I freaking LOVE this place. My mother in law recommended that I come with her, but sometimes our schedules conflict and we never can together. So, this time I went on my own. From the outside, it appears like a little hole in the wall normal nail shop, but inside is beautiful, clean, fully staffed, and not to mention everyone in there is so kind! I did call in advance. I was greeted right away when I got there, my chair was ready, I was offered a beverage, and relaxed and enjoyed conversation with Ms.Hellen 🥰 We also watched the Seahawks game against the Titans! Too bad we lost…Anyways, then, I sat with Kevin who did my nails 💅 super fast, was clean and precise with his brush and acrylic application, and cleaned my nails up great. I also got glow in the dark ones 😍💅!!!!I cannot wait to come back in to weeks for a new color. Thanks for a wonderful experience T- Spa! 🥰

The manager was pleasant but the individual doing the pedicure made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Commenting on things like cant wait to get drunk this weekend and would you like it better if I spoke Vietnamese instead of English for an authentic experience? I didnt even know what to say..

My nail daddy is the owner. The workers do a great job. They even have wine. Their funny. Me and my family always get great treatment from them.

I had a wonderful and relaxing time there today. I had a deluxe pedicure with scrubs and a hot stone and oil massage. The manicurist was very gentle and he did a really good job with the whole pedicure. I also had a very beautiful gel manicure. I had a great experience today and I will definitely return.

All of the pedicure chairs were filled and social distancing was not practiced. The chairs were not cleaned after clients left them. For 2 regular pedicures and 1 color change on the hand it was $80. We were in and out in about 30 mins to include the time for the color change on the hand and then the move to the pedicure chairs. Take your shoes off sit in the chair get one foot wet quick wash then repeat. Quick rub with warm stones and a few light hand strokes a warm towel to wipe off the oil, color your nails wait 10 minutes for them to dry pay $80 and have a nice day. It was something that I could have done at home.

I’m very ocd with my nails and I always get the same natural pink set. I know that seems boring but they shape is what I really care about cause my finger is crooked on both hands. They always fix it to make it look straighter and I’ve had multiple staff do my nails on different occasions! Each one has a done a great job

Went in and the guy who did my nails hurried so much that the nails came out so trashy. They offered me to come back when I had more time to fix them so I did. When the lady was taking off the paint to fix my nails she cut me with the file thing 3 times! I dont get my nails done often but this was definitely my worst expirience 🥴

Ben is who I see when I go here. He and his wife Julie are so wonderful. Heck, all of the staff is wonderful. Very sweet and very understanding of what your preferences are. I wouldnt ever go any where else.

This place is awesome! I have never had any complaints. I ask for Helen every time. She is fast, gentle, funny, and goes above and beyond for me. But everyone there loves their customers and has a great time. They great you at the door like youre their best friend. Also, complimentary beverages (adult and not) are offered! I could stay there all day!

Wanted a fill and did not tell me i would have to do black due to having a powder ombre if i would have known i would have gotten a new set. Did not like quality this time as i always go here but no more I had to go to another nail salon and get them taken off and redone. Expensive day due to tspa poor equality

I went there for waxing my underarms and legs. Legs didn’t even get fully waxed. Underarms had wax all over them still. Not good at all. It was very rushed like she had something better to do. Left with wax all over my legs and underarms. And when tried to fix it she walked away and said I was done.

This place is a joke!!! Dont go! I wish I could give no star. I got my nails done here 3 days priar by Ben he did a full set (not even close to what I wanted) in 20 minutes. I called later to get my money back, and they told me they dont do that. So I went to get my nails fixed 3 days after and they fixed one!!!! The one that broke the day after I got them done. I asked 4 times to get them all fixed I said how much i hated them and the shape and length. I left with my one nail done and couldnt do it so I went back in upset Ben yelled at me in the store and followed me outside yelling at me while customers watched . Im livid... Im not sure what to do now

I have never been so in love with my nails before. The salon is clean, when I got my pedicure they opened the newly sterilized tools in front of me, and they also have more modern, well taken care of pedicure chairs that are absolutely amazing. Ben did my full set and not only did an outstanding job but was also very friendly, hilarious, and showed great passion for what he does. The staff as a whole are the sweetest as well. I’ve heard very great things about this salon and I’m so happy I went to go see it for myself, I’ve found my new go to place!

I had a pedicure today... my Wife dragged me there... but it honestly was a great experience! I had a relaxing pedicure done while my Wife had her nails done. Great massage chair and the lady doing my pedicure was very good at her job! Great service! Great experience!!

I was at this facility 3 weeks ago. My gel nails are still going strong and thats a first for me. The longest gel nails have ever lasted for me is 10 days. Im on day 23 with this nail job. Most friendly group of people Ive seen work in a salon. Funny, friendly, knowledgeable, quick. Thank you!

Do not recommend. Went in to get a full set, and was super disappointed. Nail tech jabbed into my nails with his own more than once to press down areas of the skin. Painful and not sanitary. The nails are super thick, they cut my cuticles multiple times, there are spots where they didnt get the polish (sides and ends) - overall result is NOT WORTH IT. Go somewhere else if you want nice looking nails and a nice experience.

Brought my girlfriend here for her birthday. Made an appointment. We sat outside waiting for 30 minutes and then were put in the chairs. Waited in chairs for 45 minutes before we decided to leave. I understand everyone is busy, but the staff can at least be nice enough to apologize for the wait. The woman seating everyone clearly has no customer service skills. We asked her to change the water temperature multiple times because it was scorching hot, and that was apparently an inconvenience to her. She felt the need to let everyone know that we had decided to leave by yelling it across the room. Would not recommend this place to everyone.

This place is absolutely amazing. They were so warm and welcoming. I had a blast with Hong who did an amazing job on my nails. The price for what was done was great too!10/10 would recommend

$53 for a full dip set and ended up with sore finger tips that are bright red and my polish all over my fingers. The pedicure by Kevin was decent but the atmosphere was super unprofessional. The owner (a male whom sits right in front) and Hannah were very loud and Inappropriate. I know some people like that “sh**” talk type of environment but I found it offensive and rude. The owner told his co worker that she looked like a “monkeys a**” without her eyebrows on. The conversation between both the owner and Hannah with their clients were outrageous and everyone could hear them.

The salon is beautiful and the staff is so nice! I’ve never had a bad experience here. My nail tech Hannah never fails to disappoint me I just tell her what colors I want and she works her magic and I love it every time! They keep me coming back 💅

My wife and I love this place. Its the only nail spot we go to. The prices are awesome, and the nails are to die for. Their nail techs work magic. I even decided my Halloween costume around my nails. The atmosphere is always light and fun.

I have been going there for a little while now, I’ve had no problems when my nails haven’t had any problems. I went in the other day after one of the new people had done my nails. I told them my nails were chipping and I needed them fixed. (I only had my nails for a day). They did my other services, but they didn’t fix the nails. I left forgetting I had to get my nail fixed. Now I wake up the next morning and now 2 more nails have cracked. The nails looked beautiful when I got them, but they didn’t hold up for 1-2 days after I got them done... this is the first time this has ever happened from this salon, but it’s not acceptable that it has happened in the first place.

So I have been going to T-Spa Lacey for several months now. I am EXTREMELY picky about how my nails are done and they have not let me down yet.I have had my nails done by Ben, Uncle (that’s what they call him 🙂) and a new lady from Puerto Rico. They have all done a great job. With regard to designs, Ben and Hannah have been the best!I went in to get a fill yesterday and wanted a Gay Pride design. I had found 3 that I liked. The new lady did my fill (very fast and good) then Hannah went over the designs with me making suggestions and tweaking things to make them unique and amazing (which I LOVE). Hannah is very upbeat and I truly believe she could make the Palace Guards at Buckingham Palace laugh!!All that being said, as always I had a fantastic experience and recommend them to even the pickiest patron.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed an a full set today an full pedicure. Spend over $100 in their shop on services today. The wait time was longer than any other nail shop I been to before! First they did my feet which was done fairly fast but well. Then as I wait for them to start my next service I am watching new customers walk in getting assistance immediately the services I asked for when I first arrived. So when I decide I had enough waiting I ask to pay for my feet an ask for the wait time for my hands to be done next the lady refuses to give me a actual wait time frame until I mention time, then she say 1 minute as if I haven’t been asking her for actual time in addition to the time I’ve been waiting for my services considering I was one of the first customers. So I decide to give them another chance to finish my services the lady begins my hands an in a rough way to take off my old set an becomes more gentle as I look at her... she still doing my nails an she receives a phone call to my knowledge she’s at work an wouldn’t answer the call but to my surprise she does an begins to have a full conversation on her phone while also doing my nails! Finally I get my eyebrows done I mention not to thin please toward my ends. She says okay an as she finishing up I notice her move my bangs to cover my face I don’t think much of it then, an I glance in the mirror the lights are bright so a glance makes everything looks fine. so I tipped 20$ to the lady an asked her to split it with the lady who did my feet. Once I get to the car an show my boyfriend he points out how shorter my wings are so I checked in his car mirror an see half my right eyebrow gone the one she used my bangs to cover!! If I could post a picture I would, just a fair warning if you go here an ask for services on a busy day for them an your on a schedule yourself expect the very least of professionalism an good service, won’t be back again!I have pictures waiting for approval see for yourself, an save yourself the heartache!

I wish I had just said something at the time, I feel he really wanted me to be happy with my nails. Thank you again!Original: The staff were very funny and joked around with me, it was a really fun atmosphere. My pedicure was awesome and looks nice. Im disappointed with my gel manicure. Too much top coat was used and it ran and pooled into the sides of my nails. I asked for a cobweb on my accent nail and it looks like horizontal blinds. I guess you have to know who can do nail art, they could have easily said they were not good at it. The cashier even laughed at it and then charged me for it.

I scheduled appointments for a friend and I. They pulled out their appointment book to tell us we werent on it. Now keep in mind the book was a mess and just looked like scribble. Even the receptionist said she couldnt read it. There was a name in my time slot with the same request as I had made when I made the appointments. I tried to explain that they must have my name wrong because its the same request. The manager said that it wasnt and asked if we can wait for an opening. It was already passed the initial appointment time so obviously this name that was written down was not showing up because it was MY APPOINTMENT. It just was disorganized and unprofessional and I DO NOT recommend going there.

It’s very clean! Uncle and Ben are great and really fun to talk to! Plus they did an AMAZING job on my friend’s and my nails! They are beautiful and we will definitely be going back!

The people there are very funny and personable, however, my nails look terrible. I brought a picture which they told me they could do. Then at the end I was told they had no rhinestones but 10 minutes later my daughters nails were all blinged out. The colors I picked were not the colors used. My middle finger looks like a fat cube. I’m very frustrated and its my birthday.

Ive been to a couple of other places, but this salon is the best by far. Julie does an amazing job and is lightning fast. She also does threading which I cant find anywhere else. They are always very friendly when you walk through the door and actually take an interest in the patrons instead of talking amongst themselves. Definitely my first choice when it comes to brows and nails! If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, I would;)

Went in about a week ago for a full set with my friend combined we spent roughly $150 on our nails. One of mine came off not even a week later. They offered to fix it. Now almost all of them are lifting and coming up. I dont have the time or gas to come back every 3 days for a fix. They were done really thick and not fully painted either. Just too pricey for something that cant outlast drugstore glue ons.

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon and I finally found one that I love! Everyone here is so nice and friendly. It was really busy but I only had to wait 10 minutes for a pedicure and they did an amazing job.

We got 2 full sets and a fill. They were in such a hurry it took just as long for 2 full sets as it did for a fill. My mom and our nails have no shape and were not properly painted due to him being in a hurry. We wanted to go back and get them fixed but didn’t want to be judged and make them worse. We will not be coming back due to caring more about money than spending time to do our nails right. The only nails that look good are my daughters who had the fill that she spent just as long as 2 full sets. If anything she should have been done first with just a fill. We got 2 full sets and a fill. They were in such a hurry it took just as long for 2 full sets as it did for a for a fill.

Me & my bestfriend go here together every 2 weeks. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly. The staff is hilarious & so nice. We always end up having a good laugh while were there! They do great work and always find a way to accommodate you even if theyre super busy. Also, Hannah does amazing nail art if youre looking for something fun & unique 💖 I definitely recommend this tspa to anyone!

Hands-down the worst place I have ever gotten my nails done at they messed my nails up and then she proceeded to yell at me because it’s not what I wanted she told me that she would not give me actual square because I had kids and she was nervous that I would scratch them my daughters toe got infected from this place From getting them done there. I had to drive to tumwater location for them to fix my nails rude every time get you in and out fast for a reason. Definitely not about the money it’s about the service of your not a regular there you don’t matter I guess

Been here long time and have only good thoughts about this salon. They are clean and very organized. They have liners for after every customer. They have great customer service and love all there customers. They are locally owned by a lovely lady named Julie. If you dont like something they will fix it. I LOVE this place.

I love this salon. The owners are very friendly and remember exactly how I like my nails. One time I had to pick my son up early from school and only had a little time and they made sure to have two people help me so I could get him on time. I would never go anywhere else. 💅👍

I was in the hospital a week before going into TSpa Nails on Martin Way, Lacey to get my acrylic nail fill. Hong complained that my nails were a week overdo which I was aware of due to my situation. She acted disgusted and said something in Vietnamese to Bennie the owner.I do not speak or understand Vietnamese.My bill came to $28.00 for my $20 fill and one repair which costs $3.00. I called Bennie and spoke to him about it. He told me she used a Gel nail polish coat and she talked to him about the condition of my nails. Bennie told me I AM LUCKY SHE DID NOT CHARGE ME $45.00! I did not request an extra $5.00 GEL coat. Bennie finally said he will take $5.00 off my bill the next time I come in to get my nails done.I did NOT understand Hong’s disgusted attitude OR Bennies disrespectful remark.This is America and I am old school. I am completely put off by anyone who acts like I am patronizing their business for professional services as a favor to myself when I am reaching into my wallet to pay them MY money for professional services!If TSpa Nail Salon wanted my business again they sure did NOT earn it!!!I recommend any other place than this place.

I will never go to another place again! Ben is the best and all of their staff is friendly and communicates with you very well to ensure you are getting what you want. They also make me feel pampered and take care of me. If I chip or break a nail Ben is always amazing and getting me in and taking care of anything I need.

Not happy at all. Have been there one other time and wasnt happy but thought Id give them another try. And.... It was worse. The nail polish literally peeled off!! This was after 3 days!!! Went and they said they fixed and same thing happened!!! They slam it or and do a sloppy job!!! Not for me!!!!!!!!

Worth driving from Tacoma. Very spacious and accommodating for customers needs. Staff very friendly and the smell of the acrylic isnt overbearing at all. Very clean. Forgot to mention my eyebrows. I normally get them threaded, however my eyebrows are lit💜
