Staff at lab are very kind and helpful. Easy check in and in and out time is quick. Compared to others Lab corp #1.

Try and go when its not busy. I made it easier for myself. My Doctor ordered a urine panel. I took a specimen container from the doctors office, and collected it at home, and then did a drop off right away at the LabCorp near me. I already made an online appt. So it was pretty quick and easy. Everyone was wearing a mask. Clean. Organized. Registered when I arrived at the Kiosk.

Very nice employees. Got in and out fairly quick. Just had to wait for the lady ho barged in and took 15 minutes to use the bathroom, where my purse was locked up.

I set up a appointment online for a routine test through my work I was very happy with the professionalism Cleanliness and overall caregiving would definitely recommend this place to anyone :)

I’ve been having health issues all of 2020 & have been to this establishment multiple times this year for blood work & urine samples. I must say that each time I come I am greeted with hospitality & treated with care. The workers are very friendly & very helpful when a problem does arise with paperwork, mistakes from a doctor & everywhere in between! Not once have they had to re-poke me with a needle. They are spot on my vain first try each of the times I’ve had blood drawn. Even when busy they are sure to keep you updated & help you get out in & out in a timely fashion.

I set up a blood test ahead of time. I used the website, got the confirmation, and everything. Turns out the location is temporarily closed. I was able to schedule an exact time and confirm my appointment, and there was NOTHING that indicated they were closed. Nobody is answering the customer service line. Google maps even says the lab updated their operating hours only SEVEN days ago, and it still says its open.

LABCORP 31571 Canyon Estates Dr Ste101, Lake Elsinore, CA 92532... Ive been coming here for years. The staff here are very professional and always make me feel comfortable.

Long wait times now that they are doing COVID-19 testing, which now that I think about it, its a bad thing because what if someone is infected and they are waiting in the room with a bunch of other people. People are not doing social distancing inside the waiting room, if they see an empty seat they take it. I had an appointment and I was still waiting for 45 minutes if your a walk in the wait is 2 hours

Had to get blood work done for myself and my teen age son. He was nervous and the nurse talked to him the whole time about football and really connected with him calming him down. It was the first time for him and his vein collapsed on her and she was so accommodating and helpful in getting him to relax. For myself, all of the staff has always been friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you!

On, 9/25/20 at 11 AM, Whitney and Mindy would not allow me to use the restroom to provide a Sample, when a week earlier I left a Sample in the same restroom. They cited the restroom needs to be available for the patients and I would have to go home and return to provide the Sample. I was the only patient there. Either these two incompetent employees are Brain Dead or they deliberately wanted to give me a hard time or both.

I came in for my toddler to get blood work done. Mindy was so helpful and kind. I really dont think too many people with positive reviews leave comments or reviews. We had no problem and were in and out!

Horrible horrible! Will never be returning back here . I brought my 14 month old in for blood work and the employee that assisted in drawing his blood missed not only once but twice! When she did, both times she moved the needle in and out and around trying to find the vein . After my son is crying and pulling away I had to have her stop . If people dont know what they are doing or even know when to ask the other 2 workers that are there for assistance then guess what they shouldnt be trying to draw blood on anyone let alone a baby! We were the last to be helped being that it was after their lunch time and so I am even more angry the 2 other ladies never offered to help this employee and for this employee to never once ask for assistance in what she was doing is beyond me. Will be reporting this!So in the end we leave paying 40$ and no blood work done than told to come back in 2 days! A wrap on the left and right arm no results for us.If you are looking for a BABY FRIENDLY lab this is not the one to come to! Keep looking! It is not worth all the pain and tears you will have to take part in!

Absolutely zero concern for the needs of the customer.

I feel like I was pushed aside because either Im black or young but I was here long before others for A simple urine test and they took everyone before me and then left me sitting in the chair. I checked the sign in sheet and my name had been crossed off as if they had taken care of me already. I came on my lunch break and was first in line for urine test to ensure I would be back to work on time but I wasnt thanks to the service I received. Ill be traveling the extra miles and time to go to the Murrieta location where they treat everyone with the respect they deserve.

A lady with an attitude in the counter, greeting you saying “ is a long waiting you may want to go to the one in Wildomar “ ( me )response; how long ? The receptionist: “ couple of hours “ “ me; well it was hard to get here my mom is 89 . “ the lady at the counter was irritated by 8 people waiting and she told me “ well if you want to wait here all day go for it and sign at the kiosk. “ she didn’t even look at me, so I said ok I’ll wait!! 20 minutes later we get call to see the paperwork and by then there was 6 people waiting. Terrible service

They said they were slammed packed and it was just 5 people in here. Then they only call 1 person every 25 minutes. Do not come as a walkin.

Professional and courteous staff. Clients with appointments are seen on time. Walk-in wait time is reasonable. Technician was skilled and provided the lab task with care.

The receptionist with the glasses has no manners what so ever. Completely rude. Why are you gonna work with people if youre gonna be bitter. Sharpen your customer service skills or stay away from man kind.

Usually I get great service here, but today, july 15, 2014 i received the worse blood draw of my life. The employee, male approx. 45 yrs, no name tag, was so unsure of himself, very unprofessional and took many attempts to get blood and it was most painful draw . Highly recommend you dont use him.. I feel sorry very ill patients

How is this place still in business and why do Doctors have a deal with lab Corp

Showed up the the door was locked before their closing time.

They herd you in like cattle, and you have to draw blood next to other patients.They dont begin working here until an hour after they open. This is what happens when you spend every night clutching a wine glass.
