This was my 5th time going here and I could not be happier with my overall experience with this salon. Everyone is super friendly, they always get me in even if I don’t have an appointment and they always work with me to give me what I want. I almost always get Anna and she always does an amazing job and is so easy to talk to. I am usually obsessed with my nails when I leave but I’m extra obsessed this time. I love them! ❤️

Went in today as a walk in with no other customers waiting with a picture of design. It was my first acrylic appt ever, but after weeks of research on acrylic, Im certain what they are supposed to look like as well as the process to how to achieve, as well as having a photo in hand.Coming into the salon I was Sat down immediately and showed the technician what I wanted. The ONLY differences from the photo was glossy instead of matte and for something a little extra ie. Jewels or glitter.After my appt I was overall disappointed with the outcome. Jewels not straight. Colors not done well. And very simple design not done well AT ALL. Looking at the photo desired and what was achieved, very obviously different. As well as simply leaving with nail polish on my fingers and back of handsDisclaimer :Im well aware that Im not good at speaking up at time of appt for things bc I know its not the absolute end of the world, but for sense of artistry and pride in work to absolutely execute what is obviously not spot on, is why I share this. I wouldnt be going back again.

Update: Ive now been coming for 17 years. I still absolutely recommend Cute Nails.I have been going to Cute Nails since I moved to this area five years ago. Vivian and her staff are wonderful.I get my nails done all the time and pedicures several times a year. They love it when I bring in my 3-y-o daughter to get her toes done, too.I suggest Cute Nails to everyone I know.

Hardly spoke to me. Was very rough and hurt me more than once. Didnt rinse all the gel off my legs. Cut my nails too short

Lori is WONDERFUL! She stayed an hour past closing to finish my nails, didnt rush. Listened to my requests, very polite, my nails are beautiful. Ive tried so many salons in the Oly/ Lacey area over the past couple years, this is one of the best fills Ive had. Strongly recommend!!!

They are AMAZING! Theyre very thorough and want to make sure you get EXACTLY what you want. I also brought my baby with me, he started fussing but one of the workers were nice enough to hold him while I was getting my nails done! The ladies there are so nice and make it such an awesome atmosphere to be in!

I was very disappointed with this place! I have been coming here off and on for 6+ years. I went back three weeks ago and Jennifer, (who was my main person), was not in. I wanted to get both manicure and pedicure and regular french tip today and since Jennifer (my main person) wasnt in and since I have been coming here for so long, I decided to let someone else work on me instead. I specifically told the girl who was doing my nails that I wanted a manicure, a pedicure, and a regular french tip. She did not gave me regular French tip but she did the gel and charged me for that. A service I refused at the beginning. I have repeatedly telling her regular French tip about 3 or 4 times because the she kept asking me, gel or regular? Meaning do you want gel French tip or regular French tip and each and everytime she would ask, I would repeat regular French tip, please. Anyways long story short, she gave me gel French tip and charged me for it. Also my gel French tip last me only 3 days! The polish started to flake off on both my finger nails and toe nails. I was very disappointed because I trusted them to take care of me and honor my request. This lady didnt just ripped me off but did a horrible job on something that is supposed to last for a month, instead it lasted me 3 days! I paid her a lot of money plus $10.00 in tip! I will never return to this place ever again! Its so sad to see that there are people out there that will do anything for a little extra money!!!

Being a senior and not very flexible it was becoming harder for me to properly maintain my feet. I was given a gift card for my birthday about 6 years ago and it was the best thing ever. Even though Im no longer working and standing for long stretches of time I still go every 2 weeks for my pedicure. These ladies are the best and very professional as well as friendly.

The nail tech shaped my acrylic beautifully and painted the hand painted design beautifully...but I had them done 2.5 days ago, and the ends are wearing off on half of my nails. Its worth mentioning that Im gentle with my hands, use gloves if Im cleaning, and Ive never had a problem of salon polish wearing off this quickly. Why pay a salon to paint nails that wont even last a week? ... Let alone 3 full days.

I have thin nails naturally and came in with my previous set of acrylics half removed. The previous set had a lot of bubbles and clouds in them and had been trying to separate. Lori took a lot of time on me and was very detail oriented. Lori saved my hands! I feel so much better now and my gel nails look fantastic!

I just recently moved to Washington 3 months ago and I havent had my eyebrows done since before I moved to WA and I been super busy and havent had the time to get my brows done in 3 months and they were awful and uneven after 3 months of NO care! I finally got the guts to try a new place to get them waxed and I am glad that I chose this place! My eyebrows are look better than what they did and a lot more cleaner looking too!! Ill be back for my next waxing!Very affordable too! Only 8 dollars to get eyebrows waxed!

Didnt have a appointment and they still took me in. They were so sweet an my nails came out amazing. I most definitely am hard to please when it comes to my nails and they blew me out of the water. I will most definitely be coming back!

The crosstalk of the employees and facial expressions might make you uncomfortable. My nail stylist didnt say a word other than what color you want and seemed to complain to her co-workers the whole time. Pretty terrible customer service and Ill look elsewhere for a cheaper, friendlier gel Mani and pedi experience

I popped in because I always see the place not so busy. For me that is a treat. Yeah they arent busy for a reason. The pedi was awful. It was like nothing was done except slapping some paint on the nails after a soak. The GEL POLISH came off in two days on my nails. Sucked. Wont recommend.
