We had a large Yellowjacket nest in our exterior wall of our home. They came out quickly to assess and address the issue and came back several times to spray again and make sure nest was gone, even after yellowjackets made several new entry points. I appreciated his thoroughness and his follow up. I never had to message him first, he always messaged to check on activity for the day. With two small kids at home and yellowjackets starting to make their way inside I was very grateful for someone who took time to assess issues inside and outside.

Bryan went absolutely above and beyond for us. He was sure to follow up numerous times and, where I work night shift, he was always sure to communicate with his findings and his next follow up. Very professional, personable, and polite. Couldn’t be happier with him and recommend him to anyone and everyone.

We hired Epituer to help with a remodel project home we bought that had been empty 3 years prior to purchase. Needless to say, the bugs were well established. Bryan responded quickly to my request for a quote and came out for a thorough inspection and assessment of the situation. He presented a very reasonably priced plan of action and went right to work that same week! We received weekly check ins via text and he even had us keep a “sightings log” for progress. The next several months included weekly treatments until things were under control and all for no increase to the original price. First of all Bryan has a degree in Entomology. (Most other companies only hire and train technicians.) He is extremely knowledgeable and really knows how to solve any problems with pests. Bryan answered back within an hour and was at my house by mid afternoon for the assessment (the insects were yellowjackets). He gave upfront pricing that was very reasonable. The service took almost no time and Bryan was very professional, even offering to come back and reassess in ~36 hours and reapply treatment if there were lingering yellowjackets.
