They kept us advised of the arrival time, was extremely knowledgeable about the trade, and gave us a full description of the service before beginning and in a manner that was understandable. Answered all of our questions and gave us a summary of the observations after the service.The technicians demeanor was friendly yet professional and confident.Overall my wife and I are very pleased and feel good about having selected this company.

This company is a joke. I called multiple times, and no one came out to even inspect my home. Than I was told that I didnt even need an inspection. All I wanted was service, but this company gives you the run round. Highly do not recommend this company to anyone!!!

This company is awesome. They took care of a ground hornet nest and I signed up for the quarterly service. Hornets are gone and so are the wasps and spiders and ants. Thank you for delivering exactly what was promised.

They come spray our yard once every 3 months and our house is bug free

I never knew what buying a foreclosure home entailed. Spiders spider and more spiders!! It was gonna be my house or theirs. I tried killing them spending a fortune.Then one day I got a call from Cooks Pest Control. Yes another solicitor, Im thinking just hang up.. Im so thankful I didnt. They come once a month, The price is affordable as well. I always know when they are coming. I get a text asking if that’s convenient for me. Then I get an email telling me what was done. A ticket is left on my door. Its always my regular exterminator, Steve. He cleans any wasp nest down, cobwebs, even talks to the animals! If I could only get him to do windows!! Im not an employee of Cooks Pest Control. We feel that we have gotten excellent service from them. Our Sentricon stations are examined very six months, even though this only needs to be done annually. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and polite. The technician even fixed our dryer vent for us when in our crawl space!

Been with them for 6 years. Needed emergency service for my elderly mother-in-law. They sent a sales guy. Promised same day service over the phone then didnt show up. When I called to check on their status I was informed they werent coming because I wasnt interested in the monthly service even though I agreed to pay $135 for the emergency service. When I complained that they didnt bother to let me know they werent coming so I could make other arrangements they simply hung up the phone. Turns out my 6 years of being a good customer is just a number in their computer that is easily replaced. Sad that they are no longer a small local business.

These people do not have their stuff together at all! From the first call all we had was scheduling issues, then they still showed up on the wrong day! And now its winter, we have more ants then we do in the summer! Waste of money!

Horrible. When you cancel termite service, which costs hundreds to install, they pull out the rods so they can charge you for installation again if you decide to sign back up. They also messed up my billing 3 times.

Horrible service...had great service with one technician, since he retired, they cannot keep anyone...speaks volumes about the company.

The office location is at a major T-intersection on Middlebrook, but its pretty easy to spot and pull-in and -out of if you are going east-bound.
