We really enjoyed our stay at Tuscan Hills. Ellis Exclusive Villas are very organised, very professional with handling their properties. Booking was easy. No hidden costs. I totally disagree with the one star previous rating as I can only see this person wanted their money back by causing fraud and upset. We rented off of Ellis Villas 2 winters ago. A 3 bedroom bungalow in Orlando for 3-4 weeks. The place was ill kept. Dirty{ had to have it cleaned as soon as we got there } The pool leaked { the owner was aware of this } and we had to fill every other day to use. Also, kitchen was rundown, bedroom patio door wouldnt open onto pool deck etc. Just not nice . Ellis vacations promised to reimburse somewhat and 2 years later -- crickets!!

Great Houses! Well kept! Always clean and affordable. Quick response to all questions and we are looking forward to going back again in 2019. The houses we stayed at aren’t the Ritz Carleton, nor did we expect them to be. The homes are super comfortable with many hidden gems, and the WiFi has always been excellent(⭐️). I have personally recommended them to my friends and family and will continue to do so.

Fantastic house and awesome people to work with. House was exactly as described on line and very clean. The welcome basket was a very nice surprise and very helpful after a long day of travel. Would highly recommend!
