Gross villas. They tow vacationers cars and then the tow company holds the car hostage until specific hours and demands you pay in cash (during a time when most people are doing contactless payments). Most of the places are run down and mismanaged. Nasty hair left in the bathrooms. Avoid this gross rude place. There are too many nice places in Orlando to stay at avoid this place.

Beautiful place,apt very pretty and comfortable

Very disappointed in this rental. The house we were given was dusty and gum was left under a nightstand. The blinds were broken..some of the individual pieces began to fall off during our stay. We were also told to keep the pool unlocked for cleaning...while during so, someone came and stole the pool toys we had for the kids. We reported each incident to the management company and received no assistance for any problem. We were told blinds break all the time...and if we see our stolen pool toys to get them. Not impressed with the villa or the customer service.
