I just had the best experience. I had a issue with my nail design and some lifting at the cuticle. When I came in the owner fixed my acrylic and even ended up doing a different design that was way more flattering. They were so good to me and even though the issue I came in with wasnt super obvious they didnt argue and fixed it same day! My old shop made me feel so uncomfortable if I wanted something fixed and would always argue or charge me extra. This place is so professional and I really feel I cant trust their nail techs! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Came in for a new set. The lady filed the sides of my nails down so much that I started to bleed. Never even apologized, she just put the stuff on to make it stop bleeding, and continued filing all of my nails down. Once I paid… I was told my set was extra because of the shape and design. . I got charged $78 and have never in my life paid that much for a set of nails. Will NOT be back.
I love this place! The spa itself is gorgeous, all the staff are friendly, and I have never had a bad experience. I have had quite a few of their people do my nails, and they always turn out great. They have been able to do any design I have brought to them. I tried a few other salons in the area before finding Happy Nails, and I will never go to anyone else!
My son and I went in to get pedicures done this morning. They started on my sons feet first. About 15 minutes later a lady came and began my pedicure. As she was working on mine she was hurting me and i said ouch and pulled my foot away several times. She just looked up at me put her hand on my foot and smiled. How is that both pedicures were done at the exact same time even though my sons feet got started 15 minutes before mine. The lady doing my feet then proceeded to paint my toes. When it was time for the design she asked several people for help. During that time the lady who seated us came and apologized for the late start and asked me did I like it. I explained everything. We finished at the same time and I did not receive all the treatment that I was paying for. She then went and spoke with 3 different people and after more than 5 minutes someone came and finished my feet. I went to pay and was told she will take $5 off. I was applaud that not only was I dissatisfied with my pedicure but I still had to basically pay the full amount and on my birthday. I gave a 2 star because the lady that did my sons feet did a spectacular job.
I must say I was really skeptical based of some of the experiences others had BUT mine was nothing like that. I absolutely love my new set. It’s the exact shape that I have been wanting (other shops around just haven’t been able to give me what I show them)My nail technician did her thing! 🙌🏼I was a little disappointed I wasn’t offered anything to drink but not a deal breaker. Had I been thirsty I would’ve asked.
My sister goes her a lot and always has something good to say so I tried it out. This place is amazing. Went for a manicure and pedicure and they were amazing about everything. Always had drinks on hand and they were so nice and welcoming. The receptionist was amazing and was helpful with anything I needed or I asked. The services were fantastic, and reasonably priced, my hands and feet feel amazing. They took their time with everything and didn’t want to rush anything and I liked that. 100000% recommend and definitely will be coming here more often because I love it so much. 5/5 on everything.
First off I want to start this review off by saying...the younger girl that runs the front desk is awesome. I read a review saying shes rude. I think shes great.. Happy nails is always busy and popping. Shes left to direct everyone, answer phone calls, take payments, grab drinks for customers, the technicians are always calling her for stuff..shes always busy and presents herself well...I dont think most people realize how hard customer service can be ESPECIALLY being pulled a million different directions...So good job girl!Ive been coming to happy nails for a couple years now. When I moved here I needed a nail salon local and close to my house which it is and honestly use to have a much higher rating. My pedicures are always amazing but to be honest I havent always left happy with my manicures..it is a VERY busy nail salon..making appointments wont save you time but will get you technician you want. Theres a quite a few ladies in there that do a spectacular job ALWAYS. There are a few that just dont do Nails very well...they tend to be shapped un even, very thick, blotchy and bumpy gel polish and a pretty bad language barrier ...Ive been there enough to catch the mistakes as they happen....it sucks because I feel like Im nagging the whole time but like I said If I catch the mistake as it happens they fix it and I leave happier .It really boils down to this nail salon has a great location and is extremely busy. Its bigger than most nail salons and also nicer than most. customer service isnt always the best (,specially with the lady owner ) but all in all a good place to go. I recommend going during the slower hours and not the peek hours when they are busy. They do a better job and usually you will get a more experienced l
The ladies there were so sweet and kind. They knew exactly what I wanted and did a great job doing just that. The end result exceeded my expectations! I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back to get my nails done again when I can.
The nail polish on one of my wifes toes failed to dry. We went to the salon to get it repainted and were asked if we could come back later as they were busy. They also gave us the option of waiting 30 or more minutes. Poor customer service. It is a shame because this location previously offered good customer service and value. They already received our money so they did not care to make it right.
Fastest pedi Ive ever had. Gel polish is mostly fine but Id like it to cover the full nail. Skin on my feet, well thats a different story. Still rough and doesnt look good. First time here and almost want to go back to my normal salon to have them fix my feet. People were friendly enough but the place wasnt clean. Probably wont be back.
I always try to give this spot the benefit of doubt, but I will not be back for acrylics anymore. Pedicures are great but not something I get done on a regular. My nails are from my fav nail shop in Cali. Had to get the full set replaced that I got done at Happy Nails. Oh wait best part I paid $91 just for the set and it wasnt even what I wanted. Now the owner agreed to fix my nails which I appreciate, but with a new full set I have no reason to.
Went here this morning to get my dip removed (I got somewhere else) and get a manicure, and let me just say this place is amazing! First of all, the vibe is chill and reminds me of a nail place you would go to if you were in Cali. Modern, clean, oh and did I mention they offer wine, beer, mimosas and more? This is my new go-to nail salon. Julie did amazing making my natural nails look beautiful 🤩 prices are totally reasonable for the quality of service you get.
This is my go-to. Professional staff and good quality - I have never had an issue. I personally get gel nails (I dont do acrylic or fake nails but friend does and always loves them). I also get pedicures and my eye brows waxed. Great place for a date with your kiddo too! I have brought my son and he loved getting his feet cleaned. Great experience.
Edit- I am lowering my review to 2 stars. I now have my first ever ingrown toenail from the poor job they did shaping them. This was already an expensive salon trip and now I have to go to the doctor too!I would also have expected someone from the salon to reach out after such a poor review and there has been zero contact.I needed a salon close to my house so I decided to give this one a try due to their recent remodel and their recent history of 5 star reviews.I called ahead before 10 am on a Saturday and was able to get in as a walk in. I arrived and they asked me what services I wanted. I opted for a non-gel mani pedi.I was seated after I chose my colors and asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and was given a menu. I chose the deluxe pedicure and a mimosa. The mimosa was cold and nicely prepared, but not in a covered cup and someone near me was having a set of nails done which required a grinding tool so I was a little suspicious that this wasn’t entirely sanitary. As for the pedicure, I appreciated that the nail tools and scrubber came from a sealed package. However, I missed that they used that cheese grater like tool and didn’t get a chance to ask them not to use it as that tool did not come in a sealed packet. The woman who worked on my toes did a very nice job and gave a very excellent leg massage. The hot stones however were extremely hot and I asked her to stop a couple times to save her own hands, and my legs. When she finished with my toes the first of THREE women came to work on my hands. The first one rushed so quickly through the actual mail shaping portion I thought she was going to make the ends of my fingers bleed. I wasn’t asked what kind on mani I wanted (according to the menu they offer a regular mani and a spa mani if you aren’t doing gel). She also did not ask what shape I wanted and went about applying a very aggressive square shape. I had to ask her twice to change the shape because I wanted them more rounded. Most of my nails still have a distinctly square shape. The next person came and handled the massage portion, which while pleasant enough was very short and awkward as I was still in the pedicure chair. She then painted my two accent nails before I was handed off to a THIRD person who finished the color, and rather poorly I might add. You can see on each mail where the top coat doesn’t meet the base of the polish. Some of my nails have unpolished stripes down the side of the nail beds as well. I’m guessing this is due to the awkward angle of the chair. My whole right shoulder is now super sore from having to reach across my body the whole time. The second 2 ladies were very nice, even if the 3 one was rather inept at polish. The first one who handled my hands was very abrupt and didn’t appreciate me correcting the shape to get what I asked for. I should also mention that none of my nails are the same length. They’re short so it’s easy to pass off, but totally noticeable as I use my hands enough that *I* notice it.And finally while sitting there, I was initially impressed by the spacing (people were staggered so that no one sat directly next to anyone else), and everyone seemed to adhere well to the mask rules. However, what was really lacking was a thorough cleaning of all the seating once someone moved out of the chair. I saw the plastic liners removed from the bowl, but did not see a thorough cleaning/sanitizing of the jets or any other high touch surface such as the arms of chairs or the seats themselves. It’s also worth noting that the floors were not swept as they went, so when I first sat down I had to be careful not to put my barefoot on the somewhat dirty floor. As a first timer, I’m hoping it was a busy morning and that they provide a better experience the next time around. I take Covid very seriously and taking myself out for a treat like this is generally something I put a lot of thought into before I do it. I have 3 kids and was really hoping for a nice relaxing (safe!) visit and now I’m just sort of stressed out and sore.
Candy does a fantastic job. I have been coming to her for approximately 5 months. I appreciate the professional job she does and her friendliness.
This is the second time I’ve been here. The first time I just had them paint my nails and the color started chipping off the same day. I had to ask to have polish taken off my fingers around my nails. You could see the lines between the first and second coats on multiple fingernails. Yesterday, I brought my daughter and a friend and between the three of us we had a manicure with traditional polish, a gel manicure, and a set of acrylic nails put on. Again, my polish is already chipping, I can see lines between the coats, and they didn’t paint the whole nail on several nails. My daughter’s gel manicure looks decent, but they did cut too far on one nail and drew blood. The acrylics were a nightmare. We had to go back and get them fixed last night. They were different lengths and looked nothing like the picture that was brought in. Won’t be returning here!
Dont bother with appointments. Have tried last 3 times to get my nails filled with an appointment and it was always a long wait. They do a great job but definitely dont recommend if you dont have hours to spare
First time coming here with my cousin; we got pedis, she got a gel full set while I got a gel manicure. My co-workers have been recommending this place for months. And Im so glad I took them up on it. They did an AMAZING job with both my nails and design and my cousins full set! Super clean and friendly.
I have had my nails done at many different places, but this one was by far the best I have ever had them done at. So happy with my nails!!!!They look clean and done perfectly. The gentlemen who did them was so detailed and took his time to make sure they were the exact shape and size I wanted. Will be telling friends and family about Happy Nails Lounge😍🤩😍!!!
Super rude front desk girl with grayish hair. The pedicure girl was fine, definitely not the best or second best one I’ve ever had. Will not be returning. No one there thought it was important to be welcoming.
I love coming to Happy Nails. Every time, they get me right in, everyone is so nice, and they do my nails exactly the way I envision them. They do such an amazing job, nowhere else that I’ve been would make sure the nails are thin, yet super strong. I usually get the sharp stiletto shape and they always shape them perfectly and they ask during the process to make sure they’re still looking like the vision I have in my head. This is the only place in Olympia I would consider going. The salon is so beautiful and clean, it really welcomes you and makes you feel like you’re royalty, especially leaving with a beautiful new manicure. I highly recommend going to Happy Nails if you haven’t.
Nail fungus!! I was talked into getting powder dipped nail because I was told that they wouldn’t chip for 3 weeks! Wrong!! They chipped within a 1 1/2 weeks and they didn’t look good—I complained to the nail tech and she just said I wasn’t used to the thickness of them and assured me they would help my nails grow long and strong unlike acrylics and gel. Once they all came off I had nail fungus on one of my nails!?!? I paid for 3 sets of gel nails and when I went to pay the lady said she had to call to find out the price!?! I guess the don’t have a set price for powder dipped nails—all 3 sets were solid colors and nothing special—I was charged 180.00 for 3 sets!!!! Way too much and the fact that I got nail fungus is unacceptable!!! Don’t be swayed by the swanky interior it is a beautiful nail salon but obviously a cover up for how dirty it is. And needless to say they did not make my nails grow stronger the tips were very brittle and just peeled away—I can’t respect a business that lies to just get more $$$
I have came to this salon for a few years now. I love the look of the new one and every now and then they do a good job. However, I drive from Shelton to get my nails better than I can out there which is pretty low standards or (very basic) and every time I come here they are too rushed, I show them a picture of what I want or request for the same as last time and they are unable to do it. Let me just say I don’t get jewels or anything fancy I just wanted a flower. With that being said I went to T-Spa on the west side last time and Lee did an amazing job there. I decided today to give one more chance to happy nails spa and it’s a nice experience but they are just too busy and don’t have their profession down to do anything more than basic colors. For that reason I will not be coming back here and T-Spa has gained my business. I advise anyone that is planning on coming here just don’t waste your money that’s how I have felt 90% of the time I come here.
I’m so irritated with my experience I had with this place today. I asked the nail technician if she could do an ombré on the big tail. I even should her a picture of what I was going for. I asked her “can you do that” and she said yes. She ended up changing the color I chose she said “this one is better “ and put glitter on all of my toenails. I look absolutely ridiculous! I’m to go get them redone I can’t believe that I had to just pay for something that! It looks nothing like what I asked for.
Loved the manicure I received from here! I had a design in mind and they executed it fantastically and were very professional. They met beyond my expectations and the the girl named Tina at the desk was very nice and professional as well. They made sure I walked out that door satisfied and I did! Would come again for when I need to get my nails done.
Just received a wonderful pedicure, feeling extremely relaxed and very satisfied with the entire experience. First time here out with my Aunt and Grandma, we will definitely be returning. Thank you ladies so much. Beautiful place, great atmosphere looking forward to next time☺️
My sisters and I absolutely love this nail studio. The staff is always so accommodating and nice and the nail quality is totally top tier. They even have a small bar you can order drinks at while you wait
My sister and i went here and we did not like how our nails turned out i wanted one thing and got another. We spoke to the owner she said shes gonna fix them but we shall see. We couldnt sit there for another almost 2 hours for them to fix them
I would love to give a higher rating but for $200 for me and my 10 year olds mani/pedi- I expect top tier service. I was asked by someone if I painted my nails myself. I still had hangnails and there was polish on my skin.Jenna was AMAZING with my daughter and went the extra mile to make her smile- THANK YOU
I have been a customer of Happy Nails for two years now, the quality has decreased over time. I kept going because every once in a while I would get one of their better technicians but with every single nail cracking from a $100 acrylic/gel set I recently got, I’m over it. Plus the fact that half the staff that do the pedicures are rough and rushed. I especially do not recommend them to anyone with sensitive skin or anyone who doesn’t like getting their cuticles burnt and cut. You get overcharged for unclean and rushed work. I won’t be coming back, I hope for a better future for this business.
They do nails wellThey provide many services and they have just expanded, and everything looks new and stylish.
I went in with my mom and nephew, I got my nails done and I had asked if they offer wine as I had seen a bar area and was curious, when told yes and that it’s complimentary I had asked if I could get a glass; I was told yes however was not given a glass, multiple times I had asked and they didn’t follow through, maybe it’s because I look younger than my actual age, but don’t tell me I can have a glass and not give me one, especially since my mom spent over $100 for my nails, my nephews nails and her toenails put together.. not to mention the very next day my nail polish was already coming off — I didn’t even have my nail polish on me for an entire week before they started chipping : way to high of a price and to not receive a complimentary glass of wine either was very disappointing a little, especially when my nails were already loosing the paint the following day after
Honestly I’ve been coming here for years. I asked for a basic pedicure & manicure & I was charged $73. I will not be returning.
Wonderful service, beautiful location, and very competitive prices.
Employees there was courteous and plate I enjoyed myself
Had a appointment for 2 manicures and 1 pedicure. Was suppose to be an early mother’s day treat. Services were rushed, staff was rude, shellac was so thinned down that a usual 2 coat color took 4.(which I’m sure will be chipping/peeling prematurely. )Worst manicure experience I’ve ever had. No idea how this place has 4 stars. Only reason I gave it one is because the receptionist was lovely.Oh and the towels are filthy, and didn’t see any sanitizing tools or stations!!
Rough when filing my nails, kept burning me, wouldn’t interact with me, the gal that lost my colors from the pedi chair to where I sat to get my nails done upset the guy and said I should of taken a pic of the colors instead of the numbers, are an appt at 1 didn’t start until 120, never offered a beverage….just all around bad experience.
15 nail tables and 16 pedicure tubs. 18 light bulbs burnt out. No safety protocol aside from mask and hand washing. Artist did great matching my colors from a picture but the overall quality was eh. Not happy with shape. Did not understand the squoval shape. Will go again because he did try and i would recommend to anyone. Just speak up lol
Really care and detailed oriented. I always leave here HAPPY. Very clean and care for sanitization. Beautiful nail work and the prices are very reasonable and to be honest you get more than what you pay for which is an added bonus. This place is a very relaxing experience and the new venue is beautiful.
Really nice place nice people super expensive tho
Love, love, love! My sister and I have been going here for close to a decade. They are the best!
Was super busy. Took a long time to get a simple manicure because the lady doing mine was more concerned about bossing people around then doing my manicure. I didnt get a massage or anything.. I just noticed two of mine are rough and need filed. Ugh. They did my grand daughters wrong because they were so busy paying attention to who was walking in I stead of who was in front of them. Took 2 and a half hours with an appointment for gel nail and manicure. No acrylics
I came for a relaxing experience and left feeling rushed and not listened to. I had asked multiple times for designs on both my toes and nails when asked what I wanted. I had to twist in the pedicure chair while someone started my full set which wasnt comfortable at all.
Amazing! Both the staff and the quality of work are great here. Add to that with a terrific ambience.
They took great care on my nails and made cute suggestions. Im happy!
It was the first time I’ve gotten my nails done in years, and I opted to try and go for the first time since then. I was out of my comfort zone as is, and decided to research simple ombré nails that looked natural enough. I blatantly remember having ombré manicure done 10 years ago with regular polish at a different salon (not gel or acrylic) and remember the process being quite simple for the nail technician. Now I was seated quite fast as a walk-in, and the process began as I expected with soaking first, which is where I showed the picture of what I wanted. I was blatantly told, “no; you can’t get that. You need to choose a basic color”, so I inquired as to why, as I had seen and spoke to many individuals who had VERY intricate nails done by Happy Nails. The reasoning I was given was rather confusing, but I took it as my lack of knowledge of how these processes work. Even then, people I have spoken to who have had their nails done here had stunning intricate designs with jewels, ombré and lined artwork. Why was a two-tone ombré not permissible? If it was because there wasn’t a technician available that knew how to get it done as the picture had shown, then I would have understood. Now after soaking my one hand, there came the process of cuticle removal and filing. Cuticle removal was exceptionally rough and I was cut with the tools (it took almost a week to heal and I thought it was getting infected; luckily it didn’t). Then when it came to filing, it was uneven on practically every nail. I understand that nails are very individual in shape and such, and uniformity can’t always be achieved, but to have some nails be far more boxy than the other oval-shaped nails is honestly disappointing. I did try to voice the fact that some looked more boxy than others, but I saw that the technician was studying each nail after the initial file and was making adjustments here and there. But in the end, they were still uneven. Now to the application. I had gel nails done for the first time, no big deal. Because of the color I chose, it was hard to tell if there was even coverage because it was more of a nail tint than it was a color (this decision was made by my choice). However, by the time all of my nails were done and I was able to get a good look at them outside, the coverage was so uneven and the color throughout each nail was so drastically different, I couldn’t help but feel defeated. Not only that, but there were fibers of the towel embedded in the gel, and some of the edges of my nails were ridiculously rough.Needless to say, I am thoroughly disappointed by the experience after not having my nails done in years. I was told I couldn’t get what I wanted to done, I was cut with the tools, and ended up with a set of nails that were uneven in color, poorly painted, rough, and with towel fibers in them. All of this within a span of 30-45 minutes.Everyone was very kind, that is something I will gladly praise. But the work done was not ideal and was very disappointing. Unfortunately I will not be returning, because I feel that it would not be worth my money for the work that was done.
Great work, however, I was very disappointed in the push of additional services, and was SHOCKED when I paid. The look I asked for was just a glittery ombre effect. I said I was fine with my length and if they couldnt achieve it perfectly but not going super long. The tech insisted I have tips and acrylic when I generally do the same look but with gel... finally I agreed AFTER asking if there would be an additional charge, I was told NO. Then, randomly 10 minutes later she asked if I wanted to know the price, which I thought was strange. I said no, because she said said she would need to ask her coworker end didnt want her to have the extra hassle. In the end, the look I got was different than Id requested, and they charged me SIXTY dollars... I of course paid and they offered a 5 dollar discount, which didnt offset much, as even my tip was larger than that... I have never felt so manipulated or tricked by a nail salon. Unfortunately I will not be going back.
I have gone to Happy nails before and I loved it, this time I hated it I was charged WAY to much one, and what I asked for my nails look horrible I cried when I got in the car I will be calling tomorrow morning due to I had to get to work tonight…
The lady sanded into my skin on a bunch of nails.... my nail polish is bumpy and a few nails are thicker then others... the nail design is cute, and she took the time to do it and make sure it was what I wanted..but for the price it wasnt worth it to me.
Beautiful and clean inside. I will definitely come back. Everyone wore a mask and were clean. They have a variety of services. My friend got the least expensive pedicure at 25 and I chose the (52) detox pedicure. Well worth it!
Thought I’d give this salon another shot since it’s been a couple years since I have visited but other than the location nothing seems to have changed. My nail tech was impatient, rude and my nails are less than great. Bumpy, rough and thick. He also kept giving me a very hard time about the shape I chose which is a shape I have gotten over and over at any place I’ve gone to and have never had issues. To the point where he had other techs come over to take a look. I felt very uncomfortable and awkward and was excited to leave no matter how my nails looked.
Sundays are not a good day to go. They were very busy
Very professional. Clean and friendly. Fast but great quality.
Went with my daughter for Mother’s Day. Picked the menu item for $42. Pointed at item. Asked if we wanted $53. We said no. Pointed again at $42. We went to pay and it was $104. I was surprised but there was a line so I paid and walked out. Walking to car, the price didn’t make sense, so I went back in. They charged me for a foot wax that I didn’t order costing $10 more. The lady said she would make it right, but it was busy so I said no. Thinking lesson learned. However the Nails started showing signs of wear. This morning after shower several nails chipped and one nail had no polish at all. Scammed. Will never go back. Polish should last more than 4 days. IMG_6967.jpeg
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The person that did my nails was very unprofessional and I mean it. You can tell she didn’t know what she was doing. Came out with thick nails and cuts in all my nails. They’re always in a hurry! Not coming back for sure!
Salon is beautiful, staff were friendly. I felt very rushed when we were seen. I made an appointmentand didnt have to wait to long to be seen after appointment time. It was very busy and like we were on a conveyer belt and they were just moving down the line. My daughter had a gel mani and I had a fill with gel polish. They lady that worked on my daughter was pretty rough. I had two ladies that ended up working on me. The first one was nice and did an amazing fill however the second one was the same one my daughter had and she was pretty rough applying the polish and maneuvering hands and fingers. My mani looks great however my daughters peeled and came off with in 2 days which is unfortunate. I did reach out and they got back to me which was great. My only suggestion would be that they slow down and be a bit more gentle. I know they were busy but maybe they are overbooking themselves a bit to much.
Amazing! Great skill and lovely staff
Best pedicure I’ve ever had! They are also amazing with nails I will be back
Tony and all the staff are excellent. Amazing customer service and experience. I won’t go anywhere else! 11/10 would recommend!
Friendly, fast, good service. Always busy so I definitely recommend an appointment.
Everyone hear is absolutely fabulous! They are so sweet and actually care about what the customer wants! every time I go I love my nails Im so happy I found this place!
I had French tips done on my nails, lets just say Im not happy. $40 just for painting and they are bumpy and uneven! Never again will I have nails done here!
I had the most wonderful and relaxing time this afternoon. My feet feel great! My mimosas were delicious! And everything is beautiful inside! Very sweet staff as well. This is my place for sure!
I’ve been going to happy nails for a few years now and every time I go I leave happy, the people are very kind and fun to talk to, they always do an excellent job on my nails, pricing is reasonable and the place is amazing- clean. Very much recommend getting your nails done here.
They were open on a Sunday so that was a plus. They serve mimosas too, another plus but when it actually came down to nail care, it was a disappointment. I paid close to $100 for a mani and pedi. For that price, attention to detail should have been top priority. For my mani and pedi neither of the ladies really filed my nails like I asked and neither of them really took care with the peeling skin around my nail beds/cuticles. They took more time with the gel than actually caring for and making the nails and toes pretty. My gel started coming off in less than a week. Ill stick with my usual nail spot.
I went for the second time today. I will not be returning both times I got to deal manicure. Last time was just okay, and I decided to get my eyebrows waxed in which the girl who did them took a razor to my eyebrows and shaved to the skin in the middle of each of my eyebrows. giving them a second chance I went back today. The girl who did my gel manicure was extremely rough especially with the cuticle pusher. But also didnt have very many selections of colors in the cat eye design which is what I wanted.
Best Nails Ive ever had!!The new place. Is like Beverly hills spa. Thanks Tony
I went in with a broken nail and needing a fill.I walked out with my nails looking great and it was quick in and out With the Amazing Job Done! I told them in few words what I wanted and it was executed excellently.
Girls liked it, good value for pedis
It was good. They were busy and at the end, it was rushed.
This place is really nice. Its kinda pricey but I love the way they do my nails. O did I mention they sell beer and wine lol.
Beautiful salon, friendly service, not too long of a wait. Nails and eyebrows turned out great!
This was my first visit at the new location. It is spacious and all brand new pedicure chairs, very comfortable and clean. I had the paraffin spa pedicure and it was totally worth it.
Awful experience. Went in with my mom and sister for a spa day and left with an ingrown in my big toe. I had who I assume was a new guy because he messed up nails and kept leaving my station. He finally gave up and had someone else finish me and redo my toes. The next morning I woke up with my toe all red and swollen with an ingrown. I did NOT have one before I got them done. Will not be going there again. Place is very beautiful but I will not be going back.
$14 bucks to take some nails off lol better prices in other nail Salons.
Nice inside. You can order some wine.
Very friendly staff and fast service. Also the salon is beautiful!!!
This place is a hit or miss. Had wonderful pedicures last time but our manicures this time were rushed and could have been a lot better.
I went with my daughters and my mom to get a mani pedi. The techs were great and really paid close attention to detail. Especially, on the designs we wanted on our nails. The receptionist, Christina, was super friendly and made sure we enjoyed our medi pedi when we were there. Overall great experience!!!
Just the worst. My lady cut me, she also put a decal on my nail, messed it up twice, then just put a completely different decal over it so you could see the overlapping decal over the original decal. My two friends that I came with had at least one nail pop off of both of their hands. The only word my lady said to me was gimme. Gimme your hands! Is what she would yell at me when she wanted my hands. Really rude and weird experience.
Very clean and sanitary and covid-19 protected. Personal detail care!
About a year ago, my daughter came here for her nails. she was told one price over the phone but after they were done, they told her a price $20 more than they had quoted!Today. my other daughter just had a similar experience! She was told $33 over the phone, but charged $43. I think this place just charges what they want and has no set price. Either that or bad communication. either way, theyre lucky it was not me because I would not give them a penny more than what I was quoted!
I did like it until my 3rd visit. One lady was rude after asking about her tattoo. Bad job on nails after.polish started chipping after 1 week.
$75 for a full set 🤬🤬 wth!!! … I never paid that much for a full set before. I’m pretty upset about it. That was my first and last time for sure
They ignore you every time. Very rude and takes too long to get seen by anyone.
My pedicure was less than good. The gal with the short hair, blond tips, was barely in to her job. No attention paid to detail and less than desirable service. No massage, no scrub, and it was apparent she wanted to be anywhere but there. I was never so excited to leave. I won’t be going back.
