim was always my favorite to do my full set and fills. Prices were comparable.
