Amazing! The best! This is your sign to go here. I went in for a pedicure (make an appointment) because they ensure that you leave with what you want! Therefore, walk-ins aren’t their priority. They don’t rush to take in anyone that walks through their doors if they know they don’t have time to properly service YOU or them. They attend to you and treat you as if you’re the most important customer in that moment! I was told multiple times to come back if anything messed up or if my gel polish lifted and they’d be happy to fix it. I was asked repeatedly if I was satisfied with each step of my pedicure process! Most importantly, they ensure you’re not in pain and keep the water warm throughout your service! This will be my new nail salon!

My daughter and I came in here this morning for manicures. We have tried several places since our old salon was sold and had not been happy with the service. New nails was awesome. The staff was friendly and very personable. They did an amazing job on both our manicures. We will be back for sure.

I’ve been going to New Nails for 2+ years now. I see Hailey every 3-4 weeks for my acrylics with gel polish. Hailey does the best acrylic sets I’ve ever had! (I’ve been getting acrylics done for 10+ years) My nails always look super natural too, which I really like. It also doesn’t matter if I want to keep them long or go shorter for a bit, they never chip or break- I’m not exaggerating about that either! I love this nail salon, I can’t recommend them enough.

These guys do a really nice job! I had a pedicure and my fiancé had a manicure & pedicure. They made us feel comfortable right away and they have a great sense of humor, too. The place was clean and orderly, and their service was friendly and efficient.

I am ambivalent about this place. I read all the raving reviews so I came in to get a Mani-pedi. I had two ladies working on me. The woman doing the pedi had freezing cold hands which eventually warmed up but it was not relaxing to start. She gave me a great massage at the pressure I liked and she left the parafin on my feet long enough to set. I would have preferred to have my feet soak a little longer to soften my feet. I had a very light scrub of my calluses.Getting my hands done on the chair was kinda awkward. I was paying more attention to the woman doing my toes.. I had my nails cut the length I wanted them prior to coming and she filed them down too short.They did not pressure me to do all gel polish like other shops do. My fingernails lasted a couple weeks which is better than the usual place I get my manicures.There were a couple of girls standing (owners children?) but only the man answered the phone to make appts even while he was doing a pedicure.Why is it that these shops always want you to pay in cash?Overall, I am not sure I would go here again. I was not impressed. Definitely make an appt the shop is small and there were 4 people who could do nails.

First time customers today, my daughter and her friend got gel manicures and pedicures and I got a pedicure. I picked the salon based on the positive reviews and wasnt disappointed. Very clean, very good Covid protocols, and extremely friendly and kind staff. My pedicure (massage, hot stone, paraffin wax) was very well done and extremely relaxing and my daughter and her friend had terrific service as well and their nails look beautiful. A lovely way to spend the afternoon and the place just has a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We will be back.

Best pedicure ever! I’ve gone to a few places nearby, but this by far is the best place and they have very reasonable prices. This is definitely a place you want to call ahead and make an appointment though, even if it’s just for one pedicure. I’ve never had a problem making a same day appointment.

Well let’s just say I found my new go-to place. Haley is AMAZING. Not only is she friendly, genuine and had great energy, she is also an absolute perfectionist and does wonderful work. I would give her ten stars if I could. She moved all my belongings for me when we switched stations, and took my shoes (double knotted lol) and socks off for me. These little extra touches made me feel like I was with family. Not only do my nails and toes look beautiful, but I left feeling internally restored and that was just what I needed. Thank you! I havent had my nails done since the pandemic! Now that some shops are open I wanted a pedi mani so bad that I started calling around to find a appointment! New nails was able to get me in. They are so organized and very clean. Employees are very nice and they all wear gloves, masks and face shields! They only do appointments so you might want to call before you head there . They follow the CDC guidelines. They take temperatures at the door and have hand sanitizer for use before the service . They also charge $2 extra on every service done which still a good price for the service I got!Amazing nail shop!!! Will definitely go back

Staff was so sweet and very professional. The gentleman that did my nails was really attentive and took his time. A refreshing thing seeing as most places just rush you in and out.

Was decent and the techs/owners are really friendly. I noticed after I left, some of my acrylics weren’t all the way to my cuticle; my cuticles weren’t trimmed or anything despite them looking terrible. The tech seemed distracted by someone’s kid who was bored out of their mind while their mom got a mani/pedi. The kid was maybe 3 and would get up and touch the chemicals they use to take dip/acrylics off. They also didn’t use a liner when I got a pedicure, and when they “washed” it out they just used a scrubbing brush and hot water. Didn’t seem super sanitary.

They are very good, dont hurt and the gel manicure lasts longer than some from other places. Call for an appt as they get busy. Actually, why am I telling you? Now Ill never get an appt. ;-)

This place is my go to. I moved from Chicago and had a VERY hard time finding a nail place that was clean and actually did a good job. This place is amazing! The spa pedicure is the best I have ever had (the is saying a lot because we are a military family that have lived all over the US) and my nails (acrylic) are done perfectly. Hailey is the best! I will not go anywhere else.

This has been my go-to nail salon for years. They are a wonderful family-run business with exceptional service. Ive been so impressed by their covid protocols; they are constantly sanitizing. They provide sanitizer when you arrive and take your temperature. Ive felt safe going here throughout the pandemic.They take so much care to ensure Im a happy customer. I have an ingrown toenail that only they can fix; surgery didnt. They are small and busy, so calling to make an appointment is recommended. First the salon is perfectly quaint. The atmosphere was very calming and no TVs for distraction.Second everyone was super friendly to me. And the lady who did my full set was very kind and made me feel right at home.Thirdly my nails turned out PHENOMENAL!!! Way better than I anticipated!!’ I’m so in love them!!!Lastly, they are taking covid precautions very seriously. I was requested to sanitize my hands and then my temperature was taking quickly after. After I went from my manicure station to my pedicure station both stations were sprayed and wiped down.

This was my first time here and they were so clean, friendly, and professional! Sometimes it’s hard for others to tell that I am Vietnamese and speak the language - which allows me listen in... they were professional the whole time and didn’t speak poorly of others. I received a nice leg and hand massage and my nails look great! I’ll def be back :)

The good- was able to walk in for a mani/pedi however, I asked for designs on all my fingers which must have been miscommunicated as I only got designs on 2 fingers, which those were well done.The bad - the nail tech cut 3 of my fingers 2 of which have become infected. Im doing a lot of home self care in hopes that I dont have to go to the doctor.Also, the gentleman that works there would tell people that walked in to take a card and call for an appointment instead of making them one at that time. Not a huge deal but an annoyance if he then has to stop working to answer the phone and make an appointment - its double work.

Right on the main road, google maps sends you behind the building, ignore it and stay on the Main Street. Perfect clean great atmosphere and wonderful staff! Best nail salon I’ve been to so far! Everyone is very attentive and they do amazing work!

I first decided to take a chance on this salon about a month ago due to good reviews. Now this is the only salon I want to go to. Ive always been seated quickly even when just walking in (although it could be I just dont go at busy times). However, the quality of the job they do is amazing. Im always impressed with how well they do. I often dont know what I want and they give me recommendations that I sometimes have never thought about. They have even changed my color during the process if I didnt end up liking it. The staff is super kind, patient, and gentle when handling nails. The salon always looks clean when I go in. The thing Im attracted to the most beside how well they do is their prices! I can get a gel manicure for $27 (+ a $2 fee due to Covid). Even though its so cheap, I still get a quality manicure. I cant recommend New Nails enough.

Amazing pedicure experience! Deluxe pedicure special for $40 (incl. wax, stone massage, and warm towel). The woman massaged each foot for at least 5 mins then my legs and THEN used the hot stones! Amazing deep massage comparable to reflexology which is how I like it. She used 3 coats of polish for quality look (it’s a light nude color). Great service. Very clean and took great precautions for safety. Highly recommend!

Im super impressed with this place! I went here because I was unhappy with my previous spot and saw that New Nails has a lot of good reviews. I was very lucky that it was not busy when I went to check it out, however they highly recommend making an appointment because they can get very busy and its clear why. The lady that did my nails did an incredible job, Ive never had my nails so precise and smooth. She knew exactly what I was looking for and fixed everything I hated about my old nails. I also got the #2 pedicure. It was the same price I paid at my old spot but included a paraffin soak for my feet, a massage with lotion and even a hot stone massage! Im so happy I found this place and look forward my next visit.

My friend and I started getting pedicures at new nails before the COVID 19 pandemic and they are so friendly and professional. The attention to detail and quality of the work is the best I have had in years. They are taking great precaution to keep everything clean and customers safe since opening back up. For those who make appointments and then are a no show, please call and let the owner know as they are a small business and they are losing business by turning away walk ins or other potential clients just to have someone not show up or call. This is a time we need to support small businesses especially those who do great work and are great people.

Excellent work, my nails are nice and delicate. They were very honest and upfront about what they could/couldnt do and what the pricing would be.

My friend and I went to New Nails the other day based on great reviews, and we were not disappointed. The place was beautiful and peaceful, and everyone was very kind and talented. I’m obsessed with my toes, the guy who gave me my pedicure did an amazing job. I also got my eyebrows waxed and I have never been so pleased with my eyebrows after a wax. They were quick, knew what they were doing, and everyone had a great attitude while helping us. Even for their amazing service, the prices were incredibly fair. 11/10 would recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back. :)

This is my first time here, I’m new to the area and stumbled on them and I’m glad I did!!! I was the walk in, they got me in right away for my pedicure and my daughter also was getting a manicure. They were incredibly nice, super accommodating, I felt so relaxed and the man doing my pedicure did an amazing job and gave me the best massage!!!

I walked in at 6:20pm on a Friday and was helped right away, but I think I got lucky because there had been a cancellation. I would call ahead next time. Ive tried various nail salons all over town hoping to find one I can go to all the time and Ive finally found it here at New Nails. My first experience was wonderful. The price compared to other salons were about the same but the service was so much better. The place is clean and the staff are very detail oriented and friendly. By far the best mani and pedi Ive gotten in a long long time. Im so happy I finally found a good nail salon to go to and I dont have to keep trying different salons only to be disappointed. Awesome service and results. I travel for my job so Im always looking for a good nail salon in different cities. Im SO glad I found New Nails. I got a fill and my husband had a spa pedicure. First, my husband said the tech that did his pedi did the best job hes ever had - over seven years! Hailey did my fill, and it was perfect! She asked what length I wanted, what shape (she even had different nail shapes mounted on a piece of cardboard so that wed both know what I was asking for). We discussed colors and when I showed her the cat eye color I wanted, she explained that she used a black base color. Not only were my nails perfect, she only took an hour to do it all. Ive had worse nail jobs that took twice as long. Love New Nails and when I get back to the Olympia area, I WILL return here to get my nails done! Thanks, Hailey and Jack!!!

VERY GREEDY! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE! I went in for a fill and the woman told me that I needed a new set. Instead of properly soaking my nails to take them off, she took my fake nails off with a fake nail (very painful). Then she charged me $10.00 extra for the painful removal! At the end I was charged for a new set, $10.00 removal, and a $2.00 “covid fee”. They said the covid fee was for cleaning supplies. Did they not clean before covid?I called around and no other nail salon charges a “covid fee”. Times are hard for everyone. We should be working together not taking advantage of people.

They had everything cleaned and sectioned with partitions for social distancing, hand sanitizer that they ask customers to use as soon as you walk in, they take your temperature have you answer questions for COVID per DOH. All the things you need during COVID time.Also such attention to detail on polishing, and cuticle removal. My nails look great and after ten months of COVID getting a mani pedi was a little treat and it was safe. The ladies were friendly and knew their work. I definitely would recommend them to friends and family.
