I was very happy to find this new sports clip location in Naples. Apparently they are under different ownership from the other locations and offer a reduced Sr. haircut fee. The other locations in Naples I have been to don’t offer it when I asked. I’m from Northern Virginia where they offer a senior citizen discount, so I was a bit disappointed when I visited a couple of the sports clip locations here and they did not offer the senior citizen discount. Very nice staff and a great haircut! So you senior gents who are not getting a reduced cost at the other locations should consider North Naples!

The manager of this store is a gem and she runs a professional, friendly, fun and fair business. Her HONESTY about the business and her own life is refreshing and she did an amazing job cutting my hair - QUICKLY. When the online reservation system was hiccuping and purging random people from the que she managed the situation with humility, grace and humor while being the only staff at the time. I will definitely return.

LO is very nice person, she is detailed orientated. Cleaning and safety precautions are well maintained.

I have an 8 year old son with special needs. Sometimes getting a haircut is a major event. LA made my son feel special from the beginning. He asks A LOT of questions due to severe anxiety. She was patient, answered his questions and before my eyes my son was having a full blown conversation. I have always been a fan of Sportclips, their service and skill are great, but the main reason I went was because of the stylist LA, she used to work at the location at pine ridge and goodlette which is closer to my home but when I saw sh3 was now at 41 and Immokalee that is the location I will be going to from now on

This facility is very clean. In todays environment this is very important. Prior to going to Sport Clips I went to a competing shop and received the worst hair cut of my life. I had to go home and reshape the cut I received. For my next hair cut I decided to try Sport Clips. As a result of the bad hair cut I had received previously, I was very apprehensive and was very specific as to what I was expecting in a hair cut. Fortunately, Sarah was the stylist who cut my hair. She is friendly and upbeat and most importantly she does a great job. Each time I need a hair cut I always ask for her. I have noticed that the other stylists do a good job. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a good hair cut.

I just want to say that I received a haircut from Jen Z this past week and the friendless of the staff, the cleanliness of the salon(which is hard to come by now of days) and the price were great. My partner was getting a hair cut and the time and quality she took for his, I decided to get mine done. I am so glad I got mine done also. I would suggest anyone to go there and try it out. You will love the atmosphere and the employees.

I received an excellent haircut from Lily, who is at the Naples location. I also received the VIP treatment, which included a hair wash, hot towel facial massage and a shoulder massage. I didnt want to go home, but I needed to show off my great haircut.

Showed up at 430 and I was advised that even though they close at 5 they were not taking any more customers, two weeks ago I came and the salon was closing in ten minutes and I was turned down. I dont know why I I even came back here. Last time that I am coming back. Terrible attitude and bad customer service. One less customer.

Lo cut my hair at the Immokalee/41 store. She is the manager and has many years of experience. She also cuts my son’s hair and was as friendly and professional with him as with me. Highly recommended.
