This is a wonderful home to call your own on vacation. We spent last week there (5 adults and 3 kids 8 and under). They loved the bedrooms and their own bathroom. Had to set up a bedroom schedule so everyone got the room they wanted. Plus the 4 yr old was delighted with all the Disney plushes, the surprise princess dresses and the kid play table. The kids wanted to know if we could buy this house! The adults loved all the living room seating, the kitchen area and table there along with the breakfast bar stools. The washer/dryer was invaluable. The home itself was very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool and lanai were a huge hit. As a grandparent I was very pleased with the bell on the door to go outside and the extra security to access the pool. Almost forgot about the game room. They loved it. No wonder they wanted to buy the house. Th is the second time we’ve stayed there and would not hesitate again !!

We had a wonderful time at Orlando Insider Vacations. The house was perfect for us. The welcome basket with a few food supplies to get us started was really nice. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day at the parks. Sarah and Ken are just wonderful and do a great job at making sure you have everything you need. I love the Orlando Insiders Vacations house with the whimsical childrens rooms! And all the other wonderfulness about it too. The owner was so helpful, and what we didnt talk about I found on her very comprehensive blog about the area. Her suggestions were great. And the location was wonderful. Id definitely recommend.

Orlando Insider Vacations have the BEST and MOST CONVENIENT vacation rentals in Orlando. So close to Disney and yet far enough away that we get a nice break from all of the Disney stimulus. The homes are stunning and backyard oasis amazing. A perfect way to spend down time enjoying the family while on vacation. Thank you to Sarah and Ken the owners, for an epic experience.

This was a great experience. Will not use a hotel in the future! So nice to swim, eat,cook,and do laundry in private just like home. The only negative feedback would be:Supply garbage bags,dish and dishwasher soap,and maintain the toilets and other fixtures. At only 5 days no one could use all the products we had to buy. That being said ; Way too many pros to list. This is a good gig. Highly recommended!

How can you NOT love Orlando Insider Vacations? Each of their homes (Serendipity. Serenity Lake House, Sleepy Hollow) are places to recoup after a phrenic Disney holiday. Owners Sarah and Ken are so helpful- between personal contact and her own website chock full of suggestions, hints, ways to save -we certainly have an insiders track to fun.

All I can say is WOW! We had a blast staying here. The house is so clean and bright and had everything we wanted. Well be back next year!!

My husband and I had a guilty pleasure getaway to Disney World (just the two of us, no kids!) and stayed at their Serenity home. Loved the location overlooking the lake and 5 miles from DW. Sarah went above and beyond of what weve experienced at most places. Her welcome basket was so wonderful to see on our arrival. While it was bigger than we normally would have booked for two, it didnt feel too big and was perfect. We thought wed be spending 24/7 at DW but appreciated kicking back on the comfy sofa and enjoying the views and quiet. Was tip top clean, towels were plush. Id definitely recommend, and look forward to bringing back the kids!

My family (6 adults, 2 kids and 1 toddler) just stayed at the Serendipity @ Indian Creek house and I can not say enough how we LOVED it. We arrived to a basket of coffee, cereals, bread, milk, eggs...etc. It was perfect to hold us over until we could get to the store. The rooms were beautiful decorated and clean. Each family had their own room and private bathroom. Only the kids had to share a bathroom. The little convenient touches were all over such as a bin under the bathroom sink labeled things you may have forgotten, plug and USB charging stations on each night stand, Netflix, popular DVDs, video games and toys. I have a 2 year old and the pool was a worry until I saw the safety gate set up as well as a child lift jacket. After a full day at the parks the hot tub was a wonderful way to relax and the sofa was so comfy. It was a great place to gather and chat about the day and share photos. The owners of the home were extremely helpful with providing information about the parks and local amenities. Their customer service went above and beyond. I can not recommend them enough!

This was a great place - the kids loved it, it was super close to all the parks, and it added to the magic of our family Disney trip :0)!!
