I love Postal Annex! Nina is the best and goes out of her way to find the best and least expensive way to ship packages. I never worry when mailing from here! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. 🌟🌟🌟

Came in to drop a package off after 1 pm and to my surprise it was closed! You need to update your listing as we live in the digital age and this is extremely important to your patrons.

Great place to drop off packages. Never had any issue with items being misplaced. Staff is always very courteous. The pricing on supplies is a bit high, but Im sure that is beyond their control.

Nina the manager is so rude and disrespectful does not care about the customers, I was trying to explain something to her and right away she starts moving her hand in the air saying I dont want to hear all that and also told me I looked crazy walking in with a open package thats not sealed yet .... she did seal it for me but with a bad attitude that was not even necessary.....its already going on two weeks and my package is not even in the system yet!

Ive never had a problem with any of the staff. The younger assistants dont always know their stuff, but Ive always found everyone including the owner very polite. Its my go to drop off location and I get all the tracking numbers emailed to me.

The employee I dealt with was polite, but that’s the only good thing I could say about this place. I paid over a dollar to print one black and white shipping label. They didn’t have the box I needed and then wouldn’t accept a credit or debit card as payment. I refuse to do business with companies they won’t accept card payments in 2019. I don’t carry cash and I don’t plan on starting now. This is another example of a small business that doesn’t want my business. I even offer to pay a fee for the card payment and the employee flatly repeated that I couldn’t pay with a card unless I spent more money. I won’t be back.

My husband paid for a PO Box here on February 8th. It is April 2nd and we do not have keys. I called and asked for a refund and it was refused. We had previously gone in 3 different times to get keys and they were never ready. The owner told me not to come back until she called us. Now she says she did not say that (calling me a liar, I guess - but I know what I heard!). I would not use this facility for a PO Box.

I gave 1 stars because some employees are nice. The younger people working behind the counter are polite and helpful. It is the other lady who owns it or who manages the store. She is extremely rude, abrupt and simply mean. I will never return to this store. If it was just her, I would give the store a negative store. This is not a single instance. Twice she was simply rude for no reason. This store is 1 mile from my house; however, I will several extra miles to another store just to avoid that rude lady.

I will never do business with this store ever again. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service and I have never been so appalled before by a managers/owners actions. The website advertises that they offer printing services, but I would not trust them with any printing needs. The associate helping me was unfamiliar with how to print invites. He provided me a black and white 8x10 sample which is not a sample since I needed it printed in color and 5x7. The color sample that he provided was of VERY poor quality and was incredibly pixelated. (This is due to the low quality printer used.) When I stated that I was not going to get them printed at this store, the manager/owner then rang me up for ~$1.70 for the SAMPLES and would not accept my form of payment. She then caused a huge scene in front of other customers raising her voice stating that if I wasnt going to pay, then I just needed to say that I wasnt going to pay. I am absolutely disgusted with the actions of this individual and with the fact that they advertise that they offer printing services.

Everyone here is so nice, I just hate that their hours arent posted online correctly. Everytime I drive out here to mail something they are closed. Saturdays they close at 2pm...not 4pm like it says above. I requested an edit so hopefully they fix it.

The staff isnt helpful. The store is dirty, run down, and extremely unorganized. I left feeling extremely worried that my mail would end up making it to where it needed to go. I watched as several people walked in with outgoing mail, and the lady at the counter told them to set it on the floor by the door. Extremely unprofessional. Also, Im used to having a shipping label printed when I use Post Annex, this time they handed me a sharpie and told me to write it on the bag. The manager is extremely rude and obnoxious. Ive used the postal annex on Rayford Rd. and it blows this one out of the water! Its a shame they have to share the name when they are such different establishments.

Ok so ive shipped many packages here. I still do and still will being that this is the closest and fastest option to my house. Ive sent mutliple packages out and have had typos on the address a few times. Ive also had the wrong names put down and have had to call multiple times to get my tracking sent to my email. I really dont like posting reviews but its getting to the point that im getting angry. In order to have my buisness run smoothly I need my shipments to be correct. Its just adding to a hassle on my end. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I just wish they would take the proper steps to make sure the information is correct
