My exterminator was Brian. He was both down to earth in personality, and professional in his job at the same time. He is a great conversationalist and good at his duties. Its rare I need an exterminator to begin with, but he levels with you in personality and does his actual job well. I recommend this company and Brian personally

Previously reviewed them as 5 stars, but had to move to another service based on my recent experience with Russell’s. At my previous residence everything seemed fine, they even put a sentricon system around my outbuilding. The first red flag was when I put the house up for sale. Then inspector said the Sentricon system looked like it hadn’t been treated for a long time. That was weird because Russell’s said (and I paid for) that they treated it just weeks before the inspector came. But the real fun came when I moved and tried to transfer my service to another house. For weeks they called looking for a credit card, but I was always tied up and couldn’t answer. Finally I was able to call them and give them a card no problem, and get on the schedule. The tech was scheduled to be there on a certain day and cancelled at the last minute. Showed up a week later. Was there for 10 minutes. I looked at the invoice after he left and it said he came inside to treat the house, which he never did. Also, I have an outbuilding which was not addressed either. I contacted them and they said they’d been trying to email and call me, but the number didn’t work. That’s weird, they’d been calling me for weeks looking for a credit card and suddenly can’t get a hold of me. Also, no emails from the technician as they stated. After a few more terse emails from the office staff trying to explain what happened, I decided there were way too many red flags to continue. Moved to another service which so far has been 1000% more transparent and thorough. Hope this helps your decision.

Russell’s provided a timely service. All of their associates were helpful and very knowledgeable. Just had our first check up to see if there were still signs of infestation. Very systematic inspection. If you have a problem with bedbugs, ( I know! Ugh! ) do not waste time looking for any other exterminators. Russell’s gets the job done! They use the only prescribed treatment to eliminate these awful bugs!

Service is fantastic. Just please dont knock on my door earlier than 10:00 AM. I dont sleep well, so many days I sleep later in the morning. I trust you to do your job as well as its been done every time so you dont need to tell me what you did. If I have any issues, I will call and report them.Im not being upset or rude. I do not recommend this company at all. They will 100% take advantage of you. We have squirrels. We hired this company to come out and take care of our squirrel problem. We paid half up front and was told that we would pay half at the end of the job. We were told that the tech would do an initial inspection inside both units and then set up traps, patch some holes, and we had high hopes. We were also told that the outdoor traps would be set up for 3-5 days to ensure the squirrels get out. The tech came out the first day on short notice and we didnt have our gate unlocked for him to do work, so I went home on lunch to open it for him and he never came back that day due to bad weather. He came back the next day and put spray foam over a hole (which our landlords were not happy about) on our back patio. Thats all the work we could see done. He came back the next day and thats the final day we saw him on our cameras. Apparently he patched a hole (not on our immediate roofline), did the back patio hole, and set up an outside trap (not on our immediate roofline) for a day, and removed it the next. Charged our card the second half, and thats it. No other work was done. No tech set inside traps or did an inspection on our units inside. No one communicated to see if we were having problems or to tell us that their work was done. Now we are out of money and the sales rep is telling us you live in a shared roofline HOA. You probably just need to take it up with the HOA.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Ridiculous amount of money for horrible customer service and work.

Brice was early for our appointment. He was EXTREMELY polite, and very informative. He listen to our concerns, answered all the questions, when he was finished he ask if we had any other questions or needs. Brice was the reason we signed for an annual program.

Very happy with the service. Some of our properties had cockroaches. Russels was able to get to the root of the issue and get rid of the roaches. They know where to look and how to treat. They are responsive and keep me informed about the properties and conditions.

I called them because I found (by accident) a yellow jacket nest in my yard. They were quick to get here and offered me an amazing deal to use their services for the next year! He arrived on time, explained what all he was going to do, answered all my questions and followed up before he left. I was also told if the yellow jackets arent gone in less than a week or if I see any other critters he treated for, to just call them back prior to my next visit in 3 months. Very happy new customer.

Justin is always on time and very professional. He always lets me know if he sees an issue. He always takes care of any problems or issues that may come up with our compost control. He is our exterminator for our Chapman Hwy location as well as our Sevierville location. We have had a few guys from Russells and Justin is by far the best!

This place was great, right up until they had to actually come out and do additional work. Had bees move in and it clearly states right on their website that they deal with bee infestation but apparently not. Not calling them liars but they arent truthers.

After several failed attempts by us to kill unidentified, millimeter sized bugs we called Russell’s. Turns out they were carpet beetles. Within a few days Jake came out to inspect the situation and began working the problem which required backup (Brian). They teamed up to create an effective plan right away that is working. The staff is friendly as well and the whole company is super responsive. We would definitely recommend them for their customer service, professionalism, and of course pest control.

We have quarterly service for our home and wouldnt trust anyone else. Our service tech, Josh is great. He takes pride in his job and treat us like a family member. We look forward to his visit. He looks out for us and our dog, Toby. Would have to give them outstanding on everything they do.

I used them for 3 services to get rid of a flea problem and did all the things they told me to do vacuumed like crazy every single day and I still have an on going problem will be contacting someone else for my future services to hopefully resolve the problem. Very disappointed after paying over 200$ to get this service done! Considering it only took the bug guy like not even five minutes to spray my upstairs and down stairs and then said the last time he sprayed his can malfunctioned without even telling me and charging me again.

Both the Salesman and the tech that came to my house were professional and thorough. My pest control problem was ants around my shed. I opted for the once a year treatment @ $250, because the pest problem was localized (shed). The tech came out and thoroughly sprayed around the whole shed interior and exterior and the exterior of the house. Two weeks later the ants were right where I had originally saw them. I left several messages with the receptionist about the situation. Brian returned my call yesterday and said for a tech to come back out to retreat (for the same thing) would be an additional $75. I told him I would have to choose another pest control company. That is the reason for only 3 stars.I paid for a one time treatment $250, no results. NO THANK YOU, RUSSELLS PEST CONTROL!

First time needing pest control due to issue with gnats in my home. Technician came out and did a thorough inspection (so sorry that I did not write his name down). He was honest and open about what he thought was going on and didnt try to sell me a product or service that I did not need. I greatly appreciate that! Will definitely call them again if I need their services and would highly recommend for their thoroughness and honesty!

Friendly customer service getting a scheduled date for pest control. The confirmation of time that worked best for my schedule was seamless.The technician that came out to spray was friendly and did the job efficiently.The only item which prevent this from being a higher score for a review is that when the tech came into my house to spray he did not wear booties on his shoes or take his shoes off. He also walked over my daughters play mat where she crawls and plays. I was irritated by this fact and dont feel comfortable inviting the tech back into my home to spray.

Theres a number of Pest Control Businesses out there. Russells Pest Control is the only way to go. I had the most embarrassing of pests, Bed Bugs! You think if you clean enough, wash enough, sterilize enough youll get rid of them or at least get them under some type of control. Nope! Wont happen. I dont know how this happened, it just did. Its a nightmare! I tried EVERYTHING from home remedies, to ALL the suggestions on the Internet! Absolutely nothing works. Especially the expensive over the counter sprays that almost guarantee itll fix your problem. It wont. You must call a Professional. Trust me, it will save you so much money in the end. I called Russells Pest Control because of their good reputation. They did not fail. They delivered as promised!! The Representative that first came out was Mark. He was very professional, courteous, caring and straight to the point. Which is a great, because I was at wits end. He set a date for the team to come out. Everything Mark told me to expect from the crew came to pass exactly. The crew was on time. They quoted a time for the procedure, and sure enough, everything went off without a hitch. Mike, James and another really sweet guy, (with 4 kids) were the crew. They went over and beyond to make sure I would never see a filthy bed bug in my life again. Thank you guys! Youre the best!

He was really professional, answered all my questions and reached out to others to help me on a situation we were having in another office. Definitely recommend.

The mechanics showed up to do the inspection install the termite traps to protect my house. They did an excellent job but they accidentally hit a ground wire knocking out my A/C unit. I couldnt figure out what happened while they were on site so I followed up with the district manager to cover the expense. It was taking a long time so the DM decided to give me a gift card to cover the expense so that he could get this resolved as quickly as possible. I am impressed with the level of customer service I received and will remain a lifetime customer because of their professionalism.

I paid in full for a service in June and we are still waiting for this company to complete what they promised. We had to contact them several times over the last few months for them to order and install a grate and they just kept forgetting. They were supposed to set up a bluetooth connected dehumidifying system. We paid for it in June but they never came back as promised to set it up so its useless. Weve asked (via email) several times and it still isnt done and its November. I regret choosing this company. Im so disappointed in their customer service and professionalism.

I have used Russells Pest Control for several years now. They have kept ants and spiders out of our house completely, without using chemicals inside our home for the most part. If we do see some insects inside, they immediately come and treat the outside at no extra charge. We find our technician James to be especially knowledgeable and a professional.

I called Russell‘s pest control because of the bug problem in my kitchen. The man who I talk to you over the phone explained the service that I could do and the office lady took my information and both were very professional and very nice.The person who came to my house was named Austin. He was very professional and more importantly to me it was very educational on what I needed to look out for. He also offered to go ahead and treat my whole house and not just the location where the bags are. He went above and beyond on the service and was just a kind person that provided a lot of information and told me some tricks of why raid wasn’t working for us and also a couple of other issues that I could do to help prevent any future problems. They explained my future service and I am definitely going to recommend this company and they’re wonderful service. It just goes along way when they’re all so nice and explains things.

I called was asked questions and discovered what would work for my needs, and concerns and was scheduled for the initial service. Service person Josh was on time explained everything to me along with another young man Cody who also explained the termite service I was having installed around the property. Both very professional, timely and explained everything answered all my questions and informed me how my service visits would take place going forward. I would recommend these young men and the company. No complaints.

If we have an issue, we can always call them and get same-day service; however, the pest control is so complete, we have rarely had to call back for help. Justin is always friendly, professional, and is great at his job. If you need pest control, I would not hesitate to 100% recommend Russells. 5 STARS!!I cannot say enough great things about Justin. We are a large community of elderly residents and when we have an issue, they always give us same-day service. Justin is friendly, hardworking, and most of all very professional. We wouldnt use anyone but Russells for our pest control. 5 STARS!

No ladder. No access to roof. No access or concern about entry points in attic. $200 to spray(?) No concern about actual pest control. Tracked mud all over the inside of my home. Probably good folks. Rip off artists though. Cant tell a paper wasp from a yellow jacket. Prove me wrong. Or are you just a glorified can of Raid/Black Flag?

Once a year I send a check. Once a year they insPect. They are always well mannered and go about their work without delay.

They did a thorough job. We had 3 huge yellow jacket nests that had been there since spring. One of them located deep in a retaining wall built out of railroad ties that is old. I have 5 kids and we could enjoy our yard, play basketball, use the trampoline or do yardwork. M y daughter was stung on her face and my son qnd myself stung several times while attempting yard work. I tried several methods I fs to kill hhem myself without complete success.Micheal came out. Put on his bee suit and applied the chemical through the wand deep into the nests and with one application these yellow jackets are gone. We now now have our yard back and can enjoy it as a family. Very happy with their service and we joined their quarterly an since we get so many spiders, bugs, and yellow jackets and paper wasps.

We have monthly maintenance. They are dependable and on time every month. You can call outside your regular monthly maintenance and they will come and address your problem.Took care of an ant issue we had because of rose bushes being to close to the building.Very professional. Highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to provide outstanding service.

James Surrette was my service specialist today. He did a very thorough job on the perimeter and dealt with spiderwebs and an ant issue. He was friendly, professional and helpful.
