Julie does my nails and brows and I absolutely adore her. She is very good at her job. Very professional and a sweet. I’ve been trying to get perfect brows for years and the first time Julie did mine they finally looked like I wanted them to for literally years. My nails are perfect every single time I go. Jennifer has done two of my pedicures and she is amazing. Very professional and friendly and a great conversationalist. She spends a good amount of time on my feet and they look and feel great every time. I just moved to the area in July and picked this place based on reviews and I’m so glad I did! I highly recommend this place if you want quality services.

Vaylas is wonderful! They did a fill for me and my nails look beautiful. They recommended a beautiful shame that fits my hand size and I am so thankful for their recommendation and how lovely my nails are.

I am SO impressed with this salon. Very friendly and caring. They take their time and make sure they give you the best quality. My nails have lasted THREE WEEKS with NO LIFTING OR BREAKS AND NO CHIPS IN COLOR. I HIGHLY recommend this salon.

This is the absolute best place in Panama City. Customer service is always wonderful. Can schedule appointments and walk in. They always try their best to fit anyone in for what ever reason. Manicure, pedicure, waxing, and massages are amazing. Everything in this place is 100% satisfying. Not expensive at all. I always get Gel acrylic nails, anyone and everyone makes them feel like my natural nail (not too bulky) and shapes them oval just the way I like it. They always verify length, feel, color, and shape to satisfaction to ones self. Always 100% satisfied and will always use this place. I advise anyone and everyone who either lives in or is visiting Panama City to get their nails, massages, and waxing done here. Thank you very much for your services. Love you guys!!!!!

My mail broke completely off and it hasn’t even been a week

On Christmas Eve I received a gel pedicure they look great. I got SNS on my nails. The guy didn’t give me a manicure he put SNS on my nails and then gel on top. My nail cracked the next day. So I thought it was just that nail but a few days later not even a week 3 of my nails cracked and came off. I’ve never had SNS set that didn’t last at least 3 weeks. Poor quality would not recommend for SNS at all.

This was my first time visiting per referral of a friend. I read the reviews prior to making appt and hoped to have a pleasant visit.If I could review with no stars I would. I originally came In on 10/20. I had an appt for a full set with Julie @ 6. I show her the design prior to sitting in her chair & she assured me she could execute the task with no trouble. I wash my hands and she processed to lay the acrylic. After the acrylic is laid she begins to pull out polishes. The colors are off and I mentioned this. She then informs me she is unable to do the exact design. I should have paid for the services provided and left then.She completes the job. The shape was great but the design is nothing close to what I’d asked for. When I express how unhappy I was they tried to convince me that it looked better than what I originally showed her. 3 days later 10/23 I had a nail break while cooking dinner. I don’t do any heavy lifting. I am an office manager. It’s not as if I was in a bar brawl. I arrived at Vaylas today to repair nail & am being charged.The full set didn’t event last 3 days.This is very sad and ridiculous.Needless to say I would not recommend nor would I ever come back to the establishment

This place is usually very busy and it lets you know that the technicians are all very friendly and their work is really good. This place is very clean and they even have a restroom you can use. The prices are comparable. When I get my nails done here they do a fabulous job. Theres a huge parking lot, And you can generally park right in front

She has a beautiful store. They seemed to go the extra mile as far as cleanliness goes. Vayla who does the massage work is quite talented, is very sweet and really helped me get into a deeper relaxation during her massage service. Get them a try. 🙂

My nails turned out great!

These women know what theyre doing. They recognized my ingrown toenail without me having to say anything. Theyre pleasant, will talk or not. Efficient. Massage chairs are fabulous. My go-to place for peds. Dont get manis, but my dear friend, who referred me, says thats marvelous, too.

The quality of the manicure you get depends on the technician. Some are good, but the last one I had rushed through my manicure, ignored what I asked her to do, and ended up overpainting and curing the gel to my cuticles and skin. You know what that means, cracking and breaking, leaving me with a pretty poor looking manicure. Also she glommed on the polish in thick coats and it’s very uneven on a few nails, lumpy and swollen. They don’t use tub liners for their pedicures, and they definitely did not sanitize they run between myself and the previous client - they just drained and refilled. They re-use nail files and other tools, don’t wear gloves and overall I am not impressed. The young man that works there and does nails is fantastic. If I could get him and bring my own tools every time, maybe I could consider continuing to visit this salon. It’s the inconsistency that I don’t want to deal with. And the lack of hygienic practices.

Absolutely love every single one of the technicians here. Been my go-to spot for the past year and never had a set that I regretted! Every single one of them are very tedious with their work and strive for perfection. Ill wait extra days if I have to if they have a full day simply because I refuse to go anywhere else. Would give 10 Stars if possible!

I just got off work and went to the salon fairly close to closing time but not once was I rushed. They took their time to make sure that I was a happy customer. I was thanked several times for coming in today. I felt horrible cause they were there late because of me but she still took her time... I highly recommend them.

They are very rude if u dont have an appointment, i wouldnt mind making an appointment but i never know when i will have the time. I like a nail shop i can drop in on my lunch break or before i pick up the kids. And on the door it says walk-ins welcomed. If they dont mean it they shouldnt have that on the door. I have been there twice the first time they fit me in but act like I was an inconvenience, and very stand offish i guess because i wasnt a regular. The second time she straight up told me to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. I went down the road and got sat in chair right away. I wont go back even if i made an appointment.

The staff is so nice and friendly. I only rate it so low is due to I got someone not interested in doing my pedi. Did great on the nails but barely touched my feet. First off, my feet are regularly maintenance so no excuse and besides its what you do. Women want there feet rubbed with the pedi to help relax and if you dont we are dissatisfied. I didnt even get a hot towel wrap on my legs. I sat last and was done first. Just really really really disappointed. I am always willing to pay extra and tip well for a good experience. I dont know if he is new or learning but he needs coaching for future customers. You got a great place and Id hate for you to lose some possible returning guest for his lack of attention to the job at hand. I may consider coming back as long as I dont have him ever again. I must say though the ladies that did there part looked to have done an awesome job. I will vouch for them.

I went in around 4 today. I had no appointment but I called 10 minutes ahead. Once I get there I see they’re not busy so I ask for a mani as well. The owner says no we are doing her, a walk in. No appointment just a regular customer they know well and like I guess. I’ve always been turned around so many times cause they’re always busy the one time they’re not and I get pushed aside for a walk in and all I wanted was a manicure. I will never step foot in there again. 😡

I was TDY to Tyndall, and in desperate need of a pedicure. I randomly found this place, online, and happy that I did. They are always super busy, but are willing to squeeze you in between appointments. I’ve gone there, twice now, and the longest I have waited is 30 mins (with the entire wait time, IN a chair, not in the lobby area). They are clean, friendly, and amazing nail technicians. They are great at “reading” people, and cater to your preferred experience (whether you want to chat or take a nap). I almost preferred them more than my salon, back home!

Had an appointment booked and paid for as a gift prior. Was the worst service I’ve had. My nails weren’t even even and the treatment was definitely not relaxing I was rushed out and staff was rude.

Love this place! They are very good and very friendly!

I only rate them a 2 because the appearance of the place, but Ive been turned away twice now. The first time it was 6pm and said they didnt have time to do a fill in. The second I came in at 140pm and she said no one to do a pink and white fill in. Its starting to get frustrating.

Believe it or not, I enjoy getting my nails done with my wife. We have visited many salons in Panama City and this one is our favorite. For all you guys out there who are hesitant to go to a nail salon, fear not!
