Excellent stay, found the home to be well equipped and clean with a lovely sparkly pool. The IPG managers were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Close to Disney. Would definitely recommend an IPG home, good value for money and cant wait to go back.

My family and I took a trip here to this location as part of our family vacation. The condo was wonderful. In fact it was just what we needed for our family. The value was great as with so many we are living on a budget and to be able to rent nice accommodations for a decent price is very important to us.However, we did have one problem that wewe’re not pleased with how things were handled. Thankfully we were able to get things figured out ourselves after calling their after hours customer support who was no help. They just referred us back to the main office (which at this time was after business hours and we could only leave a message) and I did only to neverreceive a call back about our problem. I’m thankful we were able to get things figured out on our own.

This is not a good place to book your vacation home. They dont check their properties to ensure everything is clean and sanitized even during Covid before next guest checks in. My family and I arrived to a filthy home and had to get a hotel last minute.

The Home was nice and spacious. My family and I enjoyed the space. It could have been cleaned a bit better. The carpet had lots of stains. The mattresses on the beds were not comfortable, and thank goodness we brought our own towels because there were no washcloths in any of the 3 bathrooms. The game room was a pool table and some darts in the hotttt garage. We enjoyed the pool everyday but the jacuzzi would not turn on so we couldnt use it. I could go on about the little things but overall we had a great time with family in a nice space and quiet area.

I have to say the customer service is 100% satisfying especially when you get a quick a response. The home was perfect for my family and I. The only thing I had issues with was the refrigerator. It was on but it didn’t cool the drinks. It was a bit frustrating trying to keep my daughter’s milk and juices cool. But other than that, everything was great! My family had a great time at the home. It was a very great place for a family stay and kid friendly. If I come back to FL would definitely rent again! And use this service! Thank you!!!

I truly dont know where to even start with this review. All I can say is I purposely gave myself a couple days to calm down after check out to write this. I made this reservation in early April for the weekend of 5/14/2021-5/16/2021. We booked this house because we were celebrating a graduation in our family.The time leading up to check in, I had tried to reach out to the management company, IPG Florida Vacation Homes, numerous times regarding questions I had about the home, and had ABSOLUTELY no response to my emails or calls. The day of check in, I had to call IPG to find out how to get into the home, was there a code, what was the address, etc. I spoke to a Kara on the phone, who was extremely helpful, sent me the email while we were on the phone of all the directions I needed. Trust me when I say, Kara is the only person IPG Florida Vacation Homes has on their team that made my experience bearable! We checked in on Friday evening and noted some discrepancies in the house, which were minor, some carpet stains, a broken sliding glass door handle, crack in the tile in the bathroom.On Saturday, we were having visitors over to see the graduate. It came to my attention at that time, that the gate attendants were not allowing them inside the gate without a QR code. This is where the experience truly went downhill fast. I called IPG Florida Vacation Homes and left a message that I had an emergency. I did not explain what my emergency was, no response. My guests were turned away at the gate. I called and left a message again with IPG Florida Vacation Homes that I had an emergency and that someone had to get back to me ASAP! I seriously could not believe that SOMEONE would not call me back. There could have been a flood, fire, but clearly then do not care about their renters OR their house for that matter as it could have burned to the ground. I was aggravated beyond words.The utter lack of communication from IPG Florida Vacation Homes from the beginning to the end of this whole thing has been nothing I have ever experienced my whole life. I am in Property Management myself, going on 20 years and if anyone of my employees treated their residents/guest like this, they would no longer have jobs. I HIGHLY recommend you stay away from any rental property that IPG Florida Vacation Homes is attached to. While my frustration was more that raised on Saturday, a family member of my looked up their Yelp rating and it was a 1 star. I wish I would have done my research beforehand but hopefully this review will help future renters to steer clear of IPG Florida Vacation Homes!

We have booked Garys Windsor Hills Condo through Airbnb and stayed btw. 4/1/21-4/4/21.The room was not ready when we arrived at the room at 10pm 4/1(Thu).Two cleaners were still working in the room in the late night, and they asked us to wait outside for 15 minutes until they finish cleaning.We asked them why the room was not ready, but they said, We cant speak English and cant understand what you say..When we finally got in the room, it smelled smell like antiseptic in the room and the antiseptic smell was kept for 2 days after our arrival.Dirty dishes and cutlery were left in the dishwasher.Dirty bed sheets were left in the washer and the dryer machine was working to dry the towels which previous visitors used when we got in the room and towels were left in it.Toilet paper roles were out of stock. There is only one toilet paper in the master bathroom.When I called the property management office with the dial#9 in a night time, the lady responded that only one toilet paper roll was provided for our use for 4 days stay.I was very surprised with the response from the operator and it was bummer.Since I have left the above message to IPG through Airbnb 4/5/21(Mon), there is not any response so far.

We reserved a house awhile back. That house was sold after we had paid for the rental. They didn’t even let my daughter-n-law know it was up for sale much less tell her that it was sold. They called us the day we are supposed to leave to tell us the second house we paid for is no longer available for us. Now we have a third house that I hope is available once we arrive. This is not good customer service. We travel way to many miles to be second guessing rather we will have a place to stay or not. WE WILL NOT BE RENTING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!You say call and make it better. My daughter-n-law has called you all. You didn’t make it better!!! You all are giving her the run around and have been doing this since day one. Again WE WANT BE RENTING FROM YOU AGAIN!!!We are BLESSED and will make the best of this planned vacation in an unplanned place to stay because of you guys decided to change our place three times. Why sit and pick the perfect place to stay when the people you rented from our going to put you where they want you.So they put us in house #4! Only to get there and someone else was already in the house. We had a code to walk in. This is dangerous on so many levels. What if my daughter-n-law would have gotten shot because the people could have thought she was an intruder. What if someone walked in and took the kids playing. This is NOT OKAY!!! We waisted our day. We cut animal kingdom short to come to the house and pack. We waisted gas and food traveling from house #3 to house #4. I’m blessed to be with family but this vacation has been awful because of this company!!! DON’T waste your valuable time with them!!! Look for some where else to stay. The lady at house #4 kept apologizing being we had small children with us. It wasn’t her fault. It’s the company’s fault. Who else has the code to these homes to just walk in on your vacation? PLEASE BE CAREFUL people because you never know who has the code to your home!!! We had a code and just walked into a strangers vacation home.

We choose this property so my grandsons would have enough to do. They loved it. They liked having the pool and everything right there. Said it was their favorite vacation. The park in the morning and the pool in the evening. Food was great at the restaurant. We all enjoyed ourselves.

A/C was set to 76 degrees and locked so it could not be adjusted. It was miserably hot in the house with no way to cook it down. Hard to sleep at night when it’s that hot. Tried to contact the management company numerous times and never got a response. It was in the 90s during our visit so it would have been nice to come home to a cool house in the afternoons and evening.**Update: I emailed the person who responded below the same day they responded and STILL have not heard back.

We stayed at the Windsor Hills Resort and were very happy with the condo we stayed in. It was very clean and well kept when we arrived. The whole resort was an awesome place to stay at and explore. It was also close to many places to eat and shop, or any other activity you choose. We will stay again in the future.Thanks for all the hospitality that was given from everyone at IPG and Windsor Hills staff.

Very Beautiful home but my stay was uncomfortable.. one of the king room beds felt like a brick and we had to sleep on the couch the entire Stay.. we was there for four days, The kids rooms TV didnt work andI found a dog bone inside of the couch.. This really upset that we drove 8 1/2 hours to sleep on a couch

Our experience with this company was less than ideal in several ways. The condo listing was fabulous but the condo itself was anything but. There was mold in both bathrooms, cobwebs, scotch tape holding together the kitchen counter, paper towels rolled up underneath and leveling the kitchen counter, squeaky bed, ripped linens and running toilets. When we contacted our host, we were ignored, until we contacted IPG. They told us it was being handled by our host. Our host said it was going to upper management. After 10 days of back and forth, it was decided that they would refund $80 of the $274. The condo was so disgusting that we didnt even stay our entire trip and they refused to give a decent refund. I will never use this company again. They obviously dont care about their customers.

Beautiful home, great swimming pool. We did not pay for pool heat but we came during high temps so the pool was very refreshing and much enjoyed. I have only 1 complaint. That would be the mattresses are too firm for my liking. I prefer a plush mattress. That is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars. We had a wonderful time in this home and look forward to using it again. I will just bring a mattress topper, lol.

We hired ipg to manage our property. I fired them after 2 weeks. They had horrible communication. No one responds to email or phone calls. They never communicated when they could get into the property for 4 days. There cleaning practice are terrible and they left soiled linens.They are out for the money not to have good customer service.They had 2 different guests stays and we have not been payed out for those stays. They are frauds and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

It was a pretty seamless process. Even though we followed instructions to pick up keys, we figured out it was not necessary. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Wish we could have stayed longer but the intent was only for the weekend. Excellent location. All in all we were very pleased with the place.

I am writing the email to inform you that my stay at this property was very disappointed. When i arrived within two days, i run into some issue, and try to reach out but not able to get in contact with all numbers that where listed in contact book in case of any emergency or problems. First issue was my bathroom bulb when out and seen it was very high up in the ceiling, i was not able to replace the bulb. I call the office and was referred to Steve. I call Steve and Steve sent me to call barber, seen they no longer manage this property. I call barber and text her and got no response back. Secondly i found that there was no ironing at the house. Again call and no response from no one. Not able to iron my kids cloths. To my surprise on Friday i just stated to barbeque when the gas when out. Then i call for assistance and no response. I paid $65 for a full tank of propane gas tank, to find out that there was no purchase of that. So my experience of staying at this place not not pleasant at all. I would like a full refund of my $65 that i paid for a 20 pound of propane that i never received. So let me know when my refund will be credited back into my account. Honestly i was very disappointed and i have never received such a terrible customer service from all the vacation houses i have been to. Even the safe in the home was locked not able to program my code so i can safely keep my personal belongings, and not able to get help at all from no one

The house is very true to the pictures, which was great. The property is clean and met our expectations. However it does need some updating. The fridge doesnt always make ice and the door doesnt close properly. Whoever cleaned the fridge didnt put the drawers back in properly which didnt allow the doors to close. Once we figured out what was going on and corrected the situation, the door closed but you had to make sure it was closed. The faucet in the kitchen is broken. At first attempt we thought no water. But we discovered you had to place the faucet just right to get the water on. Then we had to figure our how to get hot and cold water on demand. But overall it was a good stay.

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is a prime location for all parks as well as being convenient to shops and restaurants. My only complaint was that the house was lacking some basic necessities (like pool towels and trash bags). Allowing people to leave behind extras of basic necessities would make it a little more affordable. Overall, a wonderful stay for our group.

Was told check in was 4:00. Tried calling off and on all afternoon as we never received any information on how to check in. After 5pm call went to voicemail box stating business hours were over and they would be back the next day. Tried emergency number, voice mailbox was full. Had to find a hotel with two available rooms last minute to have somewhere to stay AFTER we had already booked this property through IPG Florida via VRBO. They have been saying for weeks now we would get a refund for their mistake, wont even answer emails or phone calls now. Very unprofessional and unconcerned that they basically cheated us a full nights stay. Collected their money and on to the next customer. This was one of the most stressful vacations I have ever taken due to all of the issues and last minute hoop jumping. The house, once we got in Friday, was nice and well kept is the only reason I gave two stars.*EDIT* I called you several times after this with no answer. Also emails that have not been answered for days. if youd like to make it right refund the money you said you would refund.

To say that our time was wasted would be an understatement. This trip was planned two months in advance & still ran into multiple roadblocks. These range from being misinformed about the size of the houses, a lack of cleanliness, & no attention to detail whatsoever. The first property had a pool so dirty that it seemed as though algae was forming. The floors were sticky, multiple blinds were damaged, and a litany of insects were found in the corners of the property. After being relocated, we received a downgrade with less space. To say that our concerns were ignored would be underselling like we were undersold. If you value your time, vacation, and money then choose another service and save yourself the headaches we had to endure. Your money deserves better.

I want to start by saying the house is great and very clean, however there is a massive wait time and line to enter the property. I waited over an hour to get in all weekend whenever I left to get groceries. I asked for the pool to be cleaned after my third day in the home Darren said he would send the pool guy, no one ever came.The house is well stocked in the kitchen, however they need more towels for guests. I loved that trash was picked up daily, just put it out front and it was gone.I might rent again if security did a better job on getting people in and not having to bring in police for their poor time management.

I will keep this short & straight to the point. I recommend IPG Florida as well as Vacassa. I was highly dissatisfied with the property owners delayed response however as soon as I contacted IPG, the agent was very helpful & assured me If I were to have any issues to please call back. Also once we arrived at the home we were given the owners direct contact information to call directly with any concerns during our stay. Always book with a reputable agency to assure having one less issue to deal with... your family’s vacation should not be ruined because of a rental agency; they are there to support you. Our Family has had great results & will definitely use this agency again.

The house was nice. In a quite neighborhood. The only problem I had was the fact that I paid an upfront cleaning fee of almost $200. Two days before we get there I get an email for an additional $500 deposit. Can’t get the key without it. Once we get in the house, there’s a whole different list of chores you have make sure are done or you will be charged for each individual chore that is not complete.These are the kind of things I would like to know about before hand.

Easy to book, check in and out was very easy as well. The room had an amazing view. The balcony was great and we loved watching the dolphins while having coffee in the morning and a cocktail at night. Only suggestion is to possibly replace the sheets as they had what seemed to be make up stains on them and that the bedroom TV cable did not work. Also stains I believe from the sand were on the towels both beach and bathroom. Very nice.

This was by far the most stressful vacation ever. We booked the house way in advance. This was our first time using a vacation rental company and it was certainly not a great experience. We got to Orlando and after a long eventful day, we were unable to access our vacation rental due to not being given access codes. We made multiple attempts to reach the company and ended up having to pay to rent another facility. We were able to access the house on the second day finally. I reached out and asked for either an extension of the stay or a refund due to not being able to access the place on the first night. I was told we couldnt extend due to someone else having booked the house and they would refund money for the first night. I still havent seen the money, they have not responded to any emails, and I cannot get an answer when I call. very dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism of this company.The house itself was nice and clean and as pictured on the website.

Our family of 7 enjoyed the spacious house. Upon arrival we had one minor issue that Homero and his wife quickly responded to. Also it was no fault of theirs. Everything was as pictured and very home like. The kiddos enjoyed the pool the most and having their own space to run. We will definitely be visiting again in the future!

We were very displeased with the property and service received. Absolutely no communication from property manager (Barbara) or the company that manages the home. Multiple attempts were made to reach them well in advance of the stay/arrival and attempts were made while there as well. We arrived to the property during business hours on 06/18/21 at 4:00 pm. The carpet was stained and in serious need of stretching (trip hazards). The pool was “foggy” and had a lot of bugs in it. We had to use the net that was child sized to clean the pool before use, which was quite difficult. The large net was broken. There were no trash bags, no trash bin, no laundry detergent and no soaps as advertised in the welcome email. When checking out, we were unable to bag up the trash and put it at the street due to this. The fridge did not work the entire first day of our stay, which was a health hazard as one of the guests with us is diabetic and her insulin has to be refrigerated. A call was placed about this but we never heard anything back. The water heater was leaking very badly causing the carpet to be soaked. Another call was placed but nothing! The cable/WiFi info provided in welcome email was incorrect so we had no cable and no internet the entire stay. Multiple calls were placed to the property manager as well as the company regarding these emergency issues. We never once received a call back. The water heater was still leaking when we checked out. It seems the owner, property manager and company care nothing about their guests or the home.The living room furniture is ripped and peeling, too. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos and the pool furniture and area could use some updating.We enjoyed the pool table but the air hockey table was too flimsy and broken so unable to use.We enjoyed our stay in the area but we will NOT use this property or this company to book a vacation again. We will make sure our friends and family and many others are aware, as well. Word of mouth is a powerful thing. You should work to improve your product and customer service. Horrible experience.

This condo is very dated. The rug in the living room is absolutely filthy. The internet didnt work the whole week. We called EVERY DAY.They finally came after 4 days and said it was the internet company and that was it. The downstairs bathroom had not been cleaned well. They left 2 trash bags for the week. We had to start the laundry yet there was not detergent. The AC unit was so loud. There was construction at the entrance that started by 8am and loud.The pool area was nice. The outside was kept clean.

We booked a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house for our stay in Florida. 24 hours before we arrived we were send the information for a 4 bedroom 3 bath home, we called IPG to tell them they had given us the wrong home and they said there was nothing they could do and they would forward it to upper management, 5 days into our stay they tell us they have a home for us as big as originally requested so we packed all of our belongings and drove 40 minutes to the new house only to be greeted by a guest already staying in that home. This is a serious security problem as we had the code to get in the home she was staying in and walked in. This is dangerous and very unprofessional and ruining what was supposed to be a fun family vacation. I will never book with IPG again and Ill make sure no one i know books with this company.

We paid for a five bedroom house with a pool and hot tub. The management company, IPG, sent us the check-in info and we found out we needed to pay $200 for the pool and spa heater. It took three days of phone calls to request the payment link to the heater. Thats when they informed us that the house had been sold by the owners and our rental was no longer available. This was four days before we left for vacation and we only found this out because we had requested the pool heater.IPG offered us a three bedroom condo. That would not work for our party of 9, so one family did not get to go. They had taken vacation time, bought air fare, and rented a car.We took the 3 bedroom condo, but when we arrived we were told they didnt have us registered. Another call to IPG and they sent us to property number three.We used the door security code to get in, but when we went to register for a parking pass, the condo office said we were not registered for that condo. Another call to IPG.IPG told us to stay in the condo, but to register for a parking pass with a different address.We have used VRBO many times and have never had a single problem. IPG on the other hand should not be in the vacation rental business.

The house was extremely spacious and accommodating. The refrigerator was a little outdated and only worked if the temp was really low which froze the food, and the king sized bed by the pool was uncomfortable.The pool door alarm was a little annoying but overall we all really enjoyed the house. The property manager was hard to get a hold of but we managed. I would recommend this beautiful home.

Im spending my health and time trying to claim my money refund after being charged twice. Nobody give me answers. The accounting department seems to not exists. This company is not serious. I dont have words about the house I rented, out of maintenance, the grass not cut semas to be Amazonas in Florida. Legal actions seem the only way to have feedback. Please dont waste your time, this company has serious problem of credebility.

Our trip was great, the home was beautiful and the IPG instructions were very helpful. I would use them again in the future when booking a home. The only thing that confused me was that when i booked on Booking.com they had one house address on there and when IPG sent me the instruction two days before it was a different address, but it all worked out and we had a great time.

As an owner of two vacation rental properties, I can confidently suggest that you do not hire this company for the management of your properties. They overbill you and under pay you with each guest. If guest has an issue in your property and it is after hours they are non responsive. They will promise you the stars and deliver nothing. I would suggest that you avoid this company.

We arrived yesterday. At this point, we are requesting a full refund. They emailed to cancel the original reservation an hour before check in. The second option had soiled couches, sticky floors and leftover food on the floor, with holes in the walls, ants and a filthy dark green pool. The third home we’ve been sent to has ants, sleeps 8 uncomfortably and there are 11 of us. They ruined our trip and we traveled 10 hours to get here. After over 30 calls to IPG Florida Vacation Homes in 24 hours, we’ve only been ignored and avoided to find resolve in being placed in a home befitting of proper placement for our vacation. This is horrible service and I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone that works hard for their money and wants to enjoy their time with family in a home away from home. This company has abandoned us and it will abandon you.

I will never stay at ipg vacation home again it was the worst experience ever. The home was very poor in cleaning we had to clean the home . We had ants in the home died flies and the home was full of flies. Carpet was nasty and blood was on the sheets. This home was absolutely beautiful and we were in heaven staying here!!! Convenient location in Clermont! Well maintained inside and out. They provide just about everything but food itself. The only downside was heating the pool/spa for an additional $25/day needless to say we did not enjoy the luxury of having a pool/spa in the back yard as it was cold. I did not read the fine print which I’m to blame for that. READ ALL THE FINE PRINT lol. Pay the extra $25/day 48 hours prior to arriving if you are visiting in the spring months. All around an amazing luxurious home in PARADISE! :)

I have been fighting for a refund from IPG for over a year. With COVID we had to cancel our plans and then we found out my husband has cancer and we won’t be traveling anytime soon. About 3 weeks ago I was told they would refund me and money would be in my account with in the week, I followed up only to hear now they can’t deposit it but would send a check within the week. When I followed up they said the CEO would need to sign the check and not sure when that would be... This has been a nightmare of an experience! I just want my hard earned money back! It’s been a hard year and a half!

We have stayed at several other condos or homes and the actual residence is very different when you arrive compared to the pictures. This villa is exactly like the pictures. Furniture, rooms, Lanai and pool. The villa is large and very comfortable. The lanai large, we spent a lot of time sitting outside in the nice weather. Did not use the pool so we did not pay to heat it but it cleaned every week. Location is great close to several restaurants, miniature golf, golf courses, groceries, drugs stores, Walmart, target, and Sams club. We would definitely stay here in the future. Cant comment on the property managers or owners because we had only one issue ( you cant receive mail at this location, it is not set up), and there was nothing the property managers could do. This is a great place to spend the winter.

The house was ok gave us enough room to move around in. The couch had some type of bugs that bit my husband and the tall kitchen chare were horrible to sat in. The flies will take over if you does not have spray. The screen over the pool came a lose so there goes more files. We could not get the TVs to work at all either. Over all it was ok. I would use them again.

First off let me say the owner of the property Lindsay was very polite and prompt whenever I reached out to her. The property management IPG NOT SO MUCH. Upon our first day of arrival, the property was very nice and clean, I inspected the property before we brought our bags in as I didnt want to be charged for anything that wasnt our fault. Upon inspection, I found that the downstairs blinds did not work. I called Alex (the property management) I let him know that we had just arrived and the blinds were not working, he then told me to follow the directions listed on the side of the blinds (as if I hadnt done so) I let him know I did follow the instructions, but the blinds were still not working. He begins to tell me the blinds were working fine, (as if I had done something to them). I let him know they were not working and he then began a back and forth with me via text message as if we had broke the blinds. I had to send him a video of me trying to operate the blinds, then he sent someone about 3 hrs later to repair them. Fast fwd to Day 3, my family and I left to visit Disney World, when we returned back to the house, the smoke detector was going off, we didnt visible see any smoke, so we decided to contact Alex instead of 911. I gave him a call and let him know the smoke detector was going off and he let me know he was sending maintenance. Let me input this one important thing, WE ARRIVED FROM THE PARK ABOUT 4:30PM). My husband then went inside the property (My husband has been a Firefighter for The City of Memphis for 13 years) he goes inside the property and checks everything out, when he goes in he realized the detector shows a Co2 error (Carbon Monoxide!!!!!!!!) at this point we call 911. I also text Alex and let him know of the Co2 error and also let him know Ive contacted 911 (recd no response from him). The Firefighters arrive and check everything and lets us know that everything is electric and no gas is connected to the property, so the detector is giving a faulty reading and needs to be replace. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE DETECTOR IS STILL GOING OFF and we have a 7 year old and 6 month old. I again contact Alex he lets me know that maintenance will arrive at 6:45. At 6:43 pm I started calling and texting Alex, never answered my calls or responded to text. Maintenance arrived @ 8:45pm (THE DETECTOR HAS BEEN GOING OFF NOW FOR 2 HRS) He removed the detector, stated he would be back with a new one, he NEVER came back.

I had a few concerns that I would like to address regarding the property at 1540 Pine Ridge Dr. I was not been able to enjoy television in two of the five rooms they werent working. The sink in the half bathroom stopper was stuck down and the toilet seat was broken. The garbage disposal didnt worked I plugged the sink to find the top pieces of cigars, and beer tops. Very poor customer service, the property manager does not respond at all. Did not send any information regarding the check in details. Tried to call their customer service but no one is responding or will be put on hold for 55 minutes then willGet disconnected. Even VRBO is trying to get a hold of them but no response. I feel like I got scammed!!!!!!!

Lovely villa in an excellent location, having owned a villa a few house away the only slight issue I have is the lack of a safe to put passports ect into. I also found some of the towels threadbare and old which I would not have allowed in my own villa. Having said this it will not stop me from returning as it is overall a fantastic villa. Hope the slight criticism is constructive.

Was really looking forward to this trip- celebrating my hubs birthday. However when we arrived, we were disappointed- and it only got worse. When we walked upstairs we noticed a small pile of dirty, wet towels laying in the floor. Only to discover that these dirty wet towels were the ONLY towels in the home. After reaching out to IPG- to the “manager” assigned to us- she never answered- 4 phone calls went unanswered before I contacted the corporate office- they informed me that someone would drop new towels off the next morning. Off we went to the store to buy laundry detergent to wash the 3 towels that were left so 3 of the 4 of us could shower that night.Fast forward to the next morning- there were no pot holders or towels- so making breakfast was a comedy of errors. Couldn’t take the pan out of the oven, had to serve food from the oven rack until the oven and pan cooled down to be able to handle- remember no towels! We had plans for the morning, but wanted to wait for the towels to arrive, since we were told the morning. At 11:30 we finally gave up and carried about our day. We returned to the home 4 hours later- STILL NO TOWELS!! After spending time at the pool we were all desperate for showers- but had no way to dry off. I contacted IPG again- they assigned another manager to our home and she quickly called me to let me know she would be headed our way soon (she was just made aware of the towel issue 1jour before) with towels and to rectify any other issues we may have had. Then corporate IPG texts me and tried to tel me that there was someone at the home earlier that morning trying tj deliver towels but no one answered. When I told her they were lying, that we were at the home until 11- she quit communicating with me. And if towels were the only problem I could have let it go- but it wasn’t- after Ana arrived and walked the house with me- she noted the broken shutters, the broken light fixtures, the screen fo the sliding door that had been tossed to the side yard- the 1 chair that was broken (not as advertised in the photos) etc. however it only got worse. That night as I was getting ready for bed- I walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water only to have the light switch in and roaches scatter all over the kitchen! I texted Ana to let her know that the house needed an exterminator. The next morning my friend was taking a bath in the master bath (beautiful jet tub- needed a front panel fixed) but while she was soaking she looked up and noticed the thick layer of black mold on the window ledge…There were so many problems with the home- and IPG corporate just quit communicating with me- Ana was great- but the company was piss poor. We have stayed at a number of VRBO and AIR BnBs- this was by far the worst one experience, and most disappointing trip.

Representatives are great but We had a large group of people for our vacation, we were canceled our first home and got noticed 2 day before our arrival. The home that we got was very spacious but the main window to the pool had glass all over it there were pieces of glass all over the main floor it also had a weird smell to the house. There were also patches all over the ceiling I think ipg could of done a better job replacing the home we had rented at first. The dryer took approximately a little more then 2 hours to dry. We just tried to make the best of it after driving 20 hours

I’m not one to write reviews, but our experience was so horrible I feel the need to warn others. We arrived at our reservation and couldn’t get in with the details sent on the pervious day. I called and after a while they realized the owners had cancelled their management contract effective immediately. They sent us details for another home and when I asked, they said it was compatible. It was 30 minutes away, and not acceptable at all. Our original reservation was in a gated community with community amenities, 6 beds, large private pool, games and activities in the garage, etc. The new property they sent us to was in a very run down neighborhood, only had 3 beds, and was about it. It was no where near the comparability of our first. I called the company, left voicemails and messages, and received nothing back. We didn’t feel safe in the new home, nor could it sleep the people in our party, so we had to book 3 hotel rooms at a hotel last minute. We lost an entire travel day because of dealing with this. I should have received a phone call letting us know about the first home, not a message through the app just 25 minutes before our check in. I have YET to receive any sort of phone call or message back from this company. And I have yet to receive any refund. The company completely went off the radar since this ordeal and have yet to try to make this right.

To whom it may concern:My wife and I as well as some family friends stayed at the 8719A ROCKINGHAM TERRACE during Memorial Day Weekend. There were some issues.1. Communication was nonexistent. We tried every number that was given to us via email as well as all numbers that were in the handbook that was in the property. Literally no answered a call--even when messages were left. The first contact we had with anyone about the property was the cleaning service (who showed up 20 minutes early prior to check out time and wanted to know how long we would be before we left). I understand that it was a holiday weekend, but I shudder to think if something truly serious happened to the property (gas leak, water heater malfunction, Air handler problem. What would one do?)2. Internet. In this modern age, the expectation is that the internet will be present at a location and for that price. I understand in your rules that no refund will be given for malfunctions. With 2 kids, you can imagine how this played out. Two adults absolutely needed reliable service for their job--and didnt have it. In fact, the instructions pasted to the wall were not correct; actually, the network name didnt show up! I should also note that it says to call management if I have any issues with internet service--see part 1.3. The little things. According to the email I received, we should have had a Starter Items kit. These should have included:Linens and towels are provided by the manager and are not to be removed from the property.One towel set per guest will be provided in the rental property upon check-in along with starter items of paper and soap products, i.e.: One (1) full roll of tissue paper for each bathroom, one (1) roll of paper towels in the kitchen, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and hand soap.We did not receive a full set of anything. Missing were washcloths and hand towels and enough towels for all guests. We had four (4) adults and two (2) children and only four (4) bath towels.We did not receive laundry detergent, dish soap, or hand soap. The toilet paper was not full nor was there an extra when that was consumed. The trash bags were nearly useless and the garbage bin area where we took the trash was clearly a free-for-all dumping ground as there was trash on the ground and not in the bin.4. Finally, the bed (the queen bed). We first noticed an issue with the bed on night one as it was rickety and not stable. Because we were so tired and anxious for rest, we endured. On night two, the bed literally broke from under us. After we examined what happened, it was clear to us that someone damaged the frame and tried to fix the bed and did a poor job of it. My wife noticed a crusty feeling at the side of the bed in the carpet on our arrival. You can see in the pictures that this was glue that someone tried to use to fix it. This was a jarring experience, especially late at night and in the dark. I have attached pictures to show the damage. I will not be taking responsibility for this damage that happened.To say the least, we were disappointed. At that price point we expected a lot more. We have stayed at similarly priced locations and closer to attractions and had a wonderful experience. This was not it. I didnt even put down the updates that are needed for this property or the water damage that I personally saw.

If you want to book with this place please make sure you ask for the actual pictures of where you will be staying. There were at least 5 different pictures. They sent one address for the booking and a different one the day of my booking. Upon arrival I noted that this wasn’t a resort but someone’s actual apartment. It smelled of dirt. There was also a pet cat on the property. The neighbors who were directly across from the apartment had to have been hoarders. There were things pulled on the porch. I will never book with them again.

The villa was as expected. The screen to the pool was tore so we had to deal with a large amount of flies while trying to enjoy the pool. We did let them know and soneome was sent out and said they were going to fix it but never did. The day we arrived we had not been sent out info to get in and I had called, emailed, and texted ipg probably 20 times that day with no call backs. After hours of waiting to hear back we were able to locate a house keeper who gave us a code to get in. Mind you we traveled 17 hours with 4 kids so that was ridiculous. Finally the next day I was able to contact someone and she said she would call us back the next day to compinsate us for it and never did. The house has a terrible smell when you walk in but we found out it is the water.

The house was beautifully decorated and modern, however be prepared to go to the store for all your needs, toilet paper paper towels garbage bags as you’re only provided with one extra laundry detergent any cleaning supplies, Nothing extra provided, not even coffee filters to go in the coffee pot. The kitchen was minimally stocked with only one frying pan a few bowls and limited utensils. Was not told that in order for the spa to work you had to pay for pool heating add an additional charge. And There was a large rip or tear in the awning over the pool so all of the debris from the surrounding trees the lizards and the mosquitoes got in the enclosed area, And the house sits right behind a busy street so you hear all the traffic all day and all nightI would not stay in this house again
