After watching a video on how clean Toi nail spa was I decided to get my nails done there. On 12 JUL I visited the Wellington/RPB location. I’m an active duty Soldier (on leave) preparing to move to Germany so I was being mindful of what I got on my nails. I had lots of questions about the different services and the receptionist couldn’t really answer them. In the end a male tech came up and helped me make the decision to get dip nails.I must say I was disappointed to see that Toi nail salon does not use new items on each client as advertised in the video I watched. They used the same file on me as they use on everyone else. From what I could tell the tools were sterile in the package but I was not shown the sterile identifier as displayed in the video. In the end my nails turned out really nice but I decided I wasn’t going back their because of the receptionist and the false advertisement which is why I decided to give this salon a try in the first place.Fast forward to the evening of 19 JUL, I start to feel pain in my left middle finger nail. Through the night the pain changes to throbbing and when I woke up my finger was slightly swollen, itching, felt pressured, and it hurt if touched. For the next two days I had discomfort but it was lessening. I didn’t have any injury to my nail so I was confused as to why my nail was still hurting. Finally, I decided to remove the dip to see what was going on with my nail.It makes sense now, my nail is infected. After getting dip nails done at Toi nail spa my left middle finger has a fungus. Photos attached are of the damage, and condition of my nails 10 days later. I included a photo of my nails prior to getting them done to show that this was not on my nails before, also a photo of the removed nail to show I didn’t break my nail or have some other damage that cause this infection.I am not a doctor but upon researching my symptoms my conclusion is that this is in fact an infection caused by the nail service provided to me at Toi nail Salon.I never write reviews but after this experience I just had to. I paid $50 (photo attached) for this kind of service. I DO NOT recommend Toi nail salon and I will never go there again.

The manager is very unprofessional. The services are expensive to begin with but I really did enjoy using this nail salon and had not had any initial problems and was always satisfied until today. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to go see them. I was going to be 10 minutes late today due to traffic, they called letting me know when I was less than five minutes away that I could no longer have my appointment. The manager then hopped on the line and proceeded to tell me that they drive 30 minutes to get to work and plan accordingly, which was unprofessional and rude. I then get an email stating for my no-show appointment I will now have to provide 25% down for appointments. This salon is rude and just outright unprofessional. Wasted my time and efforts in researching this salon only to be disappointed in how they handled my situation.

Tell me if you would pay $ 65 to have this done on your nails, I usually come to this place and it bothers to see that they play with your money and your time !! I got to the house and when I entered with the light off I noticed that my nails are blooming, also they did not remove the acrylic that I had underneath correctly and it looks super thick ...

Toi Spa Wellington is my go-to salon. Friendly and talented staff, clean, relaxing, an aesthetically pleasing environment. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I always feel relaxed and pampered when I leave. I have seen a majority of the techs here. Vincent is the tech who did these nails in the picture and I enjoy seeing him for my ombre nails and thorough pedicures. My big toes need a lil extra TLC and he knows exactly how to clean them up preventing me for getting ingrown toe nails. I work on my feet. Thanks!!

Had a great first visit! My stylist, Kayla (hope I spelled her name correctly!) was FANTASTIC! She did an amazing job on my 4th of July nail design. The business is very clean and has a great atmosphere! I will definitely go back and request Kayla. I would recommend booking an appointment in advance and please note tipping is cash only.

I have been to Toi Nails 4 times now and would give it a 3 star review.Pros: Technicians are friendly and are skilled at what they do. Of my four visits I did not have someone give me a bad pedicure or do my nails poorly and they did last a full 2 weeks before my next appointment. It is also very easy to schedule appointments online.Cons: The biggest thing is cost. This place charges around 25-30% more than the other reputable nail salons in the area and has many undiscernible $10 Addon charges that appear on receipt post payment. Additionally, they only allow for tipping in cash or directly to the techs Venmo/Zelle, which tells me this is a business that is trying to evade income taxation. Although I’m not the Tax Police, and it isn’t my job to enforce federal and state tax law, I also don’t wish to be a party to tax evasion. Its obviously a very busy and successful business and they should cooperate with tax laws accordingly. Lastly, technicians (while very nice) are very pushy about what style you get and will challenge you about what they believe will and will not look good on you.Cost Examples:Chin Wax: $10 ($6-8 at reputable competitors)Brow and Lip Wax: $24 ($15-$18 at reputable competitors)Gel Addon for Pedicure: $18 ($15 at reputable competitors)Acrylic Full Set with Tips and Gel Top Coat: $65 ($45 at reputable competitors)Acrylic Full Set with Tips (no gel): $47 ($35 at reputable competitors)Nontraditional Shape (anything not square): $5 I was charged this for both Coffin and Almond shaped nails. The cost difference and so many additional charges for things (tips, shape, etc.) is a big turn off. Id rather pocket that extra money and spend it on other things I enjoy.

I booked with Vincent and he does a FANTASTIC job! I did the nextgen dip powder and All my nails are evenly shaped and not thick the way I like it! He makes sure to give you exactly what you ask for. I highly recommend Vincent he is the best nail tech Ive had.

I’ve been living here for 2 years now and up until today I have not found MY nail place! Today I had an appointment at Toi. They were on time, they were very friendly and welcoming, my nail tech actually talked to me, the place was immaculate and I had the best manicure and pedicure that I’ve had in years! I was finally happy with my experience. I will definitely be going back!

I am in LOVE with Toi Spa Wellington!! My nail tech June is the best ever!! Its relaxing and everyone is always very nice especially Lin at the front desk! I would highly recommend coming here... you wont be disappointed!! I should know Ive been to many horrible techs!!

I am new to the area and called to make an appointment and even expressed that over the phone. I arrived and the front desk young lady barely greeted me and gave me no information on what colors I could choose from. I of course observed color options hanging on the wall and just grabbed them myself and figured it out on my own. Then a young lady came up front to take me to the back and started my pedicure, she was very polite and did a good job on my pedicure but got up when she was done and said she would be back in a minute. I observed her go over to what looked like one of her regulars and started giving her a pedicure and did not come back to me. Another young lady came up to me a minute later to tell me she would be taking care of my dip for my nails. I found this a little poor in the customer service department, the first young lady could have communicated to me that someone else would be taking care of my dip on my nails. The young lady that did the dip on my nails did a good job but she seemed pretty rushed. I went up to the front to pay for my services and was standing at the desk to pay and the same young lady at the front desk was there and barely acknowledged I was standing there. I said may I please pay for my services. I noticed right before paying that there was a sign at the front desk that stated gratuity in cash only. I mentioned to the front desk young lady that wish I had known prior to my appointment that I needed cash only for the gratuity. She didn’t even acknowledge that I said that and proceeded to say if I had Zelle I could tip my nail techs that way and handed me two different pieces of paper with two different names as I had two different nail techs. I had to add both to Zelle just to tip. I have no problem bringing cash for the tip but would have been great to have that information when I called to make the appointment. Then I got my receipt and noticed that there is a $2 add on charge for COVID. Completely understandable if you let customers know ahead of time but especially a first time customer. My nails were done well and the salon was clean but will simply not go back as they are definitely lacking in the customer service department. I don’t normally leave reviews, if I don’t like it I just don’t go back but I’ve gotten tired of spending hard earned money on services and getting subpar service. Some businesses just don’t seem to care. Pretty disappointing. 4 stars for my nails but 1 star for customer service.

I always love coming here. I dont do it often enough and every time I come I want to kick myself for not doing so. I come in feeling blah and leave feeling glamorized even with just basic basic treatments. It is the little things and details that each employee do for you.The hot towel wrap on your feet feels so good and the way I get them massage makes me feel special. Urgh I need to do this more often.Actually 2 years ago I got my first eyebrow tinted here and I fell in love with myself tehehe. I need to do this again because golly this sister doesnt have much brows.What I like is that the work area gets cleaned down often even while they are working on you and this makes me relaxed as I know infection wont happen. You get tea or coffee if you want and also fruit infused water. Price is low for what you get

Worst experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon. i asked for an experienced younger female technician and the receptionist set me up with a woman who’s only been doing nails for 1 year and had no idea how to even take gel nail polish off of toes! she picked at my toes for an hour before finally getting someone who was more experienced to take them off in 10 minutes, and the more experienced woman ended up CUTTING ME and i BLED, i was SO FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED! and they still had the nerve to charge me $15, i will NEVER be coming to this location again

I’ve been coming to Toi for quite some time after my nail girl Victoria moved to this shop. It’s a beautiful and very clean shop, which is high on my list in an industry that mainly caters to women. All the other nail techs are sweet and super friendly. It’s a great atmosphere and Lingh the owner/manager has always been accommodating to me, my friends and family 💅🏼💅🏼On a separate note, I’ve read some of the not so great reviews and as a business owner myself, you can’t always make everyone happy even when you either try or if policies and procedures aren’t being respected or followed. It’s been my experience that most people tend to complain, simply because they don’t get their way....that’s Burger King 🤣🤣I look forward to many more visits!! Thanks Ladies!

Do NOT go here for waxing services. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed for many years, but today I went into toi to get them done and she ripped off a layer of my skin leaving a mark and burning. she acknowledged it was done, and still charged me full price and everything. i do not recommend.

One of the few salons in the area that is clean, English speaking and upscale. Best pedicure I have had in 5 years. I have been to the salon for 3 appointments now and have never been disappointed. Staff is very accommodating.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. I stopped getting my nails done in March and today was the first time I returned. I made an appointment online for an expensive pedicure and without too many details, I will say it is a different girl at the front and she should reconsider a career change. I watched her be rude to 2 other girls that walked in- and then walked out as well.I work hard for my money and always try to be kind, I don’t have time for rudeness and unprofessional people😞So goodbye Toi, it was once a pleasure.

Sadly my nail technician didnt know how to make the color coat I chose darker and not transparent . Walked out really disappointed and didnt even offer a solution. Still paid full price. First and last time Im coming here.

I came in as “walk-in” with no appointment and the front staff accommodated me expediently as they were extremely warm and cordial. Both Laura and Victoria were excellent, friendly and detailed with their work. The atmosphere was relaxing and calm. Also, the entire nail salon and the “waxing room” were clean! I’ve been going here for over a year and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my mani/pedi. Victoria is my go to but they are all amazing!

Spent close to $300 on my mother,daughter, and I just to have rude technicians (Jason and Sarah) who work very sloppy. Nails were chipping and lifting off from the base 3 days later, they didn’t last anything at all. They rushed us, they were rude to us. They left lines in the nails and didn’t want to fix them. I don’t leave reviews but when you have a horrible experience like that you have no choice but to. I won’t be returning to this location.

Just moved to Florida from NJ, tried several nail salons around Wellington area and it was ok,Toi is the best salon around, great customer service, very clean, highly recommend.

I am never disappointed here! Actually, Ive recommended this salon to at least four people that now come here on as regular basis/as their salon. Whenever family comes in from out of town we all go here & can bond a bit. There are multiple pedi chairs that are all in a line. My absolute favorite thing, though, is that they run on appointments. I never feel as though my technician is rushing so the shop can make more money--I feel valued and pampered.

I have been coming to Toi religiously since December 2017. It is a lovely nail salon. It is well decorated, calming/relaxing ambiance and exceptionally clean. I love my nail technician June. June pays attention to details, takes her time, can do pretty much any design you desire. Give them a try!

I came in without an appointment and they were very accommodating. Bryan was my technician and I can’t give enough positives about him. He was so meticulous and caring during the pedicure and waxing. Best service ever!!!

I just found this place and I have to say I fell in love. They were so fast with seating everyone. I didn’t wait more than 2 minutes with 4 people in front of me. The volcano pedicure was just what I needed. Being a mom of a toddler and pregnant with her 2nd it was a much needed mommy time and well deserved. The rose gold smell was the best! I will forever come back here!!

Worst place ever went there for a pedicure and manicure the pedicure i got was simple but the worst thing was that my big toe got infected Ive been in a lot of pain since i got it done (about 2weeks ago) pus came out i will NEVER go back to this place also the manicure was horrible my nails look super thick would not recommended this place to anyone.

UPDATE: Repeat customer for months now. Quality EVERY visit..smiling and charming girl at the front always. Every tech does a brilliant job my nail polish always lasts 2 weeks or more (I work in an office) my toes stay even longer. Their specialty pedis are so worth the money.I love this place, SO relaxing. They do a great job and take their time to take care of you. The foot massage is the best part. I have walked in twice and they have room for me. Didnt feel rushed at any point. Amazing and serene experience 😍😍😍

I was a walk-in and everyone was so nice and helpful there. I had a couple questions and the receptionist was patient and answered all my questions. Laura did my dip powder nails and they are absolutely gorgeous. She helped me pick a color and I really needed short nails because of my job and even though it was extra work for her she did it with no complaints and she was VERY thorough! I really appreciate someone that takes their time to please the customer and she made sure that my nails were short enough to my liking because most nail salons wont even ask, they just cut them to what they think is short. Not only will I be coming back but I will be using Laura every time and I cant wait to use their other services they have there too!

Toi nail spa is the only nail salon I have ever been to that makes you feel the most like you are at the spa. It is beautiful inside, clean,and thereceptionist is always very nice and accomodating. The service is great, but at checkout, my card was ran twice. Their computer was so slow, the person checking me out thought it didn’t go through. It did.I saw it on my banking app two charges were pending. On their computer it showed two charges for $41 each.The person checking me out said there were two charges because I got two services - one for $36 and one for $5... yet the two charges were for $41 each making it $82.The owner came out to tell me I was charged once even though everything showed two charges and my bank confirmed being charged twice.This back and forth took 20 minutes.I was denied a refund so had to go through my bank and implement a charge back.Again, it’s a shame because the place is beautiful and the service is great, but when there is proof I was double charged and still denied a refund, you lose me as a customer.

I came for a gel mani pedi. My nail tech was switched halfway through when the lady started cleaning up my cuticles and the second person was a man who was not gentle at all. Three of my fingers cuticles started bleeding and he didn’t even acknowledge it. The polish looks very messy. My toes needed another coat of polish, they’re white and they look very streaky. The gel mani was definitely not worth the $31, it looks like a 5 year old did it. The gel pedi was also not worth the $44, my opinion would be different if there wasn’t streaks in the polish and polish on my skin. I will not be returning.

I called and my Pedicure specialist Sen was gone. Can anyone tell me where she is now practicing? SEN took the time with me to fully take care of my feet, not just my nails. She was concerned about a sore on the bottom of my foot that I couldnt see (or feel because of numbness). She took a picture of it, forwarded it to my cell, which caused me to get a doctors appointment. I was diagnosed with preliminary on-set diabetes. Sen is the ONLY Pedicurist I will allow to work on me. For the benefit of ALL, please post where SEN is now working. I need a woman of that quality, patience and concern to be my pedicurist. I thought that because of the price that theservice would be 5 stars. I paid for a deep foot massage that wasnt deep at all. I noticed that another customer was drinking water. Not once was I offered any but she made sure to offer me wine twice. My pedicure was definitely basic considering I still have a small rough patch on my heel that she barley even looked at. She also cut my toe and didnt even put anything on it. And then the nails! I have 2 crooked. I also told her very square and sharp several times and they are already starting to dull. She didnt want to put the gel clear coat on regular polish because you have to wait for it to dry completely. I got them done yesterday and I already got a break. Never again! My nail tech was Nancy and she cant do designs. The salon is beautiful and thats obviously what Im paying for. The service was mediocre

The prices do not match up with the service. i got an acrylic gel manicure with tips and my nails are all different lengths and are completely uneven in shape. when i asked for them to be fixed an attitude was given. it’s their way or no way, and i will for sure not be returning.

I have gotten my nails done here a few times, unfortunately the lat time will be the final time, I got nexgen done here and they were redone after the guy made them lumpy and thin he fixed the lumpy nails and didnt fix the thin nails, I voiced my opinion the the lady who I thought was the manager said that each person dose the dip powder their way. okay I dont have any nail experience but I have had nexgen done a lot of times and I knew they were wrong. after a week and a half they broke, I decided to go to another nail salon to have them taken off and the nail tech their took one look at them and asked me where I got them done at and that they were not done right, I told her and she didnt even have to soak them she clipped the remaining nails off and all of them popped off like it was a stick on nail.I will never come back to toi.

This place is awesome! The manager Lynn is so hands on and makes sure that every single person in the spa is taken care of. My appointments are always right on time, and she will make sure you are happy. Very clean place. And most importantly you leave there with your nails on point everytime. I go to Christine...she does my dip powder Gel with extensions and makes them slim/thin and always gets the legnth perfect. If you are looking for acrylics done right, go to her.

It was my first time going there. I only went because the lady that usually does my nails, VICTORIA, started working here. Shes really good, I recommend her. But the owner is not professional at all, when I was about to get my manicure after my pedicure, she told Victoria, not to do it because it was 7pm and she had to close. To me thats wrong, as a hair professional myself, you attend and finish all customers inside already. I understand not attending to walk ins after 7pm, but to turn me away a loyal customer of one of your employees. Is wrong..

Very nice salon, clean & well decorated with a spa look & feel. I went in to get a mani/pedi and was greeted by the nice receptionist in the front & asked if I wanted tea, water or wine!!I am very impressed with this spa salon because of the service, cleanliness & amount of nail polish colors they have (I got shellac polish). The regular spa pedi was awesome, my nail tech left my toe nails looking great & feet feeling soft. She game my calves & feet a great massage (I almost fell asleep),& the color on my toes matched exactly like the ones on my finger nails. She took her time & didnt feel rushed at all. This spa salon may cost a couple dollars more than your average salon but its really worth it. You definitely getting what you paid for. I will be back.
